12:55 PM PT -- As it turns out, there's a perfectly good explanation for why Kyle is hanging with Morgan in Aspen of all places -- and it's strictly business, as TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Morgan's actually got a show in town later this weekend, which explains why she's there herself. As for Kyle, we're hearing she's actually shooting a docuseries in Aspen as well ... so, it seems like their paths naturally crossed.

Folks are, no doubt, going to still speculate about KR and MW -- seeing how they've been hanging out a lot lately -- but on its face, it would appear they're just good friends.

Kyle Richards isn't putting out the fire over speculation about her and Morgan Wade -- in fact, she's kinda throwing gas on ... 'cause now, they're out in Colorado, just the 2 of 'em.

The 'RHOBH' star was spotted hitting the town in Aspen Friday with none other than Morgan tagging along, right by her side. In photos obtained by TMZ, you can see them cruising into a shop and perusing the shelves ... eyeing jewelry and other knickknacks strewn about.

We're told that while Kyle and Morgan did have a little entourage with them ... they were mostly left to their own devices, and didn't really leave each other's side during the pop-in.

Now, while they were definitely rolling together ... eyewitnesses say there were no clear signs of PDA between them during this outing. Still, though -- them continuing to hang out as much as they do (which is a lot) is further fueling rumors that they're a romantic item.

They've publicized their close friendship for about a year and a half now -- going on vacays together and whatnot ... but folks are thinking they're actually dating now, especially in the wake of Kyle's current separation with her longtime husband, Mauricio Umansky.

Kyle recently made it seem like she and Mauricio were working things out -- but in this instance ... the guy is nowhere to be found. So it's unclear where things stand, TBH.

Whether Morgan is Kyle's girlfriend or not ... at least she's in good company through all this.

Happy bargain hunting, you two.

Travis Scott is treating Kylie Jenner's new boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, like an oompa loompa on his new album "Utopia" ... and wants his bm to know she'll never find another beau more lit than him!!!

On the appropriately titled track, "Meltdown," Travis blows his tops going at Timothée while dissing his upcoming role as the King of Candy with the lyrics, "Chocolate AP and chocolate the Vs got the/ Willy Wonka factory (Vs)/ Burn an athlete like it's calories find another flame hot as me, bitch!!!"

In case you're not following Travis' hot lines, an AP is short for Audemars Piguet, one of the watches rappers favor these days that cost just as much as a moderately sized mansion ... while Timothée is set to play Willy Wonka in the fable's latest reboot ... a move too corny for his taste.

Confirmation that Kylie was getting cozy inside Timothée's chocolate factory began to surface in April, when her car was spotted at his house, and again during a mid-day taco run.

Kylie and Travis entered the summer in a fluid co-parenting situation, with zero expectations of getting back together ... but Travis is clearly upset Kylie moved on with the Golden Ticket guy!!!

Travis dropped his long-awaited "Utopia" album on Friday and all signs point to it being a huge success, with several fans complaining of outages on streaming services as everyone rushed to listen.

Well, everyone 'cept for Timothée most likely.

Tom Brady seems to have a new love in his life -- and it just so happens to be Bradley Cooper's ex ... Irina Shayk, who spent the night at the dude's house this weekend.

Paps caught TB12 and Irina apparently cozying up in L.A. over the course of 2 days -- which all started on Friday, when we're told he first picked her up at Hotel Bel-Air in the afternoon ... only to drive her over to his crib. Our sources tell us Tom and Irina walked into his pad -- all smiles-- and that she didn't leave his place until the following morning ... at about 9:30.

Tom dropped Irina off at the hotel, only to pick her back up later that same afternoon. It was here they were photographed and filmed having a sweet interaction in his car.

They were stopped at a light ... and, clear as day, Tom is seen stroking Irina's cheek -- very tenderly, we might add. She's leaned over in her seat with a huge smile ... and Tom is also flashing a big grin. They even seem to be laughing together.

After this brief moment of PDA ... we're told Tom and Irina went back to his pad yet again.

Funny enough ... rumors of these two possibly being involved have been swirling for about a month now. Reports said they were at the same wedding back in June, and that Irina was allegedly "throwing herself" at Tom all throughout the evening ... something her rep denied.

In fact, Irina's team came out swinging at the notion she was into him ... calling that report "totally malicious and fictional." Welp, it would appear there was some truth in it. Tom and Irina haven't said anything about this themselves yet -- but on its face, it looks like they're romantically involved ... if not fully dating. TB ain't stroking anyone else's face like that!

Of course, they're both single ... especially Tom, who recently divorced Gisele Bundchen. Irina and Brad have been done for a while -- and she's dated around since, as we've seen.

