Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are giving their royal baby a taste of the commoner's life by attempting to go undercover for an ordinary day at a British pub.

The Duke and Duchess hit up The Rose & Crown in Windsor, England and as you can see in photos obtained by TMZ ... they blended right in with their infant son, Archie.

Harry had a tight grip on Archie's car seat while Meghan lugged some more baby gear, during the family outing a few Sundays back. The royal tyke, who was less than 4 months old at the time, had a blanket over him and appeared to be napping.

Instead of taking in a cricket or football (soccer) match on the telly ... we're told Archie kept pretty damn quiet for the 2 hours the family was there. Not a single peep outta the little guy -- even when Mom changed his nappy, (that's what they call diapers).

Mom and Dad enjoyed a roast dinner, the house specialty, and Harry helped himself to a couple of pints while Meghan settled for water. We're told they were treated just like all the other patrons -- who didn't bother the royals at all. So much so, one witness said it almost seemed like many customers didn't even recognize them.

They weren't all that incognito though ... with private security and 2 police officers in tow.

By the way ... the pub is just a stone's throw away from Frogmore Cottage, where Harry, Meghan and Archie live.

The pub visit seems to be the first low-key public outing they've made as a family since Archie's birth in May. They were all out together in July, but that was for Dad's polo match ... which is always a public spectacle.

Ed Buck -- a California Democratic megadonor -- has been arrested and charged with operating a drug house after yet another person OD'd at his apartment ... fortunately this one survived.

TMZ's obtained video of Buck slumped over in the back of a cop car as he's hauled away from his West Hollywood home ... as cops and crime lab investigators made their way into his place.

Buck's accused of injecting a man with methamphetamine at his residence last week, causing a nonfatal overdose ... according to the L.A. County D.A.'s Office.

He's facing 3 felony counts -- battery causing serious injury, administering methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house. He's set to be arraigned Wednesday.

Buck's arrest comes after months of public scrutiny following the deaths of 2 men inside his apartment. Both men died from overdoses, 18 months apart, the first in July 2017 and the second in January.

Their deaths were found to be accidental methamphetamine overdoses. Though Buck wasn't charged in either incident, the mother of the first victim has filed a wrongful death suit against him.

Prosecutors reportedly allege in court docs that Buck uses his power to manipulate victims to participate in his sexual fetishes ... including injecting them with narcotics.

Prosecutors want bail set at $4 mil.

Britney Spears is expected to show up in court Wednesday for a conservatorship battle that multiple sources have described as "a fireworks show."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney's mom, Lynne, will ask the judge to terminate Jamie as Britney's conservator. Currently, Britney's care manager, Jodi Montgomery, is the temporary conservator per Jamie's wishes, and he's expected to retake the reins on January 20. But, we're told Lynne thinks Jamie is no longer fit to continue in that role.

A critical piece of evidence is expected to be unveiled during the hearing -- the report by a court-appointed evaluator who spent months gathering evidence on the care Britney has received. The evaluator looked at Britney's primary doctor, Dr. Timothy Benson, who died unexpectedly on August 24, suddenly at age 48. We're told the evaluator put Dr. Benson and Jamie under a microscope, but so far it appears only the judge knows what's in the report.

The good news for Jamie ... the D.A. just rejected a child abuse case against him for the August 24 altercation he had with Britney's eldest son, 14-year-old Sean.

The bad news for Jamie ... he's still under a restraining order that prohibits him from having any contact with either of Britney's 2 children.

And, there's more bad news for Jamie ... we're told Britney's furious at him over his confrontation with Sean where he allegedly laid hands on him. Our sources say Britney hasn't spoken to Jamie since the incident. And, we're told there's a "strong likelihood" Britney will show up in court and support Lynne, with whom she's gotten close with over the last 6 months.

But, there's this ... we're told Lynne will not ask to become Britney's conservator. We know Lynne did not object to Jodi Montgomery as the temporary conservator, but we don't know how she would feel about making it permanent.

Someone involved in the case tells TMZ, there will be "major surprises" in court.

Comedian Tony Rock says anyone hoping Jay-Z puts in a good word with his new NFL buddies for his old pal, Colin Kaepernick, is wasting their time, because Jay-Z doesn't care if Kap ever plays again.

NFL QB's are dropping like $100 million flies, with new job openings popping up in Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, New York and New Orleans all in the last couple of weeks.

People are waiting for Kap to get a call, more so since Jay-Z signed his deal with the league earlier this year.

We got Rock out in L.A. and he said that ain't gonna happen, telling our camera guy, Hov's NFL deal was all about Jay-Z and NO ONE ELSE.

