Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley look like future legal trouble walking -- even when they're heading for Disney World.

The on and off couple were not looking in the mood for travel, or anything else, as they boarded a flight from Las Vegas to Orlando. To be fair, they were flying Spirit at 2:45 AM ... so that could explain their faces. Other travelers tell us Jen seemed irritated and barked at Ronnie.

We'd chalk that up to the early hour, but then again ... these 2 have a serious history.

Once on board, we're told Ronnie sat 3 rows behind Jen and their 1-year-old daughter, Ariana Sky. They didn't speak AT ALL on the flight. We don't know if they intentionally sat apart, or if they weren't able to book next to each other -- it was a pretty full flight.

When they landed, we're told Jen yelled at Ron to grab their bags, which he did without any argument ... before they hopped into a black SUV.

A source close to the couple tells TMZ ... Ronnie is NOT filming anything there for "Jersey Shore." We're told the plan was for him and his family to celebrate Father's Day at Disney World.

The trip comes nearly a month after Jen was arrested for a New Year's Eve incident when she allegedly threw an ashtray at the reality star.

As we first reported ... Harley was arrested in Vegas on May 16 after she called cops to report someone with a gun. When cops arrived, she was the one hauled off after cops discovered she had an outstanding warrant.

Surveillance video showed Ronnie walking out of a club on the night in question ... with what appeared to be a bloody face. The fight apparently didn't end there cause when Jen got home that night, she allegedly found her home ransacked. She accused Ronnie of breaking a flat-screen TV among other things.

Khloe Kardashian hit back against allegations she cheated with Tristan Thompson at the expense of his baby mama, Jordan Craig.

Khloe says she was reluctant to continue seeing Tristan when he confessed to a pregnant ex ... but believed him when he and his people told her he and his ex were done.

"He pleaded with me that the relationship was over before we met," Khloe says. She claims he showed her evidence ... and had her talking to his lawyer, mother and friends to convince her they were through.

"This is MY TRUTH," Khloe says, insisting she truly believed Tristan was single when they started dating ... and if he wasn't, she is "so completely and utterly sorry," but pins the blame on those who lied to her.

"I pray my truth is in fact that," she wrote. "Lord knows I pray but now, I really don't know what to believe."

Jordan Craig claimed in court documents obtained by Radar Online she found out Tristan was cheating just a month after discovering she was pregnant ... and said Tristan had denied even knowing Khloe before she saw them together in paparazzi pics.

Khloe, of course, would face a similar experience with Tristan on the heels of giving birth and after.

Katherine Schwarzenegger's life as a married woman is off to an awesome start ... just ask her stepson, who's clearly enjoying it.

Chris Pratt, his son, Jack, and Katherine had an evening out in Pacific Palisades Tuesday, including a celebratory dinner at Blue Ribbon Sushi and a movie. Since Chris and Kat just tied the knot on Saturday ... this would be their first "official" family outing.

The trio was joined by some family and friends ... probably still in town from the wedding.

Chris and Katherine got married at the ritzy San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito after a wedding rehearsal the night before at Rob Lowe's massive estate.

It’s a significant move because Georgia is one of the states that passed the “fetal heartbeat” abortion law. The new restrictions have triggered a call for a boycott of the Peach State, and some entertainment companies have already pulled the plug on production.

The heartbeat laws promise to become a lightning rod in the upcoming presidential election. The laws are already being challenged in court and it's a virtual certainty the U.S. Supreme Court will rule on its constitutionality. The new laws are a direct challenge to Roe vs. Wade, which set vastly different standards for the right to an abortion, and with the 2 new SCOTUS Justices, the deck may now be stacked.

As for Ariana ... her decision to donate profits will clearly be on the minds of other performers who take the stage in GA.

Anthony Joshua didn't look like a guy who just lost all his championship belts on Wednesday ... grinning from ear-to-ear with Prince Harry at a charity event!!

The British boxing superstar was back in the gym to support the launch of the Made By Sport campaign, an organization created to help youth connect with sports in disadvantaged communities.

Joshua had a blast with the kids in attendance ... giving out some boxing tips and chatting it up with his buddy, Prince Harry -- an avid boxing fan himself.

