Chris Brown beat the hell out of a man at a London nightclub, and his injuries were so bad he ended up in a hospital ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The singer is being sued by a man named Abe Diaw, who claims Chris smashed him over the head with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila back in February at TAPE nightclub in England.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Diaw claims Chris wielded the tequila bottle like a weapon as he pummeled Diaw over the head with "crushing blows."

The guy claims he was knocked unconscious but says that didn't stop Chris from continuing the attack ... he says CB ruthlessly stomped on him as he lay passed out on the club floor.

In the docs, Diaw claims he had to be hospitalized as a result of his alleged injuries ... which he says include cuts on his head and torn ligaments in his leg.

Chris' accuser says there's surveillance footage of the whole thing ... and he says cops in London have the alleged beatdown video. Diaw claims he can identify Chris in the footage and claims CB is a fugitive in the United Kingdom as a result of the alleged incident.

And, get this ... Diaw claims he's known Chris for at least seven years and thought Chris was coming up to hug him at the club when Brown instead allegedly struck him three times with the tequila bottle.

Diaw says his injuries may be permanent and he's suffering serious emotional distress and trauma. He's suing Chris for damages.

2:20 PM PT -- Cops have released the name of the man as Jonathan Macht ... and say he was served with an emergency protective order after he was cited for the first trespass arrest. He then violated that order when he returned ... getting arrested for the violation as well as trespassing again.

12:50 PM PT -- Kennedy's campaign just put out a statement about the incident, saying the man gained access to his property after climbing a fence and asked to speak with Kennedy. The statement also reveals Kennedy was home during the first and second incidents.

What's more, Kennedy's team says they've alerted Secret Service about the "obsessed" individual several times in recent months ... but Kennedy still hasn't gotten SS protection.

10:07 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the same guy returned to the home early Thursday morning around 1:30 AM and was arrested again ... this time for violating a court order.

A scary situation for Robert Kennedy Jr. and Cheryl Hines ... as a man attempted to get inside their home, prompting a security and police response to get him into custody.

Law enforcement sources say they got a burglary call to the Brentwood property Wednesday morning around 9:30 AM. It's unclear what the man was trying to do or what he said, but we're told Kennedy's security was home and able to subdue the guy until cops arrived.

Our sources say Cheryl was home at the time of the incident, and saw the guy in her yard ... but it's unclear if Robert was also home. We're told the whole thing was handled quickly.

It was about two weeks ago when Kennedy Jr. declared his Independent candidacy for the 2024 Presidential Election -- ending his Democratic primary campaign.

Robert and Cheryl have been married since 2014 when they got hitched at the Kennedy Compound on Cape Cod.

We reached out to a rep for Kennedy ... so far, no word back.

We're now learning more about what led to the child abuse charge leveled against Jenelle Evan's husband, David Eason ... who allegedly roughed up Jenelle's 14-year-old son, Jace, leaving marks on his body.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Eason is being accused of inflicting physical injury on Jace ... causing "marks on the right arm and left and right side of the neck." The documents say the injuries weren't sustained by accident.

While the docs don't exactly explain what happened, the timing of the alleged incident is interesting ... stating the whole thing went down on September 28.

September 28 is also the same night Jace ran away from home, slipping out his bedroom window and into the woods nearby. It's possible Jace and David had some sort of exchange before Jace left the property. Remember, we were told there's video both cops and child protective services have in their possession ... which could've led to the charge.

Jace was eventually located, after cops got involved, though the September 28 disappearance marked his 3rd runaway incident in about a month.

It doesn't appear Jace is currently in Jenelle's custody, and it's believed he's with his grandmother, Jenelle's mom, Barbara.

As for their part, Jenelle released a statement on Instagram shortly after TMZ broke the story of David's misdemeanor child abuse charge. Evans wrote, "I do not trust anyone around me ... I have no idea what human being I can trust anymore, not even my own blood."

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann know they're in a serious hole, and they're asking the court to prevent that hole from getting any deeper ... by stopping the bank's foreclosure auction on their home, to allow them to sell it on their own.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim and Kroy say if the bank's planned auction on November 7 is allowed to happen they will suffer "irreparable injury to the marital estate depleting it in its entirety."

Kim and Kroy listed their Georgia mansion for $6 million through a realtor while they hammer out the rest of their divorce ... but the foreclosure auction was scheduled before the estranged couple listed it.

The sale of the home is the first thing we've seen Kim and Kroy agree on in a while. They're both currently still living inside the residence, but the court has ordered Kim to live in the basement and nanny suite, while Kroy has exclusive access to the primary bedroom.