"Jay-Z making his money. He doesn't care about Kaepernick playing no more. He did a deal that's about himself, it ain't about Kaepernick."

Ummm ... ouch?

There's been some criticism of Jay-Z for the deal, with a lot of people believing he sold Kap out. The backlash has died down since the NFL season started, but it's clear Tony has thoughts.

"Bar Rescue" star Jon Taffer is releasing his own line of hard seltzer to compete with White Claw -- and tells TMZ he spotted a major flaw with WC ...the flavors are weak!!!

Taffer just launched Taffer’s Mixologist Sparkling Craft Cocktails -- clearly hoping to capitalize on the hard seltzer craze that led to a national shortage of White Claw.

FYI, hard seltzer sales have reportedly crossed the $1 BILLION mark over the past year (mostly due to White Claw sales) -- and Taffer saw the perfect opportunity to jump in.

"I've been working on this for a year," Taffer told TMZ in New York ... "perfect time to bring my hard seltzer to the marketplace."

So, how the hell can a new brand compete with such a monster in the space? Taffer says White Claw has a major Achilles heel.

"I think they had a good viral hit. I think they got into the space nice and early. But, I also think there are some weaknesses in that brand, flavor profiles and things like that."

In other words, Taffer thinks White Claw tastes like White Crap.

"So, what I did after 185 Bar Rescues, I came into this with flavors! Things like Cucumber Jalapeno and Strawberry Basil ... so I really came at this with a flavor mentality, not just a money mentality."

The "Bachelor in Paradise" finale was a fireworks show, and guess what -- we were right about ABC's next leading man -- plus the franchise aired the first same-sex engagement!!!

Hunky pilot Peter Weber -- who repeatedly scored with Hannah Brown in that windmill during last season's 'Bachelorette,' but ultimately got sent home -- is officially the next Bachelor ... so it was revealed on the 'BiP' finale.

Of course, we figured out what was up last week at LAX, when a film crew followed Peter around as he made his way through a terminal in his pilot gear. We asked him at the time if it was true ... but he just blushed his way up the escalator.

There were other headlines that came out after Tuesday's show -- notably, Demi Burnett and Kristian Haggerty becoming one of 3 couples to pop the question ... making them the first same-sex couple to get engaged in the franchise's history.

Demi got on bended knee for Kristian, asking her hand in marriage on the beach. Kristian then returned the favor in front of a studio audience (pretaped, obviously prior to Tuesday's show). It was a sweet moment.

And now .... some backlash. Many fans criticized the show for NOT choosing Mike Johnson to be the next Bachelor -- he would've been the first black guy with that title. Of course, Rachel Lindsay made history a couple years back as the first black Bachelorette.

Aaron Carter's ex-girlfriend says he has a warped view of the world right now -- thinking his family is out to get him ... and that his toxic fans are his closest allies.

We got Lina Valentina Tuesday night outside the Dream Hotel in Hollywood, and asked if she was concerned about her ex-BF in the wake of concerns regarding Aaron's prescription medication, gun talk ... and his mental state.

She tells us she truly is, and explains exactly why. BTW, Lina and Aaron dated for about a year before splitting up a month ago -- so she has some interesting insights.

First off, Lina says Aaron's family is not the enemy here -- this, of course, after Aaron's older brother, Nick, obtained a temporary restraining order -- which got aired out all over social media, with Nick claiming Aaron threatened to kill his pregnant wife.

Aaron denied that ... and went on to say he wants nothing to do with Nick or his family. It's just the latest sign for worry in Aaron's life.

He came on "TMZ Live" over the past couple days defending his mental state, claiming he's more than stable ... and, more importantly, NOT going to surrender his firearms. He's had a couple police visits lately too -- with attempts to 5150 him, to no avail.

However, we've learned authorities are looking into a way to seize Aaron's guns for his own good through the use of an obscure California law. Unclear if it'll work.

Box office numbers be damned, Jennifer Lopez failed in her "Hustlers" role because she didn't do her homework ... at least according to the real-life strip club host who inspired J Lo's character.

We got Samantha Barbash in NYC Tuesday and she went nuclear about the deal that was NOT made before the movie was made. She says a "Hustlers" producer, not Jennifer, contacted her to see if she would sign away her rights.

She claims the offer was downright disrespectful, but ya gotta hear how Samantha describes it -- especially if you know anything about Hermes handbags!

She's also pissed because J Lo never spoke to HER about playing HER -- and she thinks it shows in the movie. One scene in particular really rubbed Samantha the wrong way, and she walked out of the movie super early.

"Hustlers" grossed over $33 million in its opening weekend, and Samantha thinks that's just because people wanted to see J Lo on a stripper pole, which ... TBH, actually sounds like a perfectly good reason to buy a ticket.

