"The Big Bang Theory" star and comedian Kate Micucci says she's won her battle with cancer.

Kate shared a positive health update over the weekend on social media, revealing she is cancer-free following successful surgery.

In a TikTok post, Kate says the procedure removed all of the cancer in her lungs ... and she says there are no further treatments needed.

Kate says she's grateful she detected the cancer early and she's thanking her doctors, nurses and fans ... saying she's excited to be out of the hospital in time to spend Christmas with her 3-year-old son.

As we reported ... Kate revealed earlier this month she had lung cancer, describing her diagnosis as a complete shock because she's not a smoker.

James McCaffrey -- an actor best known for voicing the popular video game character Max Payne -- has died after a battle with cancer ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the star tells us McCaffrey passed away Sunday surrounded by friends and family. We're told he'd been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, and that he ultimately succumbed to the disease.

His rep notes ... "One of Dick Wolf's proteges (""Swift Justice), McCaffrey went on to a successful 35 year career in television and film. Trained at the Actor's Studio, he never lost his love for creating characters; however, his good looks often pushed him toward leading man roles."

Word of McCaffrey's death first started to spread through a post from "Entourage" star Kevin Dillon -- who honored his friend with a photo of the both of them and a remembrance.

Like we mentioned, McCaffrey will perhaps best be remembered for serving as the voice actor for the 'Max Payne' video game series -- which included at least 3 installments -- but his resume went well beyond just that ... with TV and movie roles on big time shows.

The series he famously appeared in was "Rescue Me," where he portrayed Jimmy Keefe for 56 episodes between 2004 and 2011. Other shows he starred in included ... "Revenge," "Beautiful People," "Law & Order: SVU," "As the World Turns," "Swift Justice," "Civil Wars," "Canterbury's Law," "Suits," "Blue Bloods," "Bluff City Law," "She's Gotta Have It" and more.

Of course, he was also one of the leads for the famed "Viper" way back in the '90s. And McCaffrey acted in a number of major films as well -- "The Truth About Cats & Dogs," "The Big Take," "A Gifted Man," "American Splendor," "She Hate Me" ... just to name a few.

McCaffrey is survived by his wife Rochelle Bostrom ... and daughter Tiernan. He was 65.

One auctioneer is royally out of pocket ... shelling out a record-breaking $1.1 million on an evening dress once worn by Princess Diana.

Diana famously took the Jacques Azagury-designed evening gown out for a spin in Florence, Italy, on April 23, 1985 ... and close to 4 decades later, the frock has been sold for a whopping $1,148,080.

The final figure was 11 times more than what it was expected to rake in ... having been initially listed for an estimate of $100,000 - $200,000 on Julien's Auction.

It was the top-selling item of the auction house's 4-day "Hollywood Legends" sale -- also breaking the world record for the most expensive dress worn by the late Princess sold at auction.

It's a stunning gown ... complete with celestial-print embroidery, a large bow, and on-trend shoulder pads -- and long before Kate Middleton became the queen of recycling, Princess Diana wore it again to the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra in 1986.

This dress was so influential it was also displayed at London's Kensington Palace for their Fashion Rules exhibit from July 4, 2013, to July 10, 2015.

Mama June's granddaughters are taking their mother's death very hard ... and the family is thinking about sending them to talk with therapists.

Family sources tell TMZ ... Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell's daughters are reeling from the recent loss of their mom, grieving and trying to take things day by day.

Anna died Dec. 9 and her funeral was Wednesday in Georgia, where her 11-year-old daughter Kaitlyn worked up the courage to speak.

We're told Kaitlyn had no intention of speaking at her mom's funeral, but her feelings changed when she was at the funeral home ... and she shared memories of her time with Anna, some of which brought laughs.

While Kaitlyn was able to open up and reflect at the funeral, the family is discussing the benefits of having her talk with a therapist moving forward. As we first told you, Mama June now has custody of Kaitlyn.

Our sources say Kaitlyn was very involved in Anna's cancer battle, making sure her mom took her medicine and sticking by her side throughout the process. So there's a lot to unpack.

Anna's youngest daughter is 8-year-old Kylee, who is now living with her biological father, Michael.

Because of Kylee's age, we're told it's been harder for her to understand her mom's death ... and she's been leaning on her friends for support and went back to school Friday, which the family sees as a good sign. The school had a field trip, we're told, and the family felt it was a good time for Kylee to go back.

Unclear if Kylee's dad will get her in a room with a therapist, but we're told the family wants her to at least have someone to talk to.

Amanda Bynes has hit the brakes on her new podcast after just one episode ... and it's all because she's unable to book famous entertainers like Drake.

In a video posted Sunday to TikTok, the ex-child star explained that she was pausing her "Amanda Bynes and Paul Sieminski: Podcast" on Spotify even though it was "doing very well and the response has been great."

Amanda says the reason was simple ... she just couldn't convince Jack Harlow, Post Malone, Drake or some other A-list musicians to come on the show.

