Kim Kardashian and Kanye West looked like the happiest couple in Miami ... embracing and locking lips on the balcony of their killer new pad.

The two were spotted at the South Beach condo Friday ... it's the $14 MILLION purchase Kanye surprised Kim with for Christmas. Our sources say the two plan to split time with their family between their estate in Hidden Hills and the Miami residence.

As for the condo ... it's located in an 18-story building called the "Billionaire Beach Bunker" with 4 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths with 4,700 square feet of living space and a massive terrace. The building is tricked out with a gym, pool and spa.

Not to mention ... the place is just steps from the beach.

By the looks of the pics with Kim at the new pad ... Kanye DEFINITELY won Christmas this year.

Katt Williams' ex-GF, Hazel-E, is ringing in the New Year with a new man -- starting fresh with football star Lucky Whitehead.

The cute new couple hit up Ruth's Chris Steak House in Virginia on New Year's Eve, wining and dining on surf and turf as they snuggled up in a booth. You can tell they're definitely loving each other's company.

After the meal, Lucky showed Hazel the wild side of his hometown of Manassas, VA by partying the night away at Breakers Sky Lounge.

It's a new relationship, but the former 'L&HH' star was already feeling Lucky's vibe ... doing some grinding on her hunky new bae.

Hazel and Katt dated for 2 years before breaking up in March 2016 ... the exes recently tried to rekindle their romance, getting back together and splitting again after only 3 weeks.

We're told Lucky -- who played for the Dallas Cowboys and the NY Jets -- recently slid into Hazel's DMs and she decided to give him a chance. So far, so good.

Jen Harley's convinced Ronnie Ortiz-Magro ransacked her home this week because there's video proof he destroyed her security camera a month ago during another violent incident no one knew about.

TMZ obtained this Dec. 4 Ring security footage showing Ronnie hauling back and smashing the camera at the front door of Jen's Las Vegas home. Law enforcement sources tell us the "Jersey Shore" star showed up around 10 PM that night and also threw an object through a window when she refused to let him inside. We're told she filed a police report, and Ron is a suspect for destruction of property.

The incident is highly relevant, considering Jen says someone broke into her house and trashed it on New Year's Eve after she and Ron got into a fight at a Vegas nightclub. Sources connected to Jen tell us these pics show the utter destruction that was left behind.

As you can see, someone went to town. The entire place looks like a complete mess ... there's a huge hole in a wall, shattered glass everywhere, toppled furniture, destroyed artwork, overturned tables, broken kitchenware, and a smashed flat-screen TV.

As we reported, Jen's blaming her baby daddy and he has been named a person of interest.

We also broke the story that Ronnie went to cops too ... claiming Jen hurled an ashtray at his head during their NYE nightclub clash.

Despite the Dec. 4 and NYE incidents ... Ronnie and Jen smiled and posed together for a family Christmas photo.

'Real Housewives' star Danielle Staub just got her estranged husband, Marty Caffrey, the hell outta the house ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us police in Englewood, NJ responded to Danielle's home Thursday for a domestic disturbance involving Marty. We're told cops removed Marty, but did not arrest him or charge him with any crime.

Sources close to Danielle tell TMZ ... she went to cops Wednesday night seeking a protective order against Marty, and it was granted Thursday. We're told she feels he is putting her through "emotional torment." There haven't been any physical or direct threats as far as we've heard, but we're told Danielle thinks he's "toying" with her while they've continued living together during a nasty divorce.

Specifically, our sources say Danielle believes Marty has purposely loosened light bulbs, turned off power and cut off hot water sporadically just to screw with her. We're told he has another place where he could live while they hash things out in court, but insists on staying in their home.

Danielle thinks he's trying to drag out the divorce because he's shot down 4 offers to settle ... according to our sources.

As for Marty ... he's denied messing with Danielle -- like when he allegedly listed their home without her knowledge. Marty acknowledges that he received the protective order, but says that it's ridiculous.

Danielle and Marty just got hitched back in May. So much for newlywed bliss.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has just gone to cops and filed a police report against Jen Harley, after she allegedly threw an ashtray at his head ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported, Ronnie and Jen got into a big fight shortly after midnight at a Las Vegas New Year's Eve party at the Hustler Club, and that's where she allegedly hurled the ashtray in his direction, striking him and cutting his nose, lip and forehead. When Jen got home, she found someone had ransacked the place, smashing a flat-screen TV and a vase. They also destroyed pictures and glass frames.

She called the cops and claimed Ronnie was the culprit. Cops named Ronnie a person of interest.

As for Ronnie's police report, we're told his motivation is that he wants Jen to get professional help. He's also worried about the safety of their 8-month-old child.

We're told Ronnie took photos of his injuries and submitted them to cops. We're also told cops took additional pics Thursday at the police station because the injuries were still visible.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has been named a "person of interest" in an alleged burglary at the home of his baby mama, Jen Harley, hours after the couple broke up following a nasty fight at a Vegas club ... TMZ has confirmed.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Ronnie and Jen got into a huge fight a little after midnight during a NYE party. We're told Jen set off the fight when she spilled a drink on Ronnie's shoes, and Ron eventually stormed off.

We're told when Jen got home later that night, she found her home ransacked ... someone smashed a flat-screen TV, a vase, pictures and glass frames. Jen told cops she believes Ronnie broke in and started wreaking havoc, because whoever did it let themselves in. Ronnie and Jen do not live together.

Law enforcement sources say Ronnie is not a suspect, because there are no witnesses or video evidence he committed the alleged burglary, but we're told cops would like to speak with the "Jersey Shore" star.

As for the night's timeline ... we're told Ronnie and Jen started fighting at 2:15 AM, police arrived at Jen's home at 3:32 AM, but Ronnie was not there.

"Ink Master" star Chris Blinston has twice been accused of a serious crime ... and twice now has come away unscathed from those accusations.

TMZ's learned the battery case against Blinston has been dismissed because of insufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt ... this according to the State Attorney for Palm Beach County, Florida.

We broke the story ... Blinston's girlfriend accused him last month of ending an argument by picking up a safe and pressing it against her chest to move her outta his way. She called cops and they arrested him for battery. He denied touching her and now prosecutors have declined to file charges.
