Memphis Bleek hears the fans loud and clear ... he's totally on board to record a collab project with Jay-Z but he's not the one who needs convincing!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with the Roc Nation legend outside of LAX and he tells us he's constantly sending Jay material to record, and even gets rejected from time to time.

Bleek jokes he should've attempted the Jay duet album when his bank account was sitting at $100 mil as opposed to his current billionaire status -- but he points out, he was riding with Team Roc well before Jay started stacking commas.

Jay handpicked Bleek to rap alongside him when he was just a teen in their Marcy Housing projects in Brooklyn, and Bleek thinks their collab would be a fitting close to their "Coming Of Age" saga ... which details their relationship.

Bleek also gave us an update on Jay's storied 40/40 Club, which closed its doors without warning after 20 years this week.

What appeared to be a setback is actually the dawn of another venture ... Bleek says they're bringing the 40/40 to midtown NYC sometime in 2024, and they're already taking applications for beautiful women to handle the VIP bottle service!!!

The "My Mind Right" rapper also gave us his 2¢ on the current state of hip hop, including his earnest reasoning as to why things have gone stale. Like many of his fellow rappers, Bleek feels the genre's lacking creativity -- mainly because copycatting isn't frowned upon in the younger generation.

Britney's estranged husband just posted a hilarious poll on his Instagram story ... asking fans to vote on one of three disguises he can use to throw the paparazzi off his scent.

Sam's choices include glasses with a gray mustache and gray hair, aviator sunglasses with curly brown hair, or a very Gen-Z TikTok haircut.

Remember .. Sam filed for divorce this week after getting into a blowout fight with Britney over allegations she physically abused him and cheated.

Britney broke her silence on the split the night before Sam's paparazzi disguise poll, saying she's a "little shocked" by the divorce, though she suggests their marriage wasn't working and admits she "couldn't take the pain anymore honestly."

Billy Porter has three things for the Hollywood studios, producers and executives he blames for the strikes ... venom, rage and a little bit of grace.

The actor was at LAX Friday when a photog asked him about the unnamed studio exec who was quoted as saying studios are purposefully delaying negotiations with the writers and actors "until union members start losing their apartments and losing their houses."

Billy unloads ... he says he's already losing his home, and his financial situation is why there are strikes in the first place ... though he's not quite going full Ron Perlman here.

Getting emotional, Billy says the strikes aren't a game ... and he's trying to have some grace about the situation he and others in Hollywood find themselves in.

At the same time, Billy says he's tried to bite his tongue because he knows all that's going to come out of his mouth is venom and rage, which he fears will not be useful to the strike's end goal.

Billy also seems to reference some of his recent interviews, like the one where he slammed Harry Styles' Vogue cover and called Anna Wintour a bitch.

For Billy, he says he's just telling the truth and is getting dragged as a result of keeping it real.

Drake's now having books thrown at him onstage, in addition to bras ... and it sounds like a fan got lucky the page-turner didn't smack him in the face.

Ya gotta see the video from Drizzy's Friday concert in San Francisco ... he's onstage talking to fans between a break in songs when suddenly a book comes hurtling out of the crowd, and he snatches it with one hand.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have totally shut down any and all communication with one another, leaving it up to their legal teams to handle everything moving forward.

Sources connected to the estranged pair tell us ... things got really nasty when Sam left their home, and the two haven't spoken since.

From here on out, we're told all communication, negotiations and any other business to be handled between the two will be done by their legal teams.

While totally shutting down communication might seem improbable, it's important to note the two never had kids -- so there's no need to communicate about child care, schedules, or even FaceTime calls between parents and kiddos -- making it easier to avoid talking.

US Weekly was first to report they've stopped communication.

TMZ broke the story ... Sam moved out after he believed Britney was cheating with a staffer at their home. At this time, we're told the relationship between Sam and Britney is so bad that people around them believe it's possible they may never talk again.

We were also the first to tell you there's a growing concern for Britney's well-being, as Sam was her main support system, and she's totally iced out the rest of her family.

Sam posted a statement on the divorce Thursday, writing in part, "After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together." He's also taking a lot of heat for mentioning, "S*** happens" in his statement ... as many feel he showed a lack of sincerity in how things ended with Britney.

