Compassion and support are on John Oates' mind ... after being sensationally slapped with a restraining order from his former jam buddy Daryl Hall last week.

Breaking his silence following the legal turmoil ... the 75-year-old dropped a T'Giving IG selfie Thursday ... encouraging all to go above and beyond to help those suffering worldwide -- because nothing says "I'm taking the high road" like a cryptic call for empathy ... right?!

He wrote in the caption: "During this time of communal reflection and connection with loved ones, let's not forget those experiencing challenges globally."

Oates added ... "As we come together, consider reaching out to support those in need—whether through local charities or international humanitarian initiatives. May our collective efforts contribute to a more compassionate and supportive world."

As we previously reported ... the longtime friendship between the world's greatest rock and soul duo soured after Hall hit Nashville Chancery Court on Nov. 16, begging for a restraining order against Oates ... which was granted the following day and effective Nov 30.

The file is sealed, and no information is publicly available ... however, our sources say the fallout is over which one of their songs Oates is allowed to sing on his own.

Oates had a string of concerts scheduled earlier this month ... but his most recent two on Nov 9 and 10 were canceled and rescheduled for next year ... and it's not clear why.

It looks like Oates will be taking a backseat from the stage for a while now ... well, until the matter is resolved between the pair.

Hold on to your turkey leg ... because Chrisean Rock and Blueface are dishing each other a hefty serving of gratitude -- for now.

After months of trading disses, the notoriously tumultuous pair carved out their differences to spend Thanksgiving together ... munchin' away on all the festive favorites.

Her sister documented the reunion on IG ... showing Chrisean at Blueface's crib past 10 PM ... kicking back on his sofa gamin' as she FaceTimed her sis.

Chrisean -- who welcomed a son with BF in Sept. -- added that they called it a truce in honor of Thanksgiving ... writing on X: "I'm a nice Bm."

In tandem over on his X, BF claimed the "nice guy" title ... cueing collective eye-rolls and "here we go again" comments.

But they're just playing friendly exes for now ... with the rapper taking a break from his new fiancée Jaidyn Alexis' questionable culinary efforts to -- hopefully -- savor some real home cookin' with his baby mama.

As we've heavily reported ... the exes have been at war ... with Chrisean's parenting skills recently blasted by BF after their son's birth in Sep -- even accusing her of neglecting Jr.'s need for hernia surgery.

Tiffany Haddish is facing a DUI charge in Beverly Hills after she allegedly fell asleep behind the wheel ... TMZ has learned.

Bev Hills PD officers put Tiffany in handcuffs as she was arrested early Friday morning. The actress and comedian was not involved in an accident, but cops say they got a call around 5:45 AM about someone stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive ... apparently slumped over the wheel while the car was running.

Cops responded to the scene and, as you can see, Tiffany went peacefully as she was arrested. We're told she will be cited for DUI and released later today.

She had performed at The Laugh Factory in West Hollywood Thursday night for the club's 43rd annual free Thanksgiving feast for the community.

This is the second DUI arrest for Haddish, who was also busted under similar circumstances back in January 2022 ... that time in the Atlanta area.

Peachtree City PD also responded to a call of someone sleeping behind the wheel. When they responded to the area, they found Tiffany pulling into a neighborhood.

She was booked for DUI and improper stopping on a roadway, and, according to court records, she's scheduled to go to trial December 4 for that case.

As for this morning's arrest ... we've reached out to Haddish's camp, but no word back yet.

Oscar Pistorius will soon be a free man ... after being granted parole 2 years earlier than expected for the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, in 2013.

The ex-Olympic sprinter and convicted killer was sentenced to 13 years and five months in 2016 for shooting and murdering the 29-year-old -- but after winning his parole board hearing Friday, the Department of Correctional Services in South Africa has granted him parole, effective January 5, 2024.

The terms of his parole state he'll stay and live in the area of Pretoria ... requiring permission from authorities to leave.

He'll also have to join a court-ordered anger management program and do community service -- and the parole conditions will remain in place for 5 years.

Reeva's devasted mother, June Steenkamp, didn't attend the hearing ... saying she "cannot muster the energy to face him again at this stage" .. though she was present at his first request for early release in March, which was denied.

According to Sky News, Steenkamp's mom told reporters outside of the venue at the time she believed he wasn't remorseful and belonged behind bars.

On his end, Pistorius, a double-amputee nicknamed "Blade Runner," has repeatedly claimed he never meant to shoot his partner ... saying he thought she was an intruder.

9:40 AM PT -- A spokesperson for Diddy tells TMZ ... "These are civil suits with fabricated claims of misconduct from over 30 years ago, which are nothing but a blatant money grab. Mr. Combs is being unfairly targeted by anonymous accusers who lie for financial gain. The New York Legislature never intended the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited."

Diddy has been sued a third time for alleged sexual assault and this time a third person is allegedly involved.

The new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, was filed anonymously -- by a Jane Doe -- who claims Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns raping her and one of her friends, either in 1990 or 1991.

The lawsuit alleges the woman and her friend met Diddy at a record event, and Diddy and Hall began flirting with them, buying them drinks during the evening.

The woman claims Diddy and Hall took the woman to Hall's apartment, where she was offered more alcohol and then coerced into having sex with Diddy. She says she was traumatized, and then as she lay in the bed, Hall allegedly came in, pinned her down and raped her.

She says her friend was also raped by both men.

