8:58 AM PT -- Travis has reactivated his Instagram account.

Ain't a damn thing going down in Travis Scott's DMs -- he deleted his Instagram purely to prove his devotion to Kylie Jenner after she found some suspect messages.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kylie found a number of what she deemed "overly friendly" DMs between him and several women with whom he'd been chatting. We're told KJ saw the messages as "evidence" to accuse him of cheating.

We're told Travis maintains the DMs didn't amount to anything more than innocent flirting, and he didn't act on anything. However, he decided the best way to prove his commitment to Kylie and Stormi ... was to just get rid of IG.

That strategy seems to have staved off a full breakup, for now, as Kylie hasn't pulled the plug on their relationship -- despite being incredibly pissed when she first found the DMs last week.

Travis has clearly been trying to make amends with his baby mama, going so far as to shout her out in concert as his "wifey." We're told he's been working behind-the-scenes, as well, to make things right, and is begging for forgiveness. He doesn't want this to torpedo their love.

Our sources tell us he is flying back home more often now, even while he continues to tour.

Kylie's been keeping her distance, though, preoccupying her time with girlfriends and retail therapy ... so only time will tell if she fully takes him back and can get past this.

As for his Instagram -- don't worry, Insta-fiends -- we're told La Flame will reactivate his account once things are patched up with Kylie, which he's hoping will happen sooner than later.

Bebe Rexha's fully reconciled with her pops after a father-daughter dinner -- that was cute as hell -- but she admits the peace treaty could be tentative.

The Brooklyn-born singer was hand-in-hand with Dad, Flamur Rexha, Monday night as they walked into Trattoria Trecolori in Midtown Manhattan. We asked 'em if this was a peace-brokering meal, and Bebe assured us it was. Papa Rexha cosigned.

Remember ... Bebe high-tailed it back home to NYC last week to have a chat with her dad after he freaked out over the sexy imagery in her new "Last Hurrah" music vid. She posted a screen grab of a text he'd sent her ... and her fans went HAM on Dad for his criticism.

Bebe then stood up for him, firing off warning shots to her followers, telling one of our photogs ... "Don't talk s**t about my dad!"

Unclear if they got the message or not, but it looks like Mr. Rexha talked it out with his kid, and now they're all good. Yay!!!

As for how he feels about the video that pissed him off in the first place -- Bebe tells us Dad's all good, at least until the next one.

And, if ya think he's edgy about her music videos, you've gotta see Bebe tell us how he feels about her dating. Pay attention, fellas ... Papa bear don't take no mess!

Snoop Dogg meant no disrespect to African-Americans when he said the struggling Lakers oughta go away on a "slave ship" -- but he did mean to vent about ALL of his favorite teams sucking.

Sources close to the D-O-Double-Gizzle tell TMZ ... the rapper's trash talking -- taken by many as racist -- was totally a heat of the moment thing. We're told the rapper turned on his phone, and impulsively unloaded about his Lakers' embarrassing loss to the last-place Suns.

As we reported ... Snoop went all scorched Earth, saying, "Ship all them n***as out. Get a slave ship, and ship all them sorry mother f**kers the f**k outta here!"

Despite much of the public reaction to Snoop's rant -- our sources were clear ... the rapper doesn't have a single racist bone in his body, especially against his own race.

We're told the die-hard Lakers fan was -- like most fans -- pissed about possibly missing the playoffs, even with LeBron James. It's also a little insult to injury for Snoop ... he's also a Steelers fan and they missed the playoffs for the first time since 2013.

Cardi B and Offset are still going strong, even in another country ... because they're doing it big south of the border -- spending quality time on a yacht in Mexico.

The recently reunited couple is having fun in the sun together down in Baja California, starting their week off right with a beautiful day on the water in Los Cabos. Yeah, they know how to #MondayFunday.

Offset is performing with Migos for a bunch of college kids on spring break, and CB took full advantage of her husband's work trip. Smart move, Cardi.

The hip-hop stars are sampling everything Cabo has to offer -- amazing resorts, fresh seafood, perfect boating weather -- and it looks like they're having one helluva time. Gotta love that exchange rate!!!

It appears ICE has chosen the wrong dude to mess with, because 21 Savage is making it clear -- he's got nothing to lose.

21 was spotted leaving a meeting Monday in L.A. and his hoodie read, "nothing to lose." Unclear if the message speaks to his current legal situation -- the rapper is facing deportation -- or if he just liked the look.

What's more ... the hoodie is from Topman -- a UK based company -- where we recently learned 21 was born.

As we reported ... 21 Savage is in the clear on a previous felony warrant but is dealing with much bigger problems on his plate, like battling Trump's administration and its immigration policies.

Savage is free on bail pending a deportation hearing. And, it looks like the man means business. But, we knew that already.

Michael Jackson's nephew is bashing Wade Robson -- one of MJ's accusers in "Leaving Neverland" -- claiming he's only changing his story for revenge over a job ... one he didn't get.

Taj Jackson came on "TMZ Live" Monday, and he started slamming the MJ accuser over his molestation allegations in the HBO documentary. According to Taj, Robson wanted a gig with the Cirque du Soleil show, "Michael Jackson One."

