Ron Perlman is walking away from his marriage with one of Elon Musk's cars ... but his ex-wife is keeping the family home in their divorce.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... the judge signed off on Ron and Opal Stone Perlman's divorce judgment, and his ex-wife gets to keep their massive property in Los Angeles.

Ron gets to keep a leased Tesla, and Opal is keeping a set of wheels too ... she gets a leased Mercedes-Benz.

Per the terms of the judgment, the 'Hellboy' star will pay Opal $12,500 per month in spousal support, plus 20% of his annual income between $52k and $1.5 million.

Tim Allen's political beliefs didn't play a factor in the re-casting of his signature Buzz Lightyear character -- Disney honchos simply believed the character needed a fresh voice for a new storyline ... TMZ has learned.

Many folks were confused this week when the Mouse House announced its beloved "Toy Story" character would have a new voice a la Chris Evans. Fans speculated Tim Allen's political beliefs, namely his support for former President Donald Trump, might've had something to do with the new casting.

We've spoken to sources with direct knowledge who tell us Disney has no issue with Tim or with his political leanings. The new movie, "Lightyear" is about the real astronaut that toy Buzz is based on, and to have the same voice wouldn't make sense.

In fact, our sources say Tim Allen still works with Disney on various "Toy Story" projects when they come up involving the OG Buzz ... another indicator there's no beef.

Shots rang out in Hollywood Saturday night outside a Halloween bash hosted by Teyana Taylor.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... as folks were having a great time at the Sunset Room, when 3 armed men approached 3 women standing on the curb outside the club and tried robbing them.  They pistol-whipped one woman and as the men tried robbing them a security guard jumped into action in an attempt to thwart the robbery.

The guard exchanged gunfire with one of the armed suspects but both missed. The bullets were lodged in several parked cars.

The 3 men fled in a car. It's unclear if they ended up stealing anything from the women.

An ambulance arrived but the woman who was pistol-whipped refused medical attention.

Whoever buys the "Nightmare on Elm Street" house is gonna have a helluva headache on their hands -- so says Freddy Krueger himself!

We got Robert Englund at LAX, and sure enough ... the iconic horror actor weighed in on the fact that the L.A.-area home they used to shoot scenes in the OG flick is hitting the market for a pretty penny -- around $3.2 million.

Check out how RE feels about it ... first, he tells us the crib actually served a great purpose off camera -- financially speaking -- so the new owner(s) will have that cool little nugget of history to hang their hat, on top of the already-sweet movie heritage.

As far as who Rob thinks the house should go to -- he's pretty jokey about it, saying that perhaps Jason Voorhees or Pinhead would fit right into the neighborhood.

On a more serious note, though, Mr. Englund does acknowledge the people who scoop this property up will likely have to deal with adoring fans ... perhaps for the worse. Fact is, it's a very well-known house, and Robert seems to think there'll be gawkers far and wide.

He's probably not wrong here -- but we imagine whoever throws down for the place is anticipating that, and may well even enjoy it.

One last question for Robert here -- would the house best be suited for renovation, like the 'Brady Bunch' home??? He does believe reality TV would work ... but for a different franchise.

Luis Robert's $1 million Lambo now officially matches his flashy game -- 'cause the MLB player just got the ride covered in a Naruto wrap ... and it's awesome!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the Chicago White Sox star is a huge anime fan, so he sought out Alex Vega from The Auto Firm in South Florida to get the ride tricked out.

And, it didn't take long for Vega to deliver a masterpiece ... 'cause he wrapped the thing head-to-toe with images from the cartoon -- and it all actually glows in the dark!

You can see in photos of the whip, the hood has Naruto and Sasuke on it -- and near the headlight is where the ride's wrap lights up at night.

We're told the custom job cost around $10,000 to do ... but don't worry, Robert's wallet can take the hit.

The rising MLB superstar signed a staggering 6-year, $50 MILLION contract with the Sox back in 2020 -- before he had ever even taken an at bat in the Major Leagues.

All Yung Bleu wanted was a baby monkey ... instead, he mistakenly ended up with a baby baboon -- which grows quite a bit bigger -- but he's crossing his fingers and trying to make it work.

We got the "You're Mines Still" rapper at SIXTY LES Hotel in NYC and our guy asked him about his little monkey mix-up.

