Lil Nas X's "J Christ" music video has the support of one church ... though its endorsement is unlikely to make Christians and Catholics feel any better.

ICYMI ... the controversial rapper released a music video for his song "J Christ" -- sending shockwaves through the religious world. In it, LNX plays Noah, captaining his ark through rough waters, and even shows him as Christ on the cross. He also breaks the devil's ankles in a one-on-one basketball game for good measure.

The lyrics only add to the song's religious ties ... featuring lines like "Back up out the gravesite/Bitch I'm back like J Christ" -- so yeah, you could say religion is a main theme.

While certain Christian rappers and groups have expressed disgust with the song and video, the Church of Satan loves it ... magister David Harris tells TMZ he's giving the video a thumbs up, calling the imagery "fantastic."

Harris notes how Lil Nas X raps about his ability to go viral, equating it to his church's belief in "lesser magic" ... basically the ability to manipulate people into doing what you want -- which DH notes is lining Nas' pockets with cash.

The magister (kinda like a cardinal to Church of Satan members) says his church -- which doesn't actually worship Satan and instead touts being your true self, personal achievement and living life to the fullest -- isn't obsessed with iconography like other churches ... you'll never see them react to portrayals of the Devil with anger.

Harris's got receipts to back that claim up ... having previously given a stamp of approval to his "Montero" music vid in spite of the depiction of Satan (he also lauded the moment Lil Nas kills him and takes his crown.)

Magister Harris only had one tiny criticism for Lil Nas X -- "J Christ" wasn't enough for him ... DH says he's so talented he wants the rapper to direct a feature-length film!

David Spade's hosted several TV shows over the years ... but when it comes to award ceremonies, he's got no interest.

We talked to the actor/comedian outside LAX on Sunday and asked him about awards show-hosting gigs ... a topic on everyone's mind since Jo Koy's rough Globen Globes performance.

David calls them a "no-win situation" sometimes, saying it's a tough gig to kill at, and usually someone gets upset no matter how well you do ... so it's "high risk, low reward" in his mind.

DS seems uninterested in bigger award shows (a la the Golden Globes, the Oscars, etc.) but said he did host shows like the Billboard Awards and the MTV Awards back in the day ... which are less high stakes.

Listen to David explain it ... awards shows are so damn tense because the celebs there are waiting to hear if they've won or lost -- adding they don't want to hear from a "clown" while they're on pins and needles.

Spade seems to be in the majority in this opinion ... Kevin Hart said he'd never host the Oscars because they're not comedy-friendly, and Jo Koy came out in his most recent stand-up show and roasted the GG audience.

Patrick Mahomes is headed to the next playoff round, but the happiest person in his household has to be his wife, Brittany ... who posted a crap load of photos with her new twin.

The mother-of-two and former college soccer star shared the pics from Saturday night's 26-7 Chiefs win where she posed with pop sensation Taylor Swift.

TS and BM hit a series of poses ranging from cute and flirty to downright silly ... and close friend and fellow WAG Lyndsay Bell hopped in for a couple pics too.

Mahomes made reference to their matching puff jackets -- emblazoned with the names of their footballing beaus on the back -- in her caption, writing "Twinning & Winning💯."

As you well know ... Brittany and Taylor sparked up a fast friendship amidst Tay's whirlwind romance with Travis Kelce, who is very close to Patrick and the Mahomes family.

On top of taking in games together, the dynamic duo have hung out several times including dinners in NYC ... where Mahomes rubbed elbows with celebs like Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid.

Most recently, the friends (along with Bell) grabbed dinner at Spago in L.A. last weekend when the Chiefs came to town to play the Chargers.

Some of their time together has drawn mixed reactions -- remember their "cringe" handshake during October -- but the duo doesn't seem to care what anyone thinks ... easy to do when you're part of the uber-rich.

Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan don't seem to be hiding their romance anymore ... enjoying a public date night this weekend.

