If half of Hollywood's elite were in Rhode Island this weekend for Jennifer Lawrence's wedding, then the other half was almost certainly at Andrew Watt's birthday party in L.A.

TONS of celebs were out in force Saturday night to attend the musician/producer's 29th born day at an exclusive house party in Benedict Canyon, where it basically became a parade of star power for the young and famous as folks made their way home one after another.

Justin and Hailey Bieber were there, as was Camila Cabello (sans Shawn Mendes), Jared Leto, Miguel, Diplo, Brooklyn Beckham, Josie Canseco, Kaia Gerber, Kelly Osbourne, Travis Barker, Luka Sabbat, Jasmine Tookes and lots of other whipper-ish snappers.

Adam Levine was there too, BTW -- he performed on stage, alongside the Foo Fighters' Taylor Hawkins and Chad Smith and Josh Klinghoffer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Andrew performed as well ... rocking out on the guitar, and having a ball doing it.

During the show ... Adam belted out Prince's "Purple Rain," with the birthday boy himself helping out as well. Safe to say, the live entertainment was second to none.

Oh, and Lori Loughlin's daughter, Olivia Jade, showed up with her boyfriend -- which is ... interesting. Felicity Huffman's off in prison -- where her mom may very well end up by the end of her trial -- and OJ's out doing her thing. Keepin' that same energy, we see.

Anyway, it was definitely a hodgepodge of A-listers -- but it looks like everyone was having a good time. And, it was quite the opposite from the elegant affair across the country.

JWoww hired a home improvement contractor to lay tiles at her Jersey mansion, but she kicked him out for being high as a kite ... this according to a new lawsuit.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... JWoww hired Anthony Dai to do some work on her home, but when he got to the job site she claims he was clearly under the influence. JWoww says the contractor was so impaired she asked him to leave when he finally showed up at 10 PM.

And, get this ... JWoww claims the contractor was so out of whack, he left behind his cell phone and wet saw.

In the suit, JWoww claims she gave the contractor a $1,250 check upfront and purchased the tiles herself, but she stopped payment on the check due to his failure to get the job done.

According to the docs, it was apparently too late -- the dude cashed it -- and the check cashing company sued her for the money.

"Shahs of Sunset" star Mike Shouhed is dumbfounded as to why his longtime friend and costar, Reza Farahan, is taking their beef to the next level by threatening to sue him.

We got Mike out at Equinox in L.A. Friday afternoon and asked about Reza firing off a cease and desist letter, threatening to sue if Mike doesn't stop selling t-shirts with Reza's face.

Quick backstory ... on the last season of 'Shahs,' tensions were running high between Mike and Reza, and they had several heated arguments. One of their biggest issues is the fact Mike's been hawking t-shirts on his website for 3 years ... and one of them has Reza's mug and the words "Reza is My Homeboy."

Reza's known about it, but now that they've been at each other's throats ... he sent the letter claiming Mike's merch sales violate Reza's rights to control the marketing of his own likeness and image.

Mike posted the letter on Instagram with the caption, "Guess he's not my homeboy! lol ... this is what happens when dudes got his panties in a bunch!"

Mike tells us he started selling the shirts as an homage to his friends on the show and he gets EVERYONE'S permission before pimping the shirts. His best explanation for Reza getting lawyers involved -- pettiness.

Mike says he's not trying to go back and forth on social media, and instead says he'll just lawyer up too.

Brian Bosworth says he's actually on the NCAA's side when it comes to the controversial Calif. bill that would help athletes get paid ... telling TMZ Sports it's a BAD idea!!

"When you're in college," Bosworth says, "you're going to college to get an education."

Of course, the Boz is the LAST guy we expected to have this take ... remember, at Oklahoma, he famously blasted the NCAA by wearing a "National Communists Against Athletes" shirt at the 1987 Orange Bowl.

But, when we got the ex-LB out at Reagan Airport over the weekend ... he told us he's now on the org's side in its fight against a bill that would force it to stop punishing athletes who get paid.

"You got some guys on the team that have star status, and other guys on the team that are going to feel shafted," the Boz says. "I don't think it's a good idea to put levels like that on the team."

