L.A. Pride Festival goers will be thinking love and inclusivity, but cops will be focused on shutting down terrorism by rolling out some new tactics for this weekend's events.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Department and their partners stepped up their game for the festival in West Hollywood -- including Sunday's parade -- to ensure it all goes off without a hitch.

We're told deputies closely studied recent terrorist attacks -- including the Manchester Arena bombing, the Las Vegas mass shooting and several instances of assailants using vehicles as weapons.

As a result ... we're told law enforcement will be using an array of vehicles as barriers, for the first time, to shore up vulnerable areas along the route and surrounding area. Of course, both uniformed and undercover cops will be on the scene ... and video surveillance will be heavily employed.

Our sources made it clear ... law enforcement has not received any specific threats against the festival, but they are prepared for the worst.

The winner of the day (besides the Pirates, who are now just 4 games back of the Cubs in the NL Central) ... outfielder Gregory Polanco -- who had an Avatar costume complete with a tail!!!!

Tom Brady RAGED Thursday night -- pounding beers, dancing with his teammates and SHOWING OFF HIS 6TH SUPER BOWL RING!!!

The G.O.A.T. -- along with most of his 2018 Patriots teammates -- rolled over to Robert Kraft's mansion on Thursday night for the ring presentation ceremony for winning Super Bowl LIII ... and the party was LIIIT!!!

Even head coach Bill Belichick cracked a smile and flexed a little bit ... showing off his hardware too.

Rob Gronkowski ... you know he turned up -- and the future Hall of Famer was giddy like a kid when he saw the Super Bowl LIII Lombardi Trophy still has that DENT in it from that time he used it for batting practice at Fenway Park!

Josh Gordon was also on hand to get a Super Bowl ring -- despite being suspended for the back end of the season for violating the league's substance abuse policy. Before the suspension, Gordon had racked up 40 catches for 720 yards and 3 TDs.

The rings are sick -- each piece contains 422 diamonds, totaling 9.85 carats ... and 20 sapphires representing 20 AFC East Division Championships.

There are also a few sayings engraved into the rings -- including the playoff rally cry," Still Here," and the Patriots team motto, "We Are All Patriots."

Tom and the Patriots famously beat the L.A. Rams 13 to 3 in Super Bowl LIII -- with Julian Edelman winning the Super Bowl MVP award.

As for Robert Kraft, he seemed super happy and unfazed by the other drama in his life ... the ongoing Asian massage parlor prostitution case in Jupiter, Florida.

State prosecutors have appealed the judge's decision to throw out the video evidence in the case ... so it's an uphill battle for officials -- but a great situation for Kraft.

President Trump's camp wants him to know how much he's loved on his most special day of the year ... so they're asking MAGA country to type in their names ASAP.

An email got sent Wednesday to subscribers of the Trump-Pence campaign, and it's begging for folks to be one of the first to sign a "HUGE" birthday card that his team will bestow on him come June 14 ... the Prez's 73rd birthday. They're looking for 2 million signatures.

The email reads, "Our goal is to get 2 MILLION signatures to let President Trump know how thankful we are for his incredible leadership in our shared mission to Make America Great Again." It goes on, "We sent President Trump a card last year, and he loved reading all of the encouraging messages from Patriotic Americans across the country."

The campaign doesn't specify if they're planning on printing a jumbo-sized birthday card with a scroll of autographs attached -- it'd have to be pretty damn big if that was the case -- or if they're just gonna DM him the collective well-wishes next Friday.

Something tells us this is just a digital thing though, and people's "signatures" probably amount to nothing more than spelling out your name on a keyboard and hitting send.

The Jonas Brothers mania is very, very real -- almost 15 years into the game, and the premiere of their new documentary drew a crazy crowd of wild, screaming fans.

Joe, Nick and Kevin had to feel better than ever about their decision to reunite when they showed up Monday night outside L.A.'s Regency Village Theatre to celebrate the documentary, "Chasing Happiness."