The singer/actress and her new actor beau stepped out for a low-key date at a museum on Saturday ... where they got to play with the open-air venue's many interactive pieces, some of which clearly blew Keoghan away.

As you know, Barry recently revealed in an interview with GQ he'd split with his longtime partner and baby mama Alyson Kierans (who bears a striking resemblance to Sabrina BTW). They're co-parenting one-year-old son Brando.

Video showing Big Jook at a funeral in Tennessee has emerged ... capturing some of the star’s final moments.

In the clip -- which is circulating online -- you can see Jook, born Anthony Mims, towers above other attendees in a black suit and appears to get emotional as he walks up to the open casket of his uncle, Eric Bovan.

It looks like BJ, who was Yo Gotti's older brother, was providing comfort to friends and family at the somber affair ... embracing fellow grievers hours before his untimely death.

As we reported, Jook was shot and killed in Memphis on Saturday afternoon outside Perignons Restaurant & Event Centre. Another man was also reportedly shot and rushed to the hospital.

The details surrounding the shooting are still unclear -- though some are speculating it's connected to the 2021 murder of Young Dolph. Pictures and videos of Jook bleeding out have gone viral on social media.

BJ was affiliated with Gotti's label Collective Music Group though he worked mainly on building the business rather than performing himself.

Big Jook was 47.

Eminem says Rams QB Matt Stafford owes him, and he’s calling in a favor -- let the Lions win on Sunday!

The legendary rapper is a big Detroit Lions fan ... and with the team hosting a home playoff game tonight for the first time in 3 decades (1994), Eminem sent a message to the 35-year-old former #1 overall draft pick ahead of the highly anticipated Super Wild Card matchup.

"Stafford, what'd I say? You owe me this favor, bro. I was there for you when you won it. I was there for you. I was right there. I rapped for you Stafford, bro, I rapped for you. Can you just let us have this one? Just this one!"

When Em says he "rapped for" Matt, he's referring to Super Bowl 56 at SoFi Stadium in 2022 ... where Marshall (along with Dre, Snoop, Mary J., and 50) performed one of the best halftime shows in SB history.

On the field, Stafford's Rams beat the Bengals, 23-20 ... and Em showed love for the former Lions star.

Of course, before he ever played a down as the Rams QB, Stafford broke into the league as a Lions star in 2009 ... when he was drafted with the first overall pick.

Stafford, after 12 seasons in Detroit, was traded for now-current Lions' signal-caller Jared Goff, in 2020.

Goff's played some of the best football of his career since leaving SoCal, and led the Lions to a 12-5 record this season. It's the rare trade that has worked out great for both organizations.

Eminem aside, anticipation of Matt's return to the Motor City has become a bit of a contentious topic ... with some fans calling for a boycott of his Lions jersey at Ford Field, which didn't sit well with Stafford's wife, Kelly.

As for Sunday's game, it's expected to be incredibly close ... so you can't fault Em for trying to get an advantage!

The Lions have never won a Super Bowl (they won 4 championships before the SB era), and haven't won a playoff game since January 1992.

Taylor Swift stared all googly-eyed at Travis Kelce as the power couple walked hand in hand out of Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium Saturday night.

The pop superstar seemed totally enamored by her hunky beau Travis – the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, who rolled to an easy 26-7 victory with his teammates over the Miami Dolphins in the AFC wild card game.

Check out the video ... Taylor, decked out in her red Chiefs jacket, is totally glued to Travis, sporting cool sunglasses and black leather pants. In another angle from behind ... the two are holding hands as the back of Taylor's coat is in full view -- emblazoned with the name "Kelce" and his NFL number "87."

Taylor also made a grand entrance – as usual – getting escorted in a golf cart to the VIP area so she could watch Travis from her stadium suite.

Video shows her rolling up in her chauffeured cart, stepping out and strolling past security and a bunch of media types with cameras.