As for getting screwed on the movie deal -- Samantha's now cashing in with her own book about her story.

Dog the Bounty Hunter understands he might need to make serious changes in his day-to-day life if he's going to be around for his family ... this after some tough love.

Sources close to Dog tell TMZ ... family members had a serious talk with him after his weekend hospitalization -- for what seemed like a possible heart attack -- and made it clear something's gotta give.

As we reported, it turned out to to NOT be a heart attack ... still, we're told Dog seems open to making some changes, but nothing is gonna come easy.

For starters ... he has been and continues to be a heavy smoker, which of course, is a leading cause of heart issues. We're told he's willing to try to cut back on cigarettes, but there's no talk of quitting.

TMZ broke the story ... after performing a bunch of tests, doctors determined Dog's chest pain was brought on by stress and blood pressure issues.

Our sources say Dog eats a ton of junk food -- so he's open to dietary changes as well. He's been very candid about his loss of appetite since Beth died -- but his family wants him to commit to getting on a strict and healthy diet.

We're told the family's hoping the health scare will shock Dog into making what they feel are the necessary changes.

Travis Scott is definitely in the one percent -- not only does his new vehicle cost more than most new houses ... it's one of only 99 ever made in the whole world.

The rapper recently dropped a fortune on a white 2018 Maybach G650 Landaulet, an extremely rare G-Wagon that goes for $1.6 million and comes fully loaded.

Travis bought the G through Specialty Car Collection in L.A. a couple weeks ago after it purchased the ride from well-known car collector Obi Okeke ... AKA "Doctor Bugatti." We're told it was loaded in Austin and shipped to Scott in Houston.

Maybach only produced 99 of the Landaulets, but just to make it even more special ... Trav had it custom wrapped in brown. Goes well with the interior -- which includes a mini-fridge!!! It is $1.6 mil, after all.

The baller ride caps off an incredible run Scott's been on this year, with the massive success of his "Astroworld" album and tour and the release of his Netflix documentary, "Look Mom I Can Fly."

Dave East isn't celebrating the fact he scored a three-way in Vegas ... instead, he's facing a battery charge after cops say bottles and punches were thrown while he was in the act.

The New York rapper was cited last weekend in Las Vegas after cops interviewed multiple witnesses to an altercation he and 2 women allegedly got into following an appearance Saturday night at Drai's Nightclub.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Dave invited 2 women back to his room at the Delano hotel and started having sex with them. From Dave's POV, he told officers that 1 woman was upset he wasn't giving her as much attention ... and flipped out.

Dave told cops she started hurling champagne bottles at him from across the room, and 2 of 'em made contact ... striking him in the head and leaving cuts -- which cops saw -- on his arm and leg.

As for the woman's version ... she told officers that in the middle of the sexual encounter, she and Dave got into an argument, and he threw punches 5-6 times, with one hitting her arm. She said she ran to the bathroom to call cops. She made no mention of bottles being thrown.

Other witnesses included a third woman who entered the room once the argument started and one of Dave's friends. The woman said Dave was the aggressor, while his buddy only saw the woman hurling bottles. Obviously, a he-said, she-said situation.

Both parties were cited for misdemeanor battery, but nobody was arrested. Dave and the woman were treated at separate hospitals.

Dave's attorney, Stacey Richman, further claims the woman threw a soap dispenser at Dave -- but says the rapper didn't respond with violence, and instead was concerned for everyone's safety. Richman claims Dave justifiably took her by the arm and put her out of the room.

Martin Luther King III tells TMZ Sports Colin Kaepernick could get back into the NFL "overnight" if fans just straight-up stopped supporting the league until it signs the QB.

"What would change it overnight is if the public decided, 'Okay, we're not going to watch,'" MLK III says.

Of course, King III knows that's unlikely ... but he's saying drastic measures need to be taken in order for the league to stop "blackballing" the 31-year-old once and for all.

"The industry did blackball him, which is not good," MLK III says ... "He certainly is one of the most talented quarterbacks even today, probably."

Good news for MLK III??? There are plenty of teams looking for a quarterback THIS WEEK ...

Pittsburgh just lost Ben Roethlisberger for the year. Saints star Drew Brees is out for the next two months with a thumb injury. The Jets' starter, Sam Darnold, and backup, Trevor Siemian, are both out.

Unclear if any of those three teams have eyes on Kap ... but MLK III is certainly hoping so.

San Jose-born Kate Sargeant kicked her career off in Hollywood with the striking character, Emily -- who is the friendly neighbor girl and subject of the classic line, "Rocky loves Emily" -- in the OG 1992 kids karate movie, "3 Ninjas."

