Real estate sources tell us ... the MLB superstar just copped a $15 million pad this month in Encino -- just a few miles away from Dodger Stadium.

We're told the place is sweet ... featuring super sleek and modern lines.

Unclear of how many beds, baths and bells and whistles it all officially comes with -- though it sits on 2 acres ... so there's plenty of room for Mookie to work on his base-running skills if he wants.

Of course, Mookie's been living in L.A. for a while now -- he was traded to the City of Angels prior to the 2020 season -- though after having his second child earlier this year ... seems he was in need of an upgrade.

We're told Craig Knizek and Scott Gorelick of The Agency repped the seller ... while Morgan Trent of AKG | Christie's International Real Estate repped the baseball player in the sale.

Tori Spelling says she's taken on a challenging task this holiday season, as the time for buying gifts is runnin' thin ... something she calls "single mom Christmas."

The actress posted on social media Friday, saying she's got 5 Xmas lists to knock out, with only 3 days left until the big day -- pointing out a nightmare for some gift-givers ... "Missed the Amazon Prime cutoff."

She says she now has no choice but to "brave the mall alone" ... adding, "Crushing this single mom Christmas."

As we reported, her ex-husband, Dean McDermott, posted about their breakup back in June ... saying they both decided to split and "start a new journey of our own." He took the post down but was still moving forward with the divorce.

Remember, there was speculation that Tori and her kids moved into an RV after they were spotted outside of a mobile home when she and Dean parted ways ... and they also briefly stayed in a motel after her place had a bunch of mold.

She's also ended up in the hospital, so it seemed to be a bit of a rough patch for her ... but Tori claimed in July that she's actually better on her own.

Ali Wong is looking to start the new year off as a single woman… because the comedian just filed for divorce from Justin Hakuta.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Ali filed Friday in Beverly Hills, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

The date of separation is listed as April 10, 2022 ... which, as you'll recall, is just days before they announced their separation online.

Ali and Justin share two daughters together, who are 8 and 6 years old -- and Ali is seeking joint legal and physical custody.

In terms of spousal support and divvying up assets, the docs say Ali and Justin are currently in mediation ... and the intention is to resolve any issues themselves. Ali says the couple had a prenup, which she is now asking the court to enforce.

The 2 met at a wedding in 2010 and tied the knot 4 years later. During their 8-year marriage, Ali has become a huge star in the world of comedy, while Justin made a name for himself as an entrepreneur -- most notably as the former VP for GoodRx.

Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker are finally introducing baby Rocky to the world ... showing folks online a glimpse of their adorable new baby.

Rocky made his social media debut Friday in a set of pics posted by the happy parents -- the caption is simply the kiddo's name but hey, that's exactly what folks have been waiting to see!

Kourt & Travis hid Rocky's face throughout the cute photo shoot ... Travis gave Rocky a big smooch on the forehead, and Kourtney breastfeeds him. They even show off his adorable little feet, too.

BTW, the comments have been an outpour of love for the new addition to the fam -- as well as loads of shock coming from people waiting to see Rocky for the first time.

As we reported, Kourtney had baby Rocky last month at a hospital in Los Angeles -- following folks like Travis and Kylie Jenner popping up at the facility.

The happy couple was spotted jetting out of the hospital a few days later, although it's unclear exactly when the baby was born.

Blueface has been hit with a lawsuit by Soulja Boy's baby mama after claiming he slept with her the day before her baby shower ... among other things.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Jackilyn Martinez beelined it to court Friday ... claiming Blueface made false and defamatory statements about her and her child.

In case you missed it ... Blueface and Soulja Boy have been beefing heavily on social media this week, which started after the two began arguing about who would win in a Verzuz battle.

Well, things escalated quickly ... and Blueface made some pretty outlandish comments to Soulja Boy about Jackilyn, which includes, "Because I fucked your baby mama the day before your baby shower."

The docs say Blueface went on to say things like, "Till Soulja get a DNA test that's my child lil bro I'm the daddy now," and "What's old about your baby mama sucking my d--k."

However ... the docs say Jackilyn and Blueface did have protected sex one time in 2018, but since then there's been no sex of any kind.

Jackilyn's attorneys say they sent Blueface a cease and desist letter on Tuesday -- demanding he remove all these defamatory statements from social media -- but instead he mocked Jackilyn by posting on IG, "Nobody ever said your name ... I don't even know who you are."

Jackilyn claims she has been receiving death threats since it became known she sent Blueface a C&D letter.

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez seem to be checkin' out all that the Caribbean has to offer ... 'cause the happy couple has been doing some island hopping during their vacation.

On Thursday, Jeff and Lauren were spotted by locals touring Saba, a small island in the Dutch Caribbean.

Kemaul Lee, who runs an after-school activity center for kids on the island, tells TMZ ... once the word got out that the billionaire couple was making their way around, the kids were determined to go find the pair themselves.