Instead, Bosworth's solution to the whole problem is simple -- just give athletes in both women's and men's sports the same stipend ... and let that be all the pay they need.

"Everybody gets the same thing across the board," Bosworth says.

Dr. Paul Nassif dropped a small fortune to spoil his new wife, Brittany Pattakos ... with some ritzy bling leading up to their wedding.

The star M.D. from "Botched" commissioned Harakh Mehta of Harakh Jewelers to get the ball rolling ... first with a massive engagement ring that cost Nassif around $165k. Mehta tells us the engagement ring -- pure platinum, BTW -- is practically an iceberg ... 3.15-carat center stone stealing the show (behind Brittany, of course).

We're told the jeweler also created not one but 2 wedding bands for Brittany -- 2 full eternity diamond bands totaling 1.24 carats crafted in pure platinum. Price tag -- around $9k.

So, why 2 wedding bands? Mehta says, "We specially crafted two bands rather than one to surround the engagement ring which marked the two milestones in their life."

Mehta tells us it took around 4 months to make the rings. The doc proposed to Brittany back in June and they tied the knot in L.A. followed by a reception in Santorini, Greece earlier this month.

BTW ... Nassif sang to Brittany at their wedding. And, no ... he didn't botch it!!!

Boulder, Colorado-born Lucas Elliot Eberl was only 12 years old when he manifested into the role of Tunnel Boy -- who was the last incarnation of the Ancient Enemy before being wiped out by the bio-engineered bacteria -- in the 1998 freaky film adaptation of the Dean Koontz book, "Phantoms."

Lucas Elliot Eberl starred in the creepy flick alongside stars like Peter O'Toole as the super-smart Dr. Tomothy Flyte, Joanna Going and Rose McGowan as the sisters in distress, Lisa and Dr. Jennifer Pailey ... and, of course, Ben Affleck as the sharp-shooting sheriff who saves the day, Sheriff Bryce Hammond.

Stefon Diggs was one happy man on Sunday -- he and his team beat the Lions at home ... all while wearing a pair of cleats that the Clown Prince of Gotham would greatly approve of.

The Vikings wide receiver turned heads out at Ford Field, not just because he was playing like a stud -- 7 catches and 142 yards by the end -- but probably more for his footwear ... a pair of custom "Joker" cleats,  with Joaquin Phoenix's mug painted on the side.

There was also a recurring theme from the hit movie written in as well ... "Put On a Happy Face."

What makes these Adidas even cooler is the fact that Stefon had them colored in to match the Joker's actual costume from the flick -- when he finally transforms, that is.

BTW, Stefon has a bit of a history of rockin' pimped out cleats -- literally wearing themes from Starbucks to-go cups to SpongeBob memes and almost everything in between. Props to his cleat guy ... always up to date on the latest trends, and with a nice touch.

Dennis Quaid seems ready to walk to the altar again -- the guy's reportedly engaged to his WAAYYY younger girlfriend ... and we got what looks like the first photo of the ring.

TMZ has obtained a photo of Dennis with his 26-year-old GF (and now, apparent fiancee), Laura Savoie, holding up her left ring finger, which has a giant rock on it. We're told this photo was taken Friday night minutes after DQ proposed to her at Turtle Bay in Oahu.

Apparently, a wedding party was happening nearby, and a couple that had just gotten hitched invited Dennis and Laura to pose for a pic to celebrate the dual occasions. Mazel!!!

Laura's a grad student at the University of Texas. She and Dennis have been going out since the summer, so Dennis -- who's 65, BTW -- must truly be head over heels for this gal.

As we reported ... Dennis and Laura were spotted vacationing in Hawaii just earlier this week, where they were getting their paddleboard on at Waikiki Beach. They've been seen out together a lot, notably in August while boating on Lake Como in Italy.

This would be Dennis' fourth marriage -- he's been hitched to Kimberly Quaid, Meg Ryan and P.J. Soles, and had children with the former two women.

PnB Rock and his crew appear to have gotten into a pretty nasty brawl -- but for now, it seems no one's gone running to cops yet.