As you know ... Wade claims MJ molested him when he was a young boy, and he goes into graphic detail in the new doc. But, Tito Jackson's son says Wade's only coming forward now because he didn't get the Cirque job.

Taj adds ... Wade's changed his story several times, and he suspects money is motivating him to say the things he says in 'Neverland.'

Fat Joe and French Montana pocketed tons of cash off of their monumental hit, "All The Way Up" ... but one rapper claims he co-wrote the track, then got the short end of the stick.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Eric A. Elliott (aka Fly Havana) says he's a struggling Miami-based hip-hop artist who co-created the track back in 2015 over the course of a few hours, working alongside rapper Infared.

But, according to docs, Elliott says Fat Joe cheated him out of credit and compensation. Elliott says he nagged Joe about getting a credit, but it wasn't until March 2016 when Fat Joe finally agreed to meet -- at an IHOP, no less -- and cut him a check for $5k.

In the suit, Elliott says Joe promised more dough would come as the track generated more income -- but Elliott says that never happened. He also claims he confronted French Montana outside of DJ Khaled's studio in 2017 ... and got the silent treatment.

"Ship all them n***as out. Get a slave ship, and ship all them sorry motherf*ckers the f*ck outta here!"

That's just a tiny piece of Snoop Dogg's weekend rant against the Lakers ... and yeah, dude is PISSED Los Angeles is about to miss the playoffs again this season.

Snoop's scorched earth comments came after L.A.'s second loss this weekend -- a 118-109 pounding to the last-place Suns -- when the rapper threw his camera into selfie mode and blasted EVERYONE not named LeBron.

"Somebody gotta go. F*ck this shit. Somebody gotta go. Matter of fact, a lot of n***as gotta go, starting with the coach."

As for his Staples Center tickets ... Snoop says he's so over L.A., he's giving away his box suite seats for just $5!!!!

Think Snoop's overreacting? With losses to the Bucks on Friday and Phoenix on Saturday ... the Lakers are now closer to 13th place in the West than they are to a playoff spot.

Snoop's begging the front office to intervene ... and as part of his rant -- he yelled, "Get LeBron some f*ckin' help!!"

Prodigy frontman Keith Flint was found dead Monday in his home outside London ... and his bandmates say he took his own life.

Police were making a welfare check at Keith's home in Essex, England when they found his body. Police will only say there's no reason to suspect foul play -- however, Prodigy founder Liam Howlett says it was suicide. He posted, "I can't believe I'm saying this but our brother Keith took his own life over the weekend. I'm shell shocked, f**kin angry, confused and heart broken."

Prodigy shot to international fame in the '90s with hits like "Firestarter," "Breathe" and the controversial "Smack My Bitch Up."

Some of their songs and music videos were banned by the BBC, but their music -- blending dance, electronic and punk sounds -- was extremely popular in Hollywood.

The band's music has been featured in TV shows and movies like, "Kick-Ass," 'Always Sunny in Philadelphia' and "The Sopranos."

Flint himself once said, "We were dangerous and exciting!"

4:50 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us that authorities did NOT find an explosive device at the daycare center.

4:15 PM PT -- Chicago PD just confirmed the details of the bomb scare to TMZ ... saying multiple calls came in Saturday reporting a bomb threat, adding that the daycare center was evacuated. Luckily, no one was injured ... but cops are still investigating.

The woman who paid for R. Kelly's bail got a bomb threat at a business she reportedly owns ... which just so happens to be a daycare.

Multiple people called in a bomb threat Saturday at a local daycare center ... according to WBBM reporter Brad Edwards, who first reported the story. Valencia P. Love has direct ties to the biz, and some reports say she's the owner.

Edwards goes on to report that Chicago PD doesn't have anyone in custody and that the local bomb and arson squads cleared the scene. Cops are currently investigating the bomb threat.

Love is reportedly still listed as a "registered agent" of the daycare center -- but according to local outlets, the daycare itself and the Dept. of Children and Family Services says Love no longer works there.

You'll recall ... Love posted the $100k bond R. Kelly needed to get out jail in Chicago last week. She also posted a lengthy statement afterward, saying R. Kelly wasn't a monster ... and that she was inclined to believe he's innocent of the charges he's facing.

The bomb threat would appear to have been made by someone pissed at Love for supporting Kelly.

Still, it's reminiscent of the shooting threat that was called in just a few months ago during the NYC screening of "Surviving R. Kelly." Law enforcement sources told TMZ ... the NYPD was looking into someone with a Chicago area code as a person of interest.

R. Kelly's ex-wife, Andrea Kelly, told Variety that she believed R. Kelly was connected to that threat.

10:40 AM PT -- Janice's manager tells us she's been battling a combination of bronchitis and lupus and the blood clot was actually in her lungs.

9:20 AM PT -- Miley just posted a photo of a rainbow with a tribute to Janice.

"The Voice" singer Janice Freeman -- one of Miley Cyrus' favorites on the show -- died Saturday, from an apparent blood clot ... TMZ has learned.

