R. Kelly may be jailed again, and soon ... after missing child support payments that have already landed him in jail once before.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the singer has missed his last 2 months of child support payments to his ex, Drea Kelly. He's required to pay $20,833 a month to his ex.

As you know, Kelly was jailed in early March after racking up a $161,633 delinquency ... this after he was arrested on sexual abuse charges.

Kelly was released after he cleared the debt after someone covered his tab. After getting out, Kelly went back to court and asked a judge to lower the $20k amount, claiming he could no longer afford it. The judge said he'd hear arguments but that won't happen until May 8. In the meantime, he owes $20k+ a month and it's clear ... the judge means business.

We broke the story ... Kelly was paid $22k for a 1-hour nightclub performance in Illinois earlier this month -- which Drea was totally cool with ... asking the media to take it easy on him while he tries to make some money. Turns out, he didn't turn over the loot.

Michelle Obama condemned President Trump but in doing so took a swipe at divorced dads ... and she's catching heat for it.

The former First Lady was promoting her new memoir "Becoming" in London when she struggled to find a metaphor describing America's fascination with Donald Trump -- a fascination that turned bad.

You hear Stephen Colbert -- who moderated Michelle's chat -- tee off first, and then she launches, equating America's troubles with that of a teenager who spends the weekend with his/her divorced dad who makes things fun at first and then gets the youngster sick.

The fallout from the video -- obtained by The Independent -- was immediate as people, especially divorced dads, took offense at the intimation divorced dads are somehow lesser than divorced moms.

Someone tweeted, "I admire @MichelleObama, but I really wish she wouldn't use divorced dads as a metaphor for Trump. I hear some of them are quite awesome." Someone else said, "As a divorced dad, I do my best to raise my son into a kind of man of which we all can be proud. Your comment doesn't help people see that I'm conscientious and competent to do a good job."

It gets worse ... someone who actually liked Obama and disliked Trump said, "You've shown that you can say just as rude and insensitive comments as Trump."

Nipsey Hussle's family is politely shutting down any fundraising efforts to support his kids -- even from celebs -- because turns out their father made sure they'd be financially secure.

Sources close to Nip's family tell TMZ ... Nipsey made sure his 2 children, Emani and Kross Asghedom, would never have to rely on other people for money.

While there have been multiple crowdfunding pages popping up for them -- including the one retired NFL star Reggie Bush started -- we're told the family wants everyone to know the kids are more than alright.

Nipsey was remembered as a savvy businessman during his celebration of life ... and for good reason. We're told he owned all of his master recordings, his Marathon Clothing store, and he also set up multiple trust funds to make sure his kids and family would never need a handout.

As we reported ... Bush set up a GoFundMe in hopes of raising $100,000 for Nipsey's kids, personally chipping in $10k to get things started. But, that fundraiser has already been scrubbed from the internet.

Seems Lonzo Ball may have had a change of heart about the Big Baller Brand boycott -- because he's rocking his signature ZO2 slides again ... even after covering his BBB tattoo.

The L.A. Lakers star wasn't talking when we spotted him at LAX on Monday -- but he made a pretty big statement with his footwear ... the famous $200 Big Baller Brand slides.

Remember, Lonzo's manager, Darren Moore, called for a boycott of all BBB products -- after learning BBB co-founder Alan Foster allegedly stole $1.5 million from Lonzo.

Moore was upset, he started the hashtag #DumpUrMech -- and filmed himself throwing his ZO2 in the garbage. In the following days, Lonzo covered up the BBB tattoo on his arm.

Lonzo's dad, LaVar Ball, has since stated the brand is not dead -- and claims his family is sticking together through the drama.

As of this post, the BBB website is down -- so, it seems they're no longer selling expensive shoes and slides.

There were rumblings Lonzo is on the hunt for a new shoe endorsement deal -- but now that he's back in BBB's, we're wondering if he's interested in salvaging the family brand.

Well, this is adorable ... in a violent way.

When Dustin Poirier's daughter saw his face after the Max Holloway fight, she was genuinely worried for her daddy ... saying, "Oh no! You have a boo-boo dad!"

The footage is ridiculously cute -- and shows how sweet UFC fighters can be with their families when they're not destroying other people in the Octagon.

Of course, Dustin won a crazy bloody 5-round brawl with Holloway for the UFC interim lightweight title ... a fight where Dustin took some serious damage to the face.

One report says Poirier took 208 total strikes during the UFC 236 co-main event -- which is A LOT.

The good news, Dustin seems to be feeling pretty good, despite the bruising -- and told his daughter he was taking her to the zoo so they could "see the animals!"

After the fight, Dustin and Max couldn't have been more respectful toward each other -- each praising the other fighter for battling their hearts out.

Lori Loughlin is ready for a fight, because she's just entered her plea in the case that could land her in prison for years ... and that plea is NOT GUILTY.