JuJu hit up Chartiers Valley High School's senior prom in PA over the weekend ... after student Anthony Molinaro slid into his DMs and said he didn't have a date.

Not only did JuJu show up, he went all-in -- getting matching turquoise velvet suits for the duo to wear for the big dance.

Tina Knowles hosted, Beyonce and Jay-Z danced and Tyler Perry came thiiiis close to dropping six-figures for a portrait of Nipsey Hussle. Yeah, it was that kinda party!

Tina and her husband, Richard Lawson, held their annual Wearable Art Gala Saturday night in Santa Monica -- and their guests came ready to shop, especially Tyler. You gotta see the bidding war that erupted over a Nipsey portrait done by Tiffanie Anderson.

Tyler, who received a Trailblazer Award at the gala ... went back and forth with another honoree, Felicia Horowitz -- from less than $50k all the way up to the winning bid. Watch the clip, Tyler had to think it was in the bag when he raised his paddle at $100k. He was wrong.

Buffalo Bills rookie LB Tyrel Dodson was pulled out of a nightclub and arrested Sunday after his GF told cops he roughed her up during a violent altercation hours earlier ... TMZ Sports has learned.

For the record, Dodson (an undrafted free agent out of Texas A&M) DENIES the allegations -- and insinuated to police that HE was the real victim by showing cops a red mark on his face.

Here's the deal according to police docs ... 20-year-old Dodson and his GF got into an argument on May 25 in Scottsdale, AZ after he allegedly vomited on the carpet inside her bedroom after drinking too much.

Tyrel's GF alleges the 6' 2", 240-lb football player got physical with her when she confronted him about the vomit ... allegedly grabbing her "forcefully" and "shoving her against the wall."

Tyrel's GF says she slapped him in the face ... and says Dodson responded by slapping her back.

She says she fled from the scene ... but when she returned, Tyrel was still there -- so she locked herself inside her bathroom and told him to leave the premises.

That's when she says Tyrel busted through the door ... causing the door to smack her in the head, leaving her with a small welt.

She says the argument then spilled out into the kitchen, where things escalated further ... with Dodson shoving her to the ground after a scuffle over her cell phone.

Dodson's GF eventually left the apartment ... but when she returned -- she says Tyrel had taken her keys, $500 from her purse and an additional $8,000 to $15,000 in cash from a safe under her bed.

When cops reached Tyrel by phone ... he denied ever getting physical with his GF -- stating the argument "was verbal only" -- and added he only took about $1,000 from her because it was "money they both shared."

Cops didn't appear to believe him -- 'cause they say they found probable cause to arrest him on several charges including domestic violence -- and when they found out later in the evening he was at Mint Nightclub, they went in to get him.

After Dodson was removed from the club, he again denied attacking his GF and showed cops a red mark on his face ... though he never outright accused her of assault.

Tyrel was booked on three charges -- 1 domestic violence count, 1 charge of disorderly conduct and one charge of damage to property -- all misdemeanors.

Tyrel -- who played in 33 games for the Aggies in his three years at College Station -- was signed by the Bills as an undrafted free agent just a few weeks ago.

We reached out to the Bills and a team spokesperson tells us, "We are aware of the incident involving Tyrel Dodson last weekend. We have been looking further into the matter and will continue to gather information as the legal process continues."

Quavo might very well be the next Migo to walk down the aisle, if what went down at his sister's wedding is any indication ... and conventional wisdom tells us it kinda was.

The rapper was down near Atlanta Saturday night for his sibling's nuptials, where he and fellow ATL artist, Jacquees, were doing their thing on the mic while the rest of the guests enjoyed a free show. Hey, sometimes it pays to have famous family members ... they'll do your wedding!

Soon enough, the shindig became a crystal ball of sorts for Huncho and his girlfriend -- fellow MC, Saweetie. The reason ... each of them got their hands on two pretty important things that bode well for the relationship -- the bouquet and garter, respectively.

