Ariana Madix isn't about to hold hands and sing kumbaya with Raquel Leviss, but the "Vanderpump Rules" star can admit feeling the slightest bit of sympathy for the woman who had an affair with her man, Tom Sandoval.

Ariana was getting the hell outta L.A. Thursday, when she summed up the bombastic reunion finale with just 2 small words: "a lot." Brief, but accurate as hell.

ICYMI, the episode highlights included Ariana screaming at Raquel "go f**k yourself with a f**king cheese grater," and Raquel admitting she'd banged Tom in the house he owns with Ariana ... while Ariana was attending her grandma's funeral!

So, yeah, "a lot." However, as she flew out of LAX, Ariana was asked if she felt for Raquel even a little bit, and she said, "Sure, yeah." Watch how it comes out -- it's debatable if she means it.

Of course, Raquel broke down in tears at the end of the episode, and we know she's been in a behavioral health center for at least 2 months. Now, on the topic of Raquel and Sandoval truly being in love -- as they declared during the reunion -- Ariana seems less than convinced.

Lala Kent, one of Ariana's 'VPR' allies through the 'Scandoval,' told us she too is feeling some sorta way about Raquel's emotions post-reunion. She says watching it all play out, did make her think Raquel -- in her fragile mental state -- might not be cut out for reality TV.

Mark Hoppus from Blink-182 is waging legal war with his neighbor in Beverly Hills ... and it's all because of a pine tree Mark says is growing too tall.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Mark and his wife Skye are suing their neighbor over a tree they claim is blocking their view.

In the docs, Mark says the neighbor is violating rules adopted by the planning commission they hashed out years ago, which called for her to remove a bunch of trees and maintain a pine tree at a maximum height of 15 feet.

Mark says his neighbor is flouting the rules, claiming the tree is over 15 feet now, and new trees are growing in place of those that had previously been removed ... obstructing his view in the process.

In his suit, Mark claims his neighbor's been ignoring repeated requests to maintain the trees ... so now he's running to a judge for help.

Mark's seeking an injunction to force his neighbor to follow the rules and trim the trees ... he's also going after his neighbor for damages.

Adam DeVine has a horrifying story to tell about a poker party turning tragic in the Hollywood Hills -- a man was shot and killed, with Adam and his wife just across the street.

The "Pitch Perfect" star shared his experience during a live taping of the "This Is Important" podcast Wednesday night with his "Workaholics" costars Blake Anderson, Anders Holm, and Kyle Newacheck -- and it might not have been the best setting for such a serious tale.

Adam says he was chillin' on a balcony at home with his wife Chloe Bridges when the murder happened just across the way from him, leaving him in shock.

Adam says he called it, too -- believing some "dastardly s***" was happening at the boujee poker party. Of course, the podcast hosts and crowd still found the ordeal a little funny, with Blake punching up the story with sound effects. Actually, it seems like the crowd thought Adam was doing a bit.

He didn't get into specifics about the crime, but KTLA reported 39-year-old Emil Lahaziel was gunned down just after 2 AM Wednesday morning at a Hollywood Hills poker party.

It's unclear if Adam actually witnessed the shooting ... if he did, he left that part out.

Jay-Z is at least $7 million richer than he was one day ago, and the money means he can finally put a more than 7-year-long legal battle behind him.

TMZ Hip Hop has learned Paralux Fragrances sent $7,259,061.31 to Jay's team on Wednesday -- that's what the company owed him after losing the lawsuit it filed, way back in January 2016, claiming the mogul hadn't lived up to promotional obligations for the cologne Gold Jay-Z.

As we reported, a jury ruled in favor of Jay more than a year ago, but Parlux had filed an appeal ... which it lost last week. As a result, the company was on the hook for the court-ordered amount of $6.8 million plus interest.

Here's a little perspective on how long the Parlux battle dragged on -- when the lawsuit was filed, Jay-Z was worth about $610 million, according to Forbes. Seven years later, he's more than quadrupled that!!!

While the $7 mil would be like hitting the lotto for most of us, it's a drop in the bucket for someone as successful as Jay.

TMZ broke the story ... he and Beyonce just paid $200 million -- CASH, no less -- for their new Malibu mansion. It's the most expensive real estate deal in California history, and the 2nd biggest in U.S. history, and on top of that, they also have a $100 million Bel-Air home.

Rock star Bret Michaels has officially sold his stellar L.A.-area home... and he'll have a hard time finding a thorn on this rose of a transaction for his bottom line.

The Poison lead singer closed the deal on his Calabasas oasis, snatching $6.25 million for the place. We don't know how much dough he poured into the property after buying it in 2020 as an investment -- but he paid just under $4.8 mil, so seems like he's in line for a decent profit!

Bret's home is well worth the price tag -- aside from its 5,950 sq. feet, it has one of the best views in the community, giving folks a great look at the city lights, golf courses, and the nearby mountains.

