Blue Ivy's showing there's a new queen in the making ... and she's drinking it all in.

Beyonce and Jay-Z's 9-year-old daughter celebrated winning her first Grammy last weekend in style ... wearing a gold crown to match the award.

The photos of Blue Ivy -- one in which she's holding her Grammy and smiling and another where she's sipping out of it with a straw -- were shared by her mom at the end of a video montage. The sipping one has major Notorious B.I.G. vibes with the crown and red background.

Beyonce's Instagram video -- set to her award-winning "Black Parade" -- features a timeline of her setting the record for most Grammy wins by a female artist and most by any singer, male or female, with 28 ... with the special tribute to Blue Ivy at the end.

Ray J is killing it in the earbuds game -- so for the fallen competition, we say this prayer: May their bodies rest well in the ground; earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust. And, in RJ's case ... G.O.A.T. to goat.

Check out what the singer/biz mogul just picked up from his local animal farm ... a baby goat! He was showing it off down at his Miami crib, where he had the little guy within arm's length as he walked around the driveway. Those Florida leash laws, man -- they're intense.

In all seriousness though -- we're hearing Ray's new buddy here was actually a symbolic buy to celebrate the fact his Raycon Global Earbuds brand just went platinum by hitting a milestone sales figure ... one million unique customers worldwide.

Famous Dex's very bad week just got worse, because cops say they just busted him with a loaded gun.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper was riding in the backseat of a car when LAPD pulled it over Tuesday night in North Hollywood for not having a rear license plate. We're told Dex tried to get out and walk away during the traffic stop, but cops detained him and then searched the vehicle when they discovered one of the passengers was on probation.

During the search our sources say a loaded gun was found under Dex's seat, so he was arrested for carrying a concealed firearm.

According to police ... the rapper was booked on the felony charge and his bail's set at $35,000. We're told he's still behind bars.

We broke the story ... Famous Dex had another encounter with police last week, after he was allegedly robbed at gunpoint in the San Fernando Valley. He told cops the robbers made off with a $50,000 watch and thousands more in cash.

One of the first Britney Spears hearings since the release of a documentary about her conservatorship brought out a huge wave of #FreeBritney supporters ... but it looks like it was all for nothing.

Check out the scores of people who showed up to a courthouse in downtown L.A. Wednesday for a hearing in the case about hundreds of thousands Brit's trying to recoup for her conservatorship ... but nothing ended up happening on that front.

The judge continued the matter for another day -- and it looks like the whole hearing lasted about 20 minutes max. And, yet ... these folks were determined to have their voices heard. As you can see, the troupe showed up in force -- with signs and posters and even megaphones in hand.

It's unclear why they arrived for this one with such numbers ... it's the 2nd hearing since the release of 'Framing Britney Spears' on Feb. 5. On Feb. 11 -- the first such hearing following the controversial doc -- it was determined Jamie would stay on as co-conservator along with Bessemer Trust Company.

As for what was supposed to be happening today -- a judge could've officially weighed in on whether the estate could recoup the $308k Britney says her dad paid to her former business manager, Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group.

Remember, Britney claimed after she stopped performing in early 2019 ... Tri Star allegedly asked Jamie for more dough, since the 5% commission they get from Brit is based on revenue from her getting on stage. They asked for $500k minimum per year, and Britney says Jamie shot 'em $308k and change ... without running it by her people, or trying to negotiate a better deal.

Dr. Dre's divorce is getting so nasty, he wants to move on with his life and be single ... so he's asking for an assist from the judge in his divorce case.

The mogul's attorney, disso queen Laura Wasser, filed legal docs requesting a bifurcation of Dre's divorce ... legal jargon for both parties getting single status STAT, and hammering out the pesky problem of dividing assets later.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Dre says his divorce from his estranged wife, Nicole Young, has gotten to the point of no return.

In the docs, Dre says Nicole's "false allegations of domestic violence" made it clear there's no turning back. He says he's been trying to settle the divorce with her since she filed in June 2020, and claims she's dragging her feet on purpose.

As we've told you ... Dre and Nicole's legal war has raged on with no end in sight -- most recently she was denied a restraining order after he called her a "greedy bitch" in a song.

Nicole's also filed a motion asking for access to their home amid suspicions of a mistress, and Dre's accused her of siphoning money from one of their business accounts. Oh, and they're also at odds over the validity of their prenup.

Rae Sremmurd's brother is facing a first-degree murder charge -- this after cops say he shot his own father, RS's stepdad, in cold blood.

Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi's half-bro, Michael Sullivan, has been charged with murder in Lee County, MS ... according to D.A. John Weddle, who tells us the indictment was handed up after a grand jury heard evidence in January.