The Philly born rapper was in his hometown Saturday with his boys, where they were hanging out at the Hill Creek projects at one point ... chatting up locals and shooting video of each other goofing around and smoking up -- all of which they posted on IG.

Later, the same group of guys -- including PnB Rock and rapper PnB Meen -- were allegedly seen beating the crap out of three men inside a Neiman Marcus at the King of Prussia Mall ... just outside of Philly. Eyewitnesses tell TMZ that PnB and the crew rolled up to the store in an Escalade and rushed in to attack the 3 dudes, whom we're told were just shopping.

Based on video we got of the fight, it looks like PnB and co. were rolling at least 5 deep. Most of them also appear to be wearing the same clothes from their IG stories.

According to bystanders on the scene, the attack looked unprovoked. After the beatdown, we're told PnB Rock and his friends hopped back in their car and peeled away. Our sources say the 3 guys immediately ran into the main mall area, presumably to alert someone.

King of Prussia's security division refused to comment on the incident, and the Upper Merion Township Police -- which oversees this specific area of PA -- tell TMZ they're unaware of any such fight at Neiman Marcus and haven't received a complaint about it.

Nancy Pelosi's brother and one-time mayor of Baltimore, Thomas D'Alesandro III, has died.

The Speaker of the House confirmed the news Sunday, saying in a statement ... "My husband Paul and our entire family are devastated by the loss of our patriarch, my beloved brother, Thomas D’Alesandro III." He reportedly passed after suffering a stroke.

Pelosi went on to describe her brother as "the finest public servant I have ever known." She added, "His life and leadership were a tribute to the Catholic values with which we were raised: faith, family, patriotism.  He profoundly believed, as did our parents, that public service was a noble calling and that we all had a responsibility to help others."

The late mayor's sister also made note of his public service, saying ... "Tommy dedicated his life to our city.  A champion of civil rights, he worked tirelessly for all who called Baltimore home. Tommy was a leader of dignity, compassion and extraordinary courage, whose presence radiated hope upon our city during times of struggle and conflict."

She went on to say, "All his life, Tommy worked on the side of the angels. Now, he is with them. With his commitment to his family and public service, his life has truly blessed America."

D'Alesandro served as Baltimore's leader between 1967 and 1971, after which he stepped away from politics and public life ... going on to practice private law. His tenure as mayor is said to have been tumultuous, having to deal with the Baltimore riots of 1968.

People took to the streets in uproar following the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. The Maryland National Guard had to be brought in to assist with the unrest.

D'Alesandro is survived by his wife, Margaret, five children as well as grandchildren. He was 90.

Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney tied the knot Saturday night at Belcourt of Newport, a pretty spectacular Rhode Island mansion.

Among the guests ... Ashley Olsen, Kris Jenner, Emma Stone, Corey Gamble, Cameron Diaz, Nicole Richie and Sienna Miller.

29-year-old JLaw and 34-year-old Cooke hooked up last year and got engaged this past Feb. Cooke, an art gallery director, doesn't seem thirsty at all for the attention that comes with marrying JLaw ... when she walked a red carpet, he was MIA. That said, they're clearly nuts about each other.

150 guests showed up ... and get this, only one vegan! The meal included 5-week-aged leg of beef with forager's sauce and salt cod beignets. They had a bunch of desserts, including house-made marshmallow s'mores.

Eniko Hart hit up a pumpkin patch with her son, Kenzo ... and it's clear her husband, Kevin, is still a bit worse for wear.

The comedian was nowhere in sight Saturday as his wife and 1-year-old went pumpkin picking in Moorpark, but it looks like Eniko had everything under control ... grinning from ear to ear with her little tyke. The kid seemed to be in good spirits too.

As we reported ... Kevin's still recovering from a nasty car wreck he was involved in last month, which left him with 3 spinal fractures and required back surgery.

He's easing back to full health now -- even committing to promotional work he's gotta do for the new 'Jumanji' -- but obviously ... the guy's nowhere near 100% yet.

