'Stranger Things' Original Byers Home for Sale ... Low-Priced GA 'Fixer-Upper'

Published | Updated

Fans of "Stranger Things" could soon own an iconic piece of the show's history ... and it won't cost you a trip to the upside down to afford it, either.

The 1,846 square foot property, hitting the market with a $300K price tag, rests on 6 acres of land and was built way back in 1900.

The pad was listed on Monday and can be found in Fayetteville, GA -- nowhere near the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana.

The seller acknowledges it's a "fixer-upper" ... which probably explains why the price tag is so low for a property tied to such a hit show. The listing describes it as "a PERFECT Airbnb, short-term rental or personal residence for someone willing to take it on."

'ST' fans will remember the house from the first few seasons of the series, where Joyce Byers lived with her sons Will and Jonathan.

Joyce even used Christmas lights in her home to search for Will, who was stuck in the upside down -- arguably one of the most memorable scenes in the show's history.

The 7 siblings who own the home in a trust were approached by the Duffer brothers to film there in 2015. They now want to sell the property to someone with the means to restore it.

Michael Smith of EXP Realty in Georgia holds the listing. Demogorgons not included.

Tyler Perry Harry & Meghan Are The Real Deal ... Example of True Love!!!

Published | Updated

Tyler Perry isn't holding anything back in sharing just how impressive the love between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle truly is ... saying they're the real deal.

Tyler spoke to Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager on "Today" Wednesday about letting The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently crash at his L.A. mansion while they were house hunting and going through a tough time of separating from the royal family.

Tyler's got nothing but nice things to say about the pair, noting their bond is a special one, saying, "the love they have is really, really moving, and I just wanted to do anything I could to support them."

He continues, "That I know about the two of them, that I wish the world knew, is how much they love -- these two people love each other. They found each other -- out of all these odds against them..."

As we reported, Tyler offered up his $18+ million Los Angeles mansion to Meghan and Harry once they left the royal family back in 2020.

Before the interview with Hoda and Jenna ended, Tyler doubled down on how rewarding it was to witness the couple's love, saying, "If I don't have that ... what she and Harry have then I don't want it, it's really amazing."

Arsenio Hall Burglars Strike Twice ... Cops Concerned He Might be a Target

Published

Talk show host and "Coming to America" star Arsenio Hall didn't have much to laugh about recently ... because cops say his L.A. home was the target of not 1, but 2 break-ins.

LAPD sources tell TMZ ... Arsenio was home Saturday at 11 AM when he heard a loud noise coming from downstairs. We're told he came down to discover someone had broken the glass on his sliding door ... attempting to get in. But, an incident last month was even scarier.

Cops say 2 people broke a window at his place back in August and entered the home. Arsenio was home when they broke in. We're told the burglars got spooked and took off before stealing anything.

Police responded both times, but the suspects beat it before they arrived. Detectives are now looking at surveillance video from the home and neighborhood to ID the suspects. They also want to know if Arsenio is being targeted. Specifically, they want to know if the same people were involved in both incidents.

We've reached out to Arsenio's rep for comment ... so far, no word back.

Kim Kardashian I'm in the 'Bu Too!!! Drops $70 Mil on Oceanfront Estate, North of Ye

Published | Updated

Malibu IS big enough for exes Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, or at least she thinks so, since she just spent a fortune on a gorgeous home there ... one with a supermodel past.

The 7,400-sq-foot estate sits on a well-protected bluff overlooking the Pacific, and the Mediterranean style mansion has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and an endless number of killer views!!!

Kim spent a cool $70 million for the spread -- which includes tons of outdoor spaces for entertaining, dining or just swimming -- and while that's a crazy amount of dough, here's why it's a damn good purchase.

The previous owner is Adam Weiss, a Silicon Valley hedge fund manager, and he paid $45 mil when he bought it from Cindy Crawford ... just 4 years ago! Talk about a return on investment.

Of course, Kim still has the sprawling mansion she and Kanye built in Hidden Hills, and several other homes around SoCal, but the Malibu purchase -- first reported by The Dirt -- will make for a great weekend getaway spot.

Plus, it's about 14 miles up the coast from the $57 million Malibu home Ye is currently remodeling.

JUSTIN & HAILEY BIEBER Gated Home Violated by Trespasser

Published | Updated

Justin and Hailey Bieber's home had an unwanted visitor ... the security team spotted a guy who broke into the backyard and it ended in a mad foot chase.

LAPD sources tell TMZ ... cops were called to the couple's home in an exclusive gated Los Angeles community last Saturday ... after Justin's security said they saw a guy in the backyard, hanging out by the couple's BBQ.

