Blake Griffin has fled Detroit and landed in L.A. ... where the guy's clearly not taking time off his workout regimen while the NBA season is on a hiatus.

The Pistons forward was spotted out in Tinseltown this weekend, where he was shirtless and getting his sweat on outside, with some sort of training strap attached to his torso. Dude looks like he's still staying true to staying fit during this long break ... which doesn't have a clear end in sight at the moment.

In any case, Blake here appears ready to hit the court again at any given moment -- which he should be, frankly, seeing how he's a professional athlete and all, and the season hasn't technically been canceled outright just yet.

ICYMI ... Adam Silver and co. canceled the remainder of the regular season back in March amid growing concerns of coronavirus. At first, they were considering playing crowd-less games, but eventually ... they made the decision to put a pause on things indefinitely.

Of course, several NBA players have been directly affected by COVID-19, including Jazz players Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell, both of whom had it and then beat it. Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns tragically lost his mother to coronavirus recently.

Khloe Kardashian is doing her part, just like most everyone else with means -- the youngest OG Kardashian sister got up bright and early to cover groceries for our most vulnerable.

Sources tell TMZ ... Khloe's been up and at 'em this past week, hitting up different Trader Joe's and Ralphs stores in the L.A. area to pay for the early elderly shoppers' food in their basket. As you know, different supermarkets have been opening an hour early or so to let seniors come in first and shop, and we're told Khloe's covered several different tabs.

She even helped out grocery staffers ... our sources say Khloe bought store gift cards for over 200 employees among various locations she visited -- all with the intent of hooking them up with grub for them and their families. Hey, cashiers and re-stockers gotta eat too.

Khloe's just the latest Kardashian-Jenner family member to give back -- Kylie's been putting in work with a million-dollar donation to COVID-19 relief causes, as well as hand sanitizer donations. Kim's undergarment company, SKIMS, made a million-dollar donation itself.

Meghan and Harry have made a bunch of moves lately -- from the UK to Canada to the U.S. -- and we've learned what they're angling for next -- a multi-million dollar home in none other than Bel-Air.

Sources connected to Meghan and Harry tell TMZ, the displaced former royals are angling for a home somewhere between $12 million and $18 mil in the super-exclusive and super-expensive Bel-Air area of Los Angeles.

They're currently staying in L.A. -- the pics above show them wearing masks as they delivered food and other necessities to the poor -- and have been super-hush hush about their real estate move. Most realtors who rep buyers and sellers in that price range haven't heard anything about H&M being on the house hunt, but we know they've had their eye on at least one Bel-Air property and that's definitely the area they want.

There are reports they're also looking in Malibu ... we're told not true.

Our sources say the move to L.A. was mostly Meghan's doing. She wanted to get back in the action, and Hollywood's definitely the place. Harry is already working on a docuseries with Oprah, so he's down with the decision, but we're told Meghan was the driving force behind the move.

Talk about a Norman Rockwell painting idea come to life -- a parade of cars filled with hungry people in Miami ... smack dab in the middle of two of the city's ritziest hotels.

Check out this surreal scene down in Miami Beach, where a MILE-long line of cars were arranged in a giant U-curve in between the W Hotel and Setai Hotel -- two of MB's most high-end go-to spots for celebrity out-of-towners ... like Kim K, Justin Bieber and more.

The organizers -- made up of lifeguards and other volunteers -- set up shop in a parking lot bordering both hotels, and the line went all the way down the street and likely around the next block or two. As for the location ... it was probably more practical than commentary.

The main street that leads to the beachfront facilities is Collins Ave. -- and it's a long, straight shot for a good while (probably a few miles or so) before any major turns or weird corners. The folks there must've felt this would be the easiest way to get people in and out without causing too much of a traffic jam or taking up too many neighboring streets.

Still, whether they were trying to send a message or not ... the juxtaposition of desperate, poor families flocking to a food bank right next to a rich-person pit stop in the Sunshine State, should've been looked at a bit more. It's kinda bad optics ... but so be it.

The coronavirus has caused untold misery among millions of Americans, but for some dogs and cats in desperate circumstances ... it's given them a life-saving reprieve.

Check out the video ... the Palm Beach County Animal Shelter is completely empty ... not a dog, not a cat in sight. Hooray!!!

The good folks who work at the shelter could not contain their glee ... after all, saving animals is their thing, so it was cause for celebration.

Lots of people are adopting or fostering animals while they shelter at home. It's a great thing, with a caveat. Remember, cute puppies grow up to be adult dogs, and when you adopt you have to make the commitment for the long run.

This video shows just how dangerous it is to be a police officer in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, because a NYC cop suffered injuries when an out-of-control man violently kicked her and sent her hurling to what could have easily been her death.

A guy named Anquando Johnson allegedly jumped the turnstile at the 125th Street/Lexington Ave. subway station in East Harlem.

Cops nabbed the guy just before 3 AM Friday and took him to the ground. That was by no means the end of it. The 25-year-old started kicking wildly, challenging officers to "break my neck."

You see Johnson kick one of the officers in the chest, hurling her across the platform. It's horrifying as she falls and hits the subway tracks below. Had a train been coming, it would have been all over.

As it was, the officer suffered a fractured right wrist. She was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. She'll be ok.

As for Johnson ... he was taken to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation.

Cardi B and Fashion Nova's cash cavalry is still finding families in need of financial help during the coronavirus pandemic ... but early winners are already feeling the relief.