But, Amanda promised the podcast would return if she could reel in those types of guests.

She ended by thanking everyone for watching the one episode she hosted with her friend Paul Sieminski on December 9.

For 26 minutes, the two chatted with Amanda's longtime buddy, LA-based tattoo artist Dahlia Moth.

The "pause" comes as somewhat of a surprise because Amanda just told TMZ ... while she had no plans to discuss her personal problems or her former career as an actress, the podcast was still going full steam ahead.

As you know, Amanda has struggled for years with mental health issues and was placed in a conservatorship in 2013 following her many legal troubles.

Draymond Green will reportedly miss at least the next nine-or-so Warriors games ... this after beginning counseling following his second suspension of the 2023-24 NBA season.

The Golden State star has been barred from the hardwood since Dec. 13, after he hit Jusuf Nurkic in the head in a heated moment during the Dubs' Dec. 12 game against Phoenix -- and according to The Athletic's Shams Charania, the ban will now go through at least the early part of January.

Charania reported Monday morning Green has begun getting professional help while sidelined ... adding that the 33-year-old forward "has been understanding and prepared to undergo the process required to return to the team in a full capacity."

Green has yet to issue a public statement on the suspension ... though his head coach, Steve Kerr, said last week the ban "makes sense."

"The one who choked Rudy [Gobert], the one who took a wild flail at Jusuf [Nurkic], the one who punched Jordan [Poole] last year -- that's the guy who has to change," Kerr said.

"You look at the past year and what's happened," the coach continued, "it's clear he needs the opportunity to change."

7:33 AM PT -- The driver in question, 46-year-old James Cooper, has been charged with DUI and inattentive driving ... this according to the Wilmington Police Department.

Part of President Joe Biden's motorcade was involved in a crash, with things so scary the Secret Service thought there was a threat to POTUS' life ... and they moved in quick.

The dramatic moment was caught on video Sunday as Biden and his wife, Jill, were leaving campaign headquarters in Delaware, where there was press outside waiting to ask him questions as he was getting ready to board a waiting SUV and head home for the night.

Right as he was responding to one question about his standing in the polls, you can hear a loud bang off-camera -- which captures the Prez's attention ... and all his SS agents too.

Those around him quickly whisked him away and got him inside the car closest to him, and others swooped in to attend to whatever the heck had just happened there on the street. As it turns out, some Joe Schmo had rammed into one of the motorcade SUVs.

You can tell SS agents didn't know what was going on, and they treated it as an intentional move -- closing in on the driver with guns drawn and telling him to put his hands up .... which he most certainly did. Soon, it became evident ... it was a random accident.

In the end, nobody was harmed ... and cops are now investigating the cause and whether any potential impairment was at play. From the sounds of it, no one was arrested.

Still, pretty dramatic ... good to know these guys are always ready to spring into action.

Once a heartthrob, always a heartthrob ... that's the overwhelming sentiment, anyway, as Brad Pitt rings in his 60th birthday Monday.

Brad's fans started the festivities by hopping online to fawn over him -- just one scroll online lands you in a sea of comments dubbing him the "sexiest man alive" and "my forever crush" ... with others demanding to know his secret for staying young.

It's supposed to be an extra special milestone for Brad ... who'll most likely be blowing out the candles alongside his much younger girlfriend of one year, Ines de Ramon.

Jewelry designer Ines is 27 years his junior -- and this is his first proper relationship since his public divorce from Angelina Jolie.

Sources also told People last month they're in a good place ... with the actor introducing Ines as his girlfriend to others -- that she makes him very happy.

An Airbnb host accused Fantasia of throwing a party and asked her and her family to vacate the rental property at midnight.

Fantasia took to X to voice her concerns over the dispute which occurred on Saturday Dec. 16.

She tweeted, "I don’t say much when people do me wrong, but I can’t stay quiet on how my family and I were just treated from a host with @Airbnb @airbnbhelp trying to kick my kids and I out at 12:00 midnight."

She detailed how they remained within the occupancy limits listed for the Airbnb, and included "they never said we weren’t allowed to have any company over!!"

This all while her 12-year-old son Dallas Xavier and friends were there to enjoy their night.

Fantasia also explained that there were obviously other parties that had taken place there ... "There were weights with balloon ribbon left in the garage from a previous party at the house."

Fantasia believes this was an instance of racial profiling and said, "The treatment we received was due to the color of our skin."

All she wanted was for her son and friends to have a good night, especially after she has been away traveling for "35+ days" promoting her upcoming movie, "The Color Purple."

Fantasia will star alongside Halle Bailey, H.E.R., and Ciara among others, which will come to theaters on Dec. 25.

She's also in possession of 5 Joint Service Achievement Medals ... awarded to those below the grade of captain in the Navy ... who, while assigned to a joint activity, distinguish themselves by outstanding achievement or meritorious service.

