Netflix screwed the pooch on a live reunion that was heavily promoted -- as it turns out, the episode is gonna be taped and aired with a delay ... but it's unclear what the hold-up was.

Of course, we're talking about 'Love Is Blind' ... the fourth season of which just recently wrapped and whose big postmortem episode was advertised as a live event on the streaming service which was set to premiere on Sunday evening. That never happened, though.

When the expected air time hit -- 8 PM ET -- there were mass reports of an error code that was popping up on Netflix ... and the live reunion simply never came, after hours of waiting.

People kept refreshing to see if it was an issue on their end ... but it wasn't. Netflix just wasn't ready to get the cameras rolling, and a proper explanation was never really offered as to why the show hadn't gotten rolling yet ... Netflix just kept saying they'd be on soon.

Some assumed it was technical difficulties, but it doesn't sound like that's the case. In the end, Netflix said it was starting to film around 9:30 PM ET ... and that the episode would be aired the following day (Monday) at 3 PM ET.

Netflix apologized to fans, writing ... "To everyone who stayed up late, woke up early, gave up their Sunday afternoon… we are incredibly sorry that the Love is Blind Live Reunion did not turn out as we had planned." They added, "We're filming it now and we'll have it on Netflix as soon as humanly possible. Again, thank you and sorry."

In the interim ... questions, outrage and jokes were flying -- all at Netflix's expense. Folks were legitimately wondering what went wrong ... and it seems some actually stayed up quite late waiting for the reunion to upload. The discourse even roped in some big-time names ... like AOC, for example, who chimed in and made a crack about one of the castmates.

Some of Netflix's own competition also weighed in and crapped on them ... like Blockbuster, Redbox and even Hulu. A lot of publicity, obviously -- but for all the wrong reasons.

In short, the 'LIB' live reunion turned out to be a disaster for Netflix ... which is embarrassing considering how much confidence they had in all their promos leading up to it.

Remember, they just started dabbling in live programming with the Chris Rock special. That went off without a hitch, but their second attempt crashed and burned ... so, back to the batter's box, it seems.

Judge Mathis says he has no hard feelings after going back and forth with 50 Cent earlier this month ... but he's still going forward with his own "BMF" project regardless!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with hizzoner at LAX, where he explained he and 50 haven't spoken since their social media disagreement over Mathis' upcoming biopic, "The First Lady of BMF: The Tonesa Welch Story."

The TV judge is executive producing the film and 50's ex, Vivica A. Fox, is the director ... but 50 was more concerned with Tonesa being labeled a "BMF associate," because he says her ties are more with Detroit's 263 Crew ... a gang that preceded BMF.

Regardless of what the title says, JM tells us he's a proud Detroit native looking to get Tonesa's story out in the open, which will debut on BET+ later this year.

He also doesn't mind 50's ribbing because he says they're both from the same walk of life!!!

50 infamously got shot 9 times before his rap career skyrocketed, while Mathis says he was shot twice and even showed his bullet wounds!

Jimmy Kimmel's late-night sidekick, Guillermo Rodriguez, is in the doghouse with a rescue agency that says two pups he adopted ended up at a shelter, but he says the whole ordeal started with a misunderstanding within his family.

Mutt Scouts, a dog rescue group based in SoCal, tells TMZ ... Guillermo adopted two chihuahuas -- Chase and Rey -- back in 2021 when they were just puppies. He was stoked about the addition to his family, posting pics of them on IG soon after getting them.

However, Mutt Scouts says they recently got a call from an animal shelter in the L.A. area ... saying the dogs were surrendered to them by an unnamed woman. The shelter called Mutt Scouts because both pups were microchipped and registered to the org prior to Guillermo adopting them.

Mutt Scouts provided TMZ a copy of the contract Guillermo signed before adopting -- which says the rescue would be the first point of contact to help rehome the dogs if he no longer wanted the dogs or couldn't care for them.

The org took to social media this week to call him out, and some 'Kimmel' fans were pissed and noted Guillermo's past post with the dogs is no longer on his page.

Guillermo tells TMZ ... this all started when he was asked to take care of his grandmother's large dog because she's battling dementia. At the same time, he went in for knee surgery ... so his stepsister had to watch Chase, Rey and grandma's big dog.

He says his stepsister panicked the big dog was going to harm the two chihuahuas, and that's when she decided to take them to the shelter. When Guillermo found out, he says he immediately told her she'd make a big mistake. He knew they should have gone to Mutt Scouts and says he contacted the group on Friday and said he "was sorry from the bottom of his heart."