As we've reported, their divorce has been full of drama and nasty accusations ... Kroy's accused Kim of being a gambling addict to blame for their money problems and Kim's said she didn't trust Kroy around their kids when he smokes weed.

Former child actor Adam Wylie -- who starred on the hit show, "Picket Fences" -- is in a little hot water for hitting up the ol' Target boutique and allegedly leaving without paying for a bunch of stuff.

Burbank PD tells TMZ ... the loss prevention team at the local Target store spotted Adam on Friday the 13th -- what luck -- taking health and beauty products from a display shelf and loading them in a shopping cart with other items.

They say Adam headed to the self-checkout area, but only scanned some of the items from his cart before heading for the exit. Once he got outside with the merch, store security nabbed him.

We're told the items recovered totaled $108, and Burbank police arrived shortly thereafter, citing Wylie for petty theft before releasing him.

Young Adam had a very memorable face in his role as Zachary on the '90s TV show "Picket Fences" ... playing the son of Sheriff Brock. He also appeared in "Kindergarten Cop," the Disney Channel film "Under Wraps" and on Broadway in 2002's "Into the Woods."

The teens accused of fatally mowing down a retired police chief with a stolen car giggled in court Tuesday -- smirking at the victim's family and flipping them the bird.

Jesus Ayala, 18, and Jzamir Keys, 16, appeared for a morning hearing in a Las Vegas courtroom after they were indicted on charges of murdering former top cop Andreas Probst and other serious felonies.

An 8NewsNow camera crew filmed the suspects in their blue jail uniforms, smiling and laughing as they sat watching the court proceedings.

At one point, the pair covered their faces with their hands to shield themselves from the cameras. As they were led out of the courtroom, they grinned smugly at Probst's wife and daughter -- and made the offensive gesture at them.

After the hearing, Probst's daughter, Taylor, blasted the teens, telling KSNV, "These guys did not respect the court whatsoever. They were just dicking around the entire time."

She went on, "They were flipping us off. How can you sit there after taking a man's life and act like such an entitled punk?"

On August 14, the suspects were allegedly driving in a stolen car down a Las Vegas street -- when they intentionally rammed into the back of the 66-year-old Probst while he was riding his bicycle, killing him.

Earlier that day, they did the same thing, crashing the vehicle into another cyclist, who fortunately suffered only minor injuries, according to police.

In both cases, the offenders shot videos of their deliberate attacks -- while they were chuckling. Newly released surveillance footage shows them running away from police -- and one of them wearing a face mask.

Jenelle Evans says she can't trust anyone in her life, not even her own family, and she's reeling in the wake of her husband being charged with child abuse.

The 'Teen Mom' star just broke her silence on the child abuse charge against David Eason in a case involving her 14-year-old son Jace ... going after police and the folks closest to her.

Jenelle says ... "I do not trust anyone around me ... I have no idea what human being I can trust anymore, not even my own blood."

She continues ... "I'm being fed all these different stories from different people. People trying to get on my good side.. To then betray me over and over."

Jenelle does not name names in her social media posts ... and she also takes aim at the North Carolina cops who oversaw the child abuse case saying ...

"YOU WOULD THINK POLICE WOULDN'T MAKE A ONE SIDED POLICE INVESTIGATION. THEY DIDN'T CONDUCT INTERVIEWS, DIDN'T ASK ANY INFORMATION FROM THE PARENTS."

"THIS SEEMS LIKE A VERY BIAS SITUATION LIKE EVERYTIME BEFORE. I TRUSTED THAT DETECTIVE WITH ALL MY HEART.. FORGOT YOU CAN'T TRUST COPS... SILLY ME."

TMZ broke the story ... David was charged with a misdemeanor after Jace ran away from David and Jenelle's home back in September, prompting an investigation. It was the third time Jace had run away from home in about a month's time.

Remember ... Jenelle got custody of Jace from her mother, Barbara, earlier this year and he's David's stepson.

Dunkin' Donuts allegedly dished out a very hot, and very expensive cup of coffee ... a franchise in Georgia just settled a lawsuit over some spilled java for $3 million.

Here's the deal ... an elderly woman in Atlanta sued after claiming she suffered third-degree burns when her Dunkin' Donuts coffee spilled on her lap as she sat in her car in the drive-thru of a DD in Sugar Hill, GA.

The woman, represented by Benjamin Welch at Morgan & Morgan, claimed the lid was not secured on the coffee cup, causing a spill she says burned her body so badly she had to get extensive skin grafts and re-learn how to walk.

The law firm says the incident happened back in February 2021 ... and now there's been a settlement, with the woman set to receive $3 million from the Dunkin' Donuts franchisee.