Lori and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, entered pleas to all charges -- conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and honest services mail and wire fraud, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

Lori and Mossimo did not appear in court ... they entered their plea via court documents filed by their attorneys.

Olivia Jade's parents both face a minimum of 4 years and 9 months in prison ... and that's even if they cop a plea.

As we reported, the U.S. Attorney out of Boston gave all of the parents an ultimatum ... either take a plea or the case would go to the Grand Jury and additional charges would be filed, and that's exactly what happened.

Our sources say a plea bargain is still on the table.

And, as we reported, Felicity Huffman has already copped a plea and faces a minimum of 4 months in prison. As for the disparity -- it's all based on the amount of money the parents paid. Felicity paid $15,000 to have her daughter's SAT test rigged. Lori and her husband allegedly paid $500,000 to an athletic coach to get their 2 daughters into USC.

Khloe Kardashian understands better than anyone, a daughter needs her father ... so it should come as little surprise Tristan Thompson was front and center for True's 1st birthday party.

Khloe and Tristan reunited over the weekend to celebrate their daughter turning 1 ... and it was truly an epic bash. For starters ... Khloe and little True wore matching blue August Getty Atelier outfits. Kim, Kourtney and their broods were also there ... as was Kylie. Kendall was a no-show ... Coachella calls.

There were TONS of balloons, ponies, a donut wall (!!!) and even a cotton candy vendor. And, how cool is this -- Khloe told attendees no presents for True, but instead asked everyone to bring presents to be donated to Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Kim and Kanye West are THIS close to landing a vacation home out in the desert ... and if all goes well, Kris Jenner will be their neighbor.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kimye are in negotiations for a SICK house in a posh golf community in the Palm Springs area, about 2 and 1/2 hours southeast of L.A.

We're told the 8,728 square foot pad's listed at $7.5 million.

Kim and Kanye scoped out the 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom crib and fell in love with it, so they got down to brass tacks. Nothing's finalized yet but we're told negotiations are well underway.

What's more ... the house -- tucked away in a gated community -- sits right next to a relative ... momager Kris Jenner, who dropped a cool $12 million back in August.

As for Kimye's potential new vacation digs ... it's a beaut, featuring a living room with an open-concept that opens up to the backyard. There are multiple fountains and a giant pool. It's the desert, duh.

There's also tons of privacy, which is HUGE for Kim and Kanye. Remember ... Kanye surprised Kim with a $14 million Miami Beach condo, but he backed out of the deal after realizing it lacked privacy once they were photographed on their new condo's balcony.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's pals from "Jersey Shore" are supporting him on the outside, paying a visit to his wife while he's locked up.

JWoww and Vinny Guadagnino showed up this week to Mike's apartment in Long Branch, NJ ... checking in on his wife, Lauren Sorrentino, while Sitch is busy serving out his 8-month sentence in federal prison.

We got video of JWoww and Vin dropping by the complex, giving each other a big hug and a kiss hello before going inside to visit Mike's bride. We're told the cast members were there to shoot scenes for the 3rd season of MTV's "Jersey Shore Family Vacation."

The last time we saw JWoww and Vin at Mike's place was back in October when the whole "Jersey Shore" cast was there for a family visit with The Situation, who had just been sentenced to hard time in his tax evasion case.

Before Drake owned mansions in Toronto and L.A., a young Aubrey Graham wrote notes to his mother promising to clean his room ... and now you can buy pieces of his childhood for several thousand bucks.

A page ripped out of Drizzy's old lyrics notebook is going up for sale through the memorabilia company, Moments in Time -- and they're hawking Drake's handwritten note to his mom, and an early bio he wrote for himself, for $7,500.

The note to his mom is super cute ... Drake promises to clean his room when he comes home, and someone wrote back, "In order to receive 8:15 am rides this week -- room must be clean + bathroom must be clean AS PROMISED FRI JAN. 18th!!!"

Maybe that's why Drake famously rapped, "livin' at my momma's house, we'd argue every month."

On the back of the note is a bio Drake created on his own ... and it sheds some light into how a young Champagne Papi dreamed of making it big. He lists his music influences, hobbies and talents -- with a special shout-out to his pops.

The extremely personal page is from Drake's old rhyme book, which was found in a dumpster near his grandpa's old furniture factory in Toronto, where Drizzy used to work.

Britney Spears is in her boyfriend's thoughts as she receives mental health treatment -- and it looks like he misses her smooches.

Sam Asghari posted a PDA-filled montage of him and Brit Saturday for International Kissing Day. As you might imagine, they pucker up quite a bit in the extended clip.

There's a lot of sweet moments here -- Sam and Britney working out together, being silly on camera, and even dancing ... which ends, of course, with a peck on her cheek.

It's clear Sam is thinking about Britney -- who he's been dating since at least 2016 -- as she receives treatment for her mental health ... especially since she isn't with him at the moment.

TMZ broke the story ... Britney checked herself in to a live-in facility at the end of March because she was incredibly distraught over her father's ongoing ailments after multiple procedures. She'll be staying there until the end of this month.

