Los Angeles Lakers big man Christian Wood was just granted a temporary restraining order against his model ex-girlfriend ... after he claimed the mother of his child made his life a living hell following their breakup in December 2022.

The allegations are all laid out in court documents obtained by TMZ Sports ... with the 28-year-old hooper accusing Yasmine Lopez -- who boasts more than a million followers on social media -- of causing not only mental and emotional stress, but also financial damage to his valuable property.

Wood claims on February 23, 2024, Lopez and her friends trespassed at his California residence by climbing a fence ... and she proceeded to scratch the hood and doors of his Mercedes-Benz.

He says Lopez then entered his other vehicle, opened the front gate and began walking in his yard -- and neighbors who witnessed the incident called the police, resulting in her arrest.

Wood -- who has an 8-month-old son, Kobe Sean, with Lopez -- says cops then told him to pick up his son from her friend's house to avoid being processed through child protective services... but she refused to hand him over and began "making allegations against me and misrepresenting facts to the media to gain favor."

Wood also details an August 2023 incident in which he says Lopez broke into his home in Encino ... destroying statues, glass and vases and attempting to hit him. He says friends who were present at the time called the police, who de-escalated the situation.

It doesn't end there -- Wood also accuses Lopez of trespassing at his home in January 2023, when he was a member of the Dallas Mavericks ... claiming she spray-painted his Lamborghini.

Wood believes Lopez is stalking him by using his publicized work schedule to track his location and vandalize his property.

Wood is also accusing Lopez of getting physical with him on numerous occasions and alienating him from their son.

He requested joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their child.

As part of the restraining order, the judge ordered Lopez to steer clear of Wood. She must stay at least 100 yards away from the hooper ... whether he's at home, at work, or even in his car. The one exception is for "brief and peaceful contact" ... which is permitted, but only when it comes to conversations about their child.

The TRO specifically directs Lopez to "not abuse" Wood, including any harassing, attacking, striking, threatening, or stalking of her ex-boyfriend.

There are several other boilerplate restrictions ... Lopez cannot possess a firearm while the order is active.

DJ Akademiks is accusing Meek Mill of being a snitch after cops allegedly showed up to his house -- and if he wants to fight the rapper ... they now have the opportunity to do so!

There's a lucrative 7-figure offer on the table to sweeten the deal between these 2 foes ... and it comes courtesy of Celebrity Boxing czar Damon Feldman.

He tells TMZ Hip Hop ... he's got a cool $1 million purse locked and loaded for Ak and Meek -- in addition to other amenities, if they wanna take him up on this. Damon also says he has a venue in Atlanta booked for May 18, adamant he wants both guys to give it their best.

Meek already has a boxing trainer in his corner, but Damon says he's willing to provide Akademiks with one of his top guys -- if he's inclined to train ahead of the fight.

Ak told Adin Ross this week that he considers Meek a straight-up bully -- while going on to call him cowardly, accusing him of hiding behind his goons ... and he seems eager to take him with his fists.

They've had beef for years, of course, but the latest episode spilled into the e-streets over this wild Diddy lawsuit filed this week by his ex-producer ... who floated salacious claims.

Meek took the bait and went down a wild social media rabbit hole ... responding to Ak but all the posts have since run their course with fans.

You don't expect to see an alligator strutting its stuff on a residential sidewalk, but that's what happened in South Carolina ... and a poor woman almost ran right into this thing!

Check out this wild footage ... it shows a rogue croc casually chillin' right in front of a person's home in Hilton Head Island Wednesday before the owner innocently strolls along with her dog ... completely oblivious to the scaly surprise waiting for her.

She actually gets within inches of the gator before finally noticing it -- she wasn't even on her phone, BTW, so it's crazy that she didn't see it -- it scares the bejesus out of her.

The woman flinches so hard when she spots the reptile that even her dog gets spooked -- and the scaly beast wasn't too thrilled about the sudden commotion either. It immediately opens its mouth and hisses ... looking ready to go into attack mode!