Tom is certainly the most eligible bachelor in Hollywood ... and has a lot more time on his hands post-football. Sure seems like he's making good use of it -- have fun you two!

Ariana Grande is dating a guy who plays SpongeBob SquarePants -- but it ain't the main one you're thinking of ... which is why the wife of the real SB is chirping up.

Fellow voice actor Jill Talley -- who's married to the man who's been voicing SpongeBob on TV for years now -- posted a clarification in response to an IG post from The Cut ... which ran with a confusing headline about AG's new boo, Ethan Slater.

It reads, "Is Ariana Grande Dating Spongebob Now?" and it also features a shot of Ariana and Ethan -- this of course after we broke the news that the 'Wicked' costars are together.

Naturally, The Cut's implication here is technically accurate ... but not totally clear in and of itself. Yes, Slater portrays a live-action version of SpongeBob on Broadway -- a role for which he's earned Tony noms. But he's NOT the voice actor who's been playing him forever now.

That's something JT wanted to set the record straight on, commenting on The Cut's post ... "Hi everyone, I’m married to Tom Kenny (who voices SpongeBob on the TV show). He is not dating Ariana Grande. I don’t know if Ethan Slater (who played SpongeBob in the musical) is or isn’t dating Ariana Grande. However, they’re both adorable and I totally ship it."

She added this on her own relationship ... "Just wanted to set the record straight. P.S. as for me and Tom Kenny -- we are celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary today."

In other words ... one dude shouldn't be mistaken for the other -- and for a minute, it sounds like they were. Good to know the OG SpongeBoy is faithful through and through.

Like we first told you ... Ethan and Ariana have been dating each other for a few months now -- making the timeline of things a little murky. We know she and Dalton Gomez had ended their relationship in January, but that they also gave it one last go in May during their 2-year anniversary. On the face of it, it seems like there might've been some overlap.

Lakers star Austin Reaves is shaking off rumors that he dated Taylor Swift ... saying straight up there's never been a love story between him and the pop singer.

The rumor initially cropped up a few weeks ago ... with some on the internet suggesting they had seen the basketball player with Swift while the two were at an Arkansas bar shortly after she had called things off with Matty Healy.

But, when Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson inquired about it all on the latest episode of the "All The Smoke" podcast ... Reaves said it just ain't true.

"I have never met her, never talked to her," the 25-year-old told the guys on the show. It's "all bulls***. I don't know her."

"I ain’t never talked to her," he added.

As for if Reaves would be down to date her at some point in the future ... Jackson actually tried to pry that answer from the hooper, but the media-savvy Reaves didn't want to indulge.

The Quavo and Lori Harvey dating rumor's been fueled by a couple of misleading photos -- and we've learned all they really have in common right now is the same taste in restaurants.

The buzz is the celebs had a hot lunch date at the San Vicente Bungalows -- an exclusive L.A. hot spot -- and while it's true they were there at the same time this week, they were not together.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ Hip Hop ... Quavo was sitting at a different table from Lori, and he was having a lunch meeting. We're told he was focused purely on business, and not Lori.

Even Lori's tried to squash it by commenting on the TikTok post that claimed they must be dating. She explained she was there with friends, and Quavo co-signed ... calling the post "cap."

Real talk? We're told the pics of them leaving the joint were taken 10 minutes apart. While that's a common tactic celeb couples use to throw off paps, this time it's just a coincidence.

Lori is still dating "Snowfall" star Damson Idris, and Quavo is putting the finishing touches on his "Rocket Power" album, which will feature his collab with Future -- the one with that direct shot at Russell Wilson.

Ariana Grande was without her wedding ring again at Wimbledon this weekend, further fueling rumors there's trouble in paradise with her and her husband ... which may be valid.

The singer was at Sunday's big match -- where the men's singles final between Djokovic and Alcaraz is going down -- and she was ringless on a very specific digit. This isn't the first time Ari's been out without her bling ... but this one's a big deal since it's a high-profile event.

She was seated between two celebs -- Andrew Garfield and "Bridgerton" star Jonathan Bailey -- with no sign of her husband Dalton Gomez. That itself isn't notable, seeing how the guy tends to stay out of the spotlight, but the fact she continues to ditch her ring certainly is.

Rumors have been swirling for months that their relationship might be on the rocks -- due, in part, to AG's bare finger being exposed time and again in IG posts she herself publishes ... although, this is something she's explicitly written off in the past as BS.

However, we've been told by sources with direct knowledge that Ari and Dalton have, in fact, had marriage trouble of late ... including a rough patch a few months ago. We don't know what their status is now, but what we do know ... Ari's been away from home/busy at work in the UK -- working on her new movie, 'Wicked,' alongside Cynthia Erivo for a while now.