Britney's dad, Jamie Spears, underwent 2 surgeries to deal with issues related to his intestines and colon. Britney's been caring for him while he's on the mend ... she even canceled her new Vegas residency because of it. At the time, she apologized to her fans in explaining the decision.

Kirk Douglas has a lot going for him ... including longevity, because he's still out having fun at the ripe old age of 102!!!

Kirk was camping in grandson Cameron's backyard Friday ... maybe it's not full-blown camping, but still ... the guy's 102 and hangin' in a tent.

Mr. Spartacus was laying on an inflatable mattress with a couple pillows for support ... poolside, of course.

Kirk was rockin' a pair of sunglasses as he took in the sights.

His son, Michael, has said his dad is still super engaged ... he loves FaceTime.

The elder statesman has become one of the most beloved and enduring figures in Hollywood over the years. He celebrated his 100th birthday at the Beverly Hills Hotel, which opened just 4 years before he was born. BTW ... despite a stroke in 1996, Kirk works out with the help of a personal trainer.

Kirk has 94 acting credits including, of course, the iconic "Spartacus." His most recent film, "Illusion," was released in 2004. Kirk's been nominated 3 times for an Oscar, but never won.

Nipsey Hussle's funeral is underway in Los Angeles ... and his family and Lauren London just arrived to lay the slain rapper to rest.

Lauren and Nipsey's fam pulled up to Friday's funeral service at Forest Lawn Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills ... wearing all black as they say goodbye to their son, brother, father, relative, lover and friend.

Lauren's flanked by her and Nipsey's son, Kross Asghedom ... and her child with Lil Wayne, Kameron Carter, who shared a dream he had about Nipsey rising out of the ocean during Thursday's celebration of life at Staples Center.

Nipsey's funeral is a private affair ... but you can tell just how much he meant to the people in his inner circle because there's a fairly large gathering in front of his casket.

Friday's funeral service culminates two extremely difficult weeks for Nipsey's loved ones ... and putting him six feet deep is sure to stir up profound emotions. It's a sobering scene for sure.

Nipsey's gone forever, but he'll never be forgotten in L.A.

The Game accused LAPD officers of insulting Nipsey Hussle's family while chatting on their radios and manning Thursday's funeral at Staples Center ... but LAPD says it's not them.

The rapper posted the audio Friday, blasting LAPD, saying it, "seems to be LAPD officers intercepted on police radio & caught disrespecting Nips parents, his home-going & celebration."

In the audio, you hear someone take shots at Nipsey's parents. Another person's heard saying, "What they should've done after the funeral is drove the mother f***er and put him in the ground before he starts stinking up the place."

The LAPD tells TMZ ... the department is NOT conducting an investigation, contrary to reports, because they've determined it's not their officers on the radio frequency. LAPD says its department broadcasts using digital frequencies and the audio Game posted doesn't appear to be a digital frequency.

Michael Rapaport has a message for Jeanie Buss -- "Stop running the Lakers like it's a mom and pop donut shop!"

Rap was leaving The Improv in Hollywood on Thursday when he went off about what's WRONG with the Lake Show ... and it's clear, he thinks the problem starts at the top.

"Here's the point about the Lakers," Rapaport said ... "Jeanie Buss, everybody loves you. I love you. I've met you, you've been nothing but nice to me. Stop running the Lakers like it's a mom and pop donut shop."

"It's not a little shoe store down in Downtown in L.A. It's big business. You gotta hire a killer. You gotta hire some kick ass people."

Jeanie took over the Lakers in 2013 after the death of her father, Dr. Jerry Buss -- who originally purchased the team back in 1979.

Since she became President of the team during the 2013-14 season, the Lakers have not posted a winning record.

Rap also says Jeanie also needs to let LeBron run things while he's under contract with the team -- "Let The King run the show. Give him 3 years to do what he wants to do."

"He made Magic Johnson cry!!! Magic Johnson was crying the other day!! We all know who made him cry."

Bottom line ... "Jeanie Buss, it's not a family business. It's a basketball team. Get some killers in there!"

Daymond John's dishing some business advice for Lori Loughlin's daughter in wake of the biggest college admissions scam in U.S. history ... OWN IT, BABY!!!

We got the "Shark Tank" star out in NYC and asked the fashion mogul if he had any advice for Olivia Jade ... Lori's daughter who got swallowed up in her mom and dad's federal grand jury indictment, which accused the couple of paying $500k in bribes to get Olivia and her sister into USC.

The fallout was immediate ... Olivia withdrew from USC and also lost a gig with Sephora. But, check out the clip ... Daymond strongly believes if Olivia doesn't try to hide she can definitely bounce back.

Worth noting ... it's unclear if Olivia was in on the scheme. Either way ... it's clear Daymond thinks carving out a future rests on her hands. As for any advice for Lori and her hubby, Mossimo Giannulli ... seems that's a laughing matter.
