Shaquille O'Neal continues to give back ... this time the Big Fella refurbished a basketball court at a Boys & Girls Club in Los Angeles, and then spent the afternoon hangin' with the kids, and they were over the moon!

TMZ Sports was there at the BGC of Metro LA when the Hall of Famer, local officials, and Icy Hot (Shaq's longtime partner) reps opened the Comebaq Court ... an initiative launched by the Shaquille O'Neal Foundation which aims to fix courts and fields for kids across the country.

"I came here one time and I saw the court need to be refurbished," O'Neal told us on Thursday, adding, "I asked about the refurbish. They told me 'yes' and this is the result."

"If we can help one, if we can help 100, we can help 'em all"

FYI, this is Shaq's fifth Comebaq Court to date ... he also has fixed up courts in his hometown of Newark, New Jersey, in addition to several other places like Atlanta, Miami, and Las Vegas, where he's spent significant time.

And, there's more to come.

O'Neal may get most of the credit from the media, but Shaq is quick to recognize his less-famous partners who made this possible, including Icy Hot and various counselors who helped contribute.

"Those counselors, the one who volunteers every day, they actually should get most of the credit," Shaq said.

"If you need computers, you need laptops, fresh paint -- then you call Uncle Shaq."

The NBA legend made nearly $300 million over his 19-year career in NBA salary money alone. That's not counting all of the endorsements, and lucrative business moves O'Neal has made during and after his basketball playing days.

So, he's got the money, but this is about much more than writing a check. Shaq cares about the kids' well-being ... and that's awesome. At the end of the day, it's things like this that make Shaq one of the most lovable athletes of all time.

With the holidays coming up, we asked the 51-year-old what he was doing for Turkey Day... and in true Shaquille fashion he told us ... "I don't do anything in my house."

12:22 PM -- Joe Burrow just met with media members to discuss the injury ... and he said he felt "a pop" while he was throwing the touchdown pass to Joe Mixon.

As for the brace he had on his hand when he landed in Baltimore earlier this week, he told reporters it was simply a compression sleeve to keep some of his other "bumps and bruises" in check.

"This is a completely different thing," he said.

Burrow added that he's planning to still be around the team the rest of the year despite being out for the remainder of the season.

The Cincinnati Bengals will have to try to win a Super Bowl this season without Joe Burrow.

The team just announced its star quarterback suffered a significant wrist injury that will keep him from playing the rest of this year.

According to Cincy head coach Zac Taylor, Burrow appeared to sustain the ailment just before throwing a touchdown pass to Joe Mixon in the second quarter of the team's Thursday Night Football game against the Ravens.

Burrow tried to play through the pain ... but cameras inside of M&T Bank Stadium showed he just simply couldn't grip a football -- and sat out the rest of the contest, which the Bengals lost, 34-20.

Taylor said his 26-year-old star will "likely" need surgery to fix the issue.

The team, meanwhile, could find itself in hot water over it all ... as the NFL is reportedly investigating whether or not the Bengals knew about a potential problem with Burrow's wrist leading up to the big "TNF" matchup.

Burrow was seen getting off the team plane in Baltimore wearing some kind of brace on his hand -- yet he was not listed on the team's injury report heading into the game.

Regardless, losing Burrow is obviously a huge blow for Cincinnati ... as the signal-caller is widely considered one of the five best quarterbacks in the game right now.

The Bengals -- now 5-5 -- will turn to Burrow's backup, Jake Browning, to try to save their season.

The guy who's been tapped to play Superman in the new installment has looked a bit gangly and awkward to some since his casting was announced ... but not anymore.

David Corenswet -- who's playing the Man of Steel in James Gunn's forthcoming 'Superman: Legacy' -- got snapped in a gym pic by fitness trainer Paolo Mascitti ... who's apparently working with DC to get him nice and hunky for the titular role.

Based on what we can see here ... their regimen is working, 'cause Dave's looking swoll!

