The Powerball winner, turned instant billionaire, obviously has a lot to celebrate ... but wait until you see inside the home he purchased with just a fraction of his winnings.

The three-story $25.5M mega-mansion sits in the Hollywood Hills and has all the bells and whistles you'd imagine ... and even some you wouldn't!

For starters, the kitchen looks like something out of the future -- with glass doors that open to the outside and beautiful granite countertops. There's plenty of living space too, with 13,578 sq ft total.

There's also plenty available for entertaining the new billionaire and his guests -- with a movie theater, game room, wine cellar bar, gym and a sauna area that looks like it's straight out of a resort.

As we reported ... Edwin Castro, the winner of November's $2.04 billion Powerball prize, scooped up the huge Hollywood estate ... just one month after taking home his one-time payment of $997.6M before taxes.

Castro won't have any problem making room for any visitors either -- the place has a five-car showroom, in addition to a separate two-car garage and over seven gated off-street parking spots ... which is the equivalent of gold in the Hills.

Of course, the backyard is stacked with an infinity pool, full outdoor kitchen and a rooftop deck with breathtaking views.

Joe Mixon's trainer called 911 on Monday night from the NFL star's home to report hearing gunshots outside of the residence ... this according to new police audio, obtained by TMZ Sports.

Sean Pena -- a famed personal trainer who's worked out with high-profile athletes like Antonio Brown in the past -- put in the call from Mixon's Cincinnati-area house at around 8:25 PM ... police records show.

In the call, you can hear Pena say several "kids" were playing near Mixon's home ... and had, at one point, blocked off the street with their cars.

"One kid was running around brandishing a weapon and he went back to his car and it looked like it was a fake weapon," Pena said. "But then I kept watching, watching, watching and then he was screaming something and he went back to his car and he pulled out another weapon. It looked like a Kel-Tec or something and ran up the back driveway of this house that he had been going up and down, and said, 'F*** yeah.'"

That's when Pena said he heard what sounded like five gunshots.

"Then all the sudden I heard him running, running down there, and you heard 'Pop, pop, pop, pop, pop,'" Pena told dispatch.

Pena said three of the cars in the area then "sped off."

The trainer, who described the home he was in as "my athlete's house," went on to say he had been watching the group of individuals playing outside for 10-15 minutes.

Police documents show when officers arrived on the scene they found a juvenile suffering from a gunshot wound to his foot. They noted he did not want medical attention, saying his dad is a doctor. Later in the report, police noted the victim "believes he has a bullet fragment in his foot."

Police also said in the documents a shell casing had been found in the rear of Mixon's house.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, meanwhile, has shed little details on the incident publicly. It said in a press release Tuesday officers responded to the area for a report of shots fired. It added that officials conducted a search warrant on a home in the area -- and did confirm a residence belonging to Mixon is "part of the crime scene."

"We hope to provide a more comprehensive update to the investigation later this week," an HCSO spokesperson said.

We've reached out to Pena for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's kids' Royal titles have been up in the air for months, but the Sussexes have now made their heart's desire clear -- they want their kids to be recognized as tied to the throne, which King Charles is now officially honoring.

H and M revealed Wednesday they christened their daughter, Lilibet, last week here in California ... during an intimate, private ceremony in Montecito. In the announcement, the couple noted Lilibet was blessed, and will henceforth be known, as "Princess Lilibet" -- a new update to how she's been referred to, publicly, up until now.

The young princess was christened by Rev. John Taylor, the Archbishop of Los Angeles as revealed by People Mag. Another interesting nugget ... apparently, Charles, Camilla, William and Kate were invited, but did not attend.

It's unclear when the invite was extended, but it was sent.

In light of Meghan and Harry now using their daughter's birthright title -- something she was legally afforded when Charles ascended to the throne -- Buckingham Palace has responded ... and says its website will also be updated with those titles for Lilibet and Archie.

While Harry and Meghan haven't said anything about their son, specifically, it seems BP is taking this move as clear evidence they want both their kids to enjoy their Royal titles ... so instead of calling them Master Archie and Miss Lilibet, they're now Prince/Princess, officially.

Charles hadn't said much about the titles -- there were reports he was eager to slim down the number of titles and to keep them inside the family (the working family, it seems) ... and that he was supposedly considering stripping Archie and Lilibet of their status. But, he never did it.

In fact, one could argue Charles has been playing things by ear as Harry and Meg have rolled out project after project -- culminating with him inviting them to his coronation, despite them bashing him and the institution. In response, they've played their own hand.

Looks like the Royals are trying to play nice ... at least from the outside looking in.

Hayden Panettiere is honoring her brother in a special way on the day of his funeral ... wearing a custom jacket he designed to the service.

