Paris Hilton is a married woman -- walking down the aisle and saying her "I Do's" -- with Carter Reum in a celeb-studded ceremony ... with plenty more wedding celebrations to come!

Hilton and Reum tied the knot Thursday night at Paris' late grandfather's sprawling Bel-Air estate. Paris looked stunning in an Oscar de la Renta wedding gown, and the setup was immaculate with thousands of white roses lining the aisles and a white rose arch over the couple as they exchanged vows.

Paris' sister, Nicky, served as maid of honor while Tessa Hilton, Halle Reum, Brooke Brinson, Whitney Davis and Farrah Aldjufrie were her bridesmaids. One of Paris' longtime friends, Kim Kardashian, was in attendance and helped Paris get her dress situated. Nicole Richie, who starred in "The Simple Life" with Paris was also there.

After the serious stuff, the guests were treated to a performance by Demi Lovato. BTW ... in true Paris fashion, she had 4 outfit changes throughout the night.

Speaking of over-the-top, so was the guest list, which included Paula Abdul, Kyle Richards, Bebe Rexha, Emma Roberts, Evan Ross and a ton more.

The ceremony kicks off a weekend-long worth of festivities, including a carnival-themed party at The Santa Monica Pier Friday, followed by a black and white tie event on Saturday ... so ya, there's a lot still to come.

The newlyweds got engaged on a trip to a private island to celebrate Paris' 40th back in February, but dated for quite sometime before that.

Reum marked Hilton's 4th engagement ... she never made it to the altar with any of the previous dudes -- who included actor Chris Zylka.

Of course, in true Paris fashion, the whole shindig will be profiled on an upcoming documentary.

The wedding guests, including longtime friend Kim Kardashian, are soaking in the ceremony at the $60 million estate, where ya can't miss the hot pink and white floral arrangements with the bride and groom's initials.

The ceremony is the first part of Paris' three-day wedding ... next up is a Friday night carnival on the Santa Monica Pier, and the celebration wraps up Saturday with a black-tie event.

Remember ... Paris and Carter got engaged back in February, when he popped the question on a private island to kick off her 40th birthday celebration.

The fourth engagement was the charm for Paris ... her previous fiancés never made it to the big day. She was engaged to Jason Shaw in 2002, Greek shipping heir Paris Kassidokostas-Latsis in 2005 and actor Chris Zylka in 2018.

Ever the reality TV star, Paris documented the behind-the-scenes of her wedding planning for her new reality show on Peacock, "Paris in Love."

There could be another important milestone in the near future for Paris and Carter ... they have been undergoing in-vitro fertilization treatments leading up to the wedding ... so stay tuned for a potential pregnancy.

Marc Anthony was the MVP of a wedding proposal that went down at one of his concerts ... and we've got it all on video!!!

As you can see, Marc stopped the show and brought the couple up on stage ... and the guy drops to one knee and busts out the ring. The girl says yes and they kiss, as the crowd goes wild and Marc raises his hands in the air.

The man who popped the question, Denis Leborgne, tells TMZ ... Marc is his fiancée's favorite singer and she'd never seen him perform live in concert, so he reached out to Marc's production team, Magnus Media, 14 months ago to set up a big proposal.

Denis says the plans were delayed by the pandemic, but once the world opened up and Marc started touring again, he targeted the Nov. 5 show in Estero, FL.

Marc's production team broke down the plan with Denis the day before the show -- MA would point to him in the crowd, at which point he would propose, but Marc went the extra mile.

Denis says when he and his then-girlfriend, Liz, arrived, they were whisked into the VIP section and she was in shock. When the big moment came, Marc didn't just spotlight them in the crowd ... he invited them up on stage in front of everyone!!!

Marc caught everyone off guard -- you can see in the video, the couple has a little bit of stage fright. Denis says his fiancé was so nervous in front of Marc she told him the name of her nationality instead of her name.

At the end of the show, Denis says Marc told them God bless and put his fingers in the shape of a cross ... capping off a night they will never forget.

There might be an explanation for Matthew Stafford's wild interceptions Sunday night ... 'cause Paris Hilton was rocking her big ass engagement ring in a field box at the Rams game -- and that diamond was dancing!!!

Okay, so obviously, the ring had zero impact on the Rams losing big to the Tennessee Titans on Sunday Night Football ... but 40-year-old Paris had her rock on full display as she hit up SoFi Stadium with her fiancé, 40-year-old Carter Reum, to kick off their wedding week.