You don't see the guy's face here -- but you can definitely get a sense of how his body's shaping up ... and he certainly looks a bit more Superman-ly now. It's a bit of a 180 from what we saw earlier this summer, when Dave hit the beach and bared his hot dad bod.

There was certainly nothing wrong with what he was working with then -- especially below the equator -- but let's just say ... he wasn't nearly as muscled out as he is right now.

Now that Dave seems to have the Clark Kent physique down ... it would appear he's checking all the boxes fans of the franchise want to see in their Superman. He definitely has the face and hair department on lock -- not to mention height -- and now ... he's ripped too.

Time will tell what he ultimately looks like in the blue and red suit ... but this is a sign things are headed in the right direction. Filming for 'Superman: Legacy' is set to get underway in Spring 2024 ... and the flick's being released in Summer 2025.

50 Cent is in the clear, for now, for chucking a microphone into the crowd during his L.A. show back in August ... an incident that left a spectator with multiple lacerations to her head and face.

Power 106 radio host Bryhana Monegain filed a police report following the incident on August 30 ... and cops originally presented the case to the L.A. County D.A. as a felony -- but the D.A.'s Office later kicked it to the L.A. City Attorney's office.

Now, the City Attorney's office tells TMZ no criminal charges have been filed against the 48-year-old rapper, and won't be filed as long as he keeps his nose clean.

We're told the case will remain open for 1 year from the date of the incident ... and it could be re-evaluated for possible criminal charges should there be any further incidents between 50 and Bryhana.

This all started when 50 Cent performed at L.A.'s Crypto.com Arena, and video showed him angrily throwing his mic into the crowd ... and it smashed Bryhana in the forehead so badly, she needed medical assistance.

11/21 -- 10:05 AM PT --  The class action lawsuit against Coach USA has been voluntarily withdrawn.

12:11 PM PT -- Colin Emberson, VP of Commercial for Coach USA tells TMZ ... "We have become aware of an incident that took place on Tuesday, November 14 wherein charter customers from another bus company were left stranded on their way to a rally in Washington, DC. Coach USA was not in any way involved in this incident. In fact, Coach USA successfully carried passengers on 74 charter buses from New Jersey and Maryland to the rally on Tuesday as planned."

A bus company is being taken to court after allegedly failing to deliver on its contract to transport protesters trying to get to the March for Israel rally after its drivers refused to drive them ... and the plaintiff is claiming it's owed damages for religious discrimination.

A guy named Doron Orbach is suing Coach USA in a class action lawsuit, alleging violations of several federal anti-discrimination laws -- including the Civil Rights Act -- that he claims Coach is liable in connection with his attempt to get folks to the D.C. protest in support of Israel.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Orbach -- who's Jewish and Israeli -- says the Israeli American Council had booked buses through Coach to transport upwards of 900 individuals that day to go from various pickup points across the East Coast ... and to pull up for the march in D.C.

But Orbach claims Coach never picked up these folks like they were scheduled to -- and he alleges it was all due to a coordinated effort on the part of its drivers/employees refusing to do the job based on their "discriminatory animus" towards Jewish people.

The lawsuit says that multiple Coach bus drivers staged a "sick out" that day as a way to avoid picking up these hundreds of people ... a majority of whom, Orbach says, were Jewish or of Israeli origin.

As a result of this alleged discrimination ... Orbach claims his civil and human rights were violated -- as were those of everyone else who missed the rally as a result. Orbach says Coach knew or should have known about the possibility of its drivers backing out and failed to take measures to prevent it ... and it suing for unspecified damages.

Drake has a few jabs left to throw Pusha T's way, and didn't hesitate to unleash 'em on his new "Scary Hours" drop ... the deluxe edition of "For All The Dogs."

On "Wick Man," produced by The Alchemist, Drake avenges his longtime friend/producer Noah "OVO 40" Shebib. Remember, back in 2018, Pusha released "The Story of Adidon" on which he dissed 40's multiple sclerosis disorder with no remorse.