Kate Sargeant was alongside the butt-kicking cast including the three martial arts experts, Max Elliott Slade as the fast-moving Jeffrey "Colt" Douglas, Chad Power as the youngest boy who will eat anything, Michael "Tum Tum" Douglas ... and of course Michael Treanor as the solid love interest, Sam "Rocky" Douglas.

After "3 Ninjas," Sargeant was in one episode of "Sister, Sister" as well as the TV movie "Freaky Friday."

Britney Spears' father will not face criminal charges after Kevin Federline accused him of abusing Britney's 13-year-old son.

The Ventura County District Attorney's Office says they found insufficient evidence to charge Jamie Spears after investigating Kevin's claim Jamie had roughed up Sean.

You'll recall ... Kevin alleged to cops Jamie broke down a door on August 24 to get to his grandson and grabbed him by his arms. The Sheriff's Dept. investigated and turned over its findings to the D.A.'s Office.

A lot's changed in Britney's world since Kevin made the allegation. While he was under investigation, Jamie said he needed to step aside from some of his duties as Britney's conservator. He filed docs to put Brit's care manager, Jodi Montgomery, the temporary conservator until at least January 2020.

Jamie said he needed to make the change due to his personal health issues -- but clearly the fact Kevin got a restraining order forcing Jamie to stay away from Britney's children ... would also hamper his duties to care for her.

Nick Carter says his brother, Aaron, has left him with no choice but to seek legal protection after he claims Aaron threatened to kill Nick's pregnant wife and unborn child ... though Aaron says he'd never harm family.

According to the temporary restraining order obtained by TMZ ... Aaron has to stay at least 100 feet away from Nick, Nick's wife, their kids and other family members, specifically their residence in Las Vegas.

Nick says both he and his sister were forced to seek the order against Aaron, "In light of Aaron's increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child."

A rep for Aaron tells us, "I am astounded at the accusations being made against me and I do not wish harm to anyone, especially my family."

Aaron responded to Nick on social media after he filed the restraining order, saying he should send a cease and desist letter while he's at it. Aaron adds he hasn't seen Nick in 4 years, and they ain't planning on a reunion.

As we've reported ... Aaron's family has been super concerned with his mental state lately, and the singer has raised concerns over his own mental stability.

Nick says, "We love our brother and truly hope he gets the proper treatment he needs before any harm comes to himself or anyone else."

Aaron appeared on "The Doctors" and at least from the show, it seemed like he's suffering from anxiety, schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder and manic depression -- another term for bipolar.

L.A. County Sheriff's deputies recently went to Aaron's Lancaster, CA home for a welfare check ... and he claims they visited him again over the weekend and tried to place him on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

Aaron's been flaunting his gun collection -- he says he owns a 9mm handgun, 2 assault rifles and other firearms -- and we've learned cops are looking into an obscure law that could be used to take his guns away.

Aaron came on "TMZ Live" Tuesday disputing the notion he's struggling with his mental health, and telling his family to leave him alone.

Clearly, the feeling is mutual.

"Jersey Shore" star Angelina Pivarnick is going after one of her bosses at the FDNY ... claiming in a new lawsuit he sexually harassed her and grabbed her ass.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Angelina says she was subjected to a sexually hostile work environment during her time as an EMT with FDNY and claims she was sexually harassed by 2 male supervisors beginning in March 2018. However, she's only suing one of them.

In docs, Angelina claims the supervisor -- an FDNY Lieutenant -- made unwelcome sexual advances, commented on her body appearance and made crude comments. She claims he bombarded her with sexually charged text messages.

In one text, Angelina claims he offered to give her a massage and/or have sex with her while she recovered from a back injury. She also claims he texted her, "Just so you know ... I have not f**ked anyone from EMS yet ... let alone the [sic] station."

Angelina claims the Lt. texted her he only pursued her because he loved her ass. She claims the texts kept coming, including one that said, "Your ass looked amazing and I wish I wasn't working or in uniform because I definitely would've kissed those amazing lips."

In the suit, she claims he also got handsy ... grabbing her ass while in the station parking lot and "also made contact with her vaginal area." She claims he later texted her, "That ass! If only you knew the thoughts in my mind."

Angelina says she lodged a formal complaint and got word on March 25, 2019 -- from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission -- her complaints had "credible and corroborating evidence." However, she says she has no idea if the Lt. was ever disciplined.

The "Jersey Shore" star is also suing the City of New York. As for the other supervisor -- who she's not suing -- Angelina claims he once asked her, "How many guys on Jersey Shore have you f**ked?"