Of course, Dalton himself has deleted his Instagram account entirely ... just another element that's sent her fans into a frenzy. And yet, Ariana recently telegraphed that things are fine.

On their 2-year anniversary this past May, she posted a photo of her and Dalton kissing at their wedding, writing the number "2" as well as "3.5 together," with an accompanying "I love him so." So, on the face of things ... she's tried projecting a loving bond between them.

The couple got hitched in a private ceremony in Montecito in 2021. Dalton isn't nearly as famous as her -- he's a high-end real estate agent, and not much is really known about him.

Case in point ... Mauricio posted a series of recent Instagram photos looking buff with his shirt off inside a gym. In the caption, he admits he was fat and out of shape six years ago ... but his plan is to get more fit each year going forward.

Clearly, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars were joking around about the controversial weight-loss medication.

Nice to see the pair sharing a light moment after they reportedly split earlier this month, although they haven't gone far from one another ... the couple are still living under the same roof as they try to iron out their differences and take care of their kids.

Sources connected to the reality series tell TMZ the crew is going back to film more of season 13, and the ladies will begin shooting this week.

It's unclear how long the women will be back in front of the camera for, but we're told it won't be a terribly long shoot schedule ... the main goal is to get the fallout and talking points around the breakup.

The season originally wrapped filming in May, but clearly, producers felt it was worth it to get cameras back up.

You'll recall, People first reported last week that the 2 were pulling the plug on their 27-year marriage -- claiming they've been separated for some time but were keeping things friendly while living under the same roof.

Kyle and Mauricio put out a joint statement after news broke, denying the breakup rumors ... although admitting it's been a rough year for them. They also spent time together during the 4th of July.

Kyle even claimed she was not a single gal when asked by photogs last week ... but there must be something juicy going on behind the scenes -- obviously enough to warrant these pick-ups.

Harry Styles has his fans abuzz with excitement at the possibility that he's dating Taylor Russell -- and based on where she was this weekend ... they may be on to something.

TMZ has obtained photos and video that show the actress watching Harry's Vienna concert Saturday night in what appears to be a VIP tent of some sort. More than just that, though, it also seems to be an area where HS's team might've been handling BTS concert duties.

As you can see, Taylor -- who's pictured with the bob cut and white dress -- is sitting next to a guy, who's got an electronic device and monitors in front of him. Looks like he might be Harry's stage manager or something ... and that he was pulling the levers of the show.

Taylor's sidled up alongside this fella ... and she's also dancing the night away as Harry performs. In between songs, TR was chatting with the crew member -- taking it all in.

Looks like she was there for the entirety of the show ... and her appearance here dovetails with photos of her in Vienna, with a guy that stans are certain is actually Harry. On Saturday one such photo appeared to show her wearing this exact outfit and rocking the same 'do.

And yet on Sunday, even more purported footage of the two of them walking around the city began circulating as well ... sending the Harry brigade into a full frenzy over the chance that he may have a new love interest in his life. Indeed, they're quite happy about it.

The dating rumors actually began last month, when Harry was spotted walking with Taylor in London ... and seemingly holding her hand too. Now, it appears she's accompanying him on tour, at least partially anyway. Unclear if she'll be going to his other European dates.

Like we said, the Harries (as they're known) are flipping their lid over this would-be couple ... and, unfortunately, it comes at the expense of Olivia Wilde, who Harry dated last year.

Needless to say, his fan base wasn't totally thrilled with that pairing ... as the collective feeling, it seems, was that being with her brought a lot of drama he might not normally have around him ... if not for her. Yes, we're referring to Florence Pugh, Jason Sudeikis, etc.

Anyhoo, they're all broken up now ... and on its face, it looks to us like he might already be moving on to someone else -- who also happens to be closer to him in age ... FWIW.

As we reported, she wasn't holding back on Offset after he posted -- then scrubbed -- a claim that she hooked up with another dude, calling him out on Twitter Spaces for the world to hear.

She denied the cheating rumors, and even said Offset would get beat with a bottle if he ever said that stuff to her face.

Safe to say the dust has settled -- especially with no bottle marks on Offset's face.

4:13 PM PT -- As it turns out, Jonathan was, in fact, with Sydney during this trip ... he was just laying low. Dude popped up on other people's photo dumps ... but not hers.

Sydney Sweeney seems to be living her best life this summer -- but the question still kinda remains after this latest development ... is she living her best *single* life???

The actress posted a massive photo dump that shows her partying and enjoying herself during a recent trip to Ibiza -- where she's seen hanging out with friends and hitting the town ... be it in formal-wear, or in a bikini. Indeed, she was rockin' all sorts of looks.

