Pharrell Williams is making a difference on Good Friday, heading down to L.A.'s Skid Row to help out some folks who are less fortunate than him ... filling up bellies and putting smiles on people's faces.

Pharrell and his son, Rocket, spent part of their day serving up meals at the Los Angeles Mission ... spreading messages of hope and love making sure everyone got a hot meal ahead of Easter Sunday.

The Good Friday meal is an annual tradition on Skid Row. In addition to hot meals, the homeless get shoes and Easter baskets. This year, roughly 4,000 people were fed pork with an apple glaze, King's Hawaiian rolls, a side of mac and cheese and peach crisp for dessert.

Pharrell makes sure to volunteer at the L.A. Mission a few times a year ... he also lent a helping hand during Thanksgiving.

Dr. Phil's upper lip is as bald as the top of his head now -- he's kissed his iconic mustache goodbye ... or at least it looks like he has.

The good doc's showed off his apparently clean-shaven mug on Twitter, posting before-and-after pics that are sure to drive his fans wild. While the new look seems totally legit at first glance ... we gotta take April 1 into account.

Tom Brady already used the social media platform to stage a fake retirement announcement.

Of course, if Phil is just yanking our chains with another April Fools' joke, he's really going ALL in with shaving cream, razors, a bib and some makeup magic ... but hey, maybe he's just doing a little spring cleaning.

Worth noting -- he didn't post any video of the slaying of his mustache, which makes us suspect.

If you're already missing Dr. Phil's old look, chill ... it'll grow back ... if it's even really gone.

Big news from Tom Brady ... the G.O.A.T. has finally joined the Twittersphere!!!

Oh yeah, and he's retiring from the NFL ... using his first tweet to declare "I'm retiring. In my spare time, I'll be tweeting #LFG."

WOW ... the 6-time Super Bowl champ just ended his incredible career with a tweet. No emotional press conference. No goodbye party. Nothing. Not even a Crying Brady meme for crying out loud.

Anyway ... what ISN'T a joke is that Brady is now on Twitter, and that is actually something to be excited about, if avocado recipes and workout plans are your things.

Here's VIDEO of ex-Denver Broncos QB Chad Kelly being chased out of a Denver-area home by a man wielding a vacuum cleaner tube ... all while Kelly's dressed like an idiot in his Halloween costume.

Yeah, it's bizarre.

It's all part of Kelly's criminal case stemming from the bizarre October 22 arrest -- after Kelly left Von Miller's big Halloween party and wandered into a random person's home.

Cops say the 24-year-old plopped down on the couch next to a woman who was holding her baby. Kelly was allegedly mumbling incoherently.

The woman called for help -- and a man who was inside the house grabbed a piece from a vacuum cleaner and used it as a weapon to chase the QB out of the home, striking him several times along the way.

In the footage, taken from the security camera at the home -- you can see Kelly (apparently dressed as Woody from "Toy Story") bolting out of the home.

Kelly was later arrested and charged with felony criminal trespassing ... and you can see in police station video we've obtained, the QB was distraught over the arrest.

But on Wednesday, the QB struck a deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge of 2nd-degree criminal trespass -- a class 3 misdemeanor -- and in exchange, the felony trespass charge was dropped.

As part of the deal, Kelly was also sentenced to 1 year of supervised probation, 50 hours of community service, and fines and fees.

For the Broncos' part -- they released Kelly shortly after the incident, with GM John Elway saying, "Even though Chad's no longer part of our team, we've offered to help him however we can and are supportive of him in every way possible."

Kelly is currently a free agent looking for another team.

Justin and Hailey Bieber were pressing their luck Sunday, 'cause they opted not to wear any green to the beach in honor of St. Patrick's Day ... tsk, tsk.

The couple hit Laguna Beach with their pup in tow, where, at first, Hailey was wearing a checkered flannel while JB went bare-chested ... showing off his tats in blue and grey trunks. Hailey eventually lost the shirt and revealed her killer beach bod in a pink bikini.