The Panettiere family and friends gathered Wednesday at the Palisades Presbyterian Church in Nyack, New York to celebrate and remember the life of Jansen Panettiere. Hayden wore the colorful jacket as she walked inside.

Jansen posted a photo of the jacket February 2, just a few weeks before he suddenly died. He was an artist and designer who would often share his works on his social media.

TMZ broke the story, Jansen was found dead inside his apartment in Nyack in February. According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, a friend became alarmed after he was a no-call, no-show to a business meeting.

Hayden later came out and said her brother was believed to have died from an enlarged heart, coupled with aortic valve complications.

Cara Delevingne is finally speaking out about her struggles with substance abuse ... something she claims she's battling with the help of a support group.

The actress is on the April cover of Vogue and in an interview with the magazine says her world practically came crumbling down in the midst of the pandemic and her 30th.

She says she'd even lock herself in her house before realizing she desperately needed some help.

Cara explains the true wake-up call was pictures taken last year, showing her looking really bent out of shape. She says, "Sometimes you need a reality check, so in a way, those pictures were something to be grateful for."

Cara says she reached out to some of her closest friends in September after that -- with them coming over, crying, and telling her "You deserve a chance to have joy."

As we reported, Margot Robbie was spotted visibly distraught while leaving Cara's home the same month, although it's unclear if this was the same meeting.

The Justice Department has released its findings related to the death of Breonna Taylor ... saying the Louisville PD has a pattern of civil rights abuses in the years leading up to her death.

The results of the department's federal investigation were released Wednesday -- saying the  Louisville Metro Police Department has a history of alleged civil rights abuses and excessive force misconduct ... starting years before Taylor's 2020 killing.

The report, obtained by TMZ, says police committed a slew of other violations over the years ... including violating the rights of those engaging in free speech, conducting searches without proper warrants, and most notably unlawfully executing search warrants without knocking.

It states the Louisville PD has "practiced an aggressive style of policing that it deploys selectively, especially against Black people, but also against vulnerable people throughout the city." It also says police leaders have often brought up ways to improve, but nothing's ever been done.

As you know, Taylor was shot dead nearly 3 years ago by police officers attempting to perform a search at her apartment. Her death sparked nationwide outrage, with many claiming the cops didn't announce their presence properly before bursting in.

AEW star Wardlow appears to have already lost his championship belt just days after winning it -- but it wasn't a wrestler who took it from him in a match ... no, he claims thieves jacked it from his rental car on Tuesday.

Wardlow said in a video posted to his social media page that his ride was broken into -- and the culprits took off with a bunch of his stuff ... including the title strap that he earned in a win over Samoa Joe on Sunday at AEW Revolution in San Francisco.

The 6-foot-2, 277-pound wrestler showed his car had busted windows ... and he was clearly furious with the situation.

"Thanks to the person who broke into my rental car and took absolutely everything from me," Wardlow said. "My TNT title. My gear, my boots, my whole life were in those bags."

It's unclear when and where the alleged break-in happened ... we've reached out to cops, but so far, no word back yet.

Wardlow, meanwhile, is supposed to put his newly acquired title on the line against Powerhouse Hobbs at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento later Wednesday ... and he says despite not actually having the belt in his possession anymore, he still plans on showing up.

"I don't know if this means I'm going to have beat the s*** out of Hobbs in these clothes I'm wearing right now," Wardlow said, "but one way or another, I'm going to make it to Sacramento and we're going to get this s*** done."

Wardlow also sent a message to the individuals he believes stole his stuff ... and it didn't seem like he was in character or putting on a show.

"Whoever did do this better thank God that I didn't catch you in the act because you're jaw would be as shattered as this glass is."

Raquel Leviss is following in Tom Sandoval's footsteps by issuing her own apology over their affair -- and she, too, made sure to specifically mention her ex-friend Ariana Madix.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star says, "I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana."

In her statement, first issued to ET, RL adds that she's been speaking to a counselor and has realized she exhibits patterns of "codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved." She goes on to say she's sought emotional validation through intimate connections throughout her life -- oftentimes at the expense of others ... and she's taking steps to make "healthier choices" now.

Raquel also says ... "Although I chose to be on a reality show accepting the good and bad that comes with it, beyond my own actions I have been physically assaulted, lost friendships, received death threats and hate emails in addition to having had my privacy violated."

She wraps things up by explaining she's started the path to healing and betterment, and mentions she doesn't expect forgiveness or sympathy at this point.

Tiger Woods' latest girlfriend of about 6 years is taking the golf legend to court over an NDA she claims he made her sign ... and she's citing a law that prohibits NDAs when there's evidence of sexual assault or harassment.