Meanwhile, Mai's Navy "E" Ribbon is a nod to her permanent duty aboard a U.S. Navy ship or in a unit that won a battle efficiency competition. She also has 5 Good Conduct Medals for 3 consecutive years of "honorable and faithful service."

If that wasn't impressive enough, Mai has also been honored with a Meritorious Unit Commendation, two National Defense Service Medals, 4 Sea Service Deployment Ribbons, 5 Overseas Service Ribbons, a NATO Medal and is an Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist.

Mai came to the States in 1975 after escaping Vietnam as a young girl during the communist regime ... joined the US Navy at 18 and served for 20 years between 1985 and 2005. She spent time stationed in Florida, London, Italy, Hawaii, Mississippi, and South Carolina.

Kanye West was apparently up in the air a lot over the past 48 hours -- 'cause the dude just landed in L.A. with none other than Will Smith ... this after a quick trip to the Middle East.

6:10 AM PT -- Amanda just made the difficult decision to pause her podcast after just one episode, telling fans she was unable to land the guests she'd hoped for -- including Drake and Jack Harlow.

Amanda Bynes has a new podcast, but she'll be steering clear of the mental health struggles that have overtaken her life.

Amanda tells TMZ ... she won't be talking about anything regarding her former career or personal life on "Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast" -- which includes her time in inpatient treatment and mental health centers.

She tells us the pod is focused on the guests that join her and Paul ... saying it's their careers, personal lives, and fun stories they find more interesting.

As we reported, Amanda and Paul debuted their new podcast this week, with the first episode featuring an L.A.-based tattoo artist that the former child star has known for years.

It's a big deal for AB -- as well as her fans -- marking the first time she's come back into the spotlight after dipping out of Hollywood and moving on to other ventures, like fashion.

Before this girl with Christmas curls was bringin' the drama and serving boss vibes on TV, she was just putting on her snazzy holiday dress, playing ball with her younger bro and growing up in Melbourne, Florida.

Dick Van Dyke has a storied and legendary career in showbiz, but the guy says he probably could've gotten off his ass early on and conquered much more than he already did.

The iconic entertainer, who just turned 98 last week, got profiled in a new 'CBS Sunday Morning' episode this weekend ... where he reflected on his many years working on Hollywood and beyond, the fruitful exploits of which he calls nothing but dumb luck.

Watch ... Dick says everything that ever came his way professionally -- and best believe it was a lot -- was simply good fortune ... 'cause, according to him, he wasn't a chaser.

DVD says he wasn't hustling for jobs or gigs when he was starting out -- and explains things just naturally landed in his lap. In fact, he even goes so far as to say he's naturally a lazy guy ... which is insane to think about considering how much work he has under his belt.

As he puts it, he'd go out and do a movie or something, come home ... and literally just sit around waiting for the phone to ring with a new opportunity -- and they always arrived.

The interviewer sounds incredulous, asking if he really didn't plan all the success he's had -- to which he says ... not really. Somehow, he goes on to claim he doesn't have much drive!

Even if his long streak of great art was all serendipitous, we're happy it worked out. Dick's a national treasure, and the fact he's still as sharp as he is ... nothing short of a blessing.

Sometimes, what you see (or don't see) is what you get -- as is the case with Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny, who are in fact broken up ... at least according to a new report.

People Mag cites a source who claims the two mega stars have apparently called it quits ... although there's no context whatsoever, nor is there any real info or details. All they say is that they're "no longer a couple" ... which, if true, makes a lot of sense.

We called this out yesterday, and it was long overdue -- KJ and BB hadn't been seen or pictured together in a helluva long time ... and Kendall's Aspen trip only highlighted that.

She was spotted hitting the town there with friends over the past couple days ... and yes, she looked awfully single -- as there was no sign of Bunny anywhere, which there hasn't been for well over a month now. In fact, the dude's been MIA from L.A. for a minute as well.

The last time we saw Kendall and Bad Bunny together was way back in late October -- when they hit up a breakfast place in Beverly Hills after a big Halloween bash the night prior.

Before that, the 2 of 'em were practically inseparable ... popping up all over Los Angeles and elsewhere together -- albeit, always coordinating their entrances/exits so they were never really captured together in the same frame. Perhaps that was a warning sign to the split.

Fact is, Kendall didn't really claim the dude in a traditional sense -- namely, she never actually went IG official with him on her own page ... which is sort of a rule of modern dating.

Yes, they appeared in some Gucci campaign together ... but that was very corporate and work-related. Considering the two of them never posted each other, it spoke volumes.

Of course, we did see private moments between them that spoke to intimacy ... including a horseback riding date, where Bunny was holding on tight while Kendall took the reins.

They certainly seemed head over heels for a while ... but now, it's all over before 2024.

The dating rumors between them first started percolating back in February -- so who knows how much earlier they were seeing each other before then. All told, you could argue they were together for about a year ... maybe a little less.

It certainly felt like Bunny and Kendall might go the distance -- alas, it wasn't meant to be. We've reached out to both of their reps for comment ... so far, no word back.