They got in the water too ... and then got hopped right back out. Chilly much?

Clearly, they look great. But again ... no obvious shades of green that we can see here. They coulda easily gotten nipped by some overzealous kids -- and there was at least one little girl nearby. No sign of a pinch though.

More importantly, it's good to see Justin enjoying himself ... especially since he's reportedly getting treatment for depression. His mom, Pattie Mallette, wouldn't confirm that to us, but says she's proud at how he's handled himself under pressure.

Kim Kardashian helped Paris Hilton celebrate the big 3-8 with an epic belated birthday bash that came just in time for St. Patrick's Day. Better late than never, right?

Paris hosted Kim, Kourtney, Larsa Pippen and tons of her other famous pals at an undisclosed location Saturday night that was decked out to the theme of "#ClubParis," which seems to be an homage to a famous cabaret/strip club in France.

Paris got tons of selfies with her girls as she shimmered in a silver jumpsuit, but the big highlight of the night was when Larsa filmed Paris hitting the stage for some pole dancing.

Check it out ... she's pretty good.

Paris turned 38 on February 17, so this get-together literally came one month after the fact. That didn't seem to bother PH though. As Kim says here, that's just how Paris gets down ... celebrating months and months at a time. Solid motto.

Conor McGregor provided inspiration to the Boston Bruins by giving a thunderous pep talk before Saturday night's game against the Columbus Blue Jackets ... kinda surprising given his felony robbery arrest just days before.

Conor was the guest of honor at TD Garden ... check out his roaring speech to the Bruins in the locker room.

The crowd went crazy when Conor came out for a ceremonial puck drop.

During the game, he went crazy with fans and went back into the locker room to congratulate the Bruins on their win.

Earlier in the day, Conor was in Chicago leading the St. Patrick's Day Parade.

As we reported, Conor was arrested for robbery/strong-arm and criminal mischief over $1,000 in Miami Monday morning for smashing a fan's cellphone and then taking it.

The fan, Ahmed Abdirzak, is suing Conor, claiming battery, assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

It's true ... and when we spoke with Navy SEAL legend Rob O'Neill -- he told us what it was like spending Turkey Day with one of the most powerful guys in the NFL.

We were in D.C. talking with O'Neill about his favorite NFL team -- the Washington Redskins -- when he dropped the Jerry Jones fun fact ... so after the clip, we called him up on the phone to get the full story.

It all went down in 2014 when Rob was living in Dallas ... some of the Redskins honchos wanted to do something nice for him so they put him in touch with the Cowboys in hopes of getting him VIP access to the Thanksgiving Day game.

The Cowboys not only hooked it up -- but Jerry personally invited the American hero into his private owner's suite for the full Thanksgiving turkey spread!!

Jones also took Rob down on the field with a full access pass. Least he could do, right?!

Rob says he's still a hardcore Washington fan -- but he's got a soft spot for the Cowboys.

Meek Mill now has TWO holidays named after him in two different cities across the country ... after his hometown of Philadelphia just dedicated an entire weekend to the rapper.

That's right ... Thursday, March 14, 2019, kicks off Meek Mill Weekend in Philly -- which is getting announced today by City Council President Darrell L. Clarke. We're told Clarke will open Thursday's meeting with a city level proclamation bestowing Meek with the honor.

Not only will Meek Mill Weekend be confirmed on a city level, but Pennsylvania State Senator Sharif Street will step right up after him to announce the proclamation on a statewide level.

The official "holiday weekend" runs from Thursday to Saturday. The timing isn't random -- Meek's back in town for the next couple days as his Motivation Tour rolls through Philadelphia.

The reason is pretty much the same one Houston tapped when giving Meek his own day in their city -- contributions to music and art, as well as his philanthropic efforts to change the criminal justice system. Something tells us the Philly proclamation will look something like this.

As you might know ... Meek's been hard at work both in the studio and on the big stage trying to bring people together for criminal justice reform. He's already got some big names in his corner for the cause, and it doesn't look like he's slowing down anytime soon.

