Kylie Jenner says she doesn't want her daughter, Stormi, to go under the knife to get breast implants ... but also admits she had that very surgery years ago and now regrets it.

KJ got candid about her boob job on the season finale of "The Kardashians," telling her pal Stassie Karanikolaou she got her breasts done at 19 -- something she's never confessed before -- just before having her first kiddo.

It's a decision she's definitely looking back at differently now, and really hopes her 5-year-old daughter doesn't follow in momma's footsteps as the years go on -- saying she'd be "heartbroken" if she did, because she's beautiful as she is.

ICYMI, Kylie addressed a long-running rumor on last week's episode that she got a lot of surgery on her face ... saying she's gotten fillers, but that's about it.

The reason that was even addressed on the show is because the Kardashians, in general, have been criticized for inspiring millions of Americans to get cosmetic surgeries, for better or worse, often attempting to achieve the same look as Kim, Kylie and co.

So, it's interesting Kylie's turning her boob job confession into a teachable moment for her daughter, and possibly for young women everywhere.

Hulk Hogan and his fiancée had a romantic night out on the town after the WWE legend proposed this week ... and her engagement ring is HUGE!!

TMZ Sports broke the story -- Hulk and Sky Daily, his lady of a year and a half, are slated to tie the knot after he got on one knee at a restaurant in Tampa.

Fresh off the awesome news, the happy duo decided to celebrate with a dinner at Latitude 28 in Clearwater ... and they were both in great spirits as they showed up at the JW Marriott.

Hulk rocked his usual bandanna, t-shirt, and chain for the date ... and future Mrs. Hogan went for a patterned shirt and tight brown pants -- and, of course, her shiny, new accessory.

Take a look at the pics -- Sky gave a quick glimpse of the bling as she fixed her hair ... and it's safe to say you could see the thing from outer space.

This will be Hulk's third marriage -- he was previously married to Linda until 2010. He finalized his divorce from his second wife, Jennifer McDaniel, back in 2021.

No word on when Hulk and Sky are going to walk down the aisle, but it might not be long -- 'cause it's clear they can't get enough of each other!!

We now know why Jason Aldean's "Try That in a Small Town" music video was edited ... because the production company skirted the rules and used FOX footage without permission.

Sources connected to the music video production tell TMZ ... back when they were producing the video, the company that produced it reached out to FOX on May 8 and asked for permission to use the 6 seconds of video shot by FOX 5 Atlanta ... showing violence at a BLM rally.

We're told the folks at FOX asked for more information ... specifically the lyrics of the song. We're told the production company sent FOX a link to the song -- which was released May 19 -- but the protocol was to send the lyrics in writing, which they never did.

The music video was released July 14 and the footage was in the vid, projecting on the courthouse behind Jason.

Our sources say a week ago, FOX reached out to the production company and asked them to remove the video to avoid any legal action -- which was described to us as a "polite ultimatum" -- and the production company complied.

So the new, edited video has actually been online for an entire week before anyone noticed.

Jason Aldean has quietly trimmed a portion of his controversial music video for "Try That in a Small Town" ... and one of the pieces he ditched is from a BLM protest.

The country singer's video is now missing 6 seconds of its original upload. What's missing -- footage of violence at a BLM rally, projected on a Tennessee courthouse where a Black teenager was lynched in 1927.

The scrubbed footage was shot by Fox 5 Atlanta. We reached out to Fox 5 to find out if they asked that the footage be removed ... so far, no response.

It's unclear why the footage was stripped from the project, but as we reported, Jason received major backlash over the song last week -- after folks accused him of going after the BLM movement.

Jason was adamant, the song is not an attack on BLM or in any way racist. It has soared up the charts since the controversy erupted after the music video was released.

Jason stood by his video again last week -- telling a concert crowd he's a proud American and is hoping to put the country back to "what it once was before all this bulls*** started happening to us."

We discussed the controversy surrounding the song on the latest episode of The TMZ Podcast, available on all podcast platforms.

Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater's romance came as a surprise to the Broadway actor's now-estranged wife who feels he abandoned his family ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Lilly Jay -- who married Slater back in 2018 -- tell us she's devastated her family's been torn apart. She's also upset their young son, who was born in August 2022, won't have both his mom and dad around constantly, now that they've split.

Our sources say Lilly and Ethan aren't on good terms now that the Ariana relationship is full steam ahead.

We're also told, for her part, Lilly feels like he's completely turned his back on his family.

What's more, we're told Ariana actually used to hang out with both Ethan and Lilly while they were still a happily married couple, and she even liked his Instagram tribute to Lilly on Mother's Day this year. Remember, we're told Ariana and Ethan's romantic relationship started several months ago.