Mutt Scouts tells us they hope Guillermo's case is a teachable moment for anyone looking to adopt a pet. It's standard procedure for adopted animals to be returned to the rescue agency if the owner can longer care for them.

Chase and Rey are now with Mutt Scouts, which is hoping to find a new home for them. Mutt Scouts tells us Guillermo made a $5k donation to help them care for the pups in the interim.

Drake Bell's brother is the one who first got police involved in his missing person case ... telling cops Drake was threatening suicide in response to child custody issues with his estranged wife.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Drake's brother, Robert, called Orlando PD Wednesday night to say Drake was making suicidal statements about wanting to hang himself and not wanting to be alive anymore.

Drake's brother told police Drake was in Winter Park, FL to visit Janet, his estranged wife, and discuss their custody agreement for their son. Drake and Janet separated back in January.

Drake's brother told cops Drake was "distraught and made suicidal statements" in texts to their mother. He allegedly said he didn't want to live anymore, was going to drink excessively and hang himself.

He says he tried to make Drake come to his senses but he wasn't receptive ... so, Robert decided to call police.

TMZ broke the story ... Drake was reported missing Thursday, with police in Florida saying he was MIA and "considered missing and endangered."

On a 911 call from the case, an Orlando officer called another department for help locating Drake, characterizing the situation as a "possible attempted suicide." He repeated what Robert had told them about Drake's suicidal texts to family members on the West Coast.

As we first reported, we know Drake was hanging out with his son Tuesday at SeaWorld in Orlando. It's unclear what the custody issues are between Janet and Drake.

As you know ... Drake was ultimately found safe and sound shortly after being reported missing. Hours later, on Thursday evening, he tweeted, "You leave your phone in the car and don't answer for the night and this?"

Despite that attempt to make it seem like this was much ado about nothing, law enforcement tells TMZ ... deputies took action Thursday to ensure Drake receives a mental health evaluation.

Drake's attorney had no comment.

Jeremy Meeks says going from the mean streets to jail to fashion runways and movie sets has been one wild ride, which is why he's written an autobiography ... but he's not stopping there.

We got the actor/model at LAX and he was beaming as he told our photog about his Hollywood success ... telling us he just got back from shooting a Christmas movie and is excited about his upcoming book release.

Jeremy, who first became famous as the "hot felon," says it's surreal to see his life story in book form, and his goal is to get the publication made into a TV series.

We asked why not a feature film, and he said it would be impossible to chop his life down to a couple hours or less ... so, a series makes more sense.

Jeremy's book is called "Model Citizen" and it's coming out October 10 ... and it tells the story of his meteoric rise from poverty to global fame.

Remember ... Jeremy had a long rap sheet before his 2014 arrest and mug shot earned him the "hot felon" and "prison bae" monikers.

Jeremy's mug went viral, sparking a modeling career that blossomed into acting gigs and led to him dating and having a child with Topshop heiress Chloe Green.

Drake Bell had a falling out with his estranged wife and told his family he was going to get drunk and hang himself ... at least according to the 911 call in which he was reported missing.

TMZ obtained the 911 call, where someone from Orlando PD explains why cops were deeply concerned for Drake's well-being.

The officer is speaking with another department, trying to get a location on Drake's cell phone, characterizing the situation as a "possible attempted suicide" and saying ... "Basically, there is a celebrity who had a falling out with his wife."

Cops in Orlando say they got involved because they were told Drake was in an Orlando hotel room and had been texting family back in California, threatening suicide.

TMZ broke the story ... Drake was reported missing by police in Florida on Thursday, with Daytona Beach police saying he was MIA and was "considered missing and endangered."

Cops said Drake was last seen Wednesday night, driving a 2022 gray BMW ... and we obtained a photo of him with his son Tuesday at SeaWorld in Orlando.

Drake was ultimately found safe and sound Thursday afternoon, and he later addressed the issue on social media, saying ... "You leave your phone in the car and don't answer for the night and this?"

Given the content of the 911 call, and the situation, it seems like cops did the right thing.

Ryan Seacrest has just closed out his final day of "Live With Kelly & Ryan" ... and his last episode had just about everyone reaching for tissues.

Ryan walked out with Kelly Ripa one last time Friday morning to a roar of applause from the audience -- which included his parents, sister Meredith, and GF Aubrey. The screen behind the cohosts read "Bye Bye, Ry Ry."

Kelly and Ryan were emotional from the get-go, joking about realizing they'll be shedding some tears today. They even showed an adorable send-off video from his niece. Ryan's last guest on the show was Dr. Jill Biden. The First Lady said they sometimes watch 'Live' in the White House.

