Sam Asghari has broken his silence on his split with Britney Spears, almost exactly 24 hours after he filed divorce docs against the pop star.

Sam posted a message to Instagram Thursday, writing, "After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together."

He continues, "We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always. Shit happens. Asking for privacy seems ridiculous so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful."

While his message is of love, we know the final weeks of the pair's relationship were anything but smooth ... Sam moved out after a blowup fight where he accused her of cheating. Sources close to the couple tell us he suspected she was having an affair with a worker at her home.

Not only that, Sam's told those close to him Britney has attacked him in his sleep. We got photos of him out back in January sporting a black eye and an apparent bite mark on his arm right around the time he said he was attacked.

Britney Spears got physical with Sam Asghari over the years, he's told people, once giving him a black eye while he was sleeping ... sources tell TMZ.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us ...  Sam frequently complained about Britney getting physical with him during their 7 years together. We're told there have been numerous fights where security has had to step in, but in one instance there was no security in sight.

Our sources say there was one occasion where Sam says he was sleeping in their bed when Britney flew off the handle and began punching him. We're told Sam did not strike back, but was stunned as his wife pummeled him.

We're told that alleged incident went down early this year, right around the time Sam was photographed with a black eye and bite marks on his forearm.

Paparazzi noticed the bruising and tried to ask Sam about it, but he tried to play it off ... asking photogs not to shoot him.

Our sources say Sam was particularly concerned because Britney had a fascination with knives. We're told there were knives all over the house, including in their bedroom. Britney, as one source put it, "was paranoid someone was going to get her, and she needed the knives as protection." The sources add Britney tended to "fly off the handle" at the smallest slight, and that terrified Sam.

As we first told you, Sam and Britney got into a huge argument a few weeks ago when he accused her of cheating, and that's what triggered his divorce filing. But, we're told that was simply the straw that broke the camel's back.

The fact a handful of Britney Spears' supporters are blaming Plies for sabotaging Britney and Sam Asghari's marriage isn't lost on the "Bust It Baby" rapper ... and he's been trolling them all morning with plenty of glee!!!

A highly amused Plies hopped in his whip and took to IG on Thursday to troll the internet after we broke the story of their split and then covered Sam's divorce filing ... laughing manically while blasting Britney's iconic "...Baby One More Time" to the speaker's max volume!!!

Plies has made it a point to boost the buzz of several of Britney's bizarre dancing videos ... his IG is reminiscent of a mini BS shrine already after months of reacting ... and some passionate fans have already named him to be the scapegoat ... without any concrete evidence, of course.

Britney may be more concerned with buying herself a horse instead of her crumbling nuptials at the moment but as we reported, a pretty explosive argument and cheating allegations forced Sam to file for divorce ... and the situation could possibly take even more downturns.

Britney Spears isn't just losing her husband in the wake of Sam Asghari filing for divorce, she's also losing her strongest supporter ... and there's no family around her to pick up the pieces.

Sources close to Britney tell us ... Sam is fully out of her life. He had moved into his own place before he filed for divorce Wednesday.

Britney is again estranged from her entire family. As we reported, her mother, Lynne, visited in May and it looked like the 2 had patched things up. But sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, that relationship has soured again, and they are once again not on speaking terms.

She's not speaking with her siblings or her dad, and we're told there are no friends around to support her. Her children have moved to Hawaii, without saying goodbye. She hasn't spoken to them in a long, long time.

As one source put it, "She has one confidant, [her manager] Cade [Hudson]. Then there's her security team, and after that her support system falls off a cliff." We're told her mom and other family members are very worried.

As you know, her conservatorship had doctors, specialists and a team to make sure her day-to-day ran smoothly ... that's all gone now. She's alone in her house.

It's unclear who will step up and help Britney, as we're told she just isn't capable of handling things on her own, but it will need to happen soon.

As for her book -- set to drop in October -- Britney signed off on the final copy a few weeks ago, and it's still set to release ... but obviously, won't include the split drama.

The singer shared a pic Wednesday night of herself riding a horse, something she posted very shortly after the news of Sam's divorce filing -- but her caption's focusing entirely on the fact she wants to buy a horse for herself.

Of course, her silence on the divorce can't be an accident ... some fans think she's intentionally taking an unbothered approach to the whole thing.

BTW, the equestrian pic is still kinda relevant to the split -- it's from a trip she took with Sam last month, maybe their last together.

Sam Asghari has wasted no time after TMZ broke the story he and Britney separated ... he has filed for divorce from his wife of 14 months, Britney Spears.

Sam cited the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for ending the marriage.

He is asking for spousal support and attorneys fees ... but on the issue of finances, there's something way more interesting.

Sam's lawyer, Neal Hersh, is making rumblings that Sam will contest the prenup. TMZ broke the story way back when ... Britney had him sign a prenup and it maintains her assets as separate property.

The docs say, "[Sam] has yet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party."

And there's more ... "There are various items of community and quasi-community assets and debts, the full nature and extent of which are unknown to [Sam] at this time."

