Deepak Chopra's urging everyone to be kind now -- even to your adversaries -- assuming we all, like Deepak, want the best possible post-pandemic outcome.
The mindfulness expert and holistic health guru specifically calls out people blasting the President, and other "Trumps of the world," because he believes you can't fight darkness with darkness ... and we all need to work together.
Sounds great, but if you're fighting darkness, who represents the light? Chopra suggests it COULD be Joe Biden, but adds he's going to need help from a variety of other progressive leaders.
Watch the video ... Deepak thinks he has a pretty solid game plan for Biden and says the likely Democratic presidential nominee is off to a good start with Barack Obama's endorsement.
As for whether he'd consider joining the Biden team as a spiritual adviser, Chopra tells us the formality of that situation's not really his thing ... but he's open to a chat.
Deepak also suggests his 21-day meditation plan for help getting through this difficult time. That goes for everyone, not just Biden.

Lamar Jackson isn't messing around when it comes to building his brand -- he's already trying to lock up the trademark rights for "Truzz" ... the same words he just had tatted on his chest.
Remember, Lamar's Baltimore Ravens teammate, Mark Ingram, began referring to LJ as "Big Truss" during his insane 2019 NFL season ... and the nickname stuck!
But, someone else made a run on the "Big Truss" trademark -- so Lamar called an audible, made some spelling changes ... and now, he's filled an application to own "Truzz," TMZ Sports has learned.
We know Lamar filed the application back in January -- right around the time he got his new body art.
Gotta applaud his creativity and being business savvy!
The new spelling even caught Ingram by surprise -- who says LJ is a "trendsetter" who has a knack for starting popular trends ... "so 2 Zs it is."
There's more ... we also know Jackson filed for several other trademarks -- including:
-- "You are going to get a Bowl out of me, believe that!"
-- "Era 8 By Lamar Jackson"
-- "Not bad for a running back"
Jackson intends to use the trademark for apparel, accessories and sports equipment.
As for LJ's tattoo, we spoke with the artist, Lesly St. Clou, who tells us the ink was done at a private location BEFORE the COVID-19 quarantine began.
"The piece is representative of his faith, his love and admiration for his family, and his passion for the game he has given most of his life to and held him steady. This was all Lamar Jackson's idea and he came up with it before quarantine times."
Before we were keeping up with this cute kid, she was just another cheesin' chick showing off her missing teeth in Los Angeles, CA.
This little lady is best known for her famous family in which she is one of 5 sisters. She has taken the modeling world by storm walking in some of the most prestigious fashion shows including Alexander Wang, Versace, Tom Ford and Burberry ... just to name a few.
If she's not on the cover of international Vogue magazines, she's being proactive with her very own clothing line she shares with her sister.
Donald Trump is putting together a team of the most powerful people in U.S. sports to serve as advisors to get the country up and running again ... including Dana White, Adam Silver and even Vince McMahon!
POTUS says the team will help advise him on how to restart the economy and get pro sports going again in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
"We have to get sports back," Trump said at the White House ... "I'm tired of watching baseball games that are 14 years old."
YNW Melly's going to have to get over the coronavirus from his jail cell -- a judge shot down his request to get out while awaiting his double murder trial.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... the rapper will remain in the Broward County Jail in Florida despite allegedly testing positive for COVID-19 earlier this month.
We broke the story ... Melly's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, filed docs claiming his client was suffering from several of the telltale symptoms of coronavirus -- chills, labored breathing, headaches and body aches -- after testing positive.
The rapper's side argued he's in danger of dying due to his infection, along with inadequate care and protection provided by the jail. Melly hoped the judge would release him to house arrest and allow him to be treated at a medical facility at his own expense ... but no dice.
In his order, the judge says if Melly needs special medical treatment while in jail, he can request it from the Broward Sheriff's Office.
This should come as good news for the families of Melly's alleged victims, who opposed the rapper's release request ... stating he didn't deserve it and could potentially be a threat to them and other witnesses.
As you know ... Melly's been in lockup for more than a year after being arrested and charged for the early 2019 double murder of 2 of his friends.
We're told he's still feeling the effects of the virus too ... especially the breathing difficulties.
NY Mets ace Marcus Stroman is FURIOUS with NASCAR driver Kyle Larson for saying the n-word ... saying he should never race again and deserves to have his ass kicked.
Of course, the 27-year-old dropped an n-bomb during a virtual race on Easter Sunday ... apparently not realizing his audio was streaming out to thousands of people on Twitch.
Larson -- who later apologized for the slur -- was suspended by NASCAR, lost sponsorships, and was booted from his team.
Enter, Stroman -- whose parents are black and Puerto Rican. He's so pissed off about the incident, Stro wants to throw down with Larson in the Octagon.
"He should never be allowed to race again in @NASCAR," Stroman tweeted.
"Said that derogatory word so nonchalantly. Your apology doesn’t matter."
"Post-career...I’ll fight this man in a @ufc event for charity. He needs his ass beat. Would love to hear him say that word in the octagon."
