YouTube is cutting off Russell Brand's cash flow in response to rape and sexual assault allegations against him -- the platform's suspended him from making money off his videos.

A YouTube spokesperson said on Tuesday it's suspending the comedian-turned-influencer's account -- which has over 6.6 million subscribers -- which means he won't be able to cash in on the ads that play before and during his library of vids.

The company says Brand violated its creator responsibility policy -- which, in part, says a creator's off-platform behavior that's deemed potentially harmful to others can result in YouTube taking action.

This doesn't just affect Brand's main channel, BTW ... it also puts the kibosh on his other accounts raking in the dough, like Awakening with Russell, Football Is Nice, and Stay Free with Russell Brand.

As we reported, Brand is now facing claims from multiple women who claim to have been raped, sexually assaulted or abused by him from 2006 to 2013 ... with one alleged victim saying said she had toxic interactions with him when she was just 16 years old.

He was put on blast in 2 pieces, published on Saturday through The Times (UK) and Channel 4. Brand tried getting in front of the report by posting a video Friday on social media -- including his YT channel -- saying all of his sexual encounters have been consensual.

James Marsden's 50th birthday bash took the cake -- literally -- with a candlelit dessert featuring a throwback photo of the star in his modeling days.

The Emmy-nominated actor and a bunch of other celebs piled into the Sheats-Goldstein Residence in L.A. Monday to celebrate Marsden's milestone.

Bold-faced names included Tessa Thompson, Woody Harrelson, Natasha Lyonne, Ben Barnes and Aaron Paul. Ronald Gladden, who costarred with Marsden on the popular Amazon Freevee show "Jury Duty," also made a cameo.

The main attraction wasn't Marsden himself -- but, instead, the picture of him as a handsome young model plastered on the Bday cake.

The black and white image of Marsden was surrounded by gold candles with “Happy 50th Birthday JAMES!” inscribed underneath.

Marsden later posted several snapshots of the fancy cake on Instagram, along with a video showing him blowing out the candles as everyone sang, "Happy Birthday."

Partygoers also got to drink like sailors thanks to Casamigos -- the tequila company that threw the party. The “James Birthday Cocktails” list showcased a cucumber jalapeño margarita, a passion fruit margarita and casa ranch water.

Jennifer Garner leads with kindness ... taking time out of her day to help out a homeless man in L.A., even taking the shoes off her feet to let him wear.

JG was spotted lending a helping hand Sunday at Santa Monica beach -- leaning out of her car to hand the man a bag of essential goodies, before jumping out of the ride to give an even more personal touch.

Jennifer quickly realized the guy was barefoot, so she put socks on his feet and even took her own shoes off to give to him ... chatting him up with a smile on her face.

Jennifer's shoes must not have fit, because she rushed over to the photog and offered to buy his shoes to give to the man -- BTW, we're told the photog offered up his kicks free of charge, and even added things like a blanket, a shirt and pants for the man.

Angelyne is doin' something that will shock most L.A. natives -- the media personality is selling one of her iconic pink Corvettes in a last-ditch effort to complete her self-produced biopic.

Angelyne tells TMZ ... she's unloading one of her famous rides for a whopping $200k, or the best offer she can get, with the cash going to help wrap up the movie she's making about herself.

She says she's owned the bright ride since 2008, but is almost done with the flick apart from music, coloring, and sound tweaks, so it's essential she come up with the funds. Angelyne tells us the finances from the sale of the car will allow her to maintain creative control of the film, which is important to her.

Angelyne says she's gotten some lowball offers in the past few days but is holding out for the $200k to come rolling in -- and not to worry, Angelenos, she still has 3 other pink 'Vettes left ... so she'll still be recognizable around town.

For those unaware, Angelyne has been a West Coast icon since the 1980s, often spotted driving around the city in one of the 11 pink Corvettes she's owned in her lifetime. She also gained a lot of attention when she appeared on a series of billboards that simply had her name on it and a raunchy pic of her.