Outside entertaining will be awesome for the new owner ... Bret stacked it with a custom pool, spa and gazebo. Inside amenities include a billiards room and a gym.

The beautiful place was sold off-market, and BOTH sides of the deal were represented by Jordan Cohen.

Rod Stewart is looking to unload his sprawling Bev Hills estate, and as the rock legend sang, every picture tells a story -- especially these shots of the mansion he's listing for a whopping $70 mil!!!

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the 78-year-old icon is selling his expansive 3-story compound, located in one of the most esteemed gated enclaves, North Beverly Park.

The 9-bed, 14-bath home was designed for Rod by famed L.A. architect Richard Landry in the '90s ... and it sits on more than 3 acres of land.

Some good health news for Danny Bonaduce -- his brain surgery went off without a hitch --  and now he'll start his road to recovery and hopefully, a better way of living.

Paul Anderson, Danny's longtime pal and agent, tells TMZ ... the actor was under the knife for 2 hours Monday, but everything went really well and everyone's super optimistic about Danny's recovery.

We're told he's expected to be released from the hospital in the next couple of days, but will be doing a lot of resting at home after -- for about 3-4 weeks.

Once he feels well, Paul says everyone expects Danny to be right back at it -- tackling his morning radio show -- and joking the surgery won't affect his quick wit and sense of humor.

The surgery's main goal was to help Danny maintain his balance in getting around every day, something we're told Docs believe will now happen.

TMZ broke the story, Danny went under the knife to combat his recently-diagnosed hydrocephalus -- a neurological disorder caused by liquid buildup in his brain.

Danny filled us in on the scary process that led him to the new discovery, which started as a mystery illness last year.

Danny is also selling his beautiful Seattle home in the midst of the health scare. He told us it's been hard for him to move, and the pad just has too many stairs and rooms to get around safely ... it's now on the market for $1.6 mil.

Josh Flagg is now the proud owner of an impressive Miami Beach pad ... making it clear he's out to grow his property portfolio with a real estate shopping spree.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star and his business partner/best bud Adam Rubin of Carolwood LP are in escrow on the $4.45 million Mediterranean-style villa -- and the 3,309-square-foot home is a beauty.

The property includes some sweet perks like a spa, cabana and obligatory pool ... along with a large outdoor area built for entertaining friends and loved ones.

It looks beautiful as is, but we're told Josh and Adam plan to completely remodel ... and they'll use the finished product as a crash pad when they're in the 305 for business. They clearly wanted it badly, because they dropped cash to nab it!

North Bay Road -- where the home's located -- is one of the most coveted places to live on Miami Beach, with some mansions topping $100 million! Some famous folks who have lived in the affluent neighborhood in the past and present include Matt Damon, Jennifer Lopez, Phil Collins, and Dwyane Wade.

TMZ broke the story, Josh, who's with Douglas Elliman, bought a massive Bev Hills mansion last year for $9.2 mil.

We're told Josh was seen as recent as last week shopping for property in NYC and L.A.

Josh and Adam are co-investors in several deals including commercial real estate and food and beverage establishments like Cha Cha Matcha, Pops Bagels, Zabs Hot Sauce and Happy Hour Seltzer.

Rick Ross' 2nd annual car show was a huge success ... and that's not only coming from the thousands of folks in attendance but Fayette County officials, who were initially reluctant about the whole thing.

Fayette County staff tell TMZ ... Ricky Rozay's event planners did a great job communicating with officials, and working with the county to make sure the event went on as smoothly as possible.

Now, that's not to say everything was perfect. We're told there were about 19 medical emergencies during the show, but EMS personnel were on site to help.

Four of those people were transported to a hospital, and only 1 case wound up being serious.

Our sources say the Fire Marshal made sure Rick and co. were meeting code, and the Health Department checked on food vendors -- everything passed with flying colors. Also, sheriffs were on hand for added security during the event.

We're told, even the traffic was also a whole lot better compared to last year's nightmare at the event.

You'll recall, Fayette County initially rejected Rick's permit to have the car show, saying it wasn't in compliance with zoning ordinances.

County officials also said last year's inaugural show went down without their approval -- despite being a huge success in Rick's eyes -- and they didn't want a repeat of that.

Of course, Da Boss wound up getting a permit with some strict guidelines for the massive event held on his massive Promised Land estate in Fayetteville.

Turned out to be another one for the books ... with a ton of celebs and other folks coming out as RR hit the stage and showed off a range of whips and vendors on his property.

Danny Bonaduce's recent health scare and upcoming brain surgery has forced him to list his stunning home ... telling us the property is just too dangerous for him to navigate in the wake of his struggles.

Bonaduce's 2,178 square-foot Seattle home -- with views of the entire city -- just hit the market for $1.6 million. It's a 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom with a chef's kitchen, massive walk-in closet, and a place Danny thought he'd live in forever until a mystery illness changed his life.

TMZ broke the story, Danny will undergo brain surgery Monday for a condition called hydrocephalus ... a neurological disorder caused by a buildup of liquid in the brain.