His official goodbye at the end was every bit as sad as you'd think, too ... with Kelly first saying so long to her pal, before Ryan thanked her for everything, saying goodbye to the show he's been able to call home.

You'll recall, Ryan took the spot in 2017 ... a year after Michael Strahan made the switch to "Good Morning America" -- something that apparently blindsided Kelly.

Ryan covered a LOT during his 6 years on the morning show, including the pandemic -- which forced them both to take their hosting duties to their homes. With Ryan now off the air, Kelly's husband, Mark Consuelos, will take his place.

As we reported, Ryan made the shocking announcement in February -- sources connected to the host told us he had only planned to stay for 3 years but obviously kept things going. He'll be staying pretty busy with "American Idol," his morning radio show, "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin Eve," and even producing his own olive oil.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Tamra Judge is emotionally recounting a gut-wrenching situation -- one that's far too common -- a man armed with a weapon entering her daughter's school.

Tamra shed tears Thursday as she told her IG followers about the armed suspect that was at her daughter Sophia's high school. She says the students were forced to barricade themselves in their classrooms, and were equipped with hammers in case things got worse.

Luckily, Tamra says they caught the individual, and it doesn't sound like anyone was physically harmed ... but everyone is traumatized after the close call, including her daughter ... who she says doesn't want to set foot on campus.

She also shared the heart-dropping texts she received from 17-year-old Sophia ... who filled in her mom, in real-time, about what was going down. As Tamra puts it, "The text no parent wants to get."

Drake Bell has been reported missing, and cops are deeply concerned for his well-being.

Daytona Beach police have declared Drake MIA, saying, "He is considered missing and endangered."

He was last seen driving a 2022 grey BMW Wednesday at around 9 PM, somewhere in the area of Mainland High School. Some people online think this is all a hoax, but cops say it's definitely real.

Drake has had lots of troubles since his time on Nickelodeon's "Drake & Josh." He just completed his probation over an attempted child endangerment case, in which he pled guilty. He allegedly engaged in inappropriate conduct in a club where he was scheduled to perform with a girl under 18, with whom he allegedly had an online relationship.

He's faced other accusations over the years, including a 2015 DUI arrest and alleged abuse by a woman who had a 5-year relationship with the actor.

Drake also filed for bankruptcy back in 2014.

Former 'Bachelorette' contestant Will Urena says there's a good chance he could've been killed recently in Colombia ... and he chokes up recounting the gruesome details of what went down during the attack.

Will, who appeared on Michelle Young's season, tells TMZ ... he was at a bar in Medellín over the weekend when he met two women who proceeded to drug him. He says they led him out to the street, which is when he briefly blacked out.

While going in and out of consciousness, Will remembers being horrifically beaten, stabbed and spit on by a group of men.

The injuries are no joke, BTW ... Will says he was stripped down to his underwear and robbed of his belongings and jewelry. Luckily, a taxi driver found him covered in blood several hours later and took him to a hospital.

Will says his local friend, who he was in town visiting, filed a missing persons report after losing him at the bar ... and cops put two and two together once he showed up at the hospital.

Will tells us he had to stay in Colombia an extra day after those spine-chilling events because he was still drugged the next day. Thankfully, his passport was in his room when he was attacked, and he was able to fly home Tuesday.

As you know, Will told fans about his terrifying trip once he got back stateside ... saying the past few days were "something I could've never imagined."

Lala Kent says she had a feeling something was going on between Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss before their affair devastated Ariana Madix ... with her suspicions dating back to the summer.

We got the "Vanderpump Rules" star at LAX Tuesday and asked about Tom bringing Raquel to his hometown back in December, when he was still dating Ariana.

Lala says the affair, which we first reported in March, was a shock to folks outside the reality TV show cast ... but she says she and Katie Maloney felt "something was off" months before Raquel visited Tom in St. Louis.

While Lala had her suspicions during the summer, she says Ariana didn't know Tom was cheating on her until March, when she was absolutely gutted.

The signs were there all along ... Tom and Raquel were rocking matching necklaces back in October, and she kept popping up at his shows and his restaurant, hanging out with him without their other cast members around.

Kim K starring in the new "American Horror Story" is raising cynics' eyebrows -- but she's probably gonna knock their socks off, according to one pro who knows TV frontward and back.

We talked to NPR's Eric Deggans Tuesday on "TMZ Live" about Kim's forthcoming role in Ryan Murphy's ongoing horror anthology -- and he believes she's poised to shock the critics with a solid acting performance that could impress the doubters.

Check out what Eric -- who handles all things television for the public radio network -- has to say about Kim and her history in Hollywood. Interestingly, he thinks she's long been underestimated.

