There is growing evidence Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are welcoming their son Rocky into the world ... although we don't know for certain she's had the baby, we'll lay out what we do know, and the biggest clue involves Travis Barker and Kylie Jenner.

This past Monday, we began receiving tips Kourtney showed up at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. On the one hand, lots of people know the Kardashians typically give birth at that hospital, so it's not automatically a lock the tips are accurate.

But then, we've been in touch with various people in the Kardashian orbit, and they have been unusually sketchy on the subject. The only clear fact we confirmed is that her due date was this week. One source said labor would be induced.

And that brings us to the next clue ... Travis and Kourtney have said they wanted the baby to be born on Halloween, which was this past Tuesday. If this was an induced birth and she was due this week, that kinda makes sense.

And now, the kickers ... Check out the photo of Travis Barker's reflection from the side mirror as he pulled into Cedars Thursday afternoon.

And then there's a photo of Kylie Jenner's Range Rover pulling into Cedars Thursday around 3:30 PM. Witnesses eyeballed her as she entered the facility.

All in all, our money is on Kourtney gave birth this week.

Jason Aldean's song, "Try That In a Small Town," might've been a hit, objectively, but it sure isn't worthy of any real accolades, including Grammys -- and Shooter Jennings isn't afraid to say it.

The singer-songwriter lived up to his name Thursday when we got him at LAX, 'cause the dude gave it to us straight when we asked if JA's controversial track should be considered for a prestigious golden statuette next year.

With Grammy nomination announcements just around the corner -- next Friday, to be exact -- Shooter told us quite clearly. 'Try That' shouldn't be in the mix, whatsoever.

Give it a watch for yourself, 'cause it's pretty interesting -- SJ's rationale has nothing to do with the politics of the song, but more so ... on the substance, or lack thereof in songwriting.

BTW, Aldean is not one of the 4 songwriters credited on the track.

Shooter -- son of country legend Waylon Jennings -- says he doesn't find Jason's song to be all that compelling in terms of lyrics or even music, and suggests it's a shallow message-anthem lacking artistry ... and certainly isn't deserving of recognition from the Recording Academy.

Even on the streaming front, he's dubious, saying he suspects 'Try That' wasn't as successful as the charts seem to indicate.

Adam Silver is lovin' the NBA's new collaboration with Kim Kardashian's SKIMS underwear brand ... so much so the commissioner was actually wearing 'em when TMZ Sports spoke with him this week in NYC!

We caught up with the 61-year-old commish just days after the NBA announced its multi-year partnership with SKIMS MENS ... which Kardashian recently introduced.

In fact, KK used OKC star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander as one of the models for the SKIMS MENS launch ... in addition to Neymar Jr. and Nick Bosa. The line did millions of dollars in sales in minutes upon launch.

But, is the product any good? Silver's clearly a big fan!

"Although I'm not going to show you, I'm wearing them right now," Adam told us.

"I strongly recommend them to everyone."

Silver even believes the undies could help the players perform better on the court.

"When guys are more comfortable, makes them play better," Silver said. "So yes, gonna have a direct impact on the game."

Speaking of playing better, LeBron James is fresh off a monster game ... scoring 35 points, grabbing 12 rebounds, and dishing out 7 assists in 42 minutes against the Clippers.

Megan Thee Stallion has a lot of baggage to unpack from this year -- and the load appears to be aimed at her ex-boyfriend/collaborator Pardison Fontaine!!!

On "Cobra," her first solo track of 2023, Meg delivers on her promise to bring "raw topics" to the forefront ... addressing her haters while also speaking on depression and even ideas of suicide.

Many fans were also left with the impression Meg takes a huge bite into Pardi when she raps ... "Man, I miss my parents, way too anxious, always cancel my plans/Pulled up, caught him cheating/Getting his d*** sucked in the same spot I'm sleeping!!!"

Pardi has yet to respond to Meg’s cheating accusations … but he did turn off his IG comments -- yeah, Meg’s Hotties were big mad!!!