Britney Spears is opening up about her divorce to Sam Asghari, saying she’s a “little shocked” ... while admitting “I couldn’t take the pain anymore honestly.”

The pop star posted a lengthy statement with a homemade dance video on Instagram Friday night, but she never explained why from her perspective her 6-year relationship and 14-month marriage ended with Sam, although saying she "couldn't take the pain anymore" suggests the marriage wasn't working for her either.

Still, Britney offered a window into how she's coped with everything, stating she’s been “playing it strong for way too long” and her so-called “perfect” posts on IG mask her true reality behind the scenes, noting, “I think we all know that.”

She also said she wished she could show her “emotions and tears” on how she really feels, but she always hides her weaknesses.

Britney then made cryptic references to being her dad’s strong soldier, getting fixed by doctors, needing her family most and receiving unconditional love — but “not under conditions.”

Britney wrapped it up by saying she will be strong and, as things stand now, she’s “pretty damn good.”

Rachel Leviss may not be coming back to "Vanderpump Rules," but that isn't stopping Scheana Shay.

Scheana is dropping a new song Friday called "Apples" ... in which some of the lyrics go like this ... "I was with you on your worst day / You stabbed me in the worst way / How you gonna lie to my face?"

Scheana wasn't done ... "And you said that we would always be friends / Party on the weekend / But then you’re gone without a trace; I thought you were grateful / I found out you’re fake, though / I hope there’s a place for friends like you."

Interesting ... saying "you're gone without a trace" suggests Scheana is completely done with her friendship with Rachel or she's pissed Rachel decided not to return to 'VPR' ... safe to assume the latter.

And get this ... Shay labels Rachel a "narcissistic psychopath" whom she "cut out like lipo."

Scheana was pissed at the time over Rachel having an affair with Tom Sandoval ... ultimately resulting in Rachel (then Raquel) getting a restraining order against her after claiming Scheana physically attacked her.

Scheana denied the whole thing, with her lawyer calling Rachel a "known liar and a cheat." As you know, Scheana won in the end -- with the whole thing eventually getting dismissed.

TMZ Sports has obtained video of the Phoenix Suns hooper vibin' out at the 6 God's "It's All A Blur" tour stop at KIA Forum ... and he appeared to be locked in on the performance.

Boyz II Men's Shawn Stockman says he's concerned about Britney Spears as her marriage with Sam Asghari comes to an end ... and he thinks something like a conservatorship could help.

We got Shawn at LAX, where he opened up about his concerns for a fellow artist, saying it's clear to him she's been in need of assistance for some time -- but it's more crucial now that she's going to be on her own.

He harkened back to the end of Britney's conservatorship -- which shut down in November 2021 -- with her dad, Jamie, getting bashed by the fan-fueled "Free Britney" movement ... but in Shawn's eyes, a conservatorship might be what she really needs.

Shawn acknowledges Brit's fans do love her, but adds, that's not enough to help her through mental illness -- he says that's where her family could be essential. Unfortunately, we know she currently has no relationship with her mother, father or siblings.

As we reported ... Sam beelined to court Wednesday to file for divorce ... and we learned he believes she was cheating on him with a staff member in their home. Sources told us Sam claims there's a video of Britney and the staffer in a compromising position.

Drake debuting a new look -- while kicking it with Kevin Durant -- has the creator of FUBU thinking hard about his brand's place in hip hop history, as more and more young rappers discover it.

He was on the sidelines in L.A. this week to take in NBA open runs, while randomly rocking a shirt with the FUBU logo ... proudly repping one of the most dominant fashion houses ever within the culture.

Founder Daymond John tells TMZ Hip Hop ... seeing Drizzy in the FUBU tee certainly surprised him, but he says it's a testament to the foundation he and his partners carved out nearly 30 years ago.

For the record, the pink barrettes aren't FUBU ... but we guess they work with Drake's 'do, nonetheless.

Daymond also credited Megan Thee Stallion, SZA and Chris Brown for also keeping FUBU's name strong in the streets -- on the 50th anniversary of hip hop, at that!!!