The woman falls flat on the ground in shock ... but after bouncing back up, she bolts a little distance before looking back to confirm what she's actually seen. Her panicked cries cause such a scene that it draws other neighbors out of their homes ... and you can hear them chatting about the gator off-camera.

A dude is also heard trying to connect the dots ... asking the woman if she's got some kind of creek or body of water on her property that the gator's trying to get to. All this happens as the gator makes a move ... casually sauntering into her greenery like it owns the place.

Turns out, the gator's field trip might not be as surprising as it seems, as sources tell TMZ there's a pond only 5 minutes from this location ... which is probably where it came from.

We're also told that the gator wasn't done with its little tour of the neighborhood. It made a comeback around 5 PM, this time ending up in the neighbor's backyard ... watch the footage.

Luckily, it didn't stick around for too long -- vanishing into thin air once again ... and not harming anyone or anything. Animal control wasn't called during the whole thing, FWIW.

3:41 PM -- The divorce docs are in, and it was Memphis Garrett who filed first. According to the filing, obtained by TMZ, the 'BB' star is citing the classic irreconcilable differences for his reason ... and he wants a court to not sign off on giving Christmas Abbott alimony, noting she's gainfully employed.

There's no minor children ... and in terms of assets, Memphis wants a judge to divvy up what they have equitably. Pretty boilerplate -- but the larger message is ... the marriage is over.

No storybook ending for "Big Brother" alums Memphis Garrett and Christmas Abbott ... they are no longer living under the same roof, and they're hurtling toward a divorce.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ … Memphis and Christmas officially split last week when she filed for a temporary DV restraining order against Memphis and a judge granted her court-ordered protection.

We're told infidelity and lying are at the core of the breakup ... with Christmas feeling like Memphis is not the person she thought he was when she married him.

Our sources say Christmas has been asking Memphis for a divorce for several months now, and she's going to follow through soon and file divorce docs.

In the meantime, we're told Christmas has been granted occupancy of the family home in Fort Lauderdale.

We reached out to Christmas for comment and she tells TMZ, "It is unfortunate that the actions and intentions of individuals involved in this situation have led to the exposure of personal and sensitive information. I believe that matters of this nature should be resolved in a private and respectful manner. I ask for privacy at this time to focus on my family."

As for Memphis ... sources connected to his camp tell TMZ that he, too, suspects infidelity has been afoot -- we're told he believes it's actually Christmas who's been unfaithful, including over the past 6 months.

We're told Memphis feels like Christmas made up DV claims to get him caught up with the law -- and we're told cops did indeed escort him from their home with his son, River, in tow.

Memphis tells TMZ, "My heart hurts. I did not want to have to file for divorce. I was doing everything in my power to work on our marriage. I only wish the very best in life for her and Loyal" ... her 5-year-old son.

The couple does not have any children together.

Christmas has been going through a lot lately ... as we first told you, her baby daddy's been arrested for allegedly sharing explicit images of Christmas without her permission.

Our sources say Christmas' custody battle has taken a huge financial and emotional toll and her main concern is her son.

'BB' fans will remember Memphis and Christmas first met during season 22 of "Big Brother: All-Stars" when they forged an alliance together.

They confirmed they were an item after the season ended, and in 2022 they got hitched.

Time doesn't heal all wounds ... more than 3 1/2 years after fighting, Sean O'Malley still ain't fond of Marlon Vera (and the feeling's mutual), with the reigning champ telling TMZ Sports he's going to render Chito unconscious!

We talked to 29-year-old "Suga" just days before he heads to Miami for the main event fight against his 31-year-old rival ... about everything from the effect of his only loss (Vera injured O'Malley during the fight) to if he'll chase double champ status against Ilia Topuria.