The game was a bit of a bummer for L.A. -- the Rams lost 28-16 -- but it's clear the underwhelming performance didn't bother the couple as they get ready to get hitched this week.

"Having so much fun seeing the @RamsNFL with my love," Paris said on Twitter. "4 Days to go!"

Paris and Carter even had custom merch to match their wedding date -- with both rocking #11 jerseys.

Naturally, Paris had to show off her ring -- which reportedly cost more than $1 million -- with a pair of leather gloves.

Miles Teller may see some justice after all -- the guy who allegedly clocked him in a bathroom has officially been charged with assault.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Russell Nielsen got hit with one count of 3rd-degree assault in the County of Maui. Prosecutors say he intentionally, knowingly or recklessly caused bodily injury to Miles.

Now, MT didn't look too roughed up or bothered in the immediate aftermath of the tussle earlier this year -- but it looks like he did bring home a shiner from it, which was clearly visible in photos of him once he touched down in L.A. again. So, yeah ... it would appear prosecutors feel Nielsen left enough of a mark to move forward here.

TMZ broke the story ... Miles says he was confronted by two guys in the bathroom of a restaurant while out dining with his wife, Keleigh, which then allegedly escalated into violence. Miles initially made it out like he'd been cornered and jumped by complete strangers ... as did Keleigh.

Of course, since then ... some of the pieces have fallen into place over what exactly happened and why. We've heard from people familiar with the matter Nielsen knows the Tellers through his own wife, who owns a wedding planning company -- and who apparently worked on Miles and Keleigh's ceremony at one point or another in 2019.

Our sources told us Russ was confronting Miles over money he believed they still owed for wedding planning -- some $60k worth ... and after some talking, allegedly took a swing.

We've gotten video of Russell and his wedding planner wife in other heated situations with folks in the past -- and there, too, he appeared to fly off the handle with his boo egging him on.

Paris Hilton says Kim Kardashian is totally invited to her upcoming wedding ... but she's keeping it a mystery if Pete Davidson can roll with as a plus one.

We got Paris leaving Alice + Olivia in Beverly Hills on Friday and our photog asked if Kim got a wedding invite.

As you can see, Paris nods in agreement ... but when we press her about Kim being able to bring Pete as a plus one, Paris gives no indications either way.

Remember, Paris and Kim go way back, so ya gotta imagine Kim was one of the first ones to get an invite ... and the wedding is fast approaching -- it's next Thursday.

As you know, Kim has been hanging out a lot recently with Pete, and after a few dinner dates in New York and a roller coaster ride holding hands in SoCal, they are looking more and more like an item.

Paris might just be deliberating about inviting Pete ... like she is with a lot of other big wedding decisions.

She changed her venue for the umpteenth time recently ... the wedding to fiance Carter Reum is now going down at her late grandfather Barron’s Bel-Air estate and she has yet to pick out a wedding dress ... first reported by Page Six.

Britney Spears wants to get married, buy a house and have kids ... but those plans are all on hold until the judge in her conservatorship case decides if it should end ... TMZ has learned.

Britney and Sam Asghari are engaged, but sources with direct knowledge tell us they have not made any wedding plans because of the impending court hearing. Ditto the prenup ... there's been no movement. And, TMZ broke the story ... they want to buy a house together, but that's on ice as well.

All signs point to the 13-year-long conservatorship coming to an end, but it's not guaranteed. The wild card -- whether the judge orders a mental evaluation. Britney, Jamie and others have urged the judge to end it without such an evaluation ... in fact, so far no one involved in the conservatorship has suggested otherwise.

Nevertheless, with 13 years of mental evaluations on file with the court, it's up to the judge whether to cut Britney free without another one. The judge has an easy out given the parties don't want it, but given the various diagnoses over the years, the judge may want to hear from psychiatrists and other doctors before making the decision.

As for all her plans, Britney is living her life ... hanging with Sam, going on vacation and posting stories about her life on social media.

Kal Penn has come out of the closet in the most surprising of ways -- announcing he's gay in a new book of his, which reveals that he's actually getting married as well.

The actor shared the news through his forthcoming offering, "You Can't Be Serious," via excerpts that leaked over the weekend ... and which is due out this Tuesday. He makes no bones about it ... he's in a relationship with a guy named Josh, whom he's been dating for 11 years.

More importantly, they're on the road to matrimony ... because the couple is engaged. Apparently, Kal met Josh while he was living/working in D.C. under the Obama administration -- for which he worked in an official capacity -- and they've been together since.