During the game, Taylor was filmed interacting with other Chiefs fans in the stands, cheering and high-fiving with them. She was sitting right next to Travis' mom Donna, and Patrick Mahomes' wife, Brittany -- who all did a little dance in the suite.

Taylor has been a regular at Travis' NFL games since they confirmed they were an item in September 2023 – and even before that when they were rumored to be dating.

Joyce Randolph, who played Trixie Norton on "The Honeymooners," has died ... TMZ has learned.

Her son tells TMZ ... Joyce passed Saturday at her home in New York City. We're told she died in her sleep. She had been suffering from the effects of old age ... unable to walk. She was in hospice care at the time of her death.

Joyce played the wife of Ed Norton, played by Art Carney. They were the best friends and neighbors of Ralph Kramden, who was played by Jackie Gleason, and Audrey Meadows, who played the long-suffering Alice. Ralph, a bus driver, would often get angry at his wife and say, "To the moon, Alice," with fists clenched. That would obviously never be on TV today.

"The Honeymooners" is considered one of the great comedies of all time. The crazy thing ... they only shot 39 episodes, but it endures to this very day.

The show debuted on CBS in 1955. It was on only one season. It was a big hit ... it was the number 2 show, but dropped to 19 and was cancelled.

Joyce snagged the role after Jackie saw her on a chewing gum commercial.

There was a reboot and other projects bringing characters from the show back, but the OG is what everyone remembers.

Joyce was the last surviving member of the main cast.

She leaves behind her son, Randy. He says his mother will be cremated. He asks in lieu of flowers donations be sent to the Entertainment Community Fund.

Selena Gomez may have gone radio silent for a minute on social, but she's circulating in the world with her BF Benny Blanco ... most recently at a surprise pajama-themed birthday party for Nicola Peltz Beckham.

Nicola turned 29, and her buds surprised her with the PJ party at Selena's home. All the guests wore matching black PJs with white trim.

Nicola was stoked, and she said so on her Insta.

No drama here ... Selena and Nicola are hugging it out in the pics, so no one was denied a photo -- at least as far as we can tell!

Brooklyn posted a pic as well, with him, Nicola, Selena and Benny.

Apparently, the food was a big hit ... no surprise, since Selena has the chops in the kitchen.

1/14 2:57 PM PT -- Memphis police have a lead in the Big Jook shooting ... posting photos of a white Ford Explorer they say may have carried the rapper's killers.

They're asking the public for help identifying the car and are offering a $4,000 reward for information.

Yo Gotti's brother, Anthony 'Big Jook' Mims, was shot and killed this weekend ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the rapper's older sibling was gunned down Saturday in Memphis on near Winchester Road. Per reports, this murder took place after he'd attended a funeral service in the area.

There are photos and videos circulating online that purportedly show Jook bleeding on the ground with people attending to him. The exact details of the shooting are unclear at this point ... but Jook is confirmed dead.

Big Jook was incredibly close to his famous brother ... he appears to officially be affiliated with Gotti's label Collective Music Group -- promoting artists under the imprint and appearing in music videos for them as well. Jook seemed to be more so on the business side.

It's sad that he happened to be killed during a time of mourning -- something he alluded to in one of his last IG Stories Saturday ... where he was honoring a fallen relative.

Unclear if Gotti himself was with Jook during the killing -- he hasn't addressed his brother's murder just yet either. Another element to this is the possibility that this might be related to the murder of Young Dolph in 2021 ... at least that's the speculation online anyway.

As we reported ... cops rushed to Gotti's Memphis restaurant shortly after the young rapper was shot down himself outside of a cookie store -- this out of fear of possible retaliation.

It's no secret Dolph and Gotti had beef ... and now, many suspect this might be connected. Also worth noting -- the location of Jook's murder is not far from Gotti's establishment ... in fact, it's on the same block. This is also not very far from where Dolph's murder took place.