It looks like Saweetie caught the bouquet first, and Quavo definitely hinted at marriage by writing on Instagram, "GUESS WE NEXT." She eventually responded, "Yesssssir."

As if that wasn't enough of a prediction ... Quavo actually caught the freakin' garter too, and then put it on Saweetie's leg. That pretty much seals it, right?

Quentin Tarantino just snapped at the Cannes Film Festival again -- and by that, we mean snapping open a lighter and burning a mean-looking cigar after some bad press this week.

The veteran director was spotted hanging out solo Saturday on Nikki Beach in the South of France, where he was enjoying the final day of the festival after debuting his newest flick, "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood," a few days earlier.

Eyewitnesses say Tarantino was minding his business while he sucked down the stogie. We're told he had a glass in his hand too, but it's unclear if or what he might've been drinking. More importantly, he looks totally relaxed despite a testy exchange he got into Wednesday.

After the 'OUATIH' screening, QT and the rest of the main cast -- including Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio -- hit the podium to answer questions from the media. One reporter noted Margot Robbie's character -- Sharon Tate -- didn't have very many lines throughout the film, and asked why that came to be.

Quentin answered curtly, "Well, I just reject your hypotheses" ... and didn't elaborate any further. Margot did though, saying she thought she was able to accurately capture Sharon's essence without much dialogue ... and was happy with the challenge of doing so.

It's interesting ... Quentin was widely characterized as having "snapped" at the reporter who asked the tough question, but it doesn't look like he's sweating it one bit days later.

Offset truly is all about the bag -- that much he made clear this week by flying his ass all the way to Russia to perform at a kid's bar mitzvah.

The Migos rapper was spotted performing at the private coming-of-age party Friday at an undisclosed location in Moscow, where he was filmed by multiple people doing his thing on stage.

He didn't keep his distance from party-goers either -- Offset stepped down at one point to get up and close and personal with the kids in attendance ... including the boy of honor himself. Looks like they even had themselves a little dance-off in front everyone.

Offset performed a handful of songs, and he stuck around to take pics with some of the guests too. A good sport through and through, really. The big question now ... how much did homeboy collect???

We know big name rappers have been convinced to do to bar/bat/b'nai mitzvahs for as low as $50k, while some payouts have been as high as $150k for a show. Word around town is that Kanye once quoted a media exec a cool mil to do one ... so these gigs are definitely worth it, especially if you're a top-tier talent like Offset is.

Now, for a dude to travel around the world and get on the mic in Mother Russia ... ya gotta imagine he took home a good chunk of cheddar to show for it.

The Spice Girls' long-awaited reunion tour is officially underway -- the 4 ladies just took the stage ... and Mel B should have full peripheral vision!!!

Scary, Sporty, Ginger and Baby Spice are performing together for the first time in years, and the crowd in Dublin, Ireland erupted in excitement when they came out and opened with "Spice Up Your Life." Then ... it was time to dance.

From the looks of it, the Girls are going all out for their Spice World 2019 tour ... with a huge stage and screen and choreographed numbers galore. Hours before the show, Mel B shared a photo of the group with their stage director and choreographer, and everyone looked stoked.

More importantly, Mel B appears to be over the worst of last week's eye emergency ... where she was diagnosed with severe iritis in her right eye and uveitis in her left.

She said she was on meds and heavy duty drops to fix her peepers, and claimed she'd have to wear an eye patch ... but it looks like she healed up nicely in time for the big show.

Kylie Jenner is doing laps around the competition in the beauty game, which she illustrated perfectly during the launch for her new skincare brand ... basically, a roller skater's dream.

Kris Jenner's youngest hosted her mom, dad, sisters and a bunch of friends Tuesday night at the Goya Studios Sound Stage in Hollywood to celebrate the launch of Kylie Skin -- her latest beauty line. It was essentially a roller rink bash for adults ... and looked super fun.