He discusses his sexuality this way, "I've always been very public with everybody I've personally interacted with. Whether it's somebody that I meet at a bar, if Josh and I are out or we're talking to friends." He adds, "I'm really excited to share our relationship with readers. But Josh, my partner, my parents, and my brother, four people who I'm closest to in the family, are fairly quiet. They don't love attention and shy away from the limelight."

The guy is getting overwhelming support for finally sharing his truth -- one that's been kept as a secret for years now ... as no one really seems to have known Kal was gay.

He posted a video thanking people for the love he's been getting ... and also shouted out folks whom he sent an early copy of his book to -- with their reaction quotes featured on the back cover.

Kal has traditionally played stoner bros in a lot of the raunchy comedies he's known for, especially from the 'Harold & Kumar' franchise. He's also known for roles from "Designated Survivor," "How I Met Your Mother," "House," "Van Wilder," "Battle Creek" and many more.

Britney Spears' fiance Sam Asghari certainly has a sense of humor when it comes to his bank account compared to his bride-to-be's ... saying his new movie role might help him get out of the financial dumps.

We got Sam leaving Bristol Farms Thursday in West Hollywood, and congratulated him on his new gig -- a movie called "Hot Seat," starring Mel Gibson. Asghari, obviously excited about the opportunity, tells us he loves working, and cracked a pretty good joke about just scratching by with pandemic stimulus checks.

Of course, Britney's worth an estimated $60 million, and from what we're told, Sam spends most of his time at her Thousand Oaks mansion.

Not to mention, he's always by her side in private jets and on elaborate vacations ... so the guy isn't really hurting that much.

It's not the first time Asghari has made light of his financial situation, when the couple first announced they were getting hitched, Britney fans flooded Spears' social media advising her to get a prenup.

Sam clearly saw all of the comments, because he joked the couple was getting an iron clad prenup to protect his Jeep and shoe collection.

Jokes or not, TMZ broke the story ... shortly after their engagement, Britney and team did start to take the necessary steps to draft a prenup.

Teresa Giudice and her new fiance, Luis Ruelas, caused quite a scene when they showed up to an NYC comedy club ... with tons of fans, well-wishers and camera flashes greeting them at the door.

The newly engaged couple hit Caroline's on Broadway Wednesday night to support her brother, Joe Gorga, who had a gig. As soon as they arrived, Teresa and Luis were hit with a flood of cameras and questions -- they stayed mostly silent before heading inside -- but then came back out to take more pics, and flash her new engagement ring.

We got some video inside the club, and backstage Gorga congratulated his sister and future brother-in-law with some nice words ... and a round of shots.

As for his set, Joe had the audience rolling with 'Housewives' jokes ... and Teresa and Luis seemed to be eating it up too.

Ariana Grande buy-eth, and Ariana Grande sell-eth just as fast -- she's unloading her L.A. fortress after a little more than a year of living there ... and turned a small profit.

AG just sold her mansion up in the Hollywood Hills, with a birds-eye view of La La Land below -- scooping a nice and neat $14 million in the sale. No word on where she may be heading next ... but wherever she lands, she'll have more than just one person to think about.

Since snapping the place up back in the summer of 2020 ... Ari's gone through a lot of changes, including her marriage to Dalton Gomez.

Presumably, their next property might become their love nest and permanent home base ... as the possibility of kids and everything else that usually comes after nuptials starts to work its way into the picture.

As for the pad she's leaving behind ... it probably would've worked just fine for a future fam too, as it was NOT lacking in space or luxury. It was a 4-bed, 7-bath modern-day palace -- with a private fitness studio, a 300-bottle wine cellar, a pool and gorgeous views of the city.

Still, maybe they're thinking of a new area ... and perhaps want even more room to spread out than this. Remember ... Ari bought it for a cool $13.7 mil at the time -- so she made about $300k from the sale, and probably broke even after fees and closing costs.

Chris Harrison is getting ready to be a married man -- he just proposed to Lauren Zima ... AND SHE SAID YES!!!

The former 'Bachelor' host announced Monday that he'd popped the question to his entertainment host girlfriend, and she happily accepted, flashing the giant rock and laying a smooch on her hubby-to-be.

Chris took to IG and posted a photo of himself on bended knee and slipping the ring on Lauren's finger, writing ... "I love you @laurenzima The next chapter starts now!" Looks like this engagement moment went down at a winery in Napa Valley.

Lauren -- a host at ET -- reciprocated with her own post, saying ... "We tell each other this all the time, and we said it again in an unforgettably beautiful moment this weekend: I didn’t know love could be like this. You are the most incredible partner. Thank you for loving me, championing me and asking me to marry you. Here’s to the next amazing chapter, and all the rest."