Take a peek at the pics yourself ... Sydney's cheesin' from ear to ear just about every one of them, documenting everything she did -- whether it was poolside loungin, boat-ride sightseeing, surfing or dancing the night away at a concert. SS did all of it and then some.

Obviously, nothing wrong with any of this on its face -- but what becomes evident quite quickly is that her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, is nowhere to be found in the festivities. There is one guy featured who has a passing resemblance to Jon, but it's another dude altogether.

In fact, in some of these shots ... it looks like her engagement ring is also missing -- but that could be explained by the setting some of these pictures were taken in ... including at the pool, where one might presumably ditch such hardware to take a dip.

Point is ... it's interesting that JD is absent from this trip, but not necessarily a smoking gun of her relationship status. Sydney was spotted out on a date night with Jonathan just a few weeks ago in NYC -- where they seemed to be in good spirits and going strong.

She and Jon have actually surfaced a few times over the past several months -- this amid speculation something was going on between her and costar Glen Powell ... whom she shot a movie with, and who looked cozy next to her during a Spring promotional tour.

As far as we know ... she's still on with Jonathan, but man -- Sydney sure does seem unattached here. Hot girl summer, anyone??? 🥵

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Hollywood future is in a precarious state right now -- but you wouldn't be able to tell by the way they're carrying themselves ... happy-go-lucky.

The ex-Royal couple were flashing nothing but smiles Friday as they left an office building in Santa Barbara -- where they were holding hands on the way out and radiating positivity ... well, at least Meg was anyway. Harold was a bit more stoic ... keeping his head low.

No matter ... because they were clearly putting on a united front as a guy -- who's presumed to be a bodyguard of some sort -- trailed closely behind and they entered a waiting SUV. As far as their outfits go ... perfect for a sunny SB day, complete with shades to boot.

The message they seem to be telegraphing here is ... nothing wrong over here, we're fine!

Of course, all the reporting about them lately has been anything but. As we know, they got the boot at Spotify ... and were labeled "grifters" by one of the top dogs at the company.

Not just that, but there are rumblings of Netflix not being happy with them too ... and supposedly giving them an ultimatum that demands higher-quality content, and pronto. Pair that with Meghan's recent no-deal at Dior ... and it would seem there's turbulence ahead.

It's interesting that their demeanor here is so positive. You could argue that's very much in line with the latest story being pedaled about their alleged mindset -- namely, that they're sorta burying their heads in the sand and pointing the finger elsewhere for their woes.

There's word of a new doc about Africa that Harry's working on for Netflix, and you gotta figure Meg's busy cooking something up too. Based on their vibes here, perhaps they're confident those projects will work out and get 'em back in Tinseltown's good graces.

It's been Friday the 13th nonstop at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's house -- at least that's how the couple is viewing their recent misfortunes ... according to a new report.

The Daily Mail says it's hearing from "insiders" that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex feel like they've been hit with a lot of bad luck over the past few years after they left the Royal Family/institution ... and it's because of this, apparently, that things haven't worked out.

If this report is to be believed ... it would seem they're pointing the finger elsewhere, and not at themselves. Specifically, Meg and Harry are reportedly blaming COVID, the death of the Queen and the death of Prince Philip for overshadowing their achievements -- which they supposedly think would've made bigger splashes under a different set of circumstances.

As far as the pandemic's concerned, DM says their sources claim H&M believe it generally screwed 'em on getting stuff out in an efficient/consistent manner ... not to mention setting them back time-wise, as it did for basically everyone else in the entertainment industry.

When it comes to why they're (reportedly) holding QE2 indirectly responsible ... DM's sources claim they felt like her death coincided with the launch of MM's podcast, 'Archetypes,' and essentially stole all her thunder ... as the world focused more on that a week or so later.

Ditto for the Queen's late husband, Prince Philip, who died about a month after their interview with Oprah aired. Apparently, they think that should've had longer legs than it did ... and that the Duke of Edinburgh's passing overshadowed their big moment.

Speaking of that interview, a separate report from The Times (UK) has some juicy new gossip that they're pedaling ... including the alleged notion that Kate Middleton and Prince William were actually the ones behind that "recollections may vary" line that Buckingham Palace released in their official statement responding to Harry and Meghan's racism claims.

The word is ... that statement was a lot more mild than how it finally came out, and that Will and Kate wanted to toughen it up to push back on H&M's characterization of things.

In other words, things are still icy between Harry and his family -- and not just that, but it appears Hollywood isn't all that interested in his other ideas either ... a double-whammy.

Lump in the fact Harry and Meg were finally booted from their Frogmore Cottage home just earlier this week, and it sure sounds like they're finally out here on their own now without a lifeline -- and clearly no further connection to the Royals ... besides blood, we suppose.