The two rappers emerged as a couple in 2021 and were lovebirds for 2 years, but things looked shaky when Pardi took on poetry for the first time ... with a cryptic message that pointed to the split.

The end of their relationship was confirmed when Megan was spotted at a wedding with soccer star Romelu Lukaku in May ... and entered her new era, stepping out in a fully see-through bodysuit, shortly after Tory Lanez was found guilty of shooting her.

Pardi’s moved on himself -- he sent flowers to dancehall singer Jada Kingdom shortly after Meg's song dropped, something she proudly posted on social media.

Pardi and Jada have been linked since September ... and some fans think she's the woman he was with when Meg allegedly caught him.

Breakups happen, but rap's biggest critic Joe Budden thinks Meg and Pardi should work out their differences ... for the sake of her music's quality.

In other words, JB thinks Meg needs Pardi's pen, but now folks can decide for themselves if they like her new solo stuff.

Matthew Perry made it a point to help people suffering from drug and alcohol addiction while he was alive ... and now he's going to carry on that mission in the afterlife.

Those closest to the "Friends" actor are launching a foundation in his name, aptly titled "The Matthew Perry Foundation." TMZ broke the story ... Perry had actually planned to create this org months before he suddenly passed, and now -- it's being manifested into reality.

The whole purpose of the just-announced foundation is to help addicts overcome substance abuse -- and it'll carry on the spirit of Perry's humbling approach to addiction and recovery.

He once said, "When I die, I don't want 'Friends' to be the first thing that's mentioned — I want helping others to be the first thing that's mentioned. And I'm going to live the rest of my life proving that. Addiction is far too powerful for anyone to defeat alone. But together, one day at a time, we can beat it down."

His team continues ... "We embark on a journey to honor his legacy by establishing the Matthew Perry Foundation, guided by his own words and experiences, and driven by his passion for making a difference in as many lives as possible."

The website cites that as the mission statement ... and for now, it only gives people the option to donate. BTW, this effort is legit, as it's coming directly from this team, so folks need not worry about its authenticity.

As we first reported ... Perry was found dead in his jacuzzi last Saturday when his assistant returned to his L.A. area home after running errands. The assistant promptly called 911, as well as Perry's mother and one of his siblings.

Investigators believe Perry drowned, but an official cause of death is pending. Cops did not recover any illegal substances from the scene, but they did seize prescription medications, including anti-depressants and anti-anxiety drugs. Perry was only 54 years old.

Khloe Kardashian seems to be responding to the backlash over what many took as her blackfishing for Halloween ... and assuming she is, you could argue she's keeping calm and carrying on.

The youngest Kardashian sister took to IG late Thursday with a handful of cryptic quotes that appear to address the controversy head-on ... and based on the words she's throwing up, it sounds like she's saying this indignation is up for debate and in the eye of the beholder.

The quote reads, "You can't control how others interpret your actions our words. Everyone perceives things based on their current situations and mindset. Just keep acting with honesty, love and a good heart." In other words ... Khloe's intimating she meant no harm.

There are additional quotes she posted that seemed to further elaborate ... including one where she references answering the universe's call to help people and another that says not to entertain negativity while choosing inner peace over turmoil. Very kumbaya, indeed.

It might not be the reaction some were seeking from Khloe ... but she appears content with letting this outrage fizzle out, 'cause from her POV -- or at least, from what we can glean here -- her conscience is clear when it comes to intent.

Worth noting ... Khloe tends to post these kinds of enlightening quotes all the time on her social media -- so this could just be her regular dump, but considering the latest noise aimed at her, it could easily be meant to speak on that as well. Eye of the beholder, right?

Remember, this isn't the first time Khloe and her sisters have been accused of blackfishing -- which is, perhaps, why there was so much uproar this time around for the Bratz lineup.

We'd be remiss not to mention this ... there are some who feel like the heat she took was unfair, but by and large -- the majority of people seemed to take offense over this.