The whole thing has left Lilly feeling betrayed and heartbroken ... according to our sources.

Additional sources close to the situation tell us, "It's understandable that emotions are high and it's hard seeing your ex move on, especially in such a public way, and her friends are trying to protect her. But Ari and Ethan are just trying to lay low and be respectful of their exes as they pursue this new relationship."

TMZ broke the story ... Ariana and Ethan first met on the set of "Wicked" and their relationship grew from there. Sources close to them have maintained both Ariana and Ethan were split from their spouses -- Dalton Gomez and Lilly -- when they got together.

Sources tell us while they haven't yet filed divorce docs, there's definitely one on the horizon for Ariana and Dalton.

As for Lilly and Ethan ... it doesn't appear either has filed yet, but it sounds like things are beyond repair.

Ariana Madix is giving fans a sneak peek at her big entrance into the villa, as in the famed "Love Island USA" villa ... where she will be making a guest appearance.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star shared a snap of herself Monday on the Fiji set of the hit reality series -- sharing her excitement for gathering around the fire pit on Tuesday night's episode.

She's quite the new bombshell, according to her ... and while her time in Fiji might be short, we're sure it's still gonna be a memorable appearance.

It's already been confirmed she isn't filling in as host, and she likely isn't joining as a contestant since she's currently linked to trainer Daniel Wai, so her role is a little hazy as of now.

You'll recall, Ariana's been doing well since the infamous cheating scandal with Tom Sandoval and Rachel Leviss, at least in terms of business moves -- apart from the "Love Island" appearance, she's also joining the "Dancing with the Stars" cast for its latest season.

FYI, that's on top of her 'VPR' filming, which is already in production.

As we reported, she's teamed up with big companies like Raising Cane's, SoFi, and even a sex toy company -- and we learned Ariana could be making up to $200k for each brand deal in the wake of the cheating mess.

Michael Cera made quite an impression playing the long-forgotten Allan doll in the new "Barbie" movie, and it fans are responding ... by making a fortune selling their own.

The Allan character is turning out to be a fan fave since the movie's release -- probably because he turns out to be an unsung hero in the plot -- and as you can imagine, folks have been wondering if Mattel has plans to re-release the toy.

For those unaware, the Allan doll was first rolled out in '64 as a friend of Ken's, but was discontinued a couple years later. Despite his newfound Hollywood relevance, Mattel recently announced its keeping Allan off store shelves. Bad news for all you Allan stans.

However, that news has impacted Allan's value in the open marketplace. TMZ did some digging, and there's been a major price surge over these past few days. On Thursday, we saw several eBay listings for old Allan dolls going for cheap ... about $35 to $76 a pop.

Come Monday, however ... a lot of those prices have multiplied. The vast majority of Allan's eBay listings are now at least $150, if not a lot more. There are some going for $300 and up.

It's basic economics -- the flick was hugely popular this weekend, and now that we know Mattel ain't putting any new Allans out into the world ... the demand is at a peak right now.

While the re-sale market won't really help Mattel's bottom line -- there are a lot of private sellers who stand to ride the "Barbie" movie's coattails and clean up as well.

Gisele Bundchen is brushing off the fact her ex-husband Tom Brady is now dating another supermodel, Irina Shayk ... and it sounds like Gisele expected it to happen eventually.

A source close to Gisele tells TMZ ... "Why wouldn't she be happy for Tom? She divorced him. It is helpful to her freedom that he moved on."

The source says Gisele and Irina are NOT friends, but they have known each other professionally for years and have always been cordial when they cross paths.

TMZ broke the story ... Tom and Irina spent the entire weekend together in Los Angeles and are now officially dating, after first meeting at a billionaire's wedding where several models were hitting on Tom.

Some of our other sources say Gisele is "not happy" about the Tom and Irina news ... but now, people close to GB are pushing back.

For her part, Gisele has been spending a lot of time with her jiu-jitsu instructor in the wake of her and Tom's divorce ... though people close to her have consistently said she's not dating Joaquim Valente.

So, Tom's the first to officially move on ... and Gisele is rolling with it.

Tom Brady seems to have a new love in his life -- and it just so happens to be Bradley Cooper's ex ... Irina Shayk, who spent the night at the dude's house this weekend.

Paps caught TB12 and Irina apparently cozying up in L.A. over the course of 2 days -- which all started on Friday, when we're told he first picked her up at Hotel Bel-Air in the afternoon ... only to drive her over to his crib. Our sources tell us Tom and Irina walked into his pad -- all smiles-- and that she didn't leave his place until the following morning ... at about 9:30.