Morgan & Morgan says the woman racked up more than $200k in medical bills, and still struggles with day-to-day life as a result of the burns, which require her to apply creams and ointments several times a day.

The lawsuit and settlement bring back memories of a famous 1994 lawsuit against McDonald's, when another woman claimed she was burned by hot coffee.

10/24 2:49 PM PT -- Sam Underwood will not be charged for the arrest ... the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office has rejected the case.

A spokesperson for the City Attorney tells TMZ ... "After careful review, prosecution has been declined because there is a lack of sufficient evidence to prove the matter beyond a reasonable doubt."

Sam Underwood, famous for starring in "Fear the Walking Dead," ended up in LAPD custody after he allegedly roughed up a woman.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... cops responded to a 911 call about a disturbance in a Los Angeles-area apartment around 2:30 AM on Oct. 7 and when police arrived, they were told Sam and a woman had gotten into a heated argument that got physical.

Cops tell us the woman had visible marks on her body and Sam was arrested for felony domestic battery. We're told the actor was hauled off to jail, where he was booked and released after spending close to 10 hours in custody.

It's unclear what his relationship is with the alleged victim. Sam's case, we're told, will now be submitted to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office for possible criminal charges.

As for the woman, cops say, although she had marks, she did NOT require medical attention.

A source familiar with the case tells TMZ ... Sam has provided his attorney with photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings -- all of which disprove the claims of the party making these accusations against him. We're told his attorney intends to provide this evidence to the police early this week.

New reports have surfaced as part of Jonathan Majors' domestic violence case, implicating he was involved in a similar incident last year -- this one happening in London.

The Manhattan D.A. prosecuting Majors for his 2023 arrest for alleged domestic violence in New York City has entered documents that come from across the pond ... involving an alleged incident with him and a woman 6 months before the NYC event.

The details surrounding the report are mostly unclear, but the alleged incident occurred last year at Molineux Stadium -- a soccer stadium in Wolverhampton, England. The actor was in England filming the latest season of "Loki," which is currently airing.

The D.A. says the London report includes medical records and treatment info for a woman connected to the alleged incident.

As we reported, Jonathan was arrested in March for misdemeanor assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault, and harassment after allegedly slapping his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.

Kurt Cobain's daughter and Tony Hawk's son are now husband and wife, with a celeb musician acting as their wedding day officiant ... TMZ has learned.

Frances Bean Cobain and Riley Hawk tied the knot earlier this month in Los Angeles after getting a marriage license in September down in San Diego County ... according to docs obtained by TMZ.

The couple's marriage certificate says they got hitched Oct. 7 and the celeb who performed the ceremony is none other than former R.E.M. frontman Michael Stipe!!!

BTW ... Stipe is also Frances' godfather, and her godmother is Drew Barrymore.

Frances and Riley have been in a relationship since at least January 2021 ... and it's her second marriage, his first.

TMZ broke the story ... Frances filed for divorce from her first husband, musician Isaiah Silva, in March 2016 after less than 2 years of marriage and they ended up fighting for custody of one of Kurt's guitars.

No word on a honeymoon yet, but it seems like the world's their oyster -- let's face it, both come from very successful, wealthy families.

An off-duty Alaska Airlines pilot is in big trouble after allegedly trying to take down a plane from a sister airline -- and you can tell by the dozens of charges he's now facing.

44-year-old Joseph D. Emerson -- who's employed by Alaska -- was arrested and booked Monday on 83 counts of attempted murder in Multnomah County, OR ... this after law enforcement claims he attempted to shut off the aircraft's engines mid-flight the night prior.

It's a strange story ... apparently, Emerson was hitching a ride on a Horizon Airlines flight -- which is owned by the same company that manages Alaska -- that was going from Seattle to San Francisco ... but which had to divert to Portland because of this alleged incident.

According to cops -- who cite crew members onboard -- Emerson pulled this incredibly dangerous stunt while sitting in the cockpit's jump seat ... but thankfully, the captain and first officer were able to subdue him and prevent the plane from going down.

ATC audio reportedly captured crew members discussing what happened over the airwaves -- with someone saying, "We’ve got the guy that tried to shut the engines down out of the cockpit and he doesn’t sound like he’s causing any issue in the back right now, I think he’s subdued. We want law enforcement as soon as we get on the ground and parked."

Well, Emerson was indeed met by officials ... and they're accusing him of a lot. In addition to the 83 attempted murder charges, he's also been hit with 83 counts of reckless endangerment -- plus, endangering an aircraft. No word on what possibly led him to do this.

The adults in the room when a 3-year-old shot herself with an unattended gun tried covering up the bloody incident ... at least according to the woman who called 911.