Chris and Lauren have been going strong for at least 2 years now -- they first went public at a pre-SAG Awards party in January 2019, posing on the red carpet together in front of cameras. We've seen them out hand-in-hand several times since then ... even as CH was going through his controversial 'Bachelor' exit. Through it all, Lauren was by his side.

This will be Chris' second marriage -- he was with Gwen Harrison for nearly 18 years, before they split up in 2018. He has two kids from that relationship. This will be Lauren's second marriage as well.

Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae Young are now husband and wife ... after tying the knot Saturday in a ritzy ceremony.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... they got hitched at The Rosewood Miramar hotel in Montecito ... the same place Travis popped the question to Kourtney Kardashian a week earlier.

Tarek walked his mom down the aisle first and then went back for his daughter Taylor, as Lady Gaga's "Shallow" played in the background. Heather walked down the aisle to some kind of pop music ... unclear which.

The nuptials lasted about half an hour, and it was followed by a fancy cocktail party where guests downed drinks as the wedding party mugged for photos. That was all followed by dinner and night of dancing.

There was a wall with the inscription, "He finally FLIPPED her last name." Kinda clever -- "Flipping 101" meets "Selling Sunset."

The "Selling Sunset" crew was on hand, including both Oppenheimer bros, Mary and her hubby, and Chrishell.

BTW ... Young wore a fitted corset dress with French lace. That's all we know about fashion.

Tarek and his bride will be flying to the Maldives and Dubai for their honeymoon.

Paul Walker's daughter just got hitched ... and, of course, his good pal, Vin Diesel, was there to walk her down the aisle.

Meadow Walker posted videos Friday from her wedding, and it looks like it was a beautiful ceremony somewhere on the oceanside.

Meadow's new husband is actor Louis Thornton-Allan ... and their marriage comes just a few months after they announced their engagement.

Vin always said he and Paul became family working together on the 'Fast and Furious' franchise ... plus, he's Meadow's godfather, so it makes sense he'd be front-and-center for her big day.

TMZ broke the story when Paul died in a fiery 2013 car accident. He was 40 years old and Meadow was just 15 at the time. She's 22 now, and working as a fashion model.

This is Meadow's first marriage -- she and Louis just went public with their relationship in July. Considering the tragedy she's endured, you can understand why they didn't waste time with a long engagement.

Teresa Giudice went to Greece with a boyfriend, but she's coming back with a fiancé.

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star just got engaged to her man, Luis Ruelas, on their European getaway. Luis popped the question at the Amanzoe Resort in Porto Heli, Greece.

According to People, he did the whole down on one knee thing while on the beach ... surrounded by candles, roses and a giant "Marry Me?" sign.

Sources tell us that before proposing, Luis went to Teresa's daughters for approval ... and they all gave their blessing.

The trip to Greece has been super romantic, even before Luis made it even more memorable for Teresa. They've been shacking up at the posh resort, going to spas, hitting the beach, dining out and doing helicopter tours.

Teresa and Luis have been creeping closer to wedding bells for a few months now. Remember, we got them out in Beverly Hills this summer and Luis told us 3 times he was planning to ask Teresa for her hand in marriage.

At the time, some thought he was just saying it because our photog kinda put him on the spot, but Luis obviously meant it.

The couple started dating last year -- they met at the Jersey Shore -- after she'd finalized her divorce from Joe Giudice ... ending 20 years of marriage.

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are gunning to head south of the border once more -- only this time, its for a wedding ... but first, they'll need to get the all clear from court.

The convicted couple just filed legal docs asking for permission to take a week-long trip down to San Jose del Cabo next month ... where they say they plan to be in attendance for someone's nuptials. Lori and Mossimo say they'd be gone from Nov. 5 to Nov. 12.

As for why they should be allowed to go, the pair note they've been compliant with the terms of their supervised release since getting out of prison. Lori cites the $150k fine she had to fork over as part of her sentence and says she's done with her community service.

Mossimo, for his part, says he's paid his $250k fine and says he's making progress on the community service. In other words ... we've paid for our college admission scandal sins.

Worth noting, this is is the exact same reasoning as last time -- remember, they went to Cabo back in June, and cited the same rationale, which a judge approved. So, ya gotta figure they'll be given the green light again.

Lori and Mossimo also claim their probation offices have their back in the ask -- which should help get it approved.

The judge has yet to rule.