Janice's family tells us she was at home in West Covina with her husband, Dion, when she started complaining she couldn't breathe. Dion called 911 and had to perform CPR on her until paramedics arrived. She was pronounced dead around 5:30 PM at a hospital.

We're told it appears a blood clot had traveled to her heart. Janice had a slew of serious health issues, having battled lupus, cervical cancer -- which she'd beaten -- and meningitis.

The singer went deep into season 13 of "The Voice" back in 2017. Janice was on 'Team Miley' and made it to the top 11.

She and Miley stayed in touch after the show. Back in 2018, Janice posted a very emotional thank you to Miley for helping her out financially when she and her family were searching for a place to live.

Janice is survived by her husband and daughter. She was 33.

Teyana Taylor was right when she said you're gonna love her -- 'cause there's not much else you can do when she shows up to the beach wearing this little get-up.

The G.O.O.D. Music singer was out in Miami with her daughter Saturday, where she hit up a beach wearing a sheer leopard print bodysuit without much coverage around back. It's kinda hard to see, but Teyana's got a tattoo of a national flag on her right cheek.

Mexico? Italy? It's not exactly clear ... but we're happy to take our time to figure it out.

BTW ... no sign of her husband, Iman Shumpert, here. The Houston Rockets -- who recently acquired him in a trade -- were in town this past week to play the Heat, but it looks like Teyana was out here by herself with their kid for some quality mother-daughter time.

Even from the road ... Travis Scott is doing everything he can to patch things up with Kylie Jenner on the heels of her accusing him of cheating.

Travis played NYC's Madison Square Garden Saturday night -- his first show after he pulled the plug in Buffalo Thursday night to pow-wow with Kylie. He never mentioned the allegation directly, but told the packed arena to always "remember to keep your family first."

TMZ broke the story ... KJ confronted her baby daddy after she believed she found evidence he was cheating. For the record, Travis' people say he absolutely never did step out on Kylie -- still, he had to mend fences at home ... hence the postponed gig.

Everything seemed back to normal -- onstage, at least -- at the Garden. Trav closed the show with "SICKO MODE" and made sure to show his NYC fans some love but, more importantly ... he saved his closing shout out for "wifey."

As we first told you ... Kylie's not blowing up their fam, she intends to work on the relationship, and so does Travis.

Offset is becoming a better father and a better man, and it's all thanks to Cardi B ... so says one of the rapper's baby mamas.

Shya L'amour, the mother of Offset's oldest daughter, Kalea, tells us she's noticed tremendous growth from Offset over the last few years ... and she's giving Cardi all the credit.

It's quite the change in tune from Shya, who made headlines this week when she lashed out at Offset over some lyrics in his new album, "Father Of 4."

As you know ... Shya was PISSED when she heard how Offset portrayed their relationship in one of his new songs -- claiming he didn't know if he was Kalea's father.

Offset raps ... "Kalea, you my first, first daughter. I missed the first years of your life, I'm sorry. Tell the truth, I ain't really know if I was your father. Tell the truth, I really don't even know your mama."

Shya, who's also in the music biz, tells us she just wanted to share her side of things ... because Offset's lyrics hurt her.

Mystikal's not taking any plea deals in his rape case and actually believes there's a strong chance the charges will be dropped altogether.

The rapper's lawyer, Joel Pearce, tells TMZ ... he recently met with Caddo Parish, Louisiana prosecutors and they offered what seems like a sweet deal. The aggravated rape charge, which carries a life sentence, would be reduced to simple third-degree rape ... with a 25-year max sentence. He says they'd also drop the second-degree kidnapping charge.

In exchange, Mystikal would have to plead guilty to felony simple rape ... which Pearce says he's unwilling to do. Offer rejected.

We're told Mystikal and his defense team believe the alleged victim is lying and has major credibility issues, so they're ready to play this out in court.

The trial's scheduled to start in May, but Pearce says plea negotiations are still ongoing,

We broke the story ... Mystikal finally posted his hefty bond and was released from prison last month after spending 18 months behind bars.

He posed with his lawyers on the way out and said he was thankful for to get back to being a father and working on music. A big chunk of his bail money came from an advance on a new recording deal.

Miranda Lambert's hot cop husband is no stranger to the spotlight ... because his thirst for fame once led him to an appearance on 'Project Runway.'

We did some digging and discovered Brendan McLoughlin reset his 15-minute clock for a part on "Project Runway All Stars" alongside Alyssa Milano.

Brendan appeared on the 4th episode of season 5, logging some serious camera time during the "Unconventional Materials Challenge" ... where designers are tasked with creating a high-end runway look out of supplies from police officers, firefighters and EMTs.

Brendan was on the show repping the NYPD ... and his charisma and dashing good looks landed him a speaking role!

If you watch the full episode from 2016 ... you'll hear a contestant getting super thirsty after taking a look at Brendan and saying, "I usually avoid the police, but he can handcuff me anytime he wants."

As we've reported ... Brendan's love of the spotlight started long before he married Miranda. He went viral doing the Cupid Shuffle at NYC Pride and rubbed elbows with country stars like Blake Shelton while working security at 'GMA.'