We're told when security approached the man, he took off running ... jumping over one of the walls and into the neighborhood. Security gave chase but the guy disappeared.

Justin and Hailey were not home ... they were away on vacation.

Once police arrived, they searched the area, but came up empty-handed.

It's unclear how the guy got into the gated community, but it's not the first time this has happened. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill previously had their home burglarized and Lisa Vanderpump's car was stolen a few years back.

This also is not the first time Justin has had to deal with unwanted visitors either. He's had some really disturbing run-ins in the past with folks showing up to his property ... like the time a lady got into his hotel room.

Thing is ... gated communities are expensive, but not foolproof.

Tee Grizzley Burglars Hit My House ... Took $1M Jewelry, Cash!!!

Published

Rapper Tee Grizzley's not only mourning his friend, PnB Rock ... he's also got drama at home after burglars made off with $1 million in bills and bling.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... burglars smashed a window at Tee's house about 2 weeks ago in his Porter Ranch neighborhood outside Los Angeles. We're told the jewelry alone they found was worth more than a mil, and they also walked away with a ton of cash.

According to the police report, no one was home at the time of the break-in, and there's an open investigation.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Tee's havin' a rough time these last few weeks -- as you know, PnB was shot and killed Monday while eating lunch at a Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. The murderer, who's still on the loose, stole several diamond chains off the rapper.

Tee released the music video for part 4 of his "Robbery" series the day after Rock's death, opening with a "Rest In Heaven" message for PnB.

FYI, the track has nothing to do with Tee or PnB's situations ... it's a fictional story he'd been working on before either incident happened.

Tee shared his heartbreak on social media alongside the music vid drop, saying "Me and Rock just spoke on Saturday about this song dropping and all the new music I have coming. Bro was genuinely excited for me."

Ex-76ers Owner Michael Rubin Buys $70 Million L.A. Mansion ... Reagan's Old Property!!

Published | Updated

Former 76ers owner Michael Rubin has found a new place to call home -- TMZ Sports has confirmed he just dropped $70 million on an L.A. mansion that sits on land previously owned by Ronald Reagan!

The pad is located in Hollywood Hills -- and it's insane. It features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a laundry list of amenities.

It's also three stories tall -- and it's located so perfectly on a knoll that it overlooks the famous Sunset Strip in Hollywood.

Reagan used to own the property many years ago, as did legendary music producer Richard Perry, though it's undergone significant remodels over the years since.

Our sources say Rubin -- who wanted a new pad in Los Angeles because a lot of his Fanatics business is run out of the city -- got a pretty good deal on the place ... it was originally listed for over $80 million.

Like Rubin, the seller has some ties to the sports world -- according to the L.A. Times, Francesco Aquilini, the chairman of the Vancouver Canucks, was the one who put it on the market.

Westside Estate Agency's Kurt Rappaport repped Rubin in the purchase.

Congrats on the new place, Michael -- housewarming party soon??

Serena & Venus Williams Childhood Home Headed For Auction ... Worth $1.42 Million

Published | Updated

Serena and Venus Williams' childhood home in Florida -- where the tennis greats lived as teenagers with father Richard Williams -- is set to hit the auction block this month after 5 years of fighting in court ... and will now go to the highest bidder.

The 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Palm Beach Gardens -- estimated to be worth around $1.42 million -- is scheduled to be auctioned off in late September ... after Richard's 43-year-old ex, Lakeisha, failed to keep up with the payments.

The home, which was built in the 1980s, has fallen into disrepair over the years.

According to the notice of sale, the house will go to "the highest and best bidder for cash.”

Venus and Serena moved to the house as teenagers after Richard purchased the property, which features two tennis courts on its 10+ acre lot. It's pretty cool ... it's the court where "King Richard" trained his daughters.

Of course, the girls went on to become two of the greatest tennis players -- and athletes, period -- that the world has ever seen.

Their story was told in the hit movie, "King Richard," where Will Smith portrayed Richard Williams.

Serena, after a run at the U.S. Open earlier this month, retired from tennis after winning 23 majors.

The tennis superstar recently left the door open when asked if there was a chance she may play again in the future.

Mariah Carey Huge ATL House On The Market ... Recording Booth Included!!!

Published

Mariah Carey's massive pad in Atlanta hit the market with a hefty price tag ... and the singer is looking to sell some SERIOUS real estate to the right buyer.

Her 12,575-square-foot home spans 4 acres of gated land ... and the word "luxury" doesn't even begin to cut it for the $6.5M space.

The 9-bed, 9-bath spot comes with tennis courts, a home theater, workout room, and a customized kitchen -- yes, it's got the obligatory pool, too, complete with a pool house.