Bleu says the guy he got the pet from told him it was a monkey, but when he started showing the critter off on social media, folks turned him on to what was really going on ... and a quick Google search confirmed he'd been misled.

But, YB tells us he's not mad about what he considers false advertising ... and it's pretty clear in the video he's got a special connection with the baboon, which he's named Moon Vandross.

Sounds like he could have been in a worse spot -- Bleu tells us why this specific type of baboon won't grow up to be a big problem. He hopes.

Klay Thompson has every right to complain about his NBA Top 75 team snub ... so says his former teammate Festus Ezeli, who tells TMZ Sports he can't believe the Warriors star didn't make the cut.

"Klay's one of the best of all-time," the ex-Golden State center said ... "He's one of the greatest of all-time. Of course [he deserved to be on the list]. He's the best shooter!"

If you missed it ... in honor of the league's 75th anniversary, former players, coaches and other hoop experts created a list of what they believed were the best 75 players ever.

The list featured the obvious names -- LeBron James, Michael Jordan, etc. -- but it was notably missing Klay's.

Thompson eventually flipped out over it after not seeing his name -- calling it a "stupid ass list" and saying it was all disrespectful.

Ezeli, though, said it could actually end up being a blessing in disguise for the Warriors guard ... saying he'll no doubt use it as fuel when he returns from his Achilles injury.

Indianapolis Colts' Isaiah Rodgers went with one of the G.O.A.T.s of all music videos for his Halloween cleats -- Michael Jackson's "Thriller!"

TMZ Sports has learned the Colts DB wanted to celebrate the scary holiday with some custom cleats and hit up his main man, artist Rodney Jackson.

Jackson tells us they went over several options ... from the mummy to Charlie Brown's Halloween and then boom -- Jackson's 1983 music video "Thriller" was it!

It took three days for Jackson to put the insane cleats together --- and they came out amazing!

You can see the King of Pop with the infamous red jacket as the zombie featured on one side and the classic ending of the music video with Ola Ray as his GF on the other.

There's also a QR code painted on the Nike cleats -- Jackson telling us the code leads you to the video of the custom spikes.

Jackson -- who also made Rodgers' Terminator shoes -- says the 23-year-old will wear 'em during pregame warmups before taking on the Tennessee Titans on Halloween.

FYI, "Thriller" has been considered the best music video of all time by several publications and has over 798 million views on YouTube.

Lala Kent and Randall Emmett are officially over -- and this time, it looks like the break is gonna stick ... because the engagement has been called off on both sides.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the "Vaderpump Rules" stars are going their separate ways, this after much speculation that they'd been in choppy waters of late. We're told Lala has completely moved out of their home ... and there's no hope of reconciliation.

Our sources tell us Randall's focus is now on caring for their daughter, Ocean, who was born earlier this year ... as well as his other two children.

TMZ broke the story ... Randall and Lala were working on saving their engagement after rumors and accusations of cheating (on Randall's part). It's clear those efforts went unrealized -- which Lala herself seemed to signal when we recently got her out and about in public.

She wasn't wearing her engagement ring at the time ... and wasn't all that chatty either. If they were indeed working it out -- she sure didn't look like someone who was in on the matter.

Anyway, it's a sad end to their relationship -- they've been together for several years now ... and fiances for 3 of them. He popped the question in 2018 to much fanfare -- asking for her hand in marriage in a club, no less. Their relationship was extensively covered on the show.

Had they actually gotten hitched ... it would've been Randall's second marriage, and Lala's first. He was previously married to Ambyr Childers, whom he divorced from in 2017.

Speaking of Childers, there's a report out claiming Randall's seeking to lower his child support to her -- and that he wants an order requiring he maintain a $50k minimum balance nixed. Randall's attorney tells TMZ ... it's not that he wants child support decreased, but that Childers asked for it to be increased ... which is what was recently denied by a judge.

Kim Kardashian had a night out of fun with a big group of pals -- including Pete Davidson, who was along for the ride ... literally.

KK hit Knott's Berry Farm Friday night with Pete, Kourtney, Travis Barker, Tracy Romulus, her husband, Stephanie Shepherd, Harry Hudson and a couple of other friends of PD's ... who were going through mazes and getting on rides too.