Finally, Gala -- a single mother from South Carolina -- tells us the financial boost will help pay off mounting bills, especially since her Army earnings are the sole income for her family, which includes her father.

Gala says it's been overwhelming at times, but this pleasant surprise will certainly help out big time.

No doubt, the promise of more funds to come from Cardi B and Fashion Nova are giving needy families a glimmer of hope.

Sean Penn had an intruder Friday ... a swab that went way up his nose to test for the presence of COVID-19.

Sean's doing great work in the 'Bu ... he helped organize and fund a COVID-19 testing facility through his org, the Community Organized Relief Effort (CORE).

In case you haven't followed it, the swab test collects samples from the nasal passage.

CORE is working the City of Los Angeles and L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti to offer drive-through testing free of charge.

Penn has said he hopes the system he set up through CORE will provide a model for other cities and counties around the country.

Jacksonville, FL Beachgoers Don't seem at all concerned with the number of coronavirus deaths and cases on the rise ... because they hit the sand Friday and packed in like sardines.

It's a crazy sight, as the sun worshipers took their chances by getting in close contact with other beachgoers.

Jacksonville's mayor, Lenny Curry, celebrated the trek to the beach saying, "This can be the beginning of the pathway back to normal life."

President Trump is clearly encouraging people to break quarantine, with Tweets like, "LIBERATE MICHIGAN," "LIBERATE VIRGINIA," and "LIBERATE MINNESOTA."

He's clearly dog-whistling, because he threw in this ... "And save your great 2nd Amendment."

Not hard to read between the lines ... he's telling his stalwarts to ignore the advice of doctors, scientists, their governor and mayor, because they're Americans dammit.

TMZ Sports has learned this isn't a one-time ride either ... we've been told Mayweather and his crew have been on this same ride throughout the week.

Las Vegas is looking into ways to lift coronavirus restrictions and safely reopen the world famous strip -- but it's gonna change your Vegas experience forever.

Our sources in Vegas tell TMZ ... when the casinos reopen, they will absolutely have different layouts and practices, and the biggest issues on the table are cleanliness and spacing.

We're told casinos will have to make sure gamblers don't get too close to one another, and that means spacing out people at table games like blackjack.

The strip sees about 115,000 revelers on an average day, so the risk for spreading the virus remains high while there's no vaccine. As a result, we're told officials' top priority is preventing a COVID-19 flare up.

Our sources say monumental sanitation efforts are being discussed for casinos -- machines will need to be cleaned more than ever before, and they'll need a system to sanitize playing chips, cards and dice -- the 3 surfaces gamblers touch the most.

We're told casino operators are working directly with government officials to hammer out a plan to lift restrictions and reopen the city -- but there are a lot of hurdles. For instance, our sources say they haven't even begun to tackle nightclubs.

As you know ... Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak closed all the state's casinos in mid-March to slow the spread of the coronavirus, and the order's now in place until at least April 30. Sisolak said this week the state isn't even close to lifting restrictions, so don't book those flights just yet.

The Nevada Gaming Board tells TMZ ... safety is a top priority, as well as protecting employees and visitors, and ideas on how to do so safely are being exchanged.

One of the best parts of the NFL Draft is the CRAZY FASHION -- but don't expect to see too many crazy suits this year, thanks to COVID-19.

With the Draft going virtual -- and everyone from players to coaches to execs staying home -- the market for those dope tailored suits has basically dried out.

There's no way for the players to get to their tailors for measurements -- and we're told several players plan on going casual as a result.

One top celebrity tailor put it this way -- "Since it’s a virtual draft this year, there will sadly be no need for suits."

Another huge tailor said, "At this time none of the draftees I would normally have dressed for the occasion have committed to wearing a custom piece this year due to circumstances."

We reached out to the NFL to see if there is a dress code that would require players to dress up for the occasion, but we were told there is no policy regarding clothing.

"It’s up to the individual players," an NFL spokesperson tells us ... but hinted we most likely won't see draftees getting selected while wearing sweatpants.

"In previous years, players who did not attend the Draft but appeared in interviews with NFL Network or ESPN generally wore suits."

It started with wash your hands ... and it's now going to be WIPE YOUR FEET!!!

That's the route many businesses are looking to take in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Center for Disease Control reporting that coronavirus particles can live on shoes and not just on handrails and other surfaces.

Enter the disinfecting shoe mats. TMZ spoke to several companies who offer them and we're told business is boomin' ... as several industries ramp up measures to prevent spread of the virus.

The concept of the mats is pretty simple -- you wipe your feet on the, it sanitizes and disinfects the shoes. One of the big brands is SaniStride, which says its product is 99.99% effective ... and they've seen a jump in sales of over 500% since the middle of March. That CDC report about shoes gave the company another sales boost.

So far, the Oregon-based company has mailed out THOUSANDS of mats with continuing inquiries from nursing homes, hospitals, office buildings, markets, restaurants and rental car companies.

And, there's this ... SaniStride says a few major cruise liners reached out a few weeks ago. It's no secret the cruise industry is taking it on the chin lately ... with multiple coronavirus-related deaths on ships, which have triggered several lawsuits.

The "new normal" is also pushing sales through the roof for an Illinois-based company called allMATS, which says it's backed up on at least 100 orders. We're told customers are ordering in bulk -- 50 to 70 mats at a time. Likewise, Mat Supplier in Washington state says its sales have tripled compared to last year.