Other athletes also went after Larson for his slur ... including Reggie Bush, who tweeted "apologize deez nuts."
"We not buying it and wear that racist badge with honor don’t hide we need to see who you really are!"
Matt Simmons, the star of Animal Planet's docuseries "Wolves and Warriors" got busted for allegedly hoarding a massive cache of guns and ammo ... a big no-no for convicted felons.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Ventura County Sheriff's deputies served a search warrant Monday at Simmon's home for illegal possession of firearms and ammunition. We're told cops detained Simmons as he drove away from his residence, and deputies found a loaded .45 caliber handgun in his car and more guns and ammo in his home.
Our sources say deputies discovered 14 firearms inside Simmons' residence, including assault rifles, a sawed-off shotgun and thousands of rounds of ammo.
We're told Simmons is a convicted felon, meaning he's prohibited from owning or possessing any firearms or ammo.
Our sources say Simmons was arrested on a slew of charges ... including felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of an assault weapon, carrying a concealed firearm within a vehicle, carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle, unlawful transfer of a firearm, and possession of substance, material, or any combination with intent to make any destructive device/explosive.
We're told Narcotics and Gangs Units assisted Ventura County Sheriffs in serving the warrant, as well as California State Parks.
Our sources say Simmons posted $100,00 bail and he's due in court June 11.
Italy wants to inch back to normalcy using baby steps -- and as summer nears, one company suggests keeping people boxed in on their sandy shores ... say hello to beach cubicles!!!
Officials in the European nation -- which has been hard-hit by coronavirus, and is currently on a full-blown national lockdown -- have been brainstorming ways to ease people back into public life, especially as their tourism season starts to pick up in the next few months.
Welp, a company called Nuova Neon Group Due Srl gave their elevator pitch this week to a bunch of Italian bigwigs on how to get folks back to their gorgeous shores, but still maintain some social distancing at the same time. As we've seen, it's hard to do both.
Their bright idea ... 15 feet x 15 feet plexiglass walls that would enclose a party of no more than two or three people tops, just enough for a couple chairs and an umbrella. That's what Nuova thinks will do the trick, but Italian lifeguard orgs think it's a bit too wacky.
The president of a lifeguard cooperative there is quoted as comparing the beach boxes as "chicken coops," going on to say no one in their right mind would subject themselves to being stuck in there under the scorching sun. Other lifeguard honchos agreed ... they hate it.
Unclear if those folks have the ultimate say, but if their word carries weight for Italian shot-makers ... it's probably back to the drawing board. Good try -- but not nearly as outside the box as they'd like, it seems.
6:46 AM PT -- Selena's attorney, Alex Weingarten of Venable, LLP, tells us, “Selena Gomez is a style icon. This is an egregious violation of Selena’s rights, which we will litigate vigorously to vindicate.”
Selena Gomezis done playing games with gaming companies she says are using her fame to line their pockets ... and now she's suing for a whopping $10 million.
Selena just filed a lawsuit against a slew of software and technology firms and the honchos who run them, accusing them of profiting off her image, name and likeness without her permission.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Selena claims she was shocked to learn her celebrity was being peddled to turn profits in the mobile game "Clothes Forever - Styling Game."
In the docs, Selena says the game blatantly ripped off her cover photo from the fashion publication Flare and slapped it on their app, which appeared in the Apple App Store.
Selena says she's worked her entire career to build up a strong brand -- claiming her sponsored posts are worth as much as $800,000 each -- and she says now her rep's being diminished by this unapproved association with a "bug-riddled" game. Yes, she threw in a jab about the game getting terrible reviews.
The pop singer is suing for damages, a cut of the profits and for the game to stop its alleged unlawful activity and business practices.
4:26 PM PT -- The list is growing ... Dwyane Wade, Tony Hawk, the Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Denny Hamlin and Bubba Watson are now offering experiences. Those last 2 are teaming for a NASCAR/golf experience that also includes Bubba's own extremely limited edition watch.

Rubin says 100% of money raised will be donated to programs to feed the hungry, including ... Meals on Wheels, No Kid Hungry, World Central Kitchen, America's Food Fund and Feeding America.

The company behind the EDM fest Lightning in a Bottle is breaking the law by refusing to issue refunds ... or so claims a would-be concertgoer, turned plaintiff.
Michael Geragos of the Geragos Law Group filed a class-action lawsuit against Do Lab, Inc. on behalf of an Illinois woman named Tessa Nesis who purchased a ticket to the festival. Do Lab is the company that puts on the central California festival.
In docs, obtained by TMZ, Nesis claims the festival, scheduled for May, allegedly sold between 10,000 and 20,000 tickets, but it was obviously canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. She claims organizers refuse to offer any refunds.
The event released a statement last month saying, "Sadly, we cannot offer refunds for the canceled event. We are, however, working on a plan to make you whole over the next few LIB’s. This will include a system for crediting you for future years."
And that just ain't flying with Nesis who claims the no-refund policy violates California law. The lawsuit seeks over $5 million in damages, which includes refunds for all the tickets bought for the festival. We've reached out to Do Lab for comment, so far no word back.