"New Girl" star Lamorne Morris was handcuffed by cops as he filmed them arresting his friend outside a club in Hollywood.

Lamorne's friend got into it with security at Avenue nightclub Saturday night. His friend was bleeding from the face when cops arrived, and they cuffed and arrested him.

Lamorne did not understand why his buddy was busted, saying his friend was the one who was attacked. As the actor filmed the arrest on his cellphone, a cop manhandled him, placed him against the wall and handcuffed him.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's kidnapping case has taken a turn -- law enforcement sources tell us the L.A. County District Attorney's Office will NOT hit him with a kidnapping charge ... but he's still not out of the woods yet.

TMZ's learned the "Jersey Shore" star's incident with his baby mama, Jen Harley -- where he allegedly dragged her on the ground against her will -- doesn't meet the DA's criteria for kidnapping, even though that's exactly what cops arrested him for. The maximum sentence is 8 years.

We're told the LAPD is strongly pushing for Ronnie to be hit with felony domestic violence instead ... based on the evidence and the alleged injuries to Harley. The max sentence is 4 years.

However, our sources say there's also the possibility Ronnie will only be charged with misdemeanor DV ... which would be an even bigger stroke of good fortune for him. The maximum sentence for this is 1 year in county jail.

We broke the story ... Jen allegedly suffered gnarly bruises and scrapes from the latest fight with Ronnie and there are photos of the injuries, but he denies inflicting them and tells a different story of how she got hurt.

The neighbor's surveillance video does not show any physical harm to Jen, although she's clearly in great fear. Law enforcement tells us she was injured at some point after the event caught on video.

Regardless, LAPD got an emergency protective order against Ronnie based on Jen's claim he said he was going to kill her, so he had to stay 100 yards away from Harley and their daughter, Ariana. That order has now expired.

However, he got some father-daughter time in at Disney World after it expired.

The volatile couple says this time ... they are broken up for good.

Justin Bieber decked out his multi-million dollar home with some cartoon artwork before listing it on Instagram ... and he got it on the cheap.

We're told Justin reached out to Idiot Box Art owners Emily Bright and Tamara Martin to purchase a bunch of art inspired by his favorite animated characters and his clothing line ... and the collection is valued at just $4,000.

As you can see ... Charlie Brown and a swagged out Bart Simpson are part of Justin's haul, plus some custom Drew pieces -- including a LEGO man standing 6-feet tall!!!

TMZ broke the story ... Justin's been contacted by at least 5 prospective buyers -- one a billionaire from a very famous family -- since announcing on Instagram the home was for sale. We're told it's worth about what Justin paid last year -- $8.5 million. But, several realtors now tell us the house could fetch in the 9's because Justin's name has marquis value ... go figure.

All of the new art pieces are made of hand-cut wood, covered with acrylic paint and finished with a coat of resin ... and they're from the same folks who hooked up Chief Keef with $40k of '90s nostalgia.

Bob Zmuda -- one of Andy Kaufman's longtime collaborators -- got busted for a DUI this week ... and while it's no laughing matter, he seemed to crack a smile for his booking photo.

Online records show Zmuda was arrested this past Wednesday for misdemeanor DUI at around 12:45 AM while driving through South Lake Tahoe. He was taken to the El Dorado County Jail and posed for this quirky mug shot before being released on $5,000 bail.

It's unclear what exactly led up to Zmuda's arrest, but what is clear ... the dude definitely got hauled in by cops, and this ain't no hoax.

Only reason we mention that is because Bobby pushed a theory in a book he wrote back in 2014 that Andy had, in fact, faked his own death as the ultimate prank ... and that he'd supposedly reveal himself to the public again some 30 years afterward.

Of course, Kaufman did die -- he passed away from cancer in 1984, proven by his death certificate -- and has yet to return as predicted by Zmuda.

Zmuda was basically Kaufman's partner in crime back in the day, and often portrayed a character created by Kaufman named Tony Clifton, a bumbling lounge singer. Zmuda famously acted as Clifton on an episode of 'Letterman,' and supposedly fooled the host into believing it was actually Kaufman. Per Zmuda, DL only found out the truth years later.