But, the perks don't end there -- Mariah must've gotten some serious work done at her ATL home during the lockdown, because the 3rd floor comes with a recording booth fit for musical legends!!!

As we reported, Mariah was away from her Atlanta home in July when the place was broken into, the 3 suspects were arrested in Miami a month later and taken into custody in connection to a crime spree ... here's to hoping they gave the security system an upgrade!

Shanna Bradley of Ansley Real Estate Christie’s International in Atlanta holds the listing.

Larsa Pippen Scoops Up Miami Penthouse!!!

Published | Updated

Larsa Pippen has her new home base in Miami ... 'cause TMZ has learned she's scored a brand new penthouse.

We're told 'The Real Housewives of Miami' star scooped up the condo earlier this year for $3.375 million, and it's a steal at that price ... seeing as how it was on the market for $3.9 million.

The 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom pad is full of luxury -- the building comes with 5 pools (1 pool is so passe), a game room, boxing studio, fitness center and even a recording studio!!!

Literally something for everyone.

If that isn't enough ... the penthouse is located just minutes from Miami Beach and South Beach.

As you can see, there's a ton of space -- 3,312 sq. feet to be exact -- for entertaining good "friends" like Michael Jordan's son, Marcus.

It also has floor-to-ceiling windows ... great lighting for all those IG selfies Larsa might will definitely take.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Larsa had been, until recently, renting in Cali after selling her Fort Lauderdale mansion last September for $10.5 million.

Now, she's back in South Florida, with a brand new place to call home.

Seth Semilof and Kamal Hotchandani of HL Real Estate Group repped Larsa in the purchase. Seth tells us Larsa got an amazing deal on the pad -- paying under $1k per sq. foot is very low for a MIA penthouse.

Star Boxer Ryan Garcia I Bought My First Home!!! ... $3.1 Mil California Pad

Published | Updated

Ryan Garcia is officially a homeowner ... TMZ Sports has learned the star boxer has copped his first house -- an amazing, $3 million crib in Southern California.

The pad is located in Porter Ranch, roughly 30 miles north of downtown Los Angeles, and Garcia just sealed the deal on it this week.

The two-story property features 3,680 square feet and comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The outside has a luxury pool, spa, an outdoor fireplace ... and insane views of L.A.

There's a cool bonus, too ... it's fully designer furnished -- so the super lightweight boxer can move in ASAP.

Garcia's buyer's agent, Brandon Soufer of The Agency, was pumped about the deal ... saying on social media, "Congratulations to my brother @kingryan for purchasing his first home with me."

"I am honored to have had the opportunity to be a part of this big step in your life. Cheers to many more accomplishments together for us to celebrate. Love you my brother."

Garcia deserves to treat himself ... the 24-year-old just won in July after knocking out Javier Fortuna in 6 rounds and continues to add on Ws to his undefeated record (23-0).

Congrats, Ryan!

'Full House' Creator Jeff Franklin Relists Bev Hills Mansion For $60M ... Property Was Manson Fam Murder Site

Published | Updated

"Full House" creator Jeff Franklin is taking another swing at selling his Bev Hills mansion, which features a glamorous layout, a dark past and now ... a greatly reduced price tag.

The massive home has been relisted for a whopping $60 million ... a steep number, for sure, but it's actually a deep discount off its original price.

The home was listed back in January for $85M, and then again in June for $70M.

And, it's very unique ... the home sits on the property where the Manson family notoriously murdered Sharon Tate, Abigail Folger, Steven Parent, Wojciech Frykowski and Jay Sebring back in 1969.

The original house was razed in 1994 and a new mansion was built there.

Now, Jeff's 9-bedroom, 18-bathroom palace sits on 3 acres of land and comes with all the glitz and glam you'd imagine -- spa, gym, hair salon, movie theater, billiards room and a bar.

Step outside and ya' basically get your own waterpark! You'll find a 75-yard pool with 3 waterfalls, 2 jacuzzis, a 35-foot water slide, swim-up bar, private grotto, koi pond, lazy river, cabana, BBQ area and fire pits.

The property also has a detached guesthouse and an underground garage that can fit up to 16 cars ... bringing the total number of parking spaces to 35!

Of course, we can't forget about the breathtaking view of the city.

BTW, Jeff hosted the reception for Bob Saget's family after his funeral in this home.

"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" stars Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate hold the listing.

Queen Elizabeth II Garden Home Listed On Airbnb ... Booked Solid Until 2024!!!

