Nelson was busted at 9:00 AM at a Border Patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, TX. Nelson was in his tour bus, traveling from California to Austin, when he was detained.

He was booked into the Hudspeth County Jail on a $2,500 bond and posted shortly thereafter.

Fleiss lives in Pahrump, NV -- roughly 60 miles outside Las Vegas.

A neighbor told TMZ Heidi had recently installed something in her fireplace and that it appeared the fire originated in the room with the fireplace.

Michael Brea was taken into custody early Tuesday morning after allegedly stabbing his mother to death in her Brooklyn apartment.

We're told Brea is not suspected of using a samurai sword -- as initial reports suggested -- but rather another type of blade, roughly 3 feet in length.

Brea is scheduled to be arraigned sometime today.

Longoria filed her papers, to divorce Tony Parker, in L.A. County Superior Court. Longoria cites "irreconcilable differences."

Longoria checked the box which says "Spousal support payable to [Longoria]. If Eva gets her way, she pays her lawyers and Tony pays for his."

TMZ has learned, Longoria and Parker signed a prenup on June 21, 2007 and it was amended in June, 2009. The legal docs also mention the prenup.

The papers were filed this morning, according to People.com.

UPDATE: "Extra" host Mario Lopez claims Eva has confirmed to him that she found hundreds of text messages from another woman on Parker's phone.

Lopez says Eva also confirmed that the mystery woman is MARRIED to one of Parker's teammates.

UPDATE #2: Eva just tweeted, "It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness."

Mel is referring to the explosive argument between the two on the night of January 6, 2010, which triggered the L.A. County Sheriff's Department domestic violence investigation. Oksana claims Mel punched her in the temple and in the mouth, knocking out two teeth.

But Mel tells a very different story. According to his declaration, dated June 23, 2010 and filed with the court, Mel says he and Oksana were having one of their frequent arguments at his Malibu home, when Oksana grabbed Lucia out her of bassinet, brought her right in the middle of the argument and screamed, "Stop yelling or you will make her into a retarded brain damaged idiot!"

Mel says Oksana then "spun around," ran into her older son's room and then out into the backyard. Mel says the yard is dangerous at night, set on different levels and dimly lit. Mel says Oksana ran across the various levels for about 75 yards, near thorny trees.

Mel says he implored Oksana to bring Lucia back inside, and that's when Oksana ran back into her older son's room, and "started swinging Lucia erratically in her arms, jerking her body from side to side to keep Lucia out of my reach."

Mel adds Oksana was "hysterical" and her "rapid movements were causing Lucia's little body to be flung from one side to the other, her head shaking violently." Mel says he feared Shaken Baby Syndrome.

As she refused to hand the baby over and continued with "rough and erratic movements," Mel says, "I slapped Oksana one time with an open hand in an attempt to bring her back to reality. I did not slap her hard, I was just trying to shock her so that she would stop screaming, continuing shaking Lucia back and forth."

Mel's story could establish a defense to a domestic violence charge -- using reasonable force to protect a child from injury.

As for Oksana, Mel says, "I did not hit Oksana with a closed fist, as she alleges. I did not ever punch her in the face or in the temple or anywhere else, not then or at any other time."

Mel admits, "While I do not believe I handled the situation as well as I should have, I was worried about the rough way Oksana was shaking and tossing Lucia around," adding, "My hand never touched any part of Lucia." As we've already reported, the pediatrician who examined Lucia the next day saw no evidence of injury.

And Mel says, "There was never any blood on Oksana and none of her teeth were 'broken,' although one of the false veneers from a tooth apparently did come off, I did not see that occur at the time."

The band posted a message on their website saying, "There were statues of a gargoyle as well as a Buddah that were placed at Paul’s grave by his friends and family that were taken."

The band is now asking for help from their fans -- saying, "We ask that whoever did this please return the items no questions asked. If anyone has any information about the stolen items please let us know."

Law enforcement sources tell us the body of a transient man was found on the ground of a golf course that shares a fence with the Playboy Mansion.

We're told there was a hole in the fence right near where the body was found. Sources at the mansion tell us they think he may have been trying to get on the grounds during an event there last night.

The L.A. County Coroner has already picked up the body.

The 32-year-old was found by a hotel employee around 10:00 this morning.

According to reports, Irons had planned to travel back to his home in Hawaii -- but fell ill and that's why he booked his room in Dallas.

The local medical examiner tells us an official cause of death has not been determined.

The Irons family has released a statement saying, "[Andy] had reportedly been battling with dengue fever, a viral disease."

It's a bizarre divorce ... Charlie and Brooke signed a 43-page property settlement document back in May, in which they divided all their assets and agreed on child custody. According to the document -- obtained by TMZ -- Brooke and Charlie get joint legal custody of their two kids. Brooke gets primary physical custody and Charlie gets visitation.

Brooke gets $55,000 a month in child support, and according to the doc, "Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."

Brooke gets cash from several income sources, plus a lump sum parting gift of $757,689.70.

Charlie gets the family house but has to pay Brooke around $1 mil.

Charlie gets to keep his $5.6 $5.45 million watch collection.

In the docs, Charlie lists their date of separation as 12/25/09 -- the day he was arrested in Aspen for a domestic incident involving Brooke.

PEOPLE broke the story that the divorce is being filed today.

Glanville was arrested at 12:05 AM by Beverly Hills PD. She was pulled over on Sunset Blvd. for an unknown traffic violation. According to law enforcement sources, officers detected the odor of alcohol and Glanville was given a field sobriety test. She was then arrested for suspicion of DUI.

We do not know the nature of her condition.

TMZ broke the story ... Gunvalson filed for divorce last week.

UPDATE: Sources tell TMZ Gunvalson is suffering from internal bleeding. She's being kept overnight for observation for upper G.I. problems.

We're told the retired NFL superstar sustained injuries in the wreck -- cops are on scene. TMZ obtained these photos of Seau's Cadillac Escalade which landed at the bottom of a cliff several feet from the beach.

Seau has been transported to a local hospital. The accident happened just south of Oceanside, CA ... where the former San Diego Charger had just been released from jail hours earlier.

As TMZ first reported, Junior Seau was arrested early this morning for domestic violence.

We're told Snooki will be at the Seaside Heights police station this morning to pay off her debt to society. Seaside PD tells us Snooki will be filing paperwork, cleaning, helping with clerical work, and vacuuming around the station and court house (which is next door).

Snooki was busted back on July 30 and pled guilty to disturbing the quiet enjoyment of the beach. She was sentenced to two days community service and a $533 fine.

It seems to have all began when Handler got wind of a Cannon upcoming comedy show ... which prompted her to tweet, "I just heard nick cannon is starting a comedy tour. Who's going to do the comedy?"

Cannon was not pleased, posted a few tweets expressing that, then got personal: "Everyone knows @Chelseahandler had sex with the head of E! for her show. So when its canceled does he get residual p***y for the reruns?"

Cannon posted several other things since then (including some things about photo of her and 50 Cent), Handler mixed in a grape soda joke, and things have gone quiet for the time being.
