11-time Olympic medalist Allyson Felix says pregnancy is like a walk in the park this time around ... telling TMZ Sports she loves not having to worry about training or chaos!!

Of course, Felix became an advocate for maternal protections in women's sports after she lost sponsorship money during her first pregnancy ... leaving her feeling abandoned for having a kid on the way.

Now that she's retired from the sport, she is more at ease with the process ... especially since she doesn't have an early wakeup call.

"It's totally different," the track and field star said this week. "I wasn't dealing with all the drama from before."

"Now, yeah, I don't have to train at 4 o'clock in the morning and do all that crazy stuff so that part is good."

Felix, along with her husband, American sprinter Kenneth Ferguson, announced on Thanksgiving they are expecting their second child in April 2024 ... and the couple -- who married in 2018 --  are having a boy.

The new bundle of joy is five years after Felix's life-threatening experience with her first pregnancy ... when she had to get an emergency C-section following a development of pre-eclampsia at 32 weeks.

"I know a lot now and I kinda know the risks and everything that I experienced before," Felix said, "So, that part, you know, that part is better."

The traumatic incident motivated Felix -- who retired in 2022 -- to speak out for expecting black women, who research says deal with racial bias in the health care system.

She's also working hard on her shoe company Spaysh and being part of the IOC Athletes Commission to support track stars like herself.

One of the biggest "Jeopardy!" champs of all time says the show is in good hands with Ken Jennings ... but he doesn't want Mayim Bialik to vanish completely.

We got Austin Rogers -- who went on a major hot streak in 2017 -- at Gaf East, a bar he just bought in New York City, and we asked him about Mayim announcing her exit as one of the "Jeopardy!" hosts.

Austin says the show will be just fine with Ken taking on an even larger role. Ken's become synonymous with "Jeopardy!" and AR feels he's a big enough name now to soften the blow of Mayim's departure.

Another "Jeopardy!" champ, Amy Schneider agrees ... telling us Ken is the right choice for the everyday hosting gig, in part because he's a big hit with the contestants.

While Mayim says Sony brass told her she won't be hosting the syndicated daily show, the studio is leaving the door open for her to host special episodes ... like "Celebrity Jeopardy" and other primetime tournaments -- and Austin explains why she's a good fit there.

TMZ broke the story ... Mayim's absence during the writers' strike made Sony execs realize they didn't need 2 hosts, and ultimately her loss was Ken's gain.

Austin says Mayim was still right to stand in solidarity with the writers, and he hopes she remains involved ... even if it's not on a daily basis.

Before this brother-sister duo decked out in Christmas swag turned into music machines, they were just getting psyched for Christmas, runnin' around their house in Highland Park, California and making magical tunes!

As we reported, Kourtney had her baby, Rocky, last month ... and the bump was shown off quite a bit leading up to the big day, including in a racy photo shoot done for Travis' bday.

She also had her pregnancy belly on full display at Travis' Blink-182 concert, which let the whole world know they were expecting.

You'll recall, Kourt and Travis showed off a first look at baby Rocky on Friday -- hiding the kiddo's face, but showing the happy family cuddling up with the little one.

Mariah Carey's ex, Bryan Tanaka, is breaking his silence on their split ... something he claims was a "mutual" separation.

The singer's backup dancer posted the lengthy statement Tuesday, starting by saying, "Our decision to embark on different paths is mutual, and as we navigate these separate journeys, we do so with profound respect and an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the invaluable time we’ve shared."

He goes on to say the memories they've shared over 7 years together will always be "etched in my heart" -- expressing love for "Mariah and her incredible children, whose warmth and kindness have enriched my life in ways words cannot capture."

Bryan finished by saying, "The outpouring of love and support from fans has been a beacon of strength, and I am extremely grateful for the encouragement that continues to uplift me."

While Bryan says the split is mutual, it seems this statement is coming just from him and not both of them -- meaning Mariah has yet to speak publicly about the split.

As we reported, Mariah and Bryan started dating back in 2016 ... but reports claimed Bryan was looking to have children with Mariah, but MC wasn't on the same page.

Leading up to initial reports, Mariah was spotted on a solo shopping trip in Aspen, Colorado ... seemingly hinting that she's back on the market, since he's usually by her side when they head to the mountain.

Brazilian model Caroline Werner thinks officials in her country are a bunch of boobs ... this after she got arrested when hers were on full display while walking her dogs.

Here's the deal, Caroline and her dogs were strolling through Brazil's Balneário Camboriú earlier this year, and the model/business owner took to the streets topless ... and the 37-year-old ended up getting taken into custody for the look.

She's reportedly facing up to a year of prison time for the topless walk, but now, Caroline's calling out the legal system in Brazil, which, according to her, is absurd.

For one, Caroline's pointing out that men everywhere are shirtless, but 'cause she has breasts, it's forbidden for her to do the same ... and she's not so sure gender equality is stepping up to the plate in her country.

She says she's been topless in other countries with no problems, but when she was approached by cops and immediately detained, it was pretty alarming -- and she claims she was denied a phone call to her lawyer once taken to the station.

Tiffany Haddish has turned her misfortune into some more comedy gold ... 'cause she took time out of her latest set to talk all about the "beautiful" Beverly Hills jails, on the heels of her appearing in court for her DUI arrest.

Tiff was crackin' wise at The Laugh Factory's annual Christmas feast Monday night, held for families in need -- but with her arrest and DUI case on everyone's mind, she decided to address it ... and while dressed as Mrs. Claus, no less.