On the August 2020 fight -- which Sean lost by TKO late in the first round -- O'Malley had this to say:

"I got a lot of hate for saying mentally I didn't lose that fight. I didn't feel like my skills were beat. It was a freak accident. Yeah, he threw the kid. Yeah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I've heard it all. Mentally undefeated, going in there with that mindset. Going in there with the mindset to kill this dude, and it's as simple as that," Suga told us.

We asked O'Malley, brevity of the fight aside, if he could take away anything from the first outing.

"Not really," he added. "Like you said, it was such a short fight, there really wasn't too much to take away from it. I was confident. I felt very confident in there. Even with the injury, my foot was shut off and I was still piecing him up. Dotting him up, chasing him down. I'm just very confident going into this fight."

It's Sean's first fight as defending champion ... we asked what, if anything, was unique this time around.

"Nothing's been different. My second 5 round training champ. Obviously, that last fight didn't go 5 rounds, it only went 2, 1 1/2. Nothing's really been different other than Chito, big fight, rematch. Same s***, different day. I've been doing this for 13 years."

Speaking of his belt, Sean won it with a masterful performance against Aljamain Sterling at TD Garden in Boston at UFC 292 in August 2023 ... in front of a decidedly pro-O'Malley crowd.

299 isn't in Beantown ... instead, the March 9 event will take place in sunny Miami, a city with a large Ecuadorian population. Chito was born in Chone, Ecuador.

1:54 PM PT -- Alaia Baldwin Aronow's attorney, Drew Findling, tells TMZ … "On February 24, 2024, Ms. Aronow traveled to Savannah, GA to celebrate the upcoming marriage of a close friend. Sadly, what should have been a celebratory girls night out, unfortunately took an unexpected turn."

He adds, "Ms. Aronow is embarrassed and saddened by the events of that night and is proactively taking the necessary steps to ensure that it never happens again."

The woman who claims Hailey Bieber's sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, threw a tampon at her says she's pressing charges -- and we got new video to show how wild this really was.

Check out this footage, obtained by TMZ, that shows Alaia getting thrown out of the Savannah, GA bar she's alleged to have attacked people last weekend -- and as you can see ... it was quite the scuffle on the way out, let alone what allegedly happened inside.

Take a look ... you can see a woman in dark clothing -- who we're told is Alaia -- and she's getting into it with what looks to be the bar security staff. There's a lot of yelling going on, and Alaia appears to be on the floor ... and eventually, she crawls away down the stairs.

It's not a pretty sight, that's for sure ... and it kinda tracks with what people told police that night -- namely, that Alaia allegedly went haywire and attacked people ... including allegedly throwing a tampon at one of the female bartenders who checked on her in the bathroom.

Speaking of that bartender, she actually came on "TMZ Live" Friday and gave us the alleged blow-by-blow ... recounting what she says happened, and what she's gonna do next.

Alaia was already booked on a slew of charges over this -- but Haliegh Cauley, the bartender, tells us she intends to see this through and press charges ... outraged over the whole thing, and slamming Alaia for chucking bodily fluids her way ... or so she claims.

In other words ... this is far from over. Alaia hasn't responded to the arrest news yet.

One of the OG main characters from "The Crow" is slamming the remake ... and she's mostly worried about how Bill Skarsgård will portray the late Brandon Lee's iconic character.

Rochelle Davis -- who plays Sarah in the 1994 goth cult classic -- tells TMZ … Bill's revamped Crow doesn't resemble anything about the true character, not even from the comic book, and her initial reaction to the first images of Bill in character was ... "yuck."

Even before the photos of Bill as Eric Draven came out this week, Rochelle says she wasn't expecting anything good to begin with ... and her suspicions were ultimately confirmed.

Rochelle's not bashing Bill's talent as an actor ... but she hates his "dingy, dirty, grungy" look and says producers made this version of Eric Draven look like the bad guys he's supposed to be fighting.

For Rochelle ... Eric Draven is supposed to be a good man with a good soul ... and the remake seems to be missing the mark here, at least from what she can see so far.