Of course, AJ just lost his WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titles after Andy Ruiz Jr. pulled off one of the most shocking upsets in boxing history on June 1.

As for Ruiz, he hopped on a private jet and visited the Mexican president on Tuesday ... so everyone's hangin' with power people.

Nicki Minaj wasn't dropped from Chris Brown's upcoming tour, but ya still won't see her onstage with him -- because she's putting her music before life on the road.

Here's the sitch -- people freaked out on Monday after Chris officially announced his IndiGOAT Tour that's set to kick off this summer ... because Nicki was left out of the lineup ... a lineup that includes Tory Lanez, Ty Dolla $ign and other big names.

Why that matters, you may ask? Two months ago, a report came out claiming Chris and Nicki were going on tour together in the fall ... which Chris himself seemed to confirm by responding with the following social media message.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... Nicki never signed on to Chris' tour in any capacity. We're told the two artists did discuss touring together after their G-Eazy collab, "Wobble Up," but talks never materialized into a deal.

Post Malone's private jet made an emergency landing in New York last August because of blown tires and a bunch of errors by the flight crew ... according to the FAA.

TMZ obtained the incident report ... and the FAA says multiple safety procedures were ignored, resulting in a super scary situation for the musician and his travel party.

According to the report ... after the plane's initial takeoff for a London-bound flight, the pilots were alerted one of the doors wasn't closed properly, so they decided to land to check things out ... everything got worse from there.

According to the FAA ... when the plane took off a second time, 2 tires on the left side of the aircraft EXPLODED. Turns out they were overdue for maintenance -- forcing the pilots to make another emergency landing but only after circling NYC for several hours to burn off fuel.

As for why the tires blew ... the FAA says Post's plane was way too heavy -- 12 passengers, 2 pilots, 1 flight attendant and tons of baggage -- and the flight crew ignored safety procedures after the first landing by only waiting 20-30 minutes before taking off again, hardly enough time to allow the plane's brakes to cool down.

Tire maintenance wasn't the only problem ... the plane itself was overdue for a maintenance check by 50 hours.

Air travel is stressful enough ... so no surprise Post told us he needed a cold one after living through the ordeal.

Wendy Williams is having some carefree fun with that guy she met in L.A. -- and while she's aware of his criminal history, she adds ... it makes no difference because, "I'm not stupid!"

Wendy and the guy, Marc Tomblin, were all over NYC Tuesday doing some hardcore shopping, and yes ... even stopping by an ATM to make a withdrawal. The pics are kinda ironic, considering Tomblin has a record for armed robbery.

According to court records, Tomblin pled guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon in Charlotte back in 2013. Police say he was part of a group of 3 people who robbed a man at gunpoint. He was sentenced to 15-30 months -- none of which is a surprise to Wendy.

The talk show host tells TMZ ... Marc had already told her about his conviction, and her assistant also gave her a heads up. Wendy says her reaction is, "I am a 54-year-old grown ass woman. I know what I'm doing."

Wendy describes it as just good fun between friends, something she deserves.

After all, as she put it ... "Look, my husband had a full baby with a woman he was involved with for 15 years ... where I was cooped up only to be a show pony. Now, I'm living my life."

As for the pics of them at an ATM -- Wendy says she thought, "Oh my God, if cameras are there it will be, 'there she is giving him money.'"

TMZ broke the story, Wendy met Tomblin while she was partying with her pal, Blac Chyna. Wendy says she was jonesin' for barbecue potato chips and orange soda one night, and he knew where to score both.

She joked on social media she was old enough to be his mother -- but Tomblin was still by her side late Sunday night when she got emotional, talking about her family drama.

Roman Polanski can't use the courts to sneak back into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences ... at least according to Academy's lawyers.

In its response to Polanski's lawsuit -- claiming the Oscar org booted him without proper notice -- the Academy says the disgraced director has no right to use the very same legal system he's been evading since 1978.

He famously fled the U.S. before he could be sentenced after pleading guilty to one count of sex with a minor.

In the docs, the Academy says Polanski's lawsuit -- in which he also demands re-entry to the group -- should be tossed. The Academy also says it did everything by the book when it expelled him.