Apart from her local fame, she appeared with the soon-to-be-sold Corvette in the 2017 film, "The Disaster Artist," with James Franco and Seth Rogen.

"Oppenheimer" just became the highest-grossing film based on a real-life person to ever hit the big screen, and its 2nd-place competition shares something in common ... Rami Malek.

Indeed, the actor stars in both Christopher Nolan's latest blockbuster -- in a scene-stealing moment, no less -- as well as "Bohemian Rhapsody" ... the biopic about Freddie Mercury ... which, up until this Sunday, was the top dog when it came to flicks about historical figures.

That changed, however, after "Oppenheimer" crossed a big threshold at the worldwide box office ... the number being $912 million, which is how much its made in its theatrical run.

That barely edges out Rami's 'BH' ... which peaked at $910M while it was still out. Below that is a significant drop-off in Clint Eastwood's "American Sniper," which made over $540 mil at the global box office. After that ... "The Greatest Showman," "The King's Speech" and so on.

Again ... the common denominator for the two crown jewels in this category is Rami. He was obviously the lead star in 'Bohemian' -- winning an Oscar for Best Actor in that -- and he has a crucial role in "Oppenheimer" as well ... when he outs RDJ as the big bad toward the end.

Assuming "Oppenheimer" goes on to swoop up some statuettes next year -- like most everyone expects it to -- Rami can say he's been in two Academy Award-winning films.

Sylvester Stallone is just like one of The Beatles ... at least, when in Rome, because he was completely bombarded by a sea of fans while on a trip with his family.

The "Rocky" star was met with hundreds of folks while spending time overseas. The actor was visiting with his wife, Jennifer Flavin, and their 3 daughters -- and the whole fam got a security detail that was workin' hard to keep them safe.

Sean Penn went nuclear on Will Smith and the Oscars, wondering why he went to jail for assault while Smith got nothing but applause after assaulting Chris Rock.

Penn is still hot under the collar that Volodymyr Zelensky was not allowed to appear at the 2022 Oscars ceremony.

Penn angrily told Variety ... “The Oscars producer thought, ‘Oh, he’s [Zelensky's] not light-hearted enough.’ Well, guess what you got instead? Will Smith!. I don’t know Will Smith. I met him once. He seemed very nice when I met him. He was so f***ing good in ‘King Richard."

And then, Sean delivered the punch ...  "So why the f*** did you just spit on yourself and everybody else with this stupid f***ing thing? Why did I go to f***ing jail for what you just did? And you’re still sitting there? Why are you guys standing and applauding his worst moment as a person?”

Penn is referring to his 1987 conviction for attacking an extra on the set of "Colors," for which he served 33 days in jail.

Sean thinks had Zelensky appeared at the Oscars, the tone would have been different and Smith wouldn't have dared to cross the line ...“This f***ing bulls*** wouldn’t have happened with Zelensky. Will Smith would never have left that chair to be part of stupid violence. It never would have happened.”

Sean was so distraught, he wanted to destroy his Oscars, saying "I thought, well, f*** it, you know? I'll give them to Ukraine. They can be melted down to bullets they can shoot at the Russians."

Penn ended up presenting Zelensky with his own Oscars while on a visit in November 2022. In turn, Penn was presented with the Order of Merit by Zelensky.

Jonathan Majors just wanted to satisfy his craving for In-N-Out, but stopped a beatdown instead ... swooping in the middle of a high school fight to break things up.

DC fans think Jason Momoa and Amber Heard are getting sidelined in the lead-up to "Aquaman 2" -- and the rumored reason ... the studio's reportedly preparing for a bomb.

The comic book crowd is in a frenzy this weekend amid some gossip about "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom" -- which is coming out in December ... but which has yet to show off any official marketing material, including first-looks, teaser trailers or much of anything else.

The lack of promotion is starting to concern some of the most fervent DC heads, and many have wondered why Warner Bros. is taking their time. Welp, one purported comic book scooper -- who's often credited with insider knowledge -- says he has the answer.