In the dispatch audio, obtained by TMZ, the caller says she's not at the home but has been informed about the shooting and is rushing over to help. She's not sure if anyone in the home called 911, and the dispatcher can't seem to find any prior call about the shooting.

The caller begs for an ambulance to rush over to the home, adding ..."And, they are trying to hide it. That's why they didn't call fire rescue. I need an officer over there. I need fire rescue over there."

She also tells the dispatcher the people in the home are trying to take the kiddo to the hospital themselves and "they just let her shoot herself in the hand."

As we reported ... home surveillance video shows the young girl, Serenity, playing in the living room at her grandma's Florida home, jumping onto a couch where a loaded firearm is sitting in plain view.

Serenity grabs the pistol and peers over at a relative, Orlando Young, who is watching a football game on a laptop ... and then the gun goes off. The bullet strikes her hand, and she cries out in pain as chaos ensues.

The caller is on the phone with 911 as she races to the house, and she's still on the line when she pulls up ... and you hear her yelling at someone, "Why didn't they call fire rescue?!?"

Miami-Dade County police say family members took Serenity to a hospital ... and Young was arrested and charged with child neglect.

It's unclear if the caller is the girl's mother, Warnicia Williams, who told Local 10 News she wants Young held accountable.

American Airlines could be in hot water ... just like the passenger who was burned when a flight attendant spilled a hot cup of java on his arm.

George Latorre says he was minding his own business on a flight from Vietnam to NYC earlier this month when he asked for a cup of coffee. According to the lawsuit, the flight attendant was all sorts of negligent by spilling what he claims was "scalding coffee" on his left arm.

Latorre says he suffered second-degree burns to his upper left arm, as well as blistering, peeling and bleeding. He says it was so bad it damaged his tattoo.

The lawsuit claims Latorre's "cosmetic deformity and scarring" may be permanent, and he's still suffering "extreme pain and suffering, emotional harm, mental anguish and distress," among other things.

Latorre's lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, tells TMZ ... after the spill, Latorre asked for a more comfortable seat -- even offering to pay for the upgrade -- but he was denied and remained in economy for the rest of the flight.

Jaroslawicz says his client beelined it to a doctor after he landed in NYC, and was told the burn was so bad he needed to see a surgeon who specializes in burns.

A Jewish woman in Detroit -- the president of a synagogue, no less -- was killed outside of her home this weekend ... but it's unclear if the tragedy is related to the Israel conflict.

Samantha Woll was found early Saturday morning lying on the ground with multiple stab wounds -- a crime scene officers say they discovered after following a trail of blood from her residence ... near Lafayette Park. She was declared dead at the scene by first responders.

Detroit PD says they've assigned the case to the Homicide Unit due the nature of Woll's death, but have no suspect or motive -- and they're asking the public for any information.

Naturally, Woll's death has sparked tremendous concern in the community ... especially amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas war, which has spurred a number of pro-Palestine demonstrations across the country -- and which has put a lot of Jewish people on edge of late.

Woll had been leading the Isaac Agree Downtown Detroit Synagogue since 2022 -- and she was a prominent figure in the community ... including to several local politicians.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel actually worked with Woll ... writing about her death, "I am shocked, saddened and horrified to learn of Sam’s brutal murder. Sam was as kind a person as I’ve ever known. She was driven by her sincere love of her community, state and country. Sam truly used her faith and activism to create a better place for everyone."

DPD's Chief issued the following statement ... "Understandably, this crime leaves many unanswered questions. This matter is under investigation, and I am asking that everyone remain patient while investigators carefully examine every aspect of the available evidence. It is important that no conclusions be drawn until all of the available facts are reviewed."

Some U.S. Congress members who knew Woll and worked with her over the years have publicly decried her death ... and many are calling for answers, and quickly at that.

Woll was only 40.

Taryn Manning and her makeup artist are adding to their list of bizarre incidents ... this time, Holly Hartman was arrested for driving Taryn's car, which had been reported stolen.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Holly was taken into custody Wednesday morning in West Hollywood after sheriff's deputies pulled her over and discovered the 2004 Chrysler Crossfire she was driving was hot.

We're told deputies called Taryn, who would only tell them the car belonged to her ... and she refused to indicate whether she wanted to press charges against Holly.

The case, we're told, will now be sent to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office for possible criminal charges.

It's unclear when the car was reported stolen ... but we're told the report originated in Palm Springs, which is a pretty long drive from WeHo.

Taryn and Holly have a rocky history. Although they've been close for many years, Taryn was arrested for allegedly attacking Holly in 2012, though the charges were eventually dropped.