While some pastors refuse to tell worshippers to stay home amid the pandemic -- Joel Osteen is sticking to digital preaching, and getting astounding results.
Sources close to Lakewood Church tell TMZ ... Joel's total viewership this past weekend was a whopping 11.73 million people across multiple platforms like his own website, Facebook and YouTube. And yes, that's a new record for Lakewood.
The staggering numbers cover 3 webcasts across Saturday and Sunday. Osteen's service clearly benefitted from Mariah Carey and Tyler Perry's guest appearances. Of course, it was Easter ... so that alone brings a boost.
As we reported ... Kanye West and his choir weren't able to join the festivities because Ye felt the acoustic's of his Sunday Service Choir wouldn't be effective with them as spread out as they needed to be.
Joel's Easter stats actually toppled his previous record set by Ye and co. last year, when they appeared in-person at Lakewood -- drawing just over 4 million total viewers that day.
As we reported, churches in Florida, Louisiana and Kentucky ... to name just a few ... have refused to shut down, putting thousands at risk.
Joel, and other preachers, have gone digital for several weeks now and it doesn't seem to have hurt attendance. More importantly ... these virtual congregations aren't risking spreading the virus, while still keeping the faith.
Timbalandsays his virtual rap battle show -- featuring the likes of RZA and Lil Jon -- is catching the eyes of entertainment bigwigs ... but he and Swizz Beatz ain't ready to sell out just yet!!!
The mega-producer joined us Tuesday on "TMZ Live" and gave us the lowdown on "Verzuz" -- the super-popular IG Live program he and Swizz Beatz created.
If you're not one of the millions of people who've tuned in to see T-Painbattle Lil Jon, Mannie Fresh destroyed by Scott Storch or RZAgo up against DJ Premier, you're missing out on what Timbaland says is the next big thing in entertainment ... and many of Hollywood's movers and shakers agree.
Timbaland tells us "Verzuz" is already generating a lot of corporate interest -- and he names names -- but he told us, right now, he and Swizz are keeping things natural and fun and do it for the culture.
Translation: We ain't selling. At least not during the nearly nationwide quarantines. Afterward ... well, that's a different story.
Keep in mind, Timbaland and Swizz didn't even promote the series, they just started it -- they originally went head-to-head -- and it grew organically.
Now, Ja Rule wants to take on 50 Cent on "Verzuz." Fans want that battle badly, and Timbaland told us if their dreams will come true.
Pastor Tony Spell wasn't lying about the number of heads inside his church walls for Easter Sunday -- 'cause now we got visual proof ... and it sure looked like a full house.
The Baton Rouge minister posted this photo as the header on his Facebook page following his Easter service, which went down as promised ... and to just as much fanfare as he'd been hyping. There's a lot of people here, and the Life Tabernacle Church building is probably way bigger than just this. Translation ... the place was pretty damn packed.
You'll recall ... Spell broadcasted his ceremony online, but it appeared he tried keeping the cameras off people in the pews as much as possible. Still, you could see glimpses of the crowd size -- it seemed to be quite a few -- and he eventually claimed it was 1,300-plus in attendance.
The pic certainly seems to indicate about how many folks could've been there -- he'd been telling media he was expecting around 2,000 heads or so. Seems his followers were just as eager to get together for church in-person as he was last week.
We spoke with local Police Chief Roger Corcoran who tells us the actual numbers of attendees were closer to 330 for the morning and 188 for the night service ... still much larger than the suggested 10-person rule
As for what Pastor Spell is up to now ... he tells TMZ he's continuing to do the Lord's work by delivering food to the needy. On Tuesday, Tony and co. hopped aboard their church bus and went around town distributing free grub to different families and individuals.
Unclear if he's taking as much precaution as he should be while doing this ... we see gloves on, but no masks. But, maybe a good deed's a good deed -- even if it's done in close contact and with somewhat high risk.
Anyway, we tried asking Tony what sorta food he was doling out -- and he had a pretty strange response -- "It doesn't matter when people are starving to death what kind of food it is. Welcome to America and the New World order."
Russell Wilson and Ciara got so fired up over the sex of their fetus ... they busted out their dancing shoes and partied their faces off -- and the video is awesome!!!
The Seahawks superstar and the "Level Up" singer announced their pregnancy just a few months ago ... and this week, they decided to reveal the baby's gender.
The couple -- along with the kids, Future Jr. and Sienna Princess -- went out to a field with palm trees, and had confetti and smoke locked and loaded.
But first ... they had to get a poll on what they preferred the sex to be -- and Russ answered straight-up, "You know what I want it to be!"
Shortly after, the two fired off the makeshift cannons ... the blue smoke was revealed -- and everyone lost their minds!!!
Ciara broke it down, Russ ran around and the kids went crazy. Good times!!!
It should be noted ... celebs from all over were jacked up for the couple -- with Janet Jackson even leaving a heart emoji on Ciara's social media page!!
Of course, this is Russ and Ciara's second baby together (Future Jr. is from Ciara's previous relationship with Future) ... Sienna, their first together, was bornin April 2017.