KC Walsh of The GWW wrote in response to one fan, "Because they know it’s bad, they know it’ll lose money, and they aren’t putting a marketing budget behind it at all."

It's unclear if KC is actually citing sources within the industry, or if he's just floating his own theory on why the trailers have been slow to roll out -- so take his words here with a grain of salt. Still, though ... his "report" is being taken seriously by a lot of comic-centric outlets.

More importantly, the logic seems to make sense to many -- and this all has to do with how DC's latest big superhero movies recently did at the box office. Of course, there's "Blue Beetle," which didn't make much money at all ... but the big mistake lies in "The Flash."

The Ezra Miller-led film reportedly cost hundreds of millions of dollars to both shoot and market -- and, as we all now know, the movie performed abysmally ... leaving WB in the red.

Lop on the alleged fact that this new movie supposedly stinks, and it's no wonder Warner would be wary to pour even more money into 'Aquaman 2' -- the budget of which is said to have ballooned north of $200 million through a ton of different reshoots amid the pandemic.

Plus, there's the strike that's still ongoing ... not to mention lingering Amber hate, as well as James Gunn's overarching reboot of the DCU. With all these factors combined, it's easy to see why WB possibly scaling back the "Aquaman 2" rollout actually checks out.

Warner might have experienced a windfall in "Barbie," but appear to have issues elsewhere.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has been temporarily sidelined from working out, after going under the knife.

Sources connected to the 76-year-old bodybuilder/actor/politician tell TMZ ... Arnold had nerve damage in his elbow that required surgery last Thursday. Doctors put a protective cast on his entire right arm, so Gold's Gym is without its leader ... but probably only for a week.

He got in his last workout just hours before the operation, and now he's getting his exercise by strolling in the SoCal sun.

Arnold released a never-before-seen video last week, revealing his 2018 heart surgery was way more serious than anyone knew. It was supposed to be a routine, non-invasive procedure to replace a heart valve, but something went wrong and doctors quickly decided to do full-blown open-heart surgery.

Sylvester Stallone met one of his biggest fans during a family trip to the Vatican ... the Pope!!!

The 'Rocky' star spent his Friday touring Vatican City, and was actually granted an audience with Pope Francis, who went full fanboy ... telling Sly it's an honor to meet him because he grew up watching the actor's movies.

The video of their interaction is awesome -- Sly was bold enough to shadowbox the Pope, who even threw a few left hooks himself. Seriously, it's almost like the Pope is more thrilled about the meeting than Stallone.

The whole thing was a family affair ... Sly also introduced the Pope to his wife, Jennifer Flavin, and their three daughters, Sophia, Scarlet and Sistine. You'd think the pontiff might have been impressed by Sistine's name, but was more focused on the movie star of his younger years.

Sly went to the Vatican last September too, when he got to hold the keys that open every door in Vatican City, including the Sistine Chapel, and this time he got to meet His Holiness.

Priscilla Presley is once again denying she and Elvis Presley were intimate while she was a minor -- this amid a new movie that spotlights their relationship ... controversy and all.

The ex-wife of the late icon was front and center Monday during a presser at the Venice Film Festival, just before Sofia Coppola's new film -- "Priscilla" -- was screened. During a Q&A, Priscilla was lobbed a question directly ... and she answered it head-on.

Check out what she says about their relationship -- which began with her meeting Elvis at the age of 14, and him at 24 -- but at which point, Priscilla insists, hadn't yet turned sexual.

She says what made Elvis drawn to her was the fact she would listen to him and let him pour his heart to her ... something that led to them continuing to see each other even after Elvis came back to the States following a deployment in Germany, where they first linked.

Priscilla says the fact he could confide in her and trust her was at the core of their relationship -- and while she says many might assume they were sleeping together at this time, she says that's not true ... and that Elvis respected the fact she was just a teen.

Now, despite that ... she's confessed in the past that Elvis would kiss her at this age -- and even at age 17, she went to go visit him for an overnight stay with her parents' permission.