Kylie caught a lot of the action from inside, and it's clear she had a theme -- pink and white hotties on four wheels going around and around. She also had some good grub on hand too -- everything from pizza to sushi ... plus, samples of her actual products.

While the event was truly a family affair -- Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Caitlyn and even her brother, Brandon, made appearances -- however, no sign of Travis here.

Halsey put a pause on stealing the show ... ditching the assless chaps to catch her man's show.

The singer hit up Yungblud's performance over the weekend in Columbus, Ohio at the Sonic Temple Festival. You can see her British rocker BF performing onstage ... with Halsey hanging out kinda backstage.

We're told she was dancing her ass off and shooting video ... basically, being the perfect IG GF.

It's not the first time Halsey's surfaced in Columbus to show her man some love. You'll recall she was there last August jamming out to G-Eazy while he was there on tour. They broke up 2 months later.

No jinx! Halsey's relationship vibe with Yungblud seems to be on a healthy path and they're obviously really digging each other -- whether they're rocking in Ohio, lighting it up in WeHo or all lovey-dovey at Disneyland.

They're in such a good place right now, we'd like to suggest a celebration's in order. Perhaps another cowboy-themed party?!? Yungblud couldn't agree more.

12:49 PM PT -- The guy who saved Zeke's ass ... is the victim, according to cops.

A spokesperson for the Las Vegas Metro Police Dept. tells TMZ Sports ... the main reason Zeke wasn't arrested is because the victim didn't want to push forward with charges.

"On Sunday, May 19, 2019 at approximately 3 a.m. LVMPD officers working at EDC observed from a distance an adult male, later identified as Elliott, push a security officer to the ground."

"Two officers approached and placed Elliott into handcuffs while they investigated the incident. The security guard who was the victim of the misdemeanor battery, refused to press charges and officers escorted Elliott a short distance away and he was released."

If you're a Cowboys fan, might wanna buy this dude a beer the next time you're in Vegas.

Ezekiel Elliott was handcuffed at the EDC music festival in Las Vegas over the weekend after he shoved a security guard to the ground and TMZ Sports has the video.

... but the NFL star's attorney says Zeke was NOT formally arrested (only detained) and claims the whole thing is much ado about nothing.

Here's the deal ... the Dallas Cowboys superstar running back had been spotted in the parking lot at the Electric Daisy Carnival around 3 AM on Saturday morning arguing with his girlfriend.

Zeke never puts his hands on the woman but he uses his body to block her from walking away several times during the argument.

A short time later, Zeke and the woman are seen speaking with event staffers -- when suddenly Elliott confronts one them and says, "You got something to say!?"

Zeke gets in the staffer's face and uses his body to shove the guy backward until the staffer hits a metal gate -- that's when Zeke uses his forearm to shove the guy to the ground.

Zeke immediately throws his hands up and says, "I didn't do anything!"

Event security -- along with Las Vegas Metro Police Dept. officers rush over and eventually put Zeke in handcuffs and escort him away from the scene.

We spoke with Zeke's attorney, Frank Salzano, who says Elliott was released shortly after our video ends and he was not formally arrested or charged with a crime.

Salzano says Elliott was just having a normal discussion with his girlfriend and blames event security for "overreacting."

"Security misconstrued and overreacted to the situation," Salzano tells TMZ Sports.

"He was cuffed as a precautionary measure. He was released with no charges. He left Vegas that night and went to his [youth football camp in Dallas] on Sunday."

Even without an official arrest, Elliott could face discipline from the NFL if they find his actions violated the league's personal conduct policy.

Remember, the league had investigated Zeke in 2017 over allegations he physically abused an ex-girlfriend -- and even though he wasn't arrested, the league believed there was enough evidence to warrant a 6-game suspension.

Zeke has always maintained he did not attack the accuser in that situation.