Sheryl Crow is NOT a fan of the new The Beatles' AI-restored song -- and she ain't digging all the use of AI in showbiz, generally, either ... saying there's no soul in computer music.

The country singer was chopping it up with Jimmy Fallon Thursday on 'The Tonight Show' when she made her feelings on artificial intelligence clear -- long story short, she isn't feeling it ... and actually finds the use of the tech in songwriting/recording quite daunting.

Check it out ... Sheryl says AI has gotten so good at recreating an artist's voice and style that it's disturbing -- and she apparently channeled these feelings in a new track, 'Evolution.'

During this rant on AI she gives ... SC references the new Beatles ditty -- 'Now and Then,' which just dropped yesterday -- but she doesn't really elaborate ... other than to point out it was created with the help of AI.

One thing she doesn't seem to acknowledge, though, is that AI was only used to enhance John Lennon's vocals ... as opposed to completely making new/fake ones from scratch.

Anyway, another example backing her fears ... a young songwriter paying $5 to put John Mayer's vocals on her new track to pitch to male singers in Nashville. Sheryl said she couldn't tell the difference at all when it was played to her!

As we all know, AI has been the subject of much debate over the past several months -- especially as it pertains to music. The Beatles are the latest group to get involved ... but some other artists have been roped into the convo against their will ... aka, Drake.

Texas Tech security didn't have to worry about fans invading the football field on Thursday night -- but they did have to deal with an opossum storming the pitch ... and the animal was sure pissed off when guards wouldn't let it continue its jaunt.

The wild scene played out at the end of the first quarter of the Red Raiders' game against TCU in Lubbock, Texas ... when an opossum somehow broke into Jones AT&T Stadium and made its way onto the field.

Broadcast cameras showed the marsupial got to the 15-yard line ... before security went to chase it down so play could resume.

Eventually, officials were able to corral it with an animal snare pole ... but you can see, the little beast was not pleased at all to be detained. In fact, it hissed and showed its teeth the entire time that it was being dragged away.

The opossum was ultimately removed from the stadium ... and the game went on -- but after TTU was able to beat TCU, 35-28, its fans asked to keep the critter!!

"Our lucky possum!!!" one Red Raiders supporter wrote on social media.

Seems the school is at least somewhat open to the idea ... its president was actually seen petting the opossum following the incident -- and the team ended up making a pic of the little guy its background image on X.

A woman driving a Porsche at more than 100 miles per hour on a Washington state highway lost control and went airborne, crashing and killing her passenger -- and it was all caught on video.

26-year-old Ting Ye was charged with vehicular homicide as a King County judge issued an arrest warrant for her following the deadly September 30th incident in Bellevue, WA.

Traffic camera footage captured Ye whizzing down the freeway in the sports car with her passenger, Yabao Liu, in the early morning hours.

Suddenly, the vehicle spins around and travels sideways, slamming into a metal barrier and launching off the roadway while flipping over wildly.

The 27-year-old Liu died, whereas Ye was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital and released. The pair came to Bellevue for work, although their exact relationship was unclear.

According to court docs, Ye was uncooperative with police and slipped out of the medical center, hightailing it to Canada before fleeing to China.

Prosecutors then filed the criminal charge against Ye, while the judge signed off on her arrest warrant. Now, they're working with federal authorities in D.C. to bring her back to Bellevue to face justice.

One major obstacle is China, which does not have an extradition treaty with the U.S., preventing the foreign government from turning her over.

Lisa Marie Presley was practically begging Sofia Coppola not to put her new movie about her mom and dad not long before she suddenly died -- slamming the flick as a hit piece.

The late daughter of Elvis Presley fired off 2 emails to the director four months prior to January -- when she suffered cardiac arrest and passed away -- in which she pled with her to stop down on her feature and reconsider putting it out ... which she didn't, of course.

According to Variety, which obtained the correspondence, LMP called Coppola's script "shockingly vengeful and contemptuous" ... and went on to slam the way Elvis is portrayed.