With this larger picture ... many have criticized Elvis after the fact, alleging he was a scummy guy for zeroing in on a young girl -- but, clearly, Priscilla has no regrets ... even now calling him the love of her life, and saying she was drawn to him even after they divorced.

Emma Stone is getting a lot of Oscar buzz for a new movie of hers -- where she's in some balls-to-the-wall sex scenes, baring it all ... even though her character's technically a child.

This one's a little dicey, but it's being talked about a ton this weekend among attendees at both the Telluride Film Festival here in Colorado and the Venice Film Festival in Italy -- where her latest offering, "Poor Things," got screened ... and which is getting rave reviews.

The movie's about a lady who gets brought back to life, Frankenstein-style, but this time ... with the brain of a young kid. So, she's back all doe-eyed/naïve -- and apparently horny too.

As far as what age she's supposed to be portraying in the film ... it's hard to pin down exactly, but some outlets have used the term "infant" to characterize the type of child she's playing (in an adult's body). Essentially, her role as Bella supposedly plays out a sexual liberation odyssey ... and word is, this one is raunchy as hell -- with ES embracing all of it.

If that sounds controversial, well ... that's because it is, but that's not stopping the director, Yorgos Lanthimos, from heaping on the praise -- let alone apologizing for the content.

During a press interview at Venice, Yorgos said Emma was with him every step of the way in terms of playing out the graphic sex he wanted to show on camera ... noting she was fearless in doing so and had no shame to show anything off. So, yeah -- full nudity it seems.

While the subject matter might come across as, perhaps, a little too edgy ... film snobs who are there and have seen it are groveling over "Poor Things" -- calling it a sensation, and also claiming that Emma is definitely going to be a front-runner for Best Actress come 2024.

BTW, Emma's flick is far from the only one at these film fests that apparently dabbles in hanky-panky. A good handful of others are said to do the same ... including some portraying gay relationships. S/O Jacob Elordi, Barry Keogan, Paul Mescal and Andrew Scott.

Bradley Cooper's portrayal of Leonard Bernstein has drawn a lot of criticism -- but in Italy this weekend ... it drew more applause than outrage, especially from the latter's children.

Netflix's new film, "Maestro," received a standing ovation Saturday at the Venice Film Festival ... where it was screened in front of a select audience, without any of its cast members around to enjoy it. Obviously, that's because of the actors' strike going on right now.

Still, the rest of the crew was on hand to hear all the cheers ... and based on reports, this applause lasted for quite a while -- around 7 minutes or so of people on their feet.

By most accounts ... Bradley's a front-runner for Best Actor after his performance in this.

The other notable part about this reaction here is the fact that the late conductor's adult kids were in the crowd as well -- and they seemed thrilled by what they saw on the screen. Check out what they did ... on top of just clapping for BC, they seemed to cry too.

Jamie, Alexander and Nina were even seen enthusiastically fake-conducting along to Bernstein's music when the credits rolled ... so yeah, they appear to have loved it.

Of course, the backdrop of all this is the controversy this film landed in -- namely, some accusing Brad of "Jewface" ... on account of his extended nose prosthetic in the movie.

LB's children publicly spoke out in support of Brad ... saying they're fine with how he looks on camera, noting their father did indeed have a large nose. Sounds like they might be even more on board after having seen 'Maestro' for themselves.

Zac Efron's got one of the best bods in all of Hollywood ... though he's got some serious competition within his own family.

The actor just shared a series of shirtless thirst traps from a recent getaway to Idaho with his brother Dylan, who is giving his more famous sibling a run for his money when it comes to hotness.

Zac and Dylan both ditched their shirts during a boat day out on Lake Coeur d’Alene, where they showed off their abs and chiseled bodies as they did some wakeboarding.

The Efrons also hit the links for a round of golf ... and Dylan says Zac came out on top ... though Dylan says he got revenge by pushing Zac into the lake.

There are a lot of thirst traps, but also some wholesome family content ... and even some snaps of Zac falling off his wakeboard.