Check out this video, obtained by TMZ, of Pete and Kim getting off one rollercoaster together ... where they shared a cart, sitting side by side. As you can see, Kim was tryin to be all incognito -- but eyewitnesses recognized her nonetheless.

There's no PDA or anything here, and that's for a reason -- sources with direct knowledge tell us Kim and Pete are NOT dating, they're simply friends ... and have been for a while, well before her 'SNL' appearance. Everyone, we're told, was invited by Kourt and Trav.

Although people on the ground who saw them enter and exit this ride tell us Kim and Pete appeared to be somewhat isolated from the group (almost as if they were a couple) ... our sources say there's no truth to that assumption. They're not romantically involved at all.

More signs Kanye West is not long for Wyoming ... his fleet of cars from the ranch is on the auction block.

Ye's used vehicles are open for bidding at Musser Bros. Auctions ... and the owner of the auction house, Harold Musser, tells us Ye recently sold 6 cars back to his local Ford dealer in Cody, WY.

We're told the Ford dealership turned around and enlisted Musser Bros. to auction off Ye's fleet ... the listings went up this month, and there's already a ton of interest.

Seems Kanye was a Ford truck man ... the haul includes 4 of 'em -- a 2016 F-350, a 2017 F-250, a 2018 F-150 Raptor and a 2019 F-150 Raptor.

Rounding out the fleet is a pair of 2020 Ford Expeditions, including one XLT Max edition and one Limited Stealth edition.

As you can see, Ye's cars all have matte black wraps ... but we're told the winning bidders can plop down another $250 to have the wraps removed. They're all 4-wheel drive too, for all you off-roading customers.

It makes sense his fleet is up for sale -- remember, he's also listed his sprawling Monster Lake Ranch for $11 million. Owning multiple heavy-duty trucks makes sense on 4500 acres of ranch land, but not so much for his new beachfront Malibu property.

Social media star Lil Terrio is slimming down after making some big changes in his life ... and his weight loss journey is rooted in his improved diet and ramped-up workouts.

Lil Terrio's manager, Jon Barclan, and personal trainer, Kipp Luster, tell TMZ ... Terrio has lost a shocking amount of weight in the last 2 months. He's 231 lbs. now, down from 360 lbs.!!!

Nearly 130 lbs. lost in about 60 days, means dude's shedding just over 2 lbs. per day -- and Terrio's team says that's thanks to working out 6 times a week, sometimes hitting the gym even twice a day. He's also doing high-intensity interval training to get his heart rate up and burn fat.

We're told Terrio's also reaping the benefits of a custom meal plan curated by his trainer ... a diet high on protein and fiber, and low on carbs. Terrio's mostly eating seafood and chicken, plus a lot of fruits and vegetables, while staying away from beef and pork.

The results are happening pretty fast, we're told Terrio completely changed his diet starting Sept. 1 ... retraining his taste buds after being addicted to carbs and sugars and needing about 3 weeks to settle into his new diet.

We're told Terrio -- who rose to social media fame in part because he was young, funny and overweight -- wanted to make a big life change after getting to the age where he started understanding life and health and decided he wanted to get fit.

With a huge mass of followers, we're told he wanted to be a positive influence on kids and be the face of overcoming childhood obesity, and the changes go beyond the scale. We're told he's mentally and physically stronger, emotionally happier and more comfortable with himself.

Shakur Stevenson says he has no problem fighting Teofimo Lopez or Devin Haney down the road -- but his dream matchup would be a scrap with Gervonta 'Tank' Davis.

And, that's no disrespect to Teo and Devin ... the 24-year-old telling TMZ Sports, they're great at what they do.

"Teo is a great boxer-puncher," Stevenson says, "Devin is a great boxer, He's not that big of a puncher but he got really good boxing skills."

"At the end of the day, all of them guys are good fights for me later down the line."

Awesome news for boxing fans.

But, if Stevenson had to just pick one, it'd be Davis ... saying he and Tank are the best in their weight class, like Terrence Crawford and Errol Spence at welterweight.

"I feel like me and him in the ring one day would make the best versus the best," Stevenson said, "like how Bud and Errol is like 'elite versus elite' on like a whole new level of talent."

"At the end of the day, that's mainly who I would think that would be one of the best fights."

"It's like respect to Tank. I give respect to Tank because I feel like he's skillful and he's like an exciting fighter. He's a big puncher, aggressive and I respect his game."

