Before this diaper-only toddler would grow up to star on a popular teen drama on Netflix ... they were born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia.

Shortly after graduating from Fordham University's drama program, this up-and-coming actor got cast on the hit Netflix series ... which premiered in 2017. The same year, they helped design a fashion collection with ASOS and won a GLAAD Rising Star Award.

The actor's credits also include "Jane the Virgin" and "Insatiable" ... and their cousin is Andi Dorfman, former star of "The Bachelorette."

Though openly gay for years, this actor came out as non-binary in June 2018 ... hence, the they/them pronouns.

Chad Johnson and Annalise Mishler are looking like they're reunited -- after ripping each other for days over his domestic violence arrest -- but he's not off the hook, criminally speaking.

The former 'Bachelorette' villain and his ex-girlfriend hit The Cheesecake Factory Sunday night in Sherman Oaks, CA, and put on an eyebrow-raising PDA show as they left the restaurant.

The two seemed to deliberately waffle when asked if they're back together -- Chad instead directed people to pay for their fan account for the inside scoop -- but did say they're still working through things.

Chad also scoffed a bit at the pending charges he's facing for domestic violence and robbery after he allegedly got physical with Annalise last month. He seems to think the charges might be dropped. Annalise points out, it's not up to her.

She's right ... the policy for domestic violence cases in L.A. is that they automatically go to the District Attorney to decide how to move forward, regardless of what transpires between the suspect and alleged victim.

So, the D.A.'s office will ultimately make the call if Chad gets charged for the February 24 altercation ... not him or Annalise.

As we reported ... they traded allegations of trying to ruin each other's lives last week via YouTube vids and social media, but maybe it's all water under the bridge now.

For them at least -- not the D.A.

Nicki Minaj's husband finally got his ducks in a row on the West Coast -- getting himself registered as a sex offender, and looking kinda ticked off in the process.

Kenneth Petty is now entered into the California Megan's Law database, which tracks sex offenders in the state. We don't know exactly what day he was registered, but it was clearly very soon after his arrest on Wednesday last week -- so a matter of days, really.

He's listed as 5'9", 170lbs ... and has a Bev Hills address. Check out his booking photo too -- Ken doesn't look very happy to be in custody.

TMZ broke the story ... KP was initially picked up by cops after a traffic stop last year in Bev Hills -- prosecutors say that's when they discovered he was registered as a sex offender in NY, but not yet on the books in California.

He was charged by the L.A. County D.A. for not registering ... before the feds arrested him last week for the same crime. While the L.A. County charge has been dropped, Petty will be back in court next month for the federal case -- and he has to wear an ankle monitor until then.

He also has to keep his nose clean substance-wise -- one of the conditions of his bond is no drugs, including legal weed.

The wrestling superstar wore his usual skin-tight briefs for his brawl with Drew Gulak at Elimination Chamber in Philadelphia, Penn. ... and it didn't take long for things to get hairy.

Early in the match, Bryan went to suplex Gulak over the ropes ... but when Drew grabbed onto Daniel's briefs on his way over -- it exposed a whole lot of Bryan.

Later in the match, an almost identical situation happened ... with Dulak revealing Bryan's junk once again when he grabbed onto the wrestler's briefs on a throw from the top turnbuckle.

Of course, Bryan didn't seem too bothered by the accidental exposure ... he went on to beat Dulak with his famous "Yes Lock."

Daniel hasn't commented on the wardrobe malfunction, and it's unclear if it was never pointed out to him that the family jewels were exposed live on Pay-per-view!

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are wrapping up their senior royal duties before Megxit becomes official, but not before a reunion with Queen Elizabeth ... before God.

QE2, her grandson and his wife all attended Sunday service at the Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor Great Park.

Now, it wasn't as warm and fuzzy as you might have hoped -- Harry and Megs drove in separately from the Queen -- but it was the first time all 3 appeared at the same public event since the couple bolted for Canada.

Meghan and Harry are in the middle of a farewell tour of sorts -- they've been in the UK since last week attending several events ... their last engagements as senior royals.

On Monday they're scheduled to perform their final duty at a Westminster Abbey service for Commonwealth Day.

They've been greeted with cheers at most of their stops around the country -- and even when Meghan went solo for an event on Friday, she was embraced.

They always love ya when you're walking out the door.

Brad Pitt looked comfy over the weekend next to a mystery woman at a concert -- and while it's unclear if this is romantic, what is clear is Brad's not scared of getting out there.

BP was spotted Saturday night at The Wiltern in L.A., where musician Thundercat was performing. Eyewitnesses tell us he arrived with the woman, whom he sat next to pretty much through the whole show. It's hard to see her face, but you get a decent side profile.

At one point, she takes off her beanie, revealing really short hair -- almost like a buzz cut. There's no clear signs of PDA, but they're clearly watching the show together ... which becomes even more evident when Beck comes over to chat them both up.

BTW, he wasn't the only other celeb there ... we're told Ariana Grande, Ty Dolla $ign and Anderson .Paak were among the stars in the VIP area. Brad and his lady friend, included, obviously.

Now, again, we don't know if this get-together was romantic or friendly -- but fact is ... Brad out with anyone is always worth a convo. He's joked anyone he stands next to is immediately pegged as a new flame -- so we should give him the benefit of the doubt.