While some might just see her as your traditional influencer trying to switch lanes in entertainment ... ED says Kim stands apart from all the other up-and-coming TikTokers and YouTubers who've similarly tried to jump to a much bigger stage.

While it didn't work out for most of those folks, Eric believes Kim's unique in that she can deliver a performance with proper direction. He adds, she's already shown flashes of acting chops.

There's also the Ryan Murphy element. We know the guy doesn't just churn out garbage -- most of the stuff he puts out is quality content, and Eric says he has no reason to believe this will be any different. He also brings up the X factor ... Lady Gaga.

Nick Cannon says he's open to the idea of having a 13th child ... but you would probably never guess with whom ... except yeah, we told you in the headline.

The "Masked Singer" host sat down Monday with Howard Stern, who asked Nick about increasing his already large family by one if the mother was none other than Taylor Swift.

Although Nick at first wasn't really sure where he stood on the issue, he perked up once he heard the name of the pop star, who just called it quits with longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn.

Nick couldn't contain his excitement over the Swift hypothetical, telling Howard, "That's the one. I'm all in!"

He then outlined why Taylor would be the perfect mate. "First of all, she's an amazing songwriter," Nick said, adding, "What I do love about Taylor Swift is that she has been so vulnerable and open with all of her music."

Nick noted that Taylor can relate to him through their "very similar" dating histories while joking that his "Spidey senses" were tingling. He ended the Taylor/baby convo with this, "That would be amazing."

As you already know, Nick has a whopping 12 kids by six different women. His latest child, Halo, came into the world in Dec. 2022.

Jeremy Renner says it was pure luck that he made it out alive from his now-famous snowplow accident after shattering 35 bones in his body.

Using a cane, the actor hobbled into his Jimmy Kimmel appearance Monday to discuss the harrowing incident, and he seemed to be in great spirits despite his horrible injuries from which he's still recovering four months later.

As you know, Renner was almost killed on New Year's Day when he tried to stop a snow-removal tractor from hitting his nephew and was crushed under the weight of the machine.

Renner described to Kimmel his good fortune after getting hit by the snowcat. He said, "It's like a giant metal-like cookie roller, right? And it just missed every vertebra, did not hit any organs, membrane did not swell - my eye did pop out, that's weird. But I got pretty lucky that none of the organs got messed up."

Renner said his first thought was to protect his nephew, Alex, as the snowplow started rolling down the hill. After he was critically injured, Renner said he was concerned about how his nephew was dealing with the trauma of seeing his uncle torn apart. "I did not see any of this stuff, but the blood and the thing and the eye, and all that stuff right? I had to see what [Alex's] perspective was.'"

Renner also said he remembered everything after the accident for 45 minutes, but then his memory went blank once he was transported to the first of two hospitals. He said doctors jammed an "emergency knife" into his chest and "I was like, "I got to go to sleep."

Renner went on to say he personally knew the first responders, all of whom seemed to think he was going to die. But, Renner told them, "No, man. I'm trying to get out of the hospital as soon as I was in it." I'm like, "I'm out of here."

At one point during the interview, Kimmel produced a photo of Renner in the hospital after the accident. Renner said his mom probably shot the image and then thanked his family -- who was in the audience -- for all of their support.

He also vowed to return to the first hospital -- from which he got booted -- to apologize for his erratic behavior while on heavy medications.

Kim Kardashian is dippin' her toes in the acting pool once again -- only this time, she isn't doing voice-over work -- she's apparently gonna appear alongside some heavy hitters in the upcoming season of "American Horror Story."

Kim dropped the bombshell news Monday morning ... posting a clip that reads, "Emma Roberts & Kim Kardashian are Delicate." It then flashes to the show's title with the iconic intro music.

Of course, 'AHS' is known for keeping the story of each season under wraps for a while, so nothing's known about her role, the connection to Emma's character, or how long KK will appear in the season ... but fans are already begging for more.

The show's honcho, Ryan Murphy, had some glowing things to say about Kim, telling THR, "Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family,”

It's worth mentioning this isn't Kim's first time at the rodeo -- she's appeared in several projects over the years as cameos and voiced Delores in "PAW Patrol: The Movie" in 2021 ... and will be coming back for the sequel alongside her daughter North, as we reported.

As for Emma, her comeback is HUGE for 'AHS' fans -- she first appeared in "Coven" way back in season 3, and hasn't been seen since 2019's "1984" season ... but many have been asking for her to come back for a while.

Big news for fans of Kim, Emma, and the show, but now the big question ... can Kim take a spot as the next great scream queen?