If (and hopefully when🤞) this matchup happens, Stevenson says he would have to be on point every second of the fight ... and, so would Tank.

"I can't make no mistakes. Same with him! I feel like he can't allow me to take control of the fight because I can take control of a fight real easy."

"Once I take control of a fight and once I take off, it's like how do you get back in the fight? You can't get back in once you down six, seven rounds because it's too late now."

Stevenson just did that to boxer Jamel Herring -- a former champion -- with a 10th round TKO on Oct. 23, becoming the new WBO junior lightweight champion.

The upcoming "Hocus Pocus" sequel sounds like it won't feature at least one of the original stars ... because Omri Katz says his phone has been bone-dry in regards to a potential return.

Omri, who played Max Dennison in the Disney cult classic, tells TMZ ... he hasn't been approached about being involved in "Hocus Pocus 2," even though he would be open to bringing back his character in some fashion.

While Omri says it would be great for the fans to have him and some of the other OG cast members make an appearance ... so far, only the witches -- Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy -- are known to be coming back for seconds.

Omri also tells us he remains close with his "Hocus Pocus" family ... hanging out with Thora Birch (Dani Dennison) and Vinessa Shaw (Allison), usually during spooky season when the film is most popular.

Filming on 'HP2' is already underway and the movie is scheduled for a release next October on Disney+, but Omri says his main concern is getting a marijuana business, The Mary Danksters, up and running.

41-year-old Glover Teixeira is fighting for the UFC light heavyweight title Saturday night ... and the MMA star tells TMZ Sports he ain't even thinking about laying down his gloves, insisting he feels better than ever.

Teixeira -- who hasn't lost a fight in over 3 years (Corey Anderson) -- says he's totally changed his lifestyle around ... and is in the best shape ever, physically and mentally, heading into his UFC 267 fight with Jan Blachowicz.

We asked Glover for his secrets.

"Focus. Discipline. Today I live completely different that I did a few years back," the #1 contender tells us.

"Food, meditation, mindset. Recovery. Little things like an ice bath, all those things to recover, train with quality. It's a big change, man."

It's not the first time GT has fought for the title. He lost to Jon Jones at UFC 172 way back in 2014.

Glover says he always believed he'd make it back to the title fight ... but admits "he didn't think it was gonna take this long."

But, he's back, and if Teixeira can get the dub, he'd become the 2nd oldest UFC champ ever ... behind only Randy Couture, who incredibly was heavyweight champ at 45 years old.

Speaking of 45 ... we asked Glover if he wants to be fighting past his 45th birthday.

"I do. Yeah. Because I love this."

We also talked to the current champ ... and Jan made it clear he isn't taking Glover lightly, regardless of his age.

Cory Sandhagen is a man with a plan ... laying out his blueprint to TMZ Sports, saying he plans to get some revenge after his title fight with Petr Yan by beating T.J. Dillashaw and Aljamain Sterling.

"I have a loss to Sterling and I have a loss to Dillashaw recently. I think it would make a beautiful storyline for me to get the title this way and then get to scrap those 2 L's off my record. Almost rematch those guys right away," 29-year-old Sandhagen says.

#3 ranked Sandhagen is fighting #1 ranked Yan at UFC 267 Saturday night ... and the interim bantamweight title is on the line.

The winner will likely face Aljo -- the champion -- to unify the title.

And, that's exactly what Cory wants ... 'cause he lost to the champ in 2020 via a 1st round submission.

As far as T.J. ... Sandhagen lost by a razor-thin decision to the former champion back in July. But, T.J. was seriously banged up in the fight, and needed surgery.

So, Sandhagen vs. Yan was born. But, is the winner of this fight the actual champion??

Cory says yes.

"I think I see Petr Yan as probably the best guy in the division, so to me, yeah it'd mean beating the best guy in the division and becoming the champ."

After that, CS wants to immediately avenge the 2 losses ... starting with Sterling, a loss that's been annoying the hell out of Cory.

"The Sterling one definitely irks me a little more. With Dillashaw, at least I got to beat him up, ya know?"

Sandhagen continued ... "The decision didn't go my way or whatever, but T.J. definitely walked out of the cage way more beat up than I walked out of the cage. So, a little bit easier of a pill to swallow or whatever, but the Sterling one irks me bad."