That said, it's also pretty apparent Brad is somewhat conscious and careful about who he steps out with in public -- which was evident at the Oscars last month. He showed up with his manger as his date but the media went nuts trying to figure out who exactly she was.

The potentially bad news this could pose for Brennifer shippers ... Brad's recent encounters with Jen Aniston might've been much ado about nothing after all. In any case, we've reached out to Brad's camp for clarification on this outing ... so far, no word back.

Tom Brady is officially moving!!!

... Into Hollywood, 'cause the future Hall of Famer just announced he's launching a new production company with the guys who directed "Avengers: Endgame."

Brady says the co. -- which will reportedly be producing documentaries, films and TV shows -- is called "199 Productions," an obvious nod to the spot where the Patriots picked him in the 2000 NFL Draft.

And, Tom says its first project, "Unseen Football," will be a collab effort with Marvel directors Joe and Anthony Russo as well as noted filmmaker Gotham Chopra.

"When I was the 199th draft pick in 2000, I knew I needed to work hard every day to prove myself," Brady said Monday. "Launching a production company is no different."

TB12 added, "I believe in the essence of teamwork, and I have no doubt, our 199 Productions team and partners will create inspiring content to share with the world."

Of course, this doesn't tell us anything about the quarterback's future ON the field ... he's still set to be a free agent later this month.

The Patriots are reportedly still trying to work out a way to keep him ... but could this new project sway him to be closer to Los Angeles???

City Girls member JT is tasting freedom ... because we've learned the rapper is outta federal custody after spending the last part of her sentence in a halfway house.

JT was officially released Friday, the Federal Bureau of Prisons tells TMZ. Remember, she'd been in custody since June 2018 after turning herself in on identity theft charges.

As you can imagine, JT's grateful to be home ... posting a ton of selfies Saturday and saying it's the first time she's woken up in her own bed in 2 years!

JT's not completely outta the woods, because legal docs show she's on probation for a year.

According to the terms of her supervised release, JT has to take a drug test within the first 15 days, and she can't have controlled substances or a firearm ... aaand she has to perform 200 hours of community service.

Liam Hemsworth's post-Miley Cyrus life is going swimmingly -- and by that, we mean he and his new girlfriend are making a casual dip in the ocean look smoking hot.

The Aussie actor was splashing around with model Gabriella Brooks this weekend in Byron Bay -- the coastal town where he and bro, Chris Hemsworth, both live. It looks like they went out pretty deep at first, and then started a leisurely swim back toward the shore.

The couple was first linked back in December, but it wasn't until January that a bunch of PDA pics surfaced that it was confirmed they were dating. No better way to ring in the new year -- and a finalized divorce with Miley -- than flaunting your new boo.

TMZ Sports has obtained video moments after UFC star Brian Ortega allegedly slapped a Korean man at UFC 248 ... and you can hear Ortega say, "I told you I'd slap you like a bitch."

It all went down in the stands at T-Mobile Arena in Vegas on Saturday -- when 29-year-old Ortega approached Jay Park, a Korean musician who recently served as a translator for Korean UFC fighter Jung Chan Sung (known as "Korean Zombie").

Ortega was reportedly upset with Park over comments he made while translating for Korean Zombie during a recent appearance on "Ariel Helwani's MMA Show." Park had claimed Ortega "ducked" a fight with Zombie, which Ortega has adamantly denied.

Things came to a head on Saturday. At 4 seconds into our video, you can hear a slap sound -- followed by commotion and Brian bragging that he slapped Park.

Ortega was escorted out of the arena. Security checked in with Park, who appears to be okay.

After the incident, Park told media he filed a police report with local officials. Unclear if Ortega will be charged with a crime.

Pete Buttigieg still has big plans for his political future, but for now, he's down to chill out and catch up on sleep ... until he tries his hand as a late-night TV talk show host.

The ex-presidential candidate says his campaign was just the beginning for him, and even though he dropped out of the race he's still hoping to make himself useful down the line ... which we already know means backing Joe Biden to take on Donald Trump.

For now, though, Pete says he's enjoying the slower pace of life off the campaign trail and will be doing some R, R & R ... resting, recuperating and reflecting.

Buttigieg obviously can't relax for too long -- he's set to guest host Thursday on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and says he'd also love to pop in on "Saturday Night Live."

Genea Sky, the exotic dancer who crashed down off a 15-foot stripper pole, is at a juicy new stage of her recovery -- she's eating wings again!!! But, the game's changed a bit for her.

You'll recall Genea was forced to have her jaw wired shut after that super-scary plunge at a Texas strip club. She tells us the wires were just removed from her jaw last week -- but she's nowhere near having full function of her mouth yet.

Genea says she can eat solid food, but she is NOT allowed to chew for at least another 4 weeks. That's quite the conundrum because she's been jonesin' for chicken wings.

Watch the video, though ... she's figured out a system to break down her favorite appetizer. It's a slow, but pretty hot process to observe -- from a foodie perspective, of course.

As we reported ... Genea -- who quit stripping after the incident -- suffered a fractured jaw, cracked some of her teeth and sprained her ankle. She'll visit the dentist next week to see what other work she might need.

For now, at least the wires are off, and she's a few bites closer to being a food critic.