Rich the Kid allegedly pulled a prank on his former landlord's attorney who was trying to collect on late rent he owed ... and now she's suing.

Maro Burunsuzyan just filed suit against the NYC MC, claiming Rich posted her phone number publicly on his social media. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Maro says Rich tweeted on Feb. 14, "Valentines calls me" ... followed by her personal cell.

As a result, Maro claims she was bombarded by at least 500 text messages and multiple phone calls from Rich the Kid fans who thought they were his digits.

As for why Maro believes he did this ... she says she's been hounding Rich in court for damages and late rent she claims he owes for a house her client rented to him this past summer. He moved out in January, and Maro says he's been giving her the runaround.

In the docs, she says she told him on Valentine's Day they were done talking since it was clear he wasn't going to pay her ... and she says he responded with "Oh, really?" Shortly afterward, Maro claims he posted her number and the harassment ensued.

For the record ... the alleged tweet Rich sent appears to have been deleted.

Meek Mill now has an official holiday named after himself in Houston -- and the honor appears to be tied to his work in criminal justice reform.

The Philly-based rapper was performing Saturday night to a packed house at the Revention Music Center as part of his Motivation Tour -- his final stop. At some point in the night, he was awarded an official city proclamation dubbing February 24 as "Meek Mill Day."

Meek put up photos of the proclamation, which he seems to have accepted either after the show or, perhaps, backstage. The entire proclamation isn't shown in full view, but based on what we can see ... it looks like Houston appreciates his advocacy work.

Sources close to Meek tell us the honor is, in fact, a nod toward his efforts to retool the criminal justice system -- a cause he now has a lot of backing for from titans in the sports and music world.

You'll recall ... the mayor of Houston, Sylvester Turner, gave Travis Scott his own day as well last year, declaring Nov. 18 as "Astroworld Day."

Tekashi69's blooper reels from his Valentine's Day sex shop commercials are hilarious, and at least one product he pushed could probably suit him well in jail ... a sex doll!!!

We've obtained behind-the-scenes footage from the commercial shoots, and as you can see ... Tekashi has a real connection with the blowup doll.

We're told 6ix9ine filmed the ads for Romantic Depot back in November, several days before getting busted by the feds on racketeering and various other charges.

It's funny ... we're told a Romantic Depot salesperson asked Tekashi if he wanted the doll for free, and he replied, "Are you crazy?!? My mother would bug if she saw this under my bed!!!"

Offset spoiled Cardi B on Valentine's Day with lobster, steak, champagne and diamonds -- but he also spoiled her attempt to drop a deuce! Yep, love stinks.

The Migos rapper spared no expense Thursday night, showering Cardi with TONS of gifts and romantic gestures. Fresh outta the doghouse ... Offset set up a candlelit bathtub session, and had his wife dripping in diamonds -- practically from head to toe.

But, the highlight of the night was Offset busting into the bathroom while Cardi attempted to, ummm ... clear the decks. Offset made it clear ... there was more than love in the air at that moment.

Serena -- a Jehovah's Witness -- doesn't celebrate holidays, so she hit up Avenue Pottery in South Florida with some friends for GALentine's Day instead!!!

Serena picked out the matching outfits with her friend ... and posted about the experience, saying, "I’m really getting into pottery."

Of course, Serena addressed not celebrating holidays when her baby, Alexis Olympia, turned 1 back in September ... saying, "Olympia doesn't celebrate birthdays. We're Jehovah's Witnesses, we don't do that."

Williams' hubby certainly doesn't seem to mind not celebrating V-Day ... saying, "Those pottery skills tho" with a set of eye emojis.

Soulja Boy and Blac Chyna have taken their relationship to the expensive shopping spree in Beverly Hills level ... and on Valentine's Day no less.

The new couple was out together Thursday night for the romantic holiday and seen leaving Saks Fifth Avenue. Soulja did all the gentlemanly things for Chyna -- carried her bags, opened the door for her -- while she treated a fan to an autograph.