We're told this is not a death penalty case -- but Michael still faces life in prison if convicted. He's still in custody ... no word when he's due again in court, or when the case will go to trial.

The D.A. wouldn't get into details of the alleged killing, other than to say Michael's biological father, Floyd Sullivan Jr., was shot at least once on Jan. 6, 2020 -- which is when word of his death first surfaced and Michael was detained as a person of interest.

As we told you ... Michael's mother, Bernadette Walker, told us she believed Michael might have been off his medication before the alleged shooting -- as she explained he'd been having episodes with her too before going to live with his dad.

Bernadette also revealed Michael is afflicted with Schizoaffective disorder, which lends to schizophrenia and everything that comes with it ... including mood swings, delusions, etc. It's unclear how this factored into what was presented to the grand jury -- but we were told he was held for a psychiatric evaluation before he was eventually arrested and taken to jail.

As for Swae and Slim ... they haven't said too much about the matter, but the former did tweet broken heart emojis shortly after the incident, as well as this in a since-deleted message ... "I pray this world let's me keep some compassion."

No, that's not the new lineup for Coachella ... that's the list of music guests slated to perform at the Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren fight next month!!

Triller just announced the stacked roster for its first-ever Fight Club on April 17 ... in hopes of turning the boxing match into a party for the ages.

The lineup is nuts ... and will also feature the debut performance of Snoop's rap supergroup, Mt. Westmore, with Ice Cube, E-40 and Too $hort.

Of course, Triller put on a hell of a show for the Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr. fight in November ... with performances by Wiz Khalifa, French Montana, Swae Lee and more.

Now, the video app is looking to top that ... enlisting the Biebs to draw more viewers to the big event, which will be directed by Emmy winner Bert Marcus.

"This event is more like making a tentpole movie than a boxing match," Triller's Ryan Kavanaugh said Wednesday, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"By bringing in the creative genius Bert Marcus and pairing his unique story-telling vision with his unmatched shooting style, the Fight Club event is going shock and awe people."

If the drama over the Grammys this year possibly had you thinking "What Would Tupac Do?" -- we got an answer from his own flesh and blood.

Pac's brother, Mopreme Shakur, tells TMZ his little bro would probably have a lot to say about all the mudslinging about music's so-called "biggest night" ... in fact, he'd likely be fighting tooth and nail to get the changes The Weeknd and others are demanding.

For starters, Mopreme agrees with what Tank told us Sunday about nominating ... namely, that many of the voters are out-of-touch old-timers who skim through to pick what they like. Mopreme tells us that's true ... adding that if Pac was alive, he'd feel the same way.

Not just that, but Mopreme assures us ... 2Pac wouldn't stay silent on the issue -- he'd be vocal and on the Recording Academy's ass about how artists are selected. Knowing Pac's rep -- and considering the guy never won a Grammy himself -- it's hard to argue with Mo's take.

Speaking of the crop of musicians that get the spotlight ... Mopreme had some thoughts on that too, saying Tupac would likely be lobbying for more up-and-coming artists to get nominated ... rather than deferring to mainstream artists by default, especially in hip-hop.

Mopreme says that's no shade to folks like Cardi B or Megan Thee Stallion -- but he gives us an example of someone who should be recognized on talent alone ... Samm Henshaw.

Artists like this truly deserve to be hoisted up by the Recording Academy, and Mopreme tells us if Pac was here -- he'd be pulling for them hard at every opportunity.

Long story short ... Mopreme tells us he's no stranger to perceived shadiness on the Grammy's part. He points to the fact that guys like his bro, Snoop Dogg, or even Busta Rhymes never got theirs in their prime. Shoot, just look at Nas ... he got his FIRST award on Sunday -- this despite the fact "Illmatic" exists. So, the point is well taken.

The video seen 'round the world of a guy cruising on his skateboard and swigging Ocean Spray to Fleetwood Mac can officially (and digitally) be yours ... if you got the dough, and IF you're willing to do without one major component.

The guy who kicked off the 'Dreams' trend is Nathan Apodaca -- AKA Doggface -- and his manager tells us he's hawking his original 23-second long clip as a non-fungible token (NFT) on Rarible.com beginning Friday morning ... and he's opening the bids at a $500k minimum!!!

Here's the catch ... Nathan's video will be WITHOUT the Fleetwood Mac song that's now sorta the anthem to this video. He doesn't have the rights to sell that, so it'll just feature the original sound he shot on his iPhone -- which is ... kinda awk, but still cool we suppose.

The Ocean Spray logo will also be blurred for this sale ... 'cause Nate ain't got those rights either.