It's highly unlikely the prenup would be declared invalid by a judge, but the reality is ... it's not about going to court.  As one source with direct knowledge told TMZ, Britney will write a check to Sam and that will be the end of it.

Sam lists the date of separation as July 28, 2023. ET first reported the divorce filing.

Britney was in her Mercedes on Wednesday wearing a pair of sunglasses … but most importantly, sporting a naked ring finger.

It’s not the first time we’ve seen her without a ring on, but this time is obviously more significant.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... about a week ago, Sam confronted Britney over rumors she stepped out on him. We do not know if the rumor has any basis in fact, but we're told Sam believed it and the 2 had a huge fight.

Our sources say Sam has moved out of their house and is now living in a place of his own. As one source put it, "It's only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce."

TMZ broke the story, there's been "deep trouble" with the couple's union for months ... Sam wasn't sleeping at the house much, and we're told Britney has gotten physical with him in blowout fights that include frequent screaming matches.

As we reported, Britney has a prenup which protects her assets, but one insider tells TMZ, the likely end to the marriage will be a check from Britney to Sam that will settle things, at least financially.

If you've been following Britney's journey post-conservatorship, the writing's been on the wall. At times, Britney's behavior has been erratic, and we're told Sam was over it.

Sam has publicly defended Britney from critics, but privately we're told he was frustrated ... at wits' end.

Sam and Britney started dating back in 2016, when he got a gig in one of her music videos. Since then, they've been practically inseparable.

Amid the #FreeBritney movement, Sam often expressed support for Brit's fans ... she shared plans of marrying him and starting a family. He even posed in a Free Britney t-shirt, which he posted to his Instagram.

Britney was ecstatic when Sam popped the question in September 2021 ... sharing pics and video of her ring and happiness with her fans on social media.

Eventually, Sam and Britney said their "I Dos" and tied the knot in a small private ceremony at their Thousand Oaks home -- not without drama, courtesy of one of her exes. Still, the ceremony itself seemed to go off without a hitch ... and they appeared happy.

While divorce docs haven't been filed yet, we're told that should happen sooner rather than later.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's marriage is one big rollercoaster ride -- we're told their ongoing money struggles are still taking a toll, making for some pretty bad days as they attempt to stay together.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Kim and Kroy's steep financial troubles -- which they still won't publicly address -- are putting a lot of pressure on them. We're told they'll be fine one day, and then at each other's throats the next.

Our sources also say there's an equal amount of blame being thrown around their household -- you'll recall, they allegedly owe $1M to the IRS, and they've been sued by companies like Target and BMW for being behind on payments.

We're told there's still a lot of finger-pointing going on, even though they withdrew the divorce.

As for their 4 kids, we're told they're seeing everything going down ... especially because a lot of their recent blowups have been happening inside their home.

However, our sources say Kim and Kroy do want their marriage to work, and they're trying their best to keep it alive amid their ongoing drama.

Check out how contentious the Kevin Costner/Christine Baumgartner divorce has gotten ... here's the first line of Kevin's latest filing ... "Christine asserts she cannot admit or deny that she understood the Premarital Agreement because she (and apparently all of her attorneys) do not understand the word "understand."

It's all over whether Christine understood the terms of the prenup when she signed it. There have been signals she is going to contest the prenup, on grounds she did not get what it meant. So Kevin's lawyers have asked her lawyers if she "understood" what she was signing.

Kevin's lawyer, Disso Queen Laura Wasser, writes in the latest filing, "Christine's counsel asked for a definition of 'understood' and Kevin's counsel provided the dictionary meaning of the word 'understood,' to wit, 'comprehended or perceive the intended meaning of words.'"

Wasser is asking the judge to make Christine's lawyers answer the question ... did she understand the prenup or not?

Here's the question that fueled the latest battle ...

Wasser: "You understood the legal effect of the premarital agreement before you signed the premarital agreement."

Christine's lawyer: "Objection. This request is vague as to the scope and meaning of the terms 'understood' ... [Christine] is unable to admit or deny the request."

A lot is on the line here ... if Christine challenges the prenup at an upcoming hearing and the judge enforces it, she'll have to return the $1.5 million Kevin fronted her, and pay his attorney's fees to boot.

The judge has indicated during several hearings he is inclined to enforce the prenup.

Kevin Costner is a big-time Taylor Swift fan, and he doesn't care who knows it ... giving massive props to the singer after taking in one of her six record-setting shows in L.A.

TMZ broke the story -- Kevin was in a private suite Monday at SoFi Stadium with his daughter, Grace Avery, and a group of friends for Taylor's "Eras" tour.

The concert buzz was apparently still running through Costner Thursday when he jumped on his Instagram to rave about the show, posting a series of videos with the caption, “My videos are blurry, but I had an amazing time with my daughter at the Taylor Swift show. I was absolutely blown away watching her art bring so many people together.”

Remember, we got video of the "Yellowstone" star jamming along to "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" -- a fitting anthem given the nasty state of his ongoing divorce with Christine Baumgartner.

But, Kevin wasn't done there ... he also wrote of the show, “I had a great view of her band and had a blast watching them, too,” he added. “An inspiring night. I’m officially a Swiftie!”