Danny tells us the disorder makes it hard for him to move at all, and the home just has too many stairs and rooms for him to get around safely. He and his wife, Amy, recently moved into their condo downtown where living is easier.

As for the house he just listed, Danny bought it back in 2015 for $1 million, and it's got premium appliances and outdoor decks with views of the Space Needle ... scenery Danny says he's gonna miss, but knows it's for a better way of living.

Instagram model Liziane Gutierrez and her 10-lb pooch fell victim to some nasty crooks who not only broke into her home but decided they also needed to mace the pup in the process.

Check out the video, obtained by TMZ, showing 3 men break into Liziane's Vegas home Thursday night through a back door. You see her maltese, Duchess, approach the intruders in a friendly manner only to be blasted with pepper spray.

From there, the men rush upstairs and into Liziane's bedroom, ransacking her closet and making away with Gucci bags, a Rolex, a gold chain and designer sneakers.

Thankfully, Liziane was at the gym at the time of the incident ... but she tells us the men made away with over $50K in luxury goods. She called the cops as soon as she got home.

As for Duchess, she was taken to the vet -- given a bunch of baths and some medication for her lungs and eyes -- we're told she's still having a tough time recovering and isn't yet back to 100% ... though things are looking good.

Kaley Cuoco is lookin' to unload her gorgeous Los Angeles-area home a little over a year after picking it up ... and it comes with a pretty steep price tag.

The 'Big Bang Theory' actress has put her Agoura Hills pad on the market for a whopping $7 mil. She bought the place from Taylor Lautner last April for $5.25M -- and is now lookin' to score a profit.

Kaley's 5,647-square-foot house that sits on nearly 9 acres is tucked away in a gated community and was built back in 2020. Aside from some stellar, panoramic views, the place comes with a floating staircase, a speakeasy-style lounge, a 45-foot-long infinity pool, spa, and a bocce ball court!

Kaley did some renovations -- adding things like a wine wall, a wet bar, and some other cool exterior features.

Ben and Jen paid $60,850,000 ... and they paid in cash. The whole deal took 1 week, start to finish.

It sounds like a lot of loot, but it turns out they got an incredible deal. The property was listed in 2018 for $135,000,000 and relisted this year for $75M.

It sits on a 5-acre promontory and the security is unmatched ... the estate is double-gated.

It's considered the crown jewel of Wallingford, and that's saying something.

The newlyweds have had several false starts, going into escrow on a few other estates but pulling the plug before closing.

Jake Paul's giving us a firsthand look at his brand-new, massive $15.7 MILLION mansion in Puerto Rico ... loaded with just about everything you could want in a Caribbean compound, including the "biggest TV" on the island!

The 26-year-old boxing star shared the video tour with his over 20 million YouTube subscribers on Wednesday, revealing he's already living in the house with some of his best friends.

Paul starts off in the backyard, which he calls his "favorite part of the house" ... and with the huge pool, lounge area, palm trees, and guest house, it's not hard to understand why.

"Very good vibes," Paul said. "Very amazing. Wake up in the morning, meditate, get some sun, play some football."

The Problem Child also explains he has TVs all over his new pad, including an insane 120-inch flat screen in the "hangout room" of the guest house.

"This is the biggest TV in Puerto Rico. It's like a special edition. 120 inch. It's the only one that Sony ever shipped to the island," Paul said.

The cruiserweight boxer continues throughout the mansion ... showing off his huge sneaker closet, man cave in the basement, outdoor shower, red elevator, and a music studio where brother Logan, a WWE Superstar and podcaster can belt out a tune on the mic.

Jake also shows the master suite ... complete with a housewarming gift from GF, Olympic speed skater Jutta Leerdam.

Jake -- who originally rose to fame on social media and on the Disney series Bizaardvark -- says he wants everyone watching the clip to view it as inspiration, and not him bragging or showing off.

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's Malibu rental home comes at a price that is eye-popping for even their fabulously wealthy neighbors -- we're talkin' $600,000 a month!!!

As we reported, Sanchezos signed a lease for Kenny G's spectacular Malibu compound ... a place they've called their temp home since March. It's a place they'll call home while they await completion of their massive Bev Hills compound.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the $600,000 price tag does not include furniture. All of Kenny G's stuff is in storage, replaced by Lauren and Jeff's own furnishings. So yeah, it's $600k unfurnished.

As for what they're getting .... the 5,500-square-foot house sits on 2 1/2 acres, with an enormous backyard, the obligatory pool, a screening room, recording studio, a 3,500-square-foot guesthouse, and a key to Little Dume Beach, one of the most exclusive beaches in the Bu.

It's unclear when their Bev Hills home will be ready, but if you do the math, they'll be shelling out more than $7 MILLION a year for Kenny's pad.

For context, Bezos is currently worth somewhere north of $140 BILLION, so yes, the rental is pocket change.
