A violent offender fleeing from police shoved a child to the floor after he broke into an Ohio daycare center ... and the wild foot chase was all caught on video.

Lamar Mitchell was driving in the city of Warren when a patrolman recognized him as a suspect wanted for a felony assault and tried to pull him over.

But, Mitchell sped away to elude capture ... but he didn't get far because he plowed into a nearby vehicle.

Luckily, no one was injured in the accident ... Mitchell took off on foot with officers running in hot pursuit.

That's when cops fired up their body cameras and captured the dramatic events released by the Warren Police Department.

In the bodycam footage, one officer is seen dashing after Mitchell while pulling out his taser.

Mitchell forced his way inside the daycare and then spun around, simulating a gun by pointing his finger at the cop.

Still, the officer pursues Mitchell down a corridor and into a room filled with kids.

Mitchell hurls into the playpen over a child, pushing him headfirst to the ground.

A daycare worker scoops up the toddler -- who thankfully wasn't hurt -- and rushes off to safety as other kids are heard crying. Officers handcuffed Mitchell and took him away.

Alec Baldwin has taken the offense in the shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins ... as he remains under the D.A.'s microscope for possible criminal prosecution, he's filed suit against some crew members, arguing they're to blame -- not him.

Alec's accusing 4 crew members  -- Chief Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, Assistant Director Dave Halls, Prop Master Sarah Zachry and the gun supplier Seth Kenney -- of failing to safeguard the film set.

According to the lawsuit, “This tragedy happened because live bullets were delivered to the set and loaded into the gun.”

It goes on, “Gutierrez-Reed failed to check the bullets or the gun carefully, Halls failed to check the gun carefully and yet announced the gun was safe before handing it to Baldwin, and Zachry failed to disclose that Gutierrez-Reed had been acting recklessly off set and was a safety risk to those around her."

Alec “seeks to clear his name” and hold the crew members “accountable for their misconduct.”

He also pointed a guilty finger at Kenney, the film's gun supplier, for “haphazardly” storing all the bullets, according to the suit. The lawsuit references an F.B.I report, stating prop specialist Zachry and armorer Gutierrez-Reed failed to monitor the live rounds on the New Mexico set of "Rust."

As we reported ... The DA in Santa Fe Mary Carmack-Altwies has made it clear she might charge Alec and others criminally. Carmack-Altwies is currently reviewing the matter after the Santa Fe Sheriff's Office recently turned over its investigative file.

Paris Hilton turned the Santa Monica Pier into the biggest party in Tinseltown Friday night ... boogying down and DJ'ing on stage in front of thousands of fans.

The reality star/entrepreneur rented out the entire Pier to celebrate last year's launch of her company, 11:11 Media. The bash was Paris through and through -- lotsa glitz and glam!!

Paris hit the stage for the DJ thing and the crowd ate it up, cheering her on and shooting cell phone videos. She then brought out the DJ master -- Diplo -- to take the reins as she began twirling for the audience.

The Hilton family -- Kathy and Nicky -- was also there, lapping up all the fun. And so was Paris' husband, Carter, who tried to coax his wife off stage to eat some cake to celebrate their first anniversary. But Paris wasn't having it ... she was in the moment.

Guests at the party were greeted at the door by a Paris Hilton Proto hologram. Some in attendance were Zedd, Tiffany Haddish, DJ Nice, Rebel Wilson, Ryan Phillippe and more.

Everybody was treated to In-N-Out burgers and gifts ... Paris' new fragrance Love Rush and blinged-out water bottles.

Nikita Dragun is receiving professional mental health care in a facility after getting arrested at a Miami hotel and spending time in jail ... TMZ has learned.

Nikita's rep, Jack Ketsoyan, tells TMZ ... "We want to thank everyone for the overwhelming love and support for Nikita during this time. She is in a safe environment addressing her mental health. We ask for continued respect for her privacy and the sensitivity of this matter as she seeks treatment and healing."

We're told Nikita began seeking treatment Wednesday evening.

The transgender influencer has been open about her mental health struggles -- in May she shared on her YouTube channel that she had been diagnosed as bipolar.

Nikita said she has a family history of bipolar disorder, though she was initially surprised by her diagnosis, because she didn't quite understand what it meant to be bipolar. As a result, she says she didn't relate her own symptoms to the disorder.