Monday marked the first time we'd really seen Kevin let loose since Christine filed for divorce back in May -- ending their 18-year union which produced 3 kids.

Christine cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split -- and it was just last month when a judge ordered Costner to pay $129,755 in child support ... a bargain compared to the $248,000 Christine was asking he pony up.

Gisele Bündchen says her divorce from Tom Brady has been no cakewalk ... admitting the recent split has been hard on her, but she's getting through the rough patch by shifting her focus elsewhere.

The supermodel went into detail about ending her 13-year marriage with the seven-time Super Bowl champion in an interview with Vogue Brazil this week ... where she opened up about finding the silver lining, despite how much of a toll it has taken on her.

"I've always believed that every situation, no matter how challenging, teaches us something and helps us grow," Gisele said.

"Breakups are never easy, especially when the media is speculating every step of the way."

Of course, there was a lot of speculation at the time about why Gisele and Tom were calling it quits -- many believed it was about Brady's return to football, but as we previously reported, that was simply not the case.

Gisele added she is keeping her kids, health, career, and aspirations the priority after the divorce ... as she now has a better understanding and acceptance of herself.

Kevin Costner and his daughter hit up Taylor Swift's SoFi Stadium concert Monday, and it's safe to say, when she sang "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," they were experiencing 2 very different emotions!

Kevin and 13-year-old daughter Grace Avery were in a luxury suite as Taylor sang one of her most famous breakup songs -- Grace Avery was jamming to the song, singing along and dancing, while her more subdued dad took in the lyrics with an ever-so-slight grin.

It had to register ... Kevin's wife, Christine Baumgartner, has filed for divorce and it's become an all out war. Kevin just got Christine out of the house after a legal battle, but there's still a huge conflict over how much money she'll get in child support, not to mention that it seems she's going to challenge the prenup.

And there's this ... Christine was vacationing in Hawaii with Kevin's [former?] pal Josh Connor. Although our Christine/Josh sources say there was nothing romantic going on, our Kevin sources say he's "none too pleased" about it.

So, safe to say, the "Yellowstone" star saw the true meaning of art imitating life!

Tekashi69's claim the tattoo artist who inspired his name used to be on heroin is costing that man dearly ... at least according to the ink master himself, who says his wife left him over that drug abuse allegation.

Takashi Matsuba spells it out in his ongoing civil suit against the rapper -- and in the new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, he says he's entitled to a default judgment because Tekashi's old lawyer withdrew from the case and Tekashi's failed to retain new counsel.

But, in re-explaining the alleged harm he's endured, Matsuba makes this startling confession -- "I lost a number of friends, but by far the most important one is my dear wife. We divorced last year, because she no longer trusted me after Hernandez's false statements about me were broadcast on Hulu and Showtime."

Matsuba goes on to explain that his tattooing business has essentially collapsed by "the false suggestion that I may be a drug user."

You'll recall ... Matsuba was pissed over a couple 6ix9ine documentaries that name-dropped him -- one on Hulu, and another on Showtime. While he seems pissed about the Hulu reference, it's the Showtime doc that's in his legal crosshairs ... they're defendants too.

Jeremy Allen White is just like his character on "The Bear" -- head over heels and crazy in love with a woman who's caught his eye ... only here, she shares his occupation.

The actor was in L.A. Saturday, and very publicly smooching with model/actress Ashley Moore -- going heavy on the PDA, no doubt. Check it out ... the two of them weren't hiding their infatuation for one another, with their lips locking and arms all wrapped up too.

When they weren't laying it on the thick with the affection ... they were either walking side by side, or looking deep into the other's eyes -- with wide smiles as they enjoyed the day.

Of course, this is interesting for a number of reasons -- the biggest being that Jeremy's in the middle of a divorce with his estranged wife Addison Timlin ... with whom he shares children.

Interestingly, he was just hanging out with Addison last weekend ... and there, too, he was showing the love -- giving her a ton of hugs and even a kiss on the head. Some speculated that meant the two of them were getting back together ... obviously not, though.

No word on where Jeremy met Ashley -- there's no shared projects between them that we can see -- but however they crossed paths ... he's very clearly taken with her and then some.

And if you're wondering who the heck she is to begin with -- well, that's fair. She's not really big time (yet), and only has a handful of TV/movie/music video appearances under her belt. She is, however, an up-and-coming model ... and has done campaigns with the best of 'em.

Oh, and she's a total smoke show ... typical beautiful model-type of the L.A. variety, indeed.

Reese Witherspoon has settled her divorce with her estranged husband, just four months after she first filed.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Reese and Jim Toth both signed a marital dissolution agreement ... and the exes also signed off on a parenting plan for their 10-year-old son.

The exact details aren't clear yet, but the agreement is typically presented to the judge, who then, routinely, signs off on it.

Remember ... Reese announced back in late March that she and Jim had decided to end their marriage after 12 years together ... and we were told the split was amicable.

Reese followed through a week after the announcement, officially filing for divorce and noting the two had a prenup in place.

The divorce never appeared to get nasty, at least not in public or in court docs, and now they seem ready to go their separate ways.