Drake ripped into Pusha using the same cadence the Clipse rapper once used to diss him, and added some slander of his bank account -- “Man, I remember n****s was joking ’bout some tick, tick/ And now that rapper broke as f***, that boy a statistic ... empty clips.”

Pusha rapped "tick, tick" to describe the clock that was supposed to spell out 40's demise on 'Adidon' ... his venomous diss that also spilled the beans on Drake having a son.

"Wick Man" marks Drake's 2nd Pusha snipe this year -- he also called him out on Travis Scott's hit "Utopia" album, and invited him to pull up on his 'Blur' Tour ... but Pusha's been noticeably quiet, even when Jim Jones got at him.

Floyd Mayweather's returning to the boxing ring to take care of some unfinished business ... the legendary fighter is taking on John Gotti III in Las Vegas over Super Bowl weekend in February, a rematch of their '23 fight that ended in chaos!

TMZ Sports is told the event will happen around Super Sunday (February 11 in Sin City) and will be headlined by 46-year-old Mayweather vs. 31-year-old Gotti III.

Floyd, 50-0, is one of the greatest fighters to ever put on a pair of gloves. Gotti III, grandson of the legendary Gambino family crime boss, John Gotti, was originally an MMA fighter (5-1), who eventually got into boxing (2-0).

The rest of the card will be anchored by Floyd's Mayweather Promotions fighters.

Of course, Floyd and John have history. Back in June, they boxed at FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida ... but the bout was called in the sixth round after a bunch of holding and other shenanigans in the ring.

Although the fight was technically stopped by ref Kenny Bayless, it was just the beginning of the fighting ... as mayhem erupted inside the squared circle, and outside of it, too.

In fact, Joseline Hernandez and Big Lex were seen scrapping.

Order was eventually restored ... and reps for the fighters spoke and peaced things up.

Now, the men are set to battle again ... during what was already one of the biggest weeks in all of sports.

And, to make sure there isn't a repeat of the first fight, we're told there are clauses in the contracts that could trigger a financial fine if anyone gets out of line.

The fight, a pay-per-view event airing on Zeus network, will be promoted by Mayweather Promotions, along with partner Hidden Empire Films!

Jun Song, the winner of 'Big Brother' Season 4, has been facing every mother's worst nightmare after her son fell seriously ill ... and she's asking the public for help.

The former reality TV star recently revealed that her little boy, Noah, has had a lengthy stay at a hospital lately ... all over a meningitis diagnosis that took its toll and left him in a medical bed for nearly two weeks.

After sharing an image of her 11-year-old hooked up to a hospital ventilator, Song has now sought out financial assistance on GoFundMe ... emotionally reflecting on Noah falling ill with what she thought was the flu -- but which turned out to be mycoplasma pneumoniae that spiraled into the deadly viral infection.

She says the slowest hours of her life were watching him lose consciousness and lay in the children's ICU, where she had no idea if he'd be left with permanent brain damage or whether he'd even wake up.

Song says it took 11 days for Noah to return to everyday tasks, such as going to the bathroom and eating solid food ... and while it sounds like he's been released, their family isn't out of the woods just yet.

As a result of all the work that was done on Noah ... his mom says there's a massive bill she has to deal with -- and her insurance doesn't cover a majority of it. As a single mom, she's now trying to raise money to help with her tab.

Kanye West seems to think that him hooking up with a Jewish woman absolves him on his antisemitic past -- at least that's what we can glean from this new song snippet that leaked.

There's a clip floating around online right now that appears to show a guy listening to Ye playing a track super loudly in the distance -- this as he continues to work on his new Ty Dolla $ign album out in the Middle East ... where this footage was recorded.

The video and audio were recorded by a content creator who goes by @mansorash on IG -- in a couple different recordings, you can hear a song that features Ye rapping ... "I just f***** a Jewish bitch," which comes right after something to the effect of "How can I be antisemitic?"

