Magnolia Network stars Gray and Mike Benko have been separated since April 2023 ... spending time apart to work through their marital difficulties ... TMZ has learned.

We've obtained the court docs ... Mike vacated their marital home on the date listed as their separation, and Gray is requesting an Order of Separate Support & Maintenance -- when one spouse receives court-ordered support from the other spouse, without a divorce.

The request also allows her to live apart from Mike without further interference from him.

The docs say she's hopeful the parties will be able to negotiate a settlement agreement to resolve all the issues of their marriage and separation ... though by the looks of it, divorce appears to be imminent.

She believes the court should review the agreement, approve it, and make the terms a part of the court's final order in this action.

The estranged pair, who share 2 children, were compared to Chip & Joanna Gaines, aka the gurus of home makeovers ... following the release of their successful show, "Happy to Be Home With the Benkos" last year.

Joe Jonas is taking things with a former Miss Teen USA titleholder to new heights ... hitting the famed altitude of Colorado for a ski day as he moves on from his ex, Sophie Turner.

The singer hit the slopes Friday in Aspen with Stormi Bree ... which will only make romance rumors snowball.

Joe and Stormi look like they're having a ton of fun at the Colorado resort, yukking it up on the lift and seemingly bonding over the winter sport.

The ski trip comes on the heels of some beach time down in Mexico -- we saw Joe and Stormi earlier this week boarding a private jet in Los Cabos.

Joe's going to be on the move again soon ... Sophie had their kids for Christmas and New Year's with her over in London, and on Sunday she's supposed to drop them off with Joe in NYC.

Sophie's got a new man in her life, British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson, and they've been hot and heavy from the jump.

Jayden looked happy and relaxed with his girlfriend ... the pair frolicked in the water, built sand castles and topped up their tans on lounge chairs.

The GF fit in seamlessly with the rest of his family ... as K-Fed was joined by his wife, Victoria Prince, and their other kids.

From a distance, it seemed like a picture-perfect family outing ... though Jayden's mom, Britney, was, of course, absent ... as they've been estranged for at least 2 years now.

The time apart was clearly making the singer nostalgic as she welcomed the new year by posting a couple of throwback snaps of her sons ... who previously made it clear they don't want a relationship with her, for now, at least.

Things between them went from bad to worse when Brit blasted the teens, calling them ungrateful freeloaders.

However, her new post seems like she's ready to extend an olive branch for a reunion.

It's going on at least 2 years since Britney's even seen her sons. They made it clear a while ago, they did not want to see their mom while she was acting out on social media, because they found it embarrassing.

Britney went after them after they suggested she needed mental health treatment ... she essentially called them ungrateful freeloaders.

The kids left for Hawaii several months ago with their dad, Kevin Federline ... a move to which Britney did not object. We're told the kids now text her occasionally, but there has been no face-to-face contact for 2 years ... maybe longer.

Britney seems ready to repair at least a few of her relationships ... Lynne Spears has visited Britney a few times recently, and Brit's in contact with Jamie Lynn.

As for her dad, Jamie, Britney posted a throwback pic of him with the kids the day TMZ broke the story Jamie had one of his legs amputated because of a terrible infection, but our sources say she has not reached out to him.

Racing legend Gil de Ferran, who won the Indy 500 back in 2003, has died.

Gil was racing his son Luke at Florida's Concourse Club when he had a heart attack. According to another driver, Gil had pulled over because he wasn't feeling well and then the massive heart attack struck.

Efforts made to revive him were unsuccessful.

Gil raced for Team Penske, and the Chairman of the Penske Corp., said, "We are terribly saddened to hear about today’s tragic passing of Gil de Ferran. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Angela, Anna, Luke and the entire de Ferran family. Gil defined class as a driver and as a gentleman. As an IndyCar Champion and an Indianapolis 500 winner, Gil accomplished so much during his career, both on and off the track."

The Chairman went on ... “Gil was beloved by so many. He was a great friend to the Team Penske and IndyCar family, as well as the entire international motorsports community. Gil’s passing is a terrible loss and he will be deeply missed.”

Gil was an accomplished driver who also scored titles in 2000 and 2001.

And there's this distinction ... he holds the closed-course land speed record, clocking in at 241.428 mph.

Gil is survived by his wife, Angela, son Luke and daughter Anna.

He was 56.

Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham are living proof ... fitness is not a young person's game.

The 2x Pro Bowl signal-caller and Sarah -- who's worked in the hospitality industry -- have kept their relationship mostly under wraps ... but recently, they've started opening up about their love for each other on social media.

Boosie Badazz is scolding his oldest child for constantly wearing a ski mask, or a "Pooh Shiesty" as it's known in the streets ... and it's based on concerns for his son's safety.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Rihanna was shopping at Kemo Sabe -- after hours in a private room, because that's how she rolls -- and that's when Kyle strolled in to do her VIP shopping.

When a store employee mentioned RiRi was there, Kyle asked if they could meet ... and we're told Rihanna excitedly responded, "F*** yes!!!"

After all, our source says the whole reason Rihanna was shopping at Kemo Sabe in the first place was because she'd seen Kyle go there on 'RHOBH.'

We're told Rihanna and Kyle hugged it out and had a fun conversation ... then Mauricio Umansky and their daughters came up and met RiRi and A$AP Rocky.

Both families ended up hanging out inside the store for close to an hour ... and Kyle gifted Rihanna an $895 turquoise beaver hat.