She writes, "My father only comes across as a predator and manipulative. As his daughter, I don’t read this and see any of my father in this character. I don’t read this and see my mother’s perspective of my father. I read this and see your shockingly vengeful and contemptuous perspective and I don’t understand why?"

Lisa added, "I will be forced to be in a position where I will have to openly say how I feel about the film and go against you, my mother and this film publicly."

In response, Coppola answered ... "I hope that when you see the final film you will feel differently, and understand I’m taking great care in honoring your mother, while also presenting your father with sensitivity and complexity."

It sounds like Coppola actually toned her movie down compared to the source material it's based on -- Priscilla Presley's 'Elvis and Me' -- which apparently contained even more scandalous stories about Elvis courting the very young PP at the time ... something that has come under a lot of scrutiny in the years following his own famous death.

As we reported ... Lisa's cry for the film to be shut down echoes what Elvis' own estate said about the film as it was being worked on -- which, at the time, called it a travesty. Priscilla herself, however, was very much on board from day one ... speaking to the fracture here.

BMW's ready to come-a-knockin' for Kroy Biermann's luxury whip ... the company's asking a judge to let it take back a Rolls-Royce he allegedly hasn't paid for in over a year.

According to the new docs, obtained by TMZ, Kroy failed to respond to BMW within the allotted time ... after the company filed, months ago, for a writ of possession. That's legal-ese for ... we're ready to repo the damn car!

With Kroy going radio silent, BMW wants the judge to give 'em the green light to get the car back from the former NFL linebacker.

TMZ broke the story, BMW sued Kroy in June for allegedly missing his lease payments on the $400,100 luxury SUV.

The docs claimed he owed $5,297.64 per month from July 2020 to July 2023 -- totaling a whopping $190,715.04 -- but the company says his last payment was in September 2022.

Don't forget, the repo request comes as Kroy and Kim Zolciak are deep in the hole financially amid their messy divorce.

The 2 recently asked a judge to push pause on the foreclosure of their mansion -- adding the scheduled November 7 auction going through will mean they will suffer "irreparable injury to the marital estate depleting it in its entirety."

Jeff Bezos is heading toward greener pastures -- or bluer waters, rather ... 'cause he's packing up his bags and leaving the city of Seattle behind for good ... opting for Florida.

The Amazon founder billionaire announced Thursday that he and his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, will be moving to Miami soon -- and he did so by posting old footage of himself in the city he's lived in for a long time ... and where he founded the iconic tech company.

Jeff writes, "Seattle has been my home since 1994 when I started Amazon out of my garage. That’s my dad behind the camera in this video, touring Amazon’s first 'office.'"

He continues, "My parents have always been my biggest supporters. They recently moved back to Miami, the place we lived when I was younger (Miami Palmetto High class of ’82 -- GO Panthers!) I want to be close to my parents, and Lauren and I love Miami."

He points out that his rocket company, Blue Origin, has its core operations facility down in Cape Canaveral as well ... so the move makes sense on that front, as he apparently wants to focus on that venture a tad bit more these days.

JB finishes with this ... "I’ve lived in Seattle longer than I’ve lived anywhere else and have so many amazing memories here. As exciting as the move is, it’s an emotional decision for me. Seattle, you will always have a piece of my heart."

Lauren seems to be stoked about the relocation ... she replied, "Miami 💖."

Of course, this move lines up with a recent real estate purchase he made down in the Sunshine State -- in which he scooped up his neighbor's multi-million-dollar compound in Indian Creek, FL ... a plot of land that was already next to his mansion there.

We already know the soon-to-be-married power couple like the open sea, and with them being stationed in Vice City going forward ... they'll have access to one and then some.

A Florida man was arrested last month after he allegedly tried circumcising his toddler cousin -- which went terribly wrong ... and which landed this guy behind bars.

29-year-old Timothoes Powell was taken into custody and booked on child abuse charges earlier in October -- all because he allegedly tried snipping his 2-year-old relative's penis while babysitting him down in Daytona Beach ... this according to the local authorities.