So, basically ... Ye's rhetorically asking in this new track of his -- how can I be antisemitic if I just banged this Jewish chick ... which is problematic, and doesn't wash anything away.

Based on what's filmed here ... it appears Ye and co. have rented a giant tent out there in Alula, Saudi Arabia -- where this influencer snapped KW and his not-so-secret campground.

On the face of it, Kanye's working on music for this delayed album, but the fact he's blasting his stuff in the desert is clearly pissing off the locals and others that are visiting the area -- evidenced in this guy playfully telling Ye to pipe down and that they're trying to sleep.

GQ's Men of the Year party is supposed to be a nod to the notable fellas in the industry -- but if you took a quick look at their shindig last night ... you'd swear it was ladies' night!

The men's magazine threw its annual bash Thursday night in L.A. -- marking the U.S. version of their MOTY Awards, following the UK get-together across the pond Wednesday -- and as you can imagine ... the place was crawling with beautiful famous faces.

Yes, there were guys there obviously ... including some of the honorees, like Jacob Elordi, James Marsden, Travis Scott, Dwyane Wade, Tom Ford, John Legend, MGK and more.

They all looked great, getting dressed up and throwing on their best blue steel -- but it was the women who truly stunned inside.

Some of the lovely gals who showed up and showed out included Kim K, Megan Fox, Megan Thee Stallion, Paris Hilton, Olivia Rodrigo, Lorde, Winnie Harlow, Chloe Bailey and Dua Lipa ... just to name a few.

Of course, no one is griping about having the ladies attend -- who wouldn't enjoy their company -- but there has been some side-eye this year over the fact that quite a few women are being mixed in as winners, etc.

8:59 AM PT -- 11/17 -- NYPD says the information its spokesperson provided -- about a "locked" Diddy investigation -- was incorrect.

The full NYPD statement reads ... "Yesterday, a member of the NYPD’s public information office erroneously told a reporter about the apparent existence of an active case file containing the name 'Sean Combs.' There is no such investigation, at present. Further, the release of such information is not consistent with the internal policies of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Public Information. The NYPD always treats allegations of sexual assault and rape extremely seriously, and urges anyone who has been a victim to file a police report so that support and services can be offered to survivors and a comprehensive investigation can be conducted."

Diddy is the subject of a secret, NYPD investigation, and although it's unclear if his ex, Cassie Ventura, made the criminal complaint, there is strong evidence it involves sexual assault.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... there is an open case at NYPD with the name, "Sean Combs." We're told it is an active case but the case file has been "locked" -- essentially meaning it's a sensitive case where access is restricted.

As we reported, Cassie has filed an explosive federal lawsuit, which alleges rape and human trafficking, among other accusations.

We inquired about the case to NYPD, and they responded with this statement ... "The NYPD takes sexual assault and rape cases extremely seriously, and urges anyone who has been a victim to file a police report so we can perform a comprehensive investigation, and offer support and services to survivors."

It would seem based on the statement, not only is this a sexual assault case, but the NYPD is actively looking for other alleged victims.

We contacted other law enforcement in numerous jurisdictions Cassie mentions in her complaint -- including Miami, Beverly Hills and Los Angeles -- and at every juncture, we got the same reply ... no police report has been filed as it pertains to Cassie or Diddy, and no investigation has been launched.

We did find a 2016 case, where TMZ broke the story, BH cops were called after a breakup argument of some sort between Diddy and Cassie. A domestic incident report was taken, but no legal action followed.

As we reported, Cassie has claimed everything from rape, to assault/battery and even human trafficking -- this after alleging Diddy forced her to have sex with male prostitutes across state lines.

Because that could rise to a federal crime, we also checked with federal law enforcement sources -- including the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of NY, as well as the FBI -- and on both fronts ... zip.

Diddy's lawyer has come out strong, calling BS on Cassie's lawsuit. He told us most of her claims would be barred from criminal prosecution based on the statute of limitations. Her rape claim, however, could still be pursued here in Cali -- so time will tell if she files a criminal complaint there.