Erica Herman filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, which spell her grievances out clear as day ... namely, she alleges TW made her sign an NDA at the start of their relationship -- around August 2017, according to her -- which she now says is being wrongfully enforced on her.

In the paperwork, Herman says a private trust that Tiger runs is attempting to steamroll her into keeping quiet about their relationship by aggressively enforcing the NDA she signed.

She argues in her legal docs the NDA should be declared unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act, which prohibits the enforceability of an NDA agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment.

By the sounds of it ... she and Tiger are no longer together, but she doesn't specify when they broke up. Publicly, there's been no sign of a split -- although, we haven't quite seen Herman and Tiger together for a while now, even at his latest golf outing a few weeks ago.

In any case, Herman says she's seeking clarity from the court here ... because, according to her, she's eager to share her experiences with Tiger. She wants a judge to declare the NDA invalid and unenforceable.

Zaya Wade looks every bit like a superstar model, and now, she's celebrating like one too -- hitting a swanky after-party in a pair of oversized sunglasses following her Paris Fashion Week debut.

Dwyane Wade's daughter attended the Miu Miu dinner and aftershow celebration at Gigi Paris on Tuesday after crushing her runway walk earlier in the day ... and the 15-year-old certainly looked like she belonged.

Rockin' some dark sunnies, a blazer and a miniskirt, Zaya -- as she did hours before on the catwalk -- turned heads as she was ushered into the festivities.

She appeared calm, cool, confident and stoic at the event -- but we know she was absolutely thrilled with the day nonetheless ... as she and Dwyane celebrated her big moment earlier Tuesday with smiles and a big hug.

"I'm not crying," Dwyane said after Zaya walked on the PFW runway for the first time in a green, wool ensemble, "you are."

Dwyane and Gabrielle Union got in an after-party of sorts of their own too ... smashing some cheeseburgers and fries together in the back of a car after Zaya's widely successful Tuesday.

"This is how you end fashion week," the NBA legend said with a laugh.

Raquel Leviss was cozying up with Tom Sandoval months before their affair was exposed -- and some of her appearances are on video ... which we now have.

TMZ has obtained footage from two different outings where Tom and Raquel are in the same vicinity ... without their other "Vanderpump Rules" cast members around. The first clip shows her coming to one of his shows with his band, Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, when they performed near Sacramento this past November ... a gig Raquel just so happened to be at in the flesh.

Check it out ... you can see her clear as day hanging out with pals as she watched Tom and co. do their thing. Of course, this is nowhere near her home base of Los Angeles. We're also told RL was there with friends not associated with 'Vanderpump' ... a sign that she'd gone out of her way to be up there and support him, which is telling in hindsight.

There's another clip of Raquel at Tom's restaurant TomTom in West Hollywood from early February ... where she again went with folks not affiliated with her or Tom's show. It's yet another sign that something was going on for a while.

Remember, we'd already been told Ariana Madix recently became aware of infidelity between Tom and Raquel dating back months -- since the summertime, in fact -- and this latest evidence seems to confirm that. As it turns out, the proof was in plain view for a while.

Madonna's confirming she's got a knockout new boo ... this one's a young boxer boy toy, and they're already in PDA mode.

The 64-year-old singer went IG official Tuesday with 29-year-old Josh Popper ... she posted a shot of them smooching while wearing black masks -- very Ye-ish, TBH (sans antisemitism). Madge captioned the pic, "Killers who are partying."

She said they were making out at a Purium party, and she was dressed as Queen Esther -- maybe not a historically-accurate look, but it's not like anyone's gonna tell Madonna.

The Queen of Pop was spotted earlier this week with Josh, supporting him ringside at one of his recent matches in NYC.

FYI -- Josh hasn't turned pro yet in the boxing world, only competing in a few fights so far ... although he's made it clear that's his dream. Before stepping into the ring, he was a defensive lineman at Rowan University.

He's also featured on the latest season of Bravo's "Summer House" as a boxing coach to cast member Samantha Feher.

You'll recall, Madonna called it off with her model BF Andrew Darnell 2 weeks ago -- soon after getting criticized for the way she looked at this year's Grammy Awards.

"Vanderpump Rules" star Tom Sandoval has finally issued an apology to Ariana Madix nearly a week after he blew up their 10-year relationship over an affair he had with castmate Raquel Leviss.

Tom took to Instagram Tuesday night and directly addressed Ariana -- something he didn't do the first time he apologized for his romance with Raquel.

He wrote, "I want to first and foremost apologize to everyone I've hurt through this process. Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly."

Tom continued, "I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana."

He also went down memory lane, discussing the love he had for Ariana over the years, particularly behind the cameras of "Vanderpump Rules." He continues, "Some of our best times together were never filmed," adding, "The same goes for some of our biggest struggles."