Here's how cops are saying it went down ... Powell was watching his young cuzzo while the kid's parents were away -- and mom and dad got a call from their nephew at one point saying he had to rush their son to the hospital because he was bleeding from his crotch.

As it turns out ... the child appeared to have been cut, and when asked about this -- Powell reportedly told police glass must've been in the little one's diaper. Upon further questioning, however, Powell reportedly said he may have pulled the baby's foreskin down too hard while trying to clean him. Of course, cops weren't buying that -- 'cause nurses said it looked like a clean cut and was far too precise to be any sort of accident like the one he described.

Cops ended up arresting with some other evidence they say they recovered -- including home surveillance footage which supposedly shows Powell acting mean to the kid ... and allegedly walking away from the boy at one point with an object in his hand. Investigators believe he may have attempted to deliberately circumcise his cousin ... and now, he's in trouble.

Matthew Perry getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame -- in the same area as Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston -- is a real possibility ... if that's what his family wants.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, which oversees the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame, tells TMZ ... they would love to honor the late actor with a star and posthumous ceremony, but it's up to his family to decide if and when that would happen.

We're told Matthew was previously selected for a WOF star back in 2013 after being submitted by his PR firm, but a ceremony was never scheduled and in 2018 the award expired.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is confident it could renew the award for Matthew, and it would just have to be approved by the chair of the selection committee. Chamber officials tell us that would be a slam dunk.

So far, we're told no one from Matthew's family has reached out to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce about scheduling a star ceremony ... but that's understandable, given the situation.

TMZ broke the story ... Matthew was found unresponsive in his jacuzzi last month and pronounced dead.

Should Matthew's fam ultimately decide on getting him a WOF star, we're told a family member would have to accept the star on his behalf and the fam would be in charge of inviting guests to a potential ceremony, with a guest list between 60 and 90 people.

There's also a $75,000 sponsorship fee, which accounts for the WOF star and ceremony, but we're told the money could be put up by a studio, family member or friends ... as long as Matthew's family is on board.

Al Pacino is a new dad once again at 83, and it ain't gonna be cheap ... he'll pay $30,000 a month in child support, an amount that could grow based on his annual earnings.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Al and his most recent girlfriend Noor Alfallah -- with whom he welcomed a son named Roman back in June -- just hammered out their custody agreement.

They'll share legal custody of Roman, Noor will get primary physical custody and Al will get visitation.

Both parents will work together when it comes to determining holidays and both have an equal say in schooling decisions and in attending extracurricular activities.

As for child support ... Al is going to pay $110,000 up front and is now responsible for paying $30,000 a month in base child support. He will also have to put $15,000 per year in an education fund and could pay up to an extra $90,000 at the end of the year ... depending on his earnings.

Matt LeBlanc looks as downcast as you'd expect less than a week after losing his beloved "Friends" costar Matthew Perry.

LeBlanc ventured out Thursday afternoon in Sherman Oaks, CA ... driving in his Mercedes-Benz SUV. It's the first time we've seen him in public since Matthew died over last Saturday.

Matt's wearing dark sunglasses and a baseball cap, and looks pretty sad ... a reflection of the emotions he and his former cast mates expressed earlier this week.

Remember, ML and the rest of the tightknit "Friends" stars have said they are "utterly devastated," and are still processing the fact they've lost Matthew.

In their statement, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer and Matt said ... "We were more than just cast mates. We are a family. There is so much to say, but right now we're going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss."

They added, "For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty's family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world."

TMZ broke the story ... Matthew was found unresponsive in his hot tub, after he'd played 2 hours of pickleball on Saturday morning. Sources say there were no illicit drugs found at his home, though there were several Rx medications including anti-depressants and anxiety meds.

As we first told you, Matthew went out to lunch with model and entertainment reporter Athenna Crosby the day before he died, and she says he was happy and vibrant.

Matthew's full toxicology report could take up to 6 months to complete, though initial testing revealed he didn't have meth or fentanyl in his system.