Diddy has vehemently denied all of Cassie's allegations ... and accused her of seeking to shake him down for big-time cash, to the tune of $30 million.

So as of now, we have found one case in NYC where it seems Diddy is in the crosshairs of police.

A group of Baltimore Ravens fans had no problem adding insult to injury after Thursday Night Football, literally ... after the Bengals superstar quarterback left the game with an injured wrist, they chanted "F*** Joe Burrow" on live TV!

The Bengals QB was forced out of the game during the first half of TNF with a mysterious wrist injury ... and was eventually ruled out.

Of course, Burrow's absence was felt on the field, and the Ravens won the game, 34-20.

The Ravens fans weren't content with the win ... after the game, they made it clear they're no fan of JB.

"F*** Joe Burrow! F*** Joe Burrow!" fans yelled during Prime's post-game broadcast.

The chants were captured loud and clear on the stream ... and many football fans weren't happy with their actions.

"This is actually embarrassing," a fellow B-more fan said on X. "As a Baltimore Ravens fan since '96, I am ashamed of my fellow fans. Wishing Joe Burrow a speedy recovery."

But, the Bengals may have other issues besides Ravens fans ... the NFL has launched an investigation into the team after they posted a video on social media ahead of the game that appeared to show JB wearing a brace on his hand prior to the game. The Bengals eventually removed the post.

George "Funky" Brown -- the key drummer and one of the founding members of Kool & The Gang -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the legendary musician died from cancer at his home in Los Angeles Thursday night, ending his amazing 59-year career as a songwriter and drummer for the legendary funk band. He'd been battling stage-4 cancer.

A rep for the group tells TMZ, "George Brown died November 16, 2023 in Los Angeles after a battle with cancer. Brown has co-written many of the band's iconic songs, including "Ladies Night," "Too Hot," "Jungle Boogie," "Celebration," and "Cherish." When asked to describe his music, Brown always replied, 'The sound of happiness.'"

GB had been diagnosed with lung cancer, and actually recovered for a while before hitting the road again to tour and perform -- but he suffered another setback this year when the cancer returned. George chronicled his health struggles last month with KCAL News.

George and the rest of the group came together in 1964 to create the supergroup in Jersey City, NJ. The other founding members included brothers Robert Bell (bass) and Ronald Bell (keyboards), Dennis Thomas (saxophone), Robert Mickens (Trumpet), Ricky West (keyboards) and Charles Smith (guitarist).

The band landed their first recording deal with De-Lite Records, cranking out their debut album titled, "Kool & The Gang," in 1969.

But they didn't reach stardom until 1973 when they released their fourth record called "Wild And Peaceful," featuring some of their biggest songs like "Jungle Boogie" and "Hollywood Swinging."

They followed up with a string of super successful records named "Ladies Night" (1979), "Celebrate!" (1980) and "Emergency" (1984), which sold a whopping 2 million albums in the U.S. alone. All three records produced a slew of very popular tunes, including "Celebration," which rocketed to number one on the charts.

Over the years, Kool & The Gang has been widely recognized in the music industry, snagging 2 Grammy Awards, 7 American Music Awards, a Music Business Association Chairman's Award and a Soul Train Legend Award. They were also given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Robert "Kool" Bell is the only surviving original member of the band.

A spokesperson says donations can be made in his honor to the Lung Cancer Society of America.

Brown is survived by his wife, Hanh Brown and his 5 children.

Aubrey O'Day is taking a victory lap over her thorny Diddy stance after Cassie accused him of multiple crimes ... something AOD backs 100%.

The former Danity Kane singer -- who used to be signed to Bad Boy and worked extensively with Diddy in the 2000s -- shouted out Cassie on social media after her bombshell lawsuit against her ex went public, writing ... "Been Trynna Tell Y'all For Years."