Tom dropped Irina off at the hotel, only to pick her back up later that same afternoon. It was here they were photographed and filmed having a sweet interaction in his car.

They were stopped at a light ... and, clear as day, Tom is seen stroking Irina's cheek -- very tenderly, we might add. She's leaned over in her seat with a huge smile ... and Tom is also flashing a big grin. They even seem to be laughing together.

After this brief moment of PDA ... we're told Tom and Irina went back to his pad yet again.

Funny enough ... rumors of these two possibly being involved have been swirling for about a month now. Reports said they were at the same wedding back in June, and that Irina was allegedly "throwing herself" at Tom all throughout the evening ... something her rep denied.

In fact, Irina's team came out swinging at the notion she was into him ... calling that report "totally malicious and fictional." Welp, it would appear there was some truth in it. Tom and Irina haven't said anything about this themselves yet -- but on its face, it looks like they're romantically involved ... if not fully dating. TB ain't stroking anyone else's face like that!

Of course, they're both single ... especially Tom, who recently divorced Gisele Bundchen. Irina and Brad have been done for a while -- and she's dated around since, as we've seen.

Tom is certainly the most eligible bachelor in Hollywood ... and has a lot more time on his hands post-football. Sure seems like he's making good use of it -- have fun you two!

Five years before Irina Shayk got cozy with Tom Brady in L.A. ... she was desperate to see him lose in one of the biggest games of his career -- cheering heavily for his Eagles opponents in Super Bowl LII.

The model showed up to the Feb. 4, 2018 Big Game at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota with her then-boyfriend Bradley Cooper -- a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan -- wearing a white Birds cap.

She was spotted rubbin' elbows with fellow Eagles fans Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry on the field in the leadup to the contest ... making it clear she was hoping Brady's Patriots would take the L.

Of course, Tom and his New England squad did just that ... falling to Nick Foles, 41-33.

It's unclear if Shayk ever crossed paths with Brady before or after the game ... but we know they eventually connected down the road -- 'cause the ex-quarterback took her to his home for a night this past weekend.

Shayk was seen appearing to stay the evening at Brady's place in L.A. on Friday ... before the two put on some big PDA inside of a car later Saturday.

No word yet on if they're officially an item or just having a fun fling ... but one thing we know -- as a retired man, there can't be too many hard feelings if the Philly fandom is still ingrained in Shayk.

Raquel Leviss has been out of the mental facility she called home for 2 months, and the bill is staggering.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Raquel checked into The Meadows in Arizona where she underwent intensive therapy for 2 months.

As for the bill ... our sources say $200,000.

There were lots of folks who never believed she was ever in a mental health facility, but the reality for this reality star ... she was.

She's been out for a week and has been holed up in a friend's house, and is uneasy about venturing out. One source who has spent time with her in the last week tells TMZ, "She is like a totally different person."

She planned on heading to the facility before taping the explosive "Vanderpump Rules" reunion episode, but chose to wrap up the season before heading there.

A rep for Raquel told us she wasn't going to the center for any sort of rehab, but "rather mental health and trauma therapy." Of course, Raquel's taken quite the beating, both online and on the show, over her and Tom's affair.

Lisa Vanderpump told us folks should probably back off  ... especially considering Raquel's call to check herself in.

Scheana Shay -- who Raquel claimed attacked her in the midst of Scandoval -- spoke out, too ... with her lawyer telling us, "We obviously recognize mental health is an important issue and wish Rachel all the best in her recovery, but we’d also like her to own up to her false allegations and publicly come out and acknowledge that she lied."

Raquel's former 'VPR' costars -- namely Peter Madrigal and Dayna Kathan -- shared doubts about the seriousness of her mental health treatments ... but Tom called them out, reassuring folks this is the real deal.

The reality series also jumped into filming its latest season last month without Raquel ... but sources told us her team's been in negotiations with Bravo and production to talk about a new contract.

Time apparently doesn't heal all wounds for Future ... 'cause the rapper just seemingly dissed the hell outta Russell Wilson in his latest song.

The Atlanta M.C. dropped the controversial bar in his "Turn Yo Clic Up" collab with Quavo on Friday ... rapping in his verse, "I got it out the field, f*** Russell."

Future hasn't shied away from his thoughts on his ex-fiancée and mother of his child, Ciara, moving on with the NFL quarterback ... going in on the now-married couple multiple times in interviews.

Remember, Future Hendrix bashed Ciara for having Russell around Future Jr. early in their relationship ... telling "The Breakfast Club" in 2015, "You don't bring a man around your son."