We've reached out to Gotti's camp for comment ... so far, no word back.

TMZ broke the story, the two obtained a marriage certificate ... which shows the husband of Anna's sister Pumpkin was the officiant during the day.

Filming for "Mama June: From Not to Hot" was also happening ... with camera crew present.

Anna, who was undergoing chemotherapy at the time, couldn't have looked more radiant during the ceremony.

Carmen Electra made a massive life change this past week -- filing to ditch her birth name to formally go by her long-known stage name ... and now we know exactly why.

Sources close to the "Baywatch" star tell TMZ ... there's really no big reason behind the decision -- we're told it's just something she's been thinking about for a while and finally took the plunge, since there's no better time than the New Year to start fresh.

We should note, she hasn't gone by her birth name -- Tara Leigh Patrick -- in decades.

TMZ obtained the legal docs earlier this week ... revealing she wants to formally change her name to "Carmen Electra" ... so looks like this is officially goodbye to Tara! It's also just formalizing what everyone has known her as for decades now.

Fun fact -- CE didn't come up with the zippy stage name herself -- it was actually birthed as a result of the late icon, Prince ... who bestowed the name upon her when she auditioned to be part of an all-girl group he was assembling in the early '90s.

Unfortunately, she didn't make the cut ... but she went on to make a splash on TV and elsewhere, and she kept the cool moniker for herself.

Matthew Stafford better have brought his tough-guy helmet with him to Detroit this weekend ... 'cause Calvin Johnson tells TMZ Sports he's not expecting Lions fans to welcome their former QB with open arms.

Of course, Megatron says there will likely be some cheers and even some people decked out in Stafford's former No. 9 jerseys at Ford Field when the Rams visit for their much-anticipated Wild Card round game Sunday night ... but the Hall of Famer tells us, "I'm sure there will be people booing."

As for how Johnson will feel ... it seems he's feeling conflicted on how to handle it all as well.

"I'm definitely a Matthew fan -- that's my guy," said Johnson, who caught passes from Stafford from 2009 to 2015 with the Lions. "But I want him to come in here and come into the Lion's Den and not go home!"

Some Detroit fans, meanwhile, have already given a bit of a preview into how they'll respond when Stafford runs out onto the field later Sunday ... advocating a ban on wearing old No. 9 uniforms to the game -- something Matthew's wife was not pleased about.

Antics in the crowd aside, Johnson expects his old team will ultimately get the win over Stafford -- though he says the score will be very close.

Cillian Murphy's looks over the years have earned him a BIG STANDING O!

Here is a 26-year-old version of the fresh-faced fella at the premiere of "Intermission" -- just one of his many iconic films -- back in 2003 (right). This was one year after he rose to prominence with his breakout role in "28 Days Later."

And, 21 years later and just coming off a golden win at last weekend's Globe Awards, Mr. Murphy put his icy-blue eyes on full display (left) and proved he can STILL GET IT with his plump lips and defined facial features.

Clearly, he's doin' something right, but the question is ...

Tory Lanez was paid a visit from a very special person while behind bars -- his son Kai.

Ceasar McDowell, a member of Tory's legal team and CEO of Unite the People tells TMZ ... the 6-year-old got to visit his dad 2 weekends in a row at California Correctional Institution Tehachapi ... where the rapper is less than 4 months into his 10-yr sentence for shooting Meg Thee Stallion in the foot.

We're told a family member brought the youngster to the prison ... and they didn't have to talk through glass. In fact, they got to sit at a table and spend 4-5 hours together on both Sat & Sun.

The father/son duo played board games, did some drawing, and ate food out of the vending machine.

Tory was happy to hug his son ... and it was especially good to see him as he'd been unable to spend time with him for the holidays -- though they communicate frequently.

You'll recall ... Tory brought Kai to court several times during his shooting trial in 2022.

Tory was sentenced in August 2023 ... found guilty of all 3 charges against him -- negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm.