Tom also said he was "beyond sad" for hurting so many people and acting in a way that doesn't reflect who he really is.  He ended with this, "I will continue to reflect and work on myself. I have work to do. I always have, and I always will."

Hours before issuing his second apology, Tom was spotted heading inside an L.A. building that houses many psychotherapy offices, apparently to talk things out with a shrink. His therapy sesh seemingly worked because he corrected his first apology in which he said sorry to everyone except Ariana.

As you know, Ariana found out about Tom's affair after reading his sexually explicit text messages with Raquel. Ariana then confronted Tom and the situation turned ugly, bringing their longtime relationship to a screeching halt.

Avril Lavigne's looking carefree with her new BF, but her ex-fiancé, Mod Sun, is having a hard time watching her move on so quickly and so publicly.

Sources close to Mod Sun tell TMZ … he's been down in the dumps since his split from Avril, which, as we first reported, was far from a mutual decision. As if being blindsided by the abrupt end to their engagement wasn't bad enough -- we're told he feels absolutely devastated by her budding romance with Tyga.

Avril and Tyga have been together all over Paris for Fashion Week, and they're pouring on the PDA pretty heavily... we just shared shots of them locking lips Monday night at one event.

Those pics are especially triggering for Mod.

Our sources pointed out Avril and her new guy are making out in the same city where Mod got down on bended knee to propose almost a year ago -- so, he views Avril parading around Paris as a huge slap in the face ... or even vengeful toward him.

We're told he feels he did nothing wrong, which is what makes Avril's new relationship a tough pill to swallow.

TMZ broke the story ... Avril recently called off their engagement, just a few days after Mod started touring in support of his "God Save The Teen" album.

According to sources close to Avril, they'd been "off and on" for months, and it just wasn't working -- but Mod sources claim they were together without interruption and living together.

You'll recall, MS recently opened up about the breakup on IG ... saying his fans and tour life were helping him get through it all.

Joe Gatto was a knight in shining armor to a woman who was being berated over a fur coat ... he's on camera coming to her defense and calling her foe a "piece of s***."

The heated exchange played out north of the border in Montreal ... and the video picks up with a woman in a fur coat being shamed over her fashion choice as she waits to cross a busy intersection with her two dogs.

Joe, the former "Impractical Jokers" star who is currently on a comedy tour ... walks over and asks the woman if she needs help, telling the anti-fur activist to quit harassing her and "stop being a piece of s***."

Joe was Johnny-on-the-spot here ... the woman's clearly flustered and is trying to explain why the fur coat doesn't make her a terrible person, and the guy's being pretty combative.

The fur debate doesn't seem to be the issue for Joe -- it's snowing out and he's not wearing a fur coat to stay warm himself -- rather, he didn't like the way the man was going after the woman.

Frankly, in this day and age, ya never know what these folks are gonna do.

The anti-fur activist Len Goldberg tells TMZ... "I'm saddened that Joe Gatto, who represents himself publicly as an animal lover, would call me a "piece of s***" when all I did was repeatedly ask this woman why she supports skinning beaver but not dogs for a status statement, instead of letting her change the subject as all fur-wearers do when I pose this question. I'm sad Joe doesn't regard these beaver, who were crushed to death for a fur coat, as being the real victims."

Joe is a big advocate for adopting dogs, at one time boasting 12 of his own ... so it's not like he's necessarily pro-fur -- he just didn't like the way the lady was treated.

He landed Barack Obama ... now, Eli Manning has his sights set on his next dream "ManningCast" guests -- Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David!!

TMZ Sports played a pivotal role (or so we tell ourselves) in helping Peyton and Eli book the former president on their alternative broadcast of "Monday Night Football" last season ... with the older bro joking Eli's interview with us back in February 2022 is what helped seal the deal.

Considering our influence, Babcock and Lucas gave Eli the opportunity to shoot his shot for his next dream guests on the ESPN2 show ... and he's got some big names in mind.

"I think now, I'm a big 'Seinfeld' fan, so I think a Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David ... something in that realm would be pretty cool," Eli told the TMZ Sports TV show (airs on FS1) at his Easter event with The Children's Place.

The pairing would be pretty great ... considering Jerry is a big Giants fan, and Larry is known as a diehard Jets backer. There are also reports the "Seinfeld" creator played a role in getting Obama to appear on the "ManningCast" last year ... so maybe it's time for him to do it as well.

Eli admits he never thought he'd be able to land a former president ... adding, "I'd never imagine when I retired from playing football I'd ever interview Barack Obama for a segment while watching a football game at the same time. That kind of blew my mind."

"I thought I'd just say something outrageous, it would never happen. I could just keep saying the answer for years to come. Obviously, I can't do that now."