Published | Updated
UPDATE

12:43 PM PT -- The Queen's house has now been pulled off of Airbnb. We are told that the host pulled the listing to respect the Royal Family in light of Queen Elizabeth's passing. For those that made reservations refunds would be worked out through the host and it is possible it will be relisted in the future.

Queen Elizabeth II's garden house, part of her Sandringham Estate, is available as a listing on Airbnb -- but QE2 superfans are gonna need seriously good luck, because the place is sold out for the next 2 years.

The residence was once home to Elizabeth's former head gardener at Sandringham -- one of the royal family's countryside estates -- but now commoners can stay there for an average of about $400 a night.

The Airbnb booking calendar goes as far as August of 2024, but there's only one problem -- EVERY day until then is unavailable. It seems admirers jumped on the opportunity to live like royalty.

The place has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms ... and can hold up to 8 guests at a time. It's surrounded by plenty of gardens and a large "adventure play area" for little ones.

Amanda Cupples, Airbnb's GM for Northern Europe, tells us they are "delighted" to offer up the property to the public ... adding guests can hopefully "even see a Corgi or two" during their stay.

REMEMBERING THE QUEEN

What's really eerie about the listing is it was first posted on Wednesday ... just one day before the passing of Queen Elizabeth at her Balmoral Castle in Scotland.

UPDATE

1:52 PM PT -- Prosecutors tell TMZ Sports ... Everett was also sentenced to 100 hours of community service. He was also ordered to create a PSA for the NFL and other sports leagues.

Former Washington Commanders captain Deshazor Everett has just been sentenced to house arrest in the criminal case involving his December car crash that resulted in the death of his girlfriend.

A judge handed down the sentence in a Loudoun County, Va. courtroom on Thursday ... two months after Everett pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving in the case.

The judge sentenced the 30-year-old to 12 months of house arrest, with nine months suspended, court records show. The judge also ordered the suspension of Everett's license for six months. He was also hit with a $2,500 fine, according to the records.

Outside of the courtroom following the ruling, Everett's attorney, Kaveh Noorishad, called it all "a fair decision."

Everett also spoke after the hearing ... and vowed "to be the best person" that his girlfriend "always wanted me to be."

As we previously reported, Everett was initially charged with felony involuntary manslaughter after officials alleged he was speeding before he crashed his Nissan GT-R. His girlfriend, Olivia Peters, was a passenger in the car, and died as a result of the wreck.

Everett cut a deal with prosecutors in July, pleading guilty to a lesser charge of misdemeanor reckless driving.

Everett -- who was released by the Commanders three months after the crash -- has not played football since the accident. He's currently an NFL free agent.

WHY DON'T WE DANIEL SEAVEY FAN CHARGED WITH TRESPASSING ... For Allegedly Breaking Into Home

Published | Updated

The woman who cops say broke into Why Don't We band member Daniel Seavey's home and slept in his bed might have a jail bunk in her future ... she's facing criminal charges.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the L.A. City Attorney charged a 23-year-old woman named Eissa Amira with two counts of trespassing.

TMZ broke the story ... police say the woman broke into Daniel's L.A. home back in July. Surveillance footage shows the woman pacing outside his front door holding flowers and then climbing through a window.

Daniel's camp claims the woman rummaged through his closet once she was inside, putting on some of his clothes before climbing into his bed and falling asleep.

Surveillance footage from inside the home shows the woman -- in one of Daniel's hoodies -- digging through his cabinets the following morning, listening to "Can I Get It" by Adele.

The woman ended up leaving Daniel's place in handcuffs ... and she was placed on a temporary psych hold.

She's since been released, and Daniel ended up getting court-ordered protection from her, claiming she repeatedly showed up at his gym.

As for her motive behind the break-in, cops say the woman told them Daniel's arm tattoo -- showing a person climbing through a window -- was her inspiration.

Leonardo DiCaprio Ex-GF Moving on with New Apartment

Published

Camila Morrone seems to be ready to move on with her life as a single woman following her split from Leonardo DiCaprio ... cause she's apparently already moved into a new apartment.

The model/actress was spotted Friday in Malibu moving into a new place. For the most part, she seemingly kept it cool with a neutral facial expression as friends and movers helped her get furniture and belongings into her apartment.

As you may know, Leo and Camila recently called it quits after 4 years of dating, though it's still not clear what may have led to the breakup. The two began dating back in 2017 and in 2020 they spent a great deal of time together during quarantine.

Meanwhile, the "Wolf of Wall Street" star has been spending some quality time with friends in the big apple. Last week, he was seen for the first time since they reportedly split ... grabbing some Italian food with his crew.

You know what they say ... out with the old, in with the new -- and clearly Camila is wasting no time with that.