The comedian says the jails Beverly Hills has to offer are some of the most beautiful facilities -- getting a big laugh from the crowd, before joking about some of its many amenities.

While she didn't try the jail's food after taking multiple plates on Thanksgiving, Tiffany says the place was really clean, which ya wouldn't always expect from a jail ... and she even raves about the feminine products they had on deck for her.

As we reported, Tiffany pled not guilty last week to 2 counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a .08% BAC ... remember, she was arrested in Bev Hills last month when cops claimed she was asleep at the wheel.

Don't forget, Tiffany joked about her arrest less than a day after it went down ... saying her prayers for a guy in uniform certainly were answered, just not in the way she was hoping for.

An influencer was reportedly shot and killed by her own husband, disturbingly right in front of their young daughter in a shopping center ... before he killed himself.

33-year-old Theresa Cachuela was going to get breakfast with her daughter in Honolulu Friday when her estranged husband, 44-year-old Jason Cachuela, came up to them -- shooting and killing Theresa with their kid witnessing the graphic killing … according to multiple reports.

Local PD says Theresa, who had about 20,000 followers on Instagram, was pronounced dead at the scene.

After the morbid ordeal, Jason was also found dead at a residence, and cops are investigating what they believe to be a murder-suicide.

In the weeks before Theresa's fatal shooting, she reportedly filed and was granted a temporary restraining order against Jason ... after he allegedly threatened to kill himself with a knife while their daughter was present.

According to the reports, Jason and Theresa agreed on a 1-year protection order ... and as part of the agreement, Jason had to surrender his weapons.

Following Theresa's death, her family set up a GoFundMe to cover funeral expenses ... and Theresa's mother wrote in the post, "My daughter did not deserve this. She was trying so hard to get help, but the Justice system failed her."

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky were back to playing nice in front of their kids, posing for a family photo on top of the snow-covered slopes of Aspen.

In a video of images posted Tuesday on Instagram, Kyle, Mauricio and their daughters were bundled up in their winter gear with smiles on their faces. It looks like the fam is having a grand all time in famous ski resort town.

But, in the caption, Kyle left out Mauricio and focused on their 4 daughters, saying they "bring me happiness every day. Thank you for all the love & laughter and for loving each other the way you do."

As we reported, Kyle, Mauricio, and their daughters have been spending time together in Aspen, CO for the holidays after Kyle flew in from her Mexico getaway ... we even got photos of them all out to dinner Saturday night.

Remember, before the rest of the fam got there, Mauricio was living it up on the snowy mountain -- filming Anitta and Lele Pons skiing in just towels, and he even took his shirt off and was dancing at a bar.

4:58 PM PT -- Charlie Sheen's neighbor, Electra Schrock, pleaded not guilty in Tuesday's arraignment ... and the court issued a criminal protective order, which requires her to completely stay away from the actor and his residence.

Charlie Sheen's neighbor has officially been charged with a felony after the cops accused her of trying to strangle the actor.

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office charged Electra Schrock with one count of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury -- and she's now being held on $75,000 bail, pending her arraignment.

TMZ broke the story … cops were called to Charlie's L.A. apartment last Wednesday after he called 911 to report that Schrock barged into his home and attacked him when he answered her knock on his door.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Shrock ripped Charlie's shirt and attempted to strangle him before she returned to her own apartment on a higher floor.

Given the two are neighbors, police didn't have a tough time tracking down Shrock and arresting her. She was then booked into the L.A. County jail.

This may not have been the first time Shrock had a run-in with Charlie, who allegedly told officers the assault suspect recently squirted a sticky substance on his car.

Patrick Schwarzenegger and Abby Champion are finally engaged after 7 years of dating.

The longtime lovebirds posted a joint Instagram sharing the big news one day after Christmas with a series of photos showing the happy couple together.

In one picture, Patrick plants a big kiss on Abby's cheek, while posing next to a large red heart covered in roses on the beach.

Hugh Jackman got a bit too much in the Christmas spirit at NYC's Rockefeller Center ... because a security guard had to give him a warning for breaching a police barrier.

The actor was enjoying all the holiday festivities at the cultural landmark in Manhattan – while someone was shooting a video of him walking past all the high-end stores outside.

Despite their recent breakup, Cardi B and Offset were back together again with their kiddos for Christmas.

Rudy Giuliani might be praying to God to help him pay the $146 million debt he owes to two former Georgia election workers he defamed -- and we got the pictures to prove it!!

Rudy, accompanied by a brunette woman, sat down in one of the pews to listen to the priest's sermon -- and possibly ask the Lord for a large infusion of cash!!!

Strangely, Rudy was wearing a big grin on his face when he has very little to smile about lately. Case in point: Rudy just lost a massive legal battle in a Georgia civil court where a judge recently ordered him to pay the whopping sum of money to the two ex-election workers, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea "Shaye" Moss.

In their defamation suit, Freeman and Moss claimed Rudy had spread lies about them as he tried to overturn the 2020 Presidential election on behalf of Donald Trump, working as 45's personal attorney.

The women have filed a second defamation suit against Rudy for similar statements he made after the judge's first ruling.

As for Rudy, he has reportedly filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy to seek protection from creditors given the massive sum of money he owes them.

But Rudy seemed to have a few bucks still stashed away in his bank account. On Thursday, TMZ obtained photos of Rudy pulling out cash from an ATM inside a Citi Bank.