TMZ broke the story ... Nikita was arrested Tuesday on a felony charge of battery on a police officer after allegedly causing a disturbance at a swanky hotel as she walked around the pool area in the nude.

The police report, obtained by TMZ, said when Nikita finally answered her hotel room door she allegedly swung an open water bottle, spraying a security guard and an officer ... which led to her arrest.

Nikita appeared in court earlier this week, she told the judge she was being kept in a men's unit and asked to be transferred ... a claim the jail denies.

Alex Pereira says he's open to squashing the beef with Israel Adesanya after their UFC title fight in NYC this weekend ... but tells us he's not so sure Izzy feels the same way.

The 35-year-old, #4 contender and Izzy have some serious bad blood ... they previously kickboxed twice several years back. Since Pereira joined the UFC in 2021, many fans pinpointed this matchup as a future megafight -- and now it's here, and the beef is real.

"On my end, no problem but I don't think on his side everything that happened it's possible," AP said through a translator.

And, it sounds like Alex is right. The champ joined Babcock on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weekdays on FS1) last week and said he wanted to turn the scrap into a "horror movie."

As for the previous fights, Pereira twice defeated Adesanya (decision, KO) ... however, the fights were very close. In fact, many people believe Izzy won the first fight. In the rematch, Israel had Alex in trouble in the early rounds ... but was knocked out in the third round.

It should be noted ... the previous fights were in kickboxing, NOT MMA.

Despite this fight being in a different sport, Pereira says he's ready for everything.

"I'm ready for five rounds. Wherever the fight goes, it's hard to predict but I'm ready for everything."

Adesanya vs. Pereira is at the top of the 281 card ... but there is a bunch of other super compelling fights slated for tonight, including Michael Chandler vs. Dustin Poirier.

Mike and Dustin, much like Izzy and Alex, don't exactly love each other.

We recently asked Michael about the bad blood.

"I think there were some words exchanged, but ultimately bad blood, I think there's bad blood in every single fight whether we like to admit it or not because you got two guys or gals trying to climb the same mountain, heading to the same destination. This one's no different."

We also chatted with strawweight champion Carla Esparza ... who despite holding the belt, is a big-time underdog to Zhang Weili.

Esparza says she's drawing inspiration from a very famous, albeit fictional movie character from Philly who was once counted out against a physically superior opponent from Russia!

"I feel a little bit like Rocky going into this fight versus Drago. Big strong, verse the little one with a lot of heart. Whatever. I'm going in there to do my thing and I'm excited!"

Porsha Williams has taken a major step forward with her engagement to Simon Guobadia ... and it looks like the couple is super serious about tying the knot.

The 'RHOA' alum and her fiancé got a marriage license back on August 19 in Georgia's Fulton County ... according to public records obtained by TMZ.

Porsha inadvertently showed her wedding dress on social media this week, shocking fans who weren't convinced she would actually walk down the aisle with Simon.

But now we know Porsha and Simon have a marriage license, which they need in order to get hitched, so it appears they really are headed for the alter.

As we reported ... Porsha and Simon got engaged back in May 2021 after dating for only a month, and his ex is one of Porsha's former costars, Falynn Guobadia.

'RHOA' fans know Porsha was previously engaged to Dennis McKinley -- with whom she had a child -- but they split before tying the knot. Her relationship history is a reason why followers of the show didn't think she would actually seal the deal with Simon.

According to the court clerk where Porsha and Simon got their marriage license, there is no expiration date on the document ... we're told the license has yet to be signed and returned to the office.

Takeoff's memorial service in Atlanta just ended, and his sendoff was marked by several emotional moments ... especially speeches from his Migos family and Drake.

The service started shortly after noon, and lasted several hours Friday from State Farm Arena ... which was packed with mourning fans, as well as the celebs who worked with Takeoff and loved him.

Justin Bieber, Chloe Bailey and Yolanda Adams all performed during the ceremony, and Takeoff's family members -- including his mother, brother and sister -- addressed the crowd.

His close friend Drake spoke about the great times he and Migos all shared while touring together. He compared their brotherhood to the famed Rat Pack -- Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Joey Bishop and Peter Lawford -- which he grew up watching on TV.

Of course, Offset and Quavo spoke not only about Takeoff as their groupmate, but as family. Their speeches, especially Offset's, really had the audience in tears.

All the free tickets to the event were gone almost instantly, and folks in attendance weren't allowed to use their phones -- ushers locked them in pouches during the service.