She also told Page Six she's in "complete support" of Cassie ... and that what Cassie describes in her complaint probably echoes some of what Aubrey herself has said about Diddy.

If you're unaware, Aubrey's been doing multiple interviews over the past year or so ... in which she made allegations of her own against Puff -- but not quite to the level Cassie did. AOD's concerns mostly stemmed from what she claimed were shady biz practices ... and unwanted sexual advances from Diddy that she claims she had to rebuff over the years.

Aubrey also recently slammed Diddy finally signing off on his former artists getting their publishing rights back ... claiming that he had them sign NDAs as part of the deal.

She says she was offered her own publishing rights back as well, but refused to sign the alleged NDA she says came attached to it -- something else Aubrey's feeling vindication over.

Carnival Cruise Line slapped a Texas mom with a lifetime ban from their fleet for taking a pack of CBD sleep aid gummies onboard ... and the reasoning is wacky.

Melinda Van Veldhuizen, a 42-year-old mom of two, claimed cruise employees and the police treated her like a crook after finding the gummies when searching her backpack at PortMiami over the summer.

She told Miami's ABC News affiliate WPLG that she was immediately taken aside after a staffer found the gummies in her bag ... and was interrogated by Carnival security and the police for 2.5 hours before getting blocked from getting on the ship.

The sale and use of hemp-derived CBD products is legal in 47 of 50 States. Florida is one of the states with restrictions ... where any product that contains more than 0.3% THC requires a medical marijuana card.

This lady and her fam planned the trip back in August to celebrate her 21st wedding anniversary and her son's senior year of high school ... and her attorney, Daren Stabinski, told WaPo the family had splashed out roughly $5,586 on their planned vacation.

What's more, after she was banned from going on the cruise, she received a letter from Carnival informing her that she was banned from all Carnival ships for life -- with Captain Rocco Lubrano writing she would "not be permitted to sail onboard any Carnival Cruise Lines vessel in the future."

8:03 AM PT -- The White House just came out and blasted Elon's support of this tweet, with a spokesperson saying ... "It is unacceptable to repeat the hideous lie behind the most fatal act of Antisemitism in American history at any time, let alone one month after the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust."

They continue, "Like President Biden said weeks ago memorializing the victims of the Pittsburgh Synagogue shooting, the October 7 'devastating atrocity has brought to the surface painful memories left by millennia of Antisemitism.'

The spokesperson finishes by saying, "We condemn this abhorrent promotion of Antisemitic and racist hate in the strongest terms, which runs against our core values as Americans."

Elon Musk is being accused of antisemitism after he said there was "truth" in a post that suggested Jews hate white people -- and it's now snowballing into a very costly problem.

The Tesla chief has a bit of a fire going down at his Twitter/X house right now -- and it's of his own doing ... this after he responded to a tweet that floated the idea that Jewish people spew the kind of ugly racist rhetoric that's so often thrown in their direction.

The OG Twitter user was responding to a video that was calling for an end to antisemitism, writing ... "Jewish communities have been pushing the exact kind of dialectical hatred against whites that they claim to want people to stop using against them."

He added, "I'm deeply disinterested in giving the tiniest s*** now about western Jewish populations coming to the disturbing realization that those hordes of minorities that support flooding their country don't exactly like them too much."

Elon replied, "You have said the actual truth." His apparent cosign of this sentiment -- which has widely been labeled as antisemitic -- is now causing backlash against EM ... with some saying he's supporting Jew-hating propaganda here. Of course, he's pushing back on that.

In subsequent tweets/replies, Elon has tried deflecting his criticism to orgs like the ADL -- but it seems the damage might be done ... 'cause one of his biggest advertisers is bailing.

Media Matters reported Wednesday that IBM had paused ads on Musk's platform -- this after some of their content was apparently starting to show up next to tweets promoting Nazis ... something the company saw and immediately backed away from.

The fact Elon had said what he said just a day earlier was lost on no one either -- but he's suggesting this all a smear campaign, calling MM an "evil organization."