What's more, Rochelle wishes there was more diversity in the cast ... she says anyone other than a straight white male would be a better fit for replacing Brandon's character -- and she thinks producers should have cast someone who resembles Brandon out of respect.

Remember ... Brandon was shot and killed by a prop gun on "The Crow" set. Rochelle says the least Hollywood could do was give him some reverence and not remake his last flick.

With that said ... Rochelle gives filmmakers props for casting FKA Twigs as Shelly.

At this point it shouldn't come as a shock ... Rochelle tells us she does NOT plan on watching the remake, mainly out of respect for Brandon, and she's calling on other fans of the OG movie to boycott the new version.

There's been some fan outrage over Bill's look and Rochelle knows folks are going to watch regardless, at least for curiosity's sake, and she does find some joy in the remake introducing newer generations to "The Crow."

TMZ Sports has obtained video of the confrontation Lil Wayne had with a Lakers security guard on Thursday night ... and you can see he was so upset over the interaction, he bolted from the game immediately.

In the clip, Wayne -- wearing a cream-colored hoodie, black cap and headphones -- can be seen trying to get to his courtside seat with a few friends ... when, suddenly, several Crypto.com Arena officials seem to tell him to stop.

One man in a grey polo with a walkie-talkie clipped to the collar then appears to have words with the "How To Love" crooner ... seemingly gesturing to him that he needs to get to his chair via a different route.

Wayne's clearly pissed over the chat ... check out the vid, he throws up his hands in a "Come on!" motion -- before he then just jets out of the building.

One witness who was just a few yards from the scene, MaxMarketPros' Joseph Stirling, says it all happened in the second quarter of the game ... after Wayne seemed to have some troubles finding his seat. Stirling added that following the incident, he didn't see Wayne the rest of the night.

At first, Wayne wrote on his X page that he was "treated like s***" ... although during a Friday morning appearance on Fox Sports 1's "Undisputed," he seemed to relent that it was all just a big misunderstanding.

"They was just doing their job," the rapper said.

But, he did add that he felt like the encounter was "a little much."

"So," he said, "I was like, let's just leave."

The team behind the viral, and failed, Willy Wonka experience has some making up to do, and Billy McFarland -- a guy who's very familiar with that situation -- wants to give them a shot at getting it right.

We talked to the Fyre Festival founder in NYC, and had to ask him about that Wonka disaster in the UK that's captured the world's attention ... and instantly reminded folks of Billy's own failed festival.

ICYMI ... pics from a pop-up Willy Wonka experience in Scotland have been all over X and other social media platforms with people complaining about how truly lackluster and appalling the whole thing was.

And, Billy agrees ... saying right off the bat he thinks organizers need to make amends with the kids for the one-star factory tour ASAP, and IF that happens ... he's offering team Wonka a spot at Fyre Festival II.

Remember, Billy put on a similarly, and legendarily, bad experience in the form of a music festival for high-paying fans back in 2017 in the Bahamas. The set-up was abysmal, and Billy later pled guilty to defrauding investors. He served around four years in prison.

McFarland says he wants to give the Wonka folks a chance to do things right at Fyre 2 ... albeit with some guardrails in place to keep everything on track.

Billy's clearly got the second Fyre Festival on his mind ... saying it's set for some time next year, but his partners will announce the date when they're ready. For now, he's taking on more of a marketing role and trying not to go overboard and do too much.

And, it seems like Fyre tickets are goin' quickly ... with Billy telling the world on Thursday that the Fyre II presale has received applications for around $110 million worth of tickets.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ that Stephen's plea for guidance and well-wishes toward his daughter and son-in-law did not just come out of nowhere ... and was related to something specific that's going on with the young couple.

While we weren't told what the issue is ... the one thing we know for certain is that it's a private thing that Justin and Hailey are dealing with.

Whatever it is ... Stephen is obviously aware of it, and wanted to pass along good vibes in the form of prayers from others -- and while he probably only meant well with this move, sources tell us Hailey is not pleased with her dad drawing attention to them.