We're told the group eventually found Jeff and Lauren hopping off a bus after touring the island ... and as they were making their way back to their yacht, Jeff told the kids and staffers their island was a beaut -- something everyone LOVED.

Cardi B and Offset are bein' taken to court over the Beverly Hills house they were renting ... 'cause they allegedly skipped out on rent and left the place trashed.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Cardi and Offset lived in the swanky pad starting in early 2022, but they bounced from the property in October -- without giving a notice.

According to the landlord, they were behind on rent and utility payments when they left.

Making matters worse, the owners say they found "significant property damage" once the couple left ... including permanent scratches in the tile floors, rugs, and curtains, broken furniture, holes in the walls, and burn marks on things like tables, counters, and cabinets.

They estimate the cost of damages to be around $85,000 ... and the landlord says they've tried multiple times to resolve the issue, but to no avail.

The property drama comes on the heels of Cardi and Offset's relationship being on the ropes ... as you know, Cardi unleashed a profanity-laced tirade accusing Offset of treating her poorly and said they were no longer an item.

Scooter Braun is calling out A-listers in the music industry ... demanding they do more with their large platforms to help Israeli hostages in the Middle East.

The music exec sat down with Rachel Goldberg, the mother of Hersh Goldberg-Polin, an Israeli hostage who's been held in Gaza for 76 days. Rachel says she's been struggling to get big celebs to help spread the word about her son, saying, "the silence from the music industry has been so deafeningly palpable for us."

According to Scooter and Rachel ... celebs are hesitant to speak on the subject due to the nuance of the conflict between Israel and Palestine -- but Scooter says that's not a valid reason to stay quiet.

As Scooter puts it, he's begging people to just say "something" and ask for the hostages to come home. Scooter acknowledges this is a sensitive subject matter  ... but the fact that Hamas' attack happened at a music festival should make it personal to everyone who works in the industry.

Nashawn Breedlove, the actor featured in "8 Mile," died of acute intoxication from fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl, cocaine and ethanol ... this according to New Jersey Medical Examiner.

According to the autopsy report, obtained by TMZ, Nashawn's overdose was accidental.

The report presents some gruesome details ... the actor's body was found decomposed on a bedroom floor in his apartment ... this after officers with the help of the landlord used a crowbar to break open the door.

The reason for breaking in ... the tenant below Nashawn's unit noticed brown fluid leaking through the ceiling into her unit.

Cops found a glass pipe similar to a crack pipe and other paraphernalia used for smoking crack cocaine were found in Nashawn's unit.

Mauricio Umansky and Kyle Richards are not just separated in theory ... they seem to be leading separate lives these days ... with Mo looking like a college student on Spring break and Kyle lounging in a bikini a thousand miles away.

Mauricio and singer Anitta hit up Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro Thursday night, and it looked like an ASU rager ... MU shirtless dancing and spraying champagne on the crowd as Anitta was showing off some pretty serious moves.

Meanwhile, Kyle's in Punta de Mita, Mexico soaking in the sun with pal Faye Resnick. Kyle's been spending a lot of time these days with her inseparable pal, Morgan Wade.

53-year-old Mauricio is in the city where the family had their annual XMAS pilgrimage. The other day he was skiing with Anitta and YouTuber Lele Pons who shed their clothes for towels as they traversed down the slopes.

Mauricio and Kyle have said they are not even talking about divorce after their 27-year marriage, although it's an option that's on the table. But given their very different paths these days, it seems that option is moving toward the center.

Larry Merchant, one of the most iconic boxing broadcasters of all time, was rushed to a hospital Thursday night and is in the critical care unit of a L.A. area hospital ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

We're told an ambulance came to Larry's building at around 6 PM Thursday and rushed him to a nearby hospital. We're told he's in a critical care unit.

We do not know what triggered the emergency or his prognosis.

Larry has been a longtime HBO boxing commentator, working with Jim Lampley, George Foreman, Roy Jones Jr., Harold Lederman and many others. He's been called "The greatest television boxing analyst of all time."

The 92-year-old also has acting chops, appearing in "I Spy," "The Fighter,' and "Rocky Balboa."

Larry retired from HBO in 2012, but he cast a long shadow and is still remembered for his broadcasting skills.

We're seeing more of why Taylor Swift is attracted to Travis Kelce ... courtesy of a couple pics he snapped a few years back.

Travis, now 34, shot a video back in 2017 while he enjoyed a day at the spa. We knew the dude was fit, but it's better than we thought!

It's some sort of bubble massage, which Travis clearly enjoyed. He stands up and voices his approval over the treatment, and in the process gives people a look at what's under the jersey.

You see him flex a bit and then disentangles his hair as he peers into the camera.

Now to the present ... Taylor was at a recording studio Thursday night in NYC, but she's heading to Kansas City to spend time with her BF and hit up the Chiefs game on Christmas Day.

The relationship, we're told, is already super serious and there are rumblings of a ring in the not-too-distant future. We will see, but it feels like that's the trajectory.