Still, if you want the footage all for yourself -- that's essentially what's up for grabs here. And, remember, NFTs are inherently valuable by nature ... they're one-of-a-kind assets that no one else has, so while half a mil might sound like a lot -- it could be worth the investment. As for why he's doing this ... we're told the aftermath of him posting this video -- which has amassed tens of millions of views between TikTok and IG -- has been more than good to him ... as he's raked in big-time cash in merch and sponsorship deals, and he wants to spread the love by offering this clip to keep the good vibes going.

Demi Lovato is opening up about the night that almost killed her, and the frightening moment when she woke up in the hospital and was declared legally blind.

Lovato's highly-anticipated "Dancing with the Devil" documentary premiered at the South by Southwest festival Tuesday night, giving viewers an unvarnished look at the singer's struggles and triumphs. In one part, she shares she was declared legally blind in the hospital after her 2018 overdose ... her vision so bad she was unable to see her sister at her bedside.

In an interview with The New York Times, Lovato said it took her two months to regain her vision enough so she could read a book again. The singer says in 'DWTD' she's still unable to drive because of occasional blind spots.

The documentary also details the night of her overdose ... Demi says she was out partying with friends, returned home and called her dealer who allegedly supplied heroin believed to have been laced with fentanyl.

TMZ broke the story ... Lovato was discovered minutes from death by an assistant in June of 2018 in her Hollywood Hills home. The singer spent months in rehab and has had an incredible journey to get back on her feet and performing again.

Rihanna skipped out on the Grammys this year and hasn't dropped an album in 5 years, but rest assured, she's doing just fine ... and the proof's in her new pad.

The 26-year-old had been in custody since December 2014 after he was charged with conspiracy to murder and other gun charges.

In 2016, Shmurda copped a plea deal to conspiracy to possess weapons and possession of a weapon -- and was sentenced to 7 years in prison followed by 5 years probation.

He was released in February 2021 and immediately embraced by rap stars like Quavo. He also had a big presence during NBA All-Star Weekend.

And, the celebration continued Monday night at Barclay's Center where Shmurda enjoyed a VIP suite to watch the Nets take on the NY Knicks.

After Brooklyn secured the W, James Harden took off his game-worn jersey and presented it to Shmurda -- along with a personal message and signature on the threads.

Shmurda was so fired up about the gift, he went right to the media and showed it off while sporting that sick new gold chain he recently scooped up.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez reaching a breaking point came as a total shock to their kids -- and that's one major reason the couple's together right now in the Dominican Republic trying to patch things up.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... neither of them expected news to break on Friday about their split, and as a result, they didn't have time to prepare their 4 children ... who've all grown very close.

Reggie Warren -- one of the founding members of the R&B group TROOP -- was struggling financially before he died, so his family is crowdfunding to pay for medical bills and a funeral.

A rep for Reggie tells TMZ ... the money started drying up around 2014 because TROOP hadn't had a big hit song since the 1990s, and now his family is feeling the squeeze.

Reggie's fam set up a GoFundMe to try and raise $30,000, which we're told will go toward paying hospital bills and burial expenses.

TMZ broke the story ... Reggie died Sunday in Pasadena, the day after being released from a two-month stay in the hospital.

Travis Scott went to work, literally, to make sure his new spiked seltzer hit local shelves ... but in the process, he caused a chaotic, and potentially dangerous, scene.

Scott hit up several grocery stores around Los Angeles Monday to promote his CACTI spiked seltzer. The rapper went inside a Pavillions in West Hollywood to check on his product and grab a pack of gum ... only to be swarmed by fans.

You can see the cashier and another customer get engulfed by the crowd as Travis signs autographs and tries to pay for his gum.

What's most upsetting about the video ... some fans aren't wearing masks, and every time he speaks, or yells, Travis pulls his own mask down ... defeating the whole point of wearing one.

Grocery stores have gone to great lengths to make sure customers can shop safely, and to see the safe practices like mask-wearing and social distancing completely ignored -- essentially over a pack of gum -- is sure to enrage store management.

Rich the Kid's been arrested for possession of a concealed weapon at LAX ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told the rapper was going through security at the airport Monday afternoon when a loaded firearm was discovered in his carry-on luggage. He was busted shortly after 1 PM PT, but it's unclear if cops have processed him yet.

The LAX arrest comes on the heels of a pretty rough 2020 that saw Rich get sued a few times -- by a management company, a jewelry store, and Fashion Nova.

The year before wasn't much better ... when he was the apparent target of a shooting attack at a West Hollywood studio -- and in 2018, he was badly injured in a home invasion.

The calendar change isn't helping Rich much ... not yet, anyway.