You could tell something was on their minds Wednesday as they were leaving church here in L.A. -- where a bunch of paps snapped them on the way out ... and they were pensive.

Some didn't think there was anything to their somber demeanors, but now ... we're hearing there's something behind it. Considering SB had just reposted this "prayers" clip hours before they went inside ... it's a safe bet to assume they were aware the spotlight was on them.

Again, we're not quite sure what this all pertains to ... and we're not gonna speculate.

There haven't been any open signs of trouble in paradise between Hailey and Justin either -- they've just gone about their business, per usual -- which is why this is all so sudden and confusing. Clearly, with Stephen's sentiment ... he's kicked up some unwanted publicity here.

Diane Warren says she's just along for the ride as she heads back to yet another Academy Awards while seeking her first win ... but her movie partners are a lot less bashful, 'cause they're bashing her competition.

We got the legendary songwriter Thursday at Pink's Hot Dogs on La Brea -- where Diane was being honored with her own veggie hot dog -- and our photog asked her about that elusive Oscar's win.

Diane's nominated for an Academy Award for the 15th time in her career -- this time she's up for Best Original Song for "The Fire Inside” from the film "Flamin' Hot" -- and she told us she's just happy to be nominated and already feels like a winner.

While Diane played it cool, her partners on the film go to bat for her ... telling us she deserves to finally win an Oscar.

Becky G sings Diane's song from the Hot Cheetos movie ... and she's gonna perform it at the Oscars, along with the other nominees.

The competition includes a couple songs from "Barbie" ... the Ryan Gosling-performed song "I'm Just Ken" and Billie Eilish and Finneas' "What Was I Made For?"

Diane's movie partners, Richard and Judy Montanez, take a couple playful shots at the "Barbie" duo here ... telling us Diane's tune is way better than the Ken song.

Don't even get them started on Billie's track, which they quietly say is "depressing." No hate here, just good fun ... Billie says she was depressed when writing the song anyway.

Win or lose next weekend at the Oscars, Diane's already got another notch on her belt ... in the form of her very own Pink's hot dog.

Diane's special dog is a veggie dog topped with jalapeño pepper jack cheese, guacamole, and Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

Here's a milestone for Jussie Smollett -- he's completed a rehab stint for substance abuse.

Sources close to Jussie tell TMZ … earlier this month, the former "Empire" star finished a 5-month outpatient program.

We're told Jussie put in the work, focusing on his health and being consistent with his workouts during his time in rehab.

Remember ... Jussie's substance abuse came up frequently during his criminal trial in Chicago, which is still hanging over his head as he continues to fight his conviction and jail sentence.

On the bright side, our sources say Jussie's new management team is hard at work gearing him up for the upcoming release of his new film and other projects.

As we reported, Jussie checked himself into an outpatient treatment facility back in October, and during his rehab stint, we saw him reading Matthew Perry's memoir ... which, of course, detailed the late actor's own struggles with addiction.

Jussie continues trying to push forward through the past several years of adversity. Completing rehab was one hurdle, and the next big one will be his legal battle.

The star boxer has been trollin' the hell out of Haney as the men promote the April 20 scrap at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Ryan and Devin even got into a scuffle at Super Bowl LVIII.

So, we had to ask Garcia if this was personal or just business ... and Ry's whole demeanor switched up real quick.

"To me, it is personal in a way," Garcia said, "I don't know, something's just in me and just ... I don't even feel like answering these questions bro, I'm sorry."

Not only did that trigger Garcia, but so did the fact that many consider Haney (31-0) as the best boxer in their weight division ... something Ryan clearly doesn't cosign.

"I don't give a f*** about his boxing skills," the 25-year-old said. "I'mma beat his ass, that's it!"

Haney, on the other hand, doesn't care whether Garcia is offended ... nor is he phased by the trash talk, implying Ryan's more bark than bite.

"We heard this against Tank where he said he was gon' do this, he gon' do that. Then he got stopped and then he made every excuse up in the book."