"You've known this man for a few months and you're bringing him around your kid? Who does that?"

He later went in on Russell in 2019 ... saying he's not a real man in their relationship.

"He not telling her, 'Chill out with that on the internet. Don't even talk to him. I'm your husband. You better not even bring Future's name up!" he said on Apple Music.

"If that was me, she couldn't even bring his name up. She know that. She couldn't even bring her exes names up."

Russell and Ciara have been married since 2016 ... and they have two kids of their own.

Wilson has since become a father figure for Future Jr. as well ... even spending a lot of time working on their football skills together.

Russell doesn't seem bothered by Future's constant gripes -- this past Father's Day, he said, "Future, Sienna & Win ... I Love You Forever! Glad we get to raise them together Momma! @ciara."

Richard Simmons has been MIA for nearly a decade, but he hasn't been forgotten on his 75th birthday.

Fans showed up at his Hollywood Hills home, balloons in hand, to wish the fitness guru well. Richard did not come out of the house ... which is the way it's been for years.

Richard hasn't been seen in public since 2014. He was everywhere before that, but suddenly retreated from the public eye.

TMZ produced a documentary in 2022 on Richard -- "TMZ Investigates: What Really Happened to Richard Simmons" -- and after it aired Richard actually responded to fans who were expressing their concern and sending their love.

As we said in the doc, Richard has knee problems and did not want to appear in public when he wasn't at his best. He was also emotionally drained from his nonstop concern for just about anyone who reached out to him for help.

We're told he still goes out in public, but wears disguises good enough to fool even the paparazzi.

Getting back with his "Vanderpump Rules" cast members isn't going smoothly for Tom Sandoval -- new video shows him breaking down during their first night out together, but ya gotta wonder if they're crocodile tears.

Witnesses tell TMZ ... Tom was having a chat with his jeweler pal Kyle Chan at SUR Tuesday night in WeHo. As we reported, the whole cast -- except Raquel Leviss -- was there and, around 9 PM, things took an emotional turn.

Check out the clip, Tom starts wiping away his tears, but it's hard to tell what got him in his feels. Ariana Madix was only a stone's throw away from him, so that could've been a factor.

Another possibility, though, is ... producers told him to look distraught. The lighting wasn't great, so we're not gonna vouch for the authenticity of this cry-sesh. You make the call!

On the other hand, Ariana was looking pretty happy and chatting it up with the ladies at the same time Tom got weepy -- but separate 'VPR' cameras were rolling on both scenes.

Remember, Tom, Ariana, and other cast members all stepped into SUR to watch James Kennedy DJ and to grab dinner with Lisa Vanderpump ... marking the first time this season the whole cast has been seen under the same roof.

Scheana Shay got into it with Tom outside the restaurant that night, and you could hear her shout at him, "If you hadn't f***ed Raquel," before walking away.

All the repeated tongue lashings -- which started during the reunion special taping -- could be pushing Sandoval over the edge, or he just knows 'VPR' is now the biggest reality show ... and he's got a role to play.

Sources on the scene tell us the boss lady, Lisa Vanderpump, was there too, hosting a dinner for the whole gang.

Tom and Ariana weren't spotted together while at the spot, but they were for sure under the same roof ... so there's gotta be some tension there.

Sandoval might have dodged Ariana, but he and Scheana got into a pretty intense argument -- it's hard to hear most of the conversation, but at one point you definitely hear her shout, "If you hadn't f***ed Raquel" ... before storming away.

As we reported, TMZ obtained footage of the Toms getting into a bit of a heated argument this week as the cameras rolled, so it seems the beating Sandoval's been taking since his affair with Raquel Leviss will continue into the next season.

In other words ... they're giving 'VPR' fans exactly what they want.

Lactose intolerant customers beware, Burger King in Thailand is pushing the limits of dairy, dropping a new burger without any patty ... and 20 slices of cheese!!!

This ain't a joke -- the Thai extension of the fast food company announced the "Real Cheeseburger" Sunday ... buns filled with nearly 2 dozen slices of American cheese.

The chain's social media blast says the cheesy exclusive is only available until Thursday, and it's going for 109 Thai baht -- just over $3 USD.

Folks in Thailand apparently couldn't wait to get their hands on a dietician's worst nightmare, with social media going nuts over the limited-time grub.

BK diners have posted mostly negative reactions already, as you can imagine -- one said the mountain of cheese was a lot, while another called the burger "too intense."

Unclear if this controversial dish will make its way to Burger Kings in the States ... but ya gotta admit, it's pretty insane.