She says a few days later, Combs went to the woman's home and became enraged ... “He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out. Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”

The New York lawsuit, first reported by Rolling Stone, claims she went to doctors and told her family and friends about what happened.

As you know, Cassie filed a lawsuit against Diddy last week, alleging, among other things, rape and human trafficking. The case settled the day after it was filed for an undisclosed amount.

As for the second lawsuit, a rep told us ... "This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson's 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more."

Former NY Governor Andrew Cuomo has been sued for sexual assault in New York by his former executive assistant Brittany Commisso, a claim which Cuomo has vehemently denied.

Commisso got in under the wire on New York's sexual assault law, which expired on Thanksgiving Day, essentially repeating claims that date back to 2021 ... that Cuomo attempted to engage in sexual acts with her and sexually harassed her. She alleged he made unwelcome sexual advances and sexualized comments about her appearance.

She also alleges she was the subject of "humiliating and demeaning tasks, hugs, kisses, sexual touching of the buttocks and forcible touching of the breast."

Cuomo has denied all Brittany's claims in the past and recently appeared on episode of "Real Time with Bill Maher," and, along with an author who wrote a book about the case, claimed the New York Times was targeting him and ignored obvious problems with her allegations.

Paris Hilton had a solid reason to give thanks Thursday ... she announced a new addition to her fam.

Paris and hubby Carter Reum have a new little girl!

Based on pics of Paris over the last few months, it's pretty clear the baby was born via surrogate, just like their other child, Phoenix.

The baby's name -- London. We're guessing that's the name because Paris posted a pic of a pink getup with that name emblazoned on the garment.

London and Phoenix are contemporaries ... he was born less than a year ago.

Paris is already asking her son if he's ready to be a big brother. Hopefully, that doesn't mean she's angling to put him on the reality show!

Paris was all over social media, asking her niece and nephew, "You guys excited for your new cousin?" Caspian, her nephew, asked, "You have two babies?" She replied in the affirmative.

Kanye West does not appear estranged from wife Bianca Censori because they were partying in Dubai.

There have been reports, Bianca's friends and family have convinced her Kanye had brainwashed her into becoming a wife robot, but she seems sanguine with the sitch.

The Atlantis is the same hotel where Kanye's trainer, Harley Pasternak, had a run-in with him earlier this week. Kanye had said Harley was stalking him in Dubai, but our sources say that's BS.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Harley was staying at the hotel and Kanye noticed him and tried to give him a hug. Harley rebuffed the gesture, and Kanye got pissed and began recording him. A hotel manager asked Harley if he wanted security.

Dolly Parton killed it on Thanksgiving, belting out "We Are the Champions" during the Washington Commanders-Dallas Cowboys Halftime Show ... and Freddie would be proud.

The 77-year-old singer, who defies age, was gussied up in a skimpy red, white and blue cheerleader fit, and looked incredible.

The crowd at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX went wild ... and they had every reason.

She also treated the crowd to "Jolene" and "9 to 5." And she tipped her hat to Queen a second time with "We Will Rock You."

The Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders got in the act during the show, dancing on the field.

Things between Britney Spears and her ex Sam Asghari are no longer toxic after a turbulent few months ... with their divorce settlement almost finalized.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the duo is now cordial off the back of their divorce bombshell, with the fitness trainer still living it up in the L.A. high-rise. financed by Britney to the tune of $10k a month.

Our sources tell us Brit will soon be signing away a pretty sweet check to Sam to finalize their divorce -- low 6 figures, we're told.

Sam filed for divorce from Britney in August ... with chatter emerging that his lawyer, Neal Hersh, would contest his ex's rock-solid prenup -- although that never happened.

But, with their split playing out in the public eye, they did totally shut down all communication -- with sources linked to the estranged pair telling us they were leaving it up to their legal teams to handle everything.

As a result, there was growing concern for the star's well-being, because Sam was her main support system amid her estrangement from her family.

John F. Kennedy was assassinated 60 years ago, and even all these years later -- folks are fascinated by the story ... and some are willing to pay big bucks for morbid memorabilia.

Some items tied to the case recently hit the auction block through RR Auction, and a handful of 'em went for a pretty penny -- we're talking five figures here. One particular JFK collectible that sold for a helluva lot included swatches of bloodstained leather ... from the limo.

Indeed ... 2 large patches that were cut straight from inside the car where President Kennedy was shot -- and which were covered in his bodily fluids -- ended up going for a ton of dough. The final amount ... $46,865!

Some other standouts, however, are a little quirkier -- such as a section of the picket fence that was lining the infamous grassy knoll that's been at the center of JFK assassination conspiracy theories for years ... and these old sticks fetched a whopping $13,740.

Another highlight ... Oswald's jail phone call receipt from the Dallas jail he was held at in the aftermath. It shows he he was trying to call an attorney in New York, but was never able to reach him -- something he actually paid for before getting shot and killed.

Ex-NFL star NaVorro Bowman got at least some of his shopping in well before the holiday season kicked off this year ... hitting up a Prada in the D.C. area earlier this month -- and dropping a small fortune!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the former San Francisco 49ers linebacker pulled up to the luxury store at Tysons Galleria in McLean, Va. back on Nov. 12 -- and copped a bunch of items.

We're told the 35-year-old, who retired in 2019, purchased a coat, shirts, shoes as well as some glasses and other miscellaneous items.

Our sources say Bowman spent well over $10,000 on the trip.
