"Mighty Ducks" goalie Shaun Weiss has a tremendous amount of help waiting for him when he gets out of jail ... from someone who knows plenty about rehab -- Michael Lohan.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Lindsay's pop is one of many people who are getting involved to help out the struggling child star. We're told Michael doesn't know Shaun personally but he's no stranger to rehab and staying on the straight and arrow.

Our sources say several people in Hollywood contacted Michael about Shaun's situation, and he jumped at the opportunity to help through a program in Texas.

We're told the program specializes in medically-assisted detox and therapy. It ain't cheap, but the program's agreed to assist Shaun with what it calls a scholarship ... worth up to $60k to cover expenses.

There is one major condition ... Shaun will have to be mentally evaluated, and if he poses no physical danger to himself or others ... our sources say he'll be admitted to the program.

That is, of course, if Shaun agrees to all of this once he's sprung free from a NorCal jail.

As we first reported ... friends are desperate to get Shaun much needed help. He's dealing with several life-threatening problems, including diabetes, mental illness and, of course ... drug addiction.

PETA has its own Super Bowl spot, featuring animated animals taking a knee to protest injustice, but the Colin Kaepernick vibes were too strong to get network approval ... at least that's what PETA thinks.

The animal rights org tells TMZ ... it wanted to make a commercial calling for an end to speciesism -- to "challenge people to expand their concept of injustice to include humans' injustice against other species."

Translation: hey, homo sapiens, quit killing other species.

PETA says the ad agency it hired nailed it with a Kaepernick-inspired theme that features a hummed version of the Star Spangled Banner over images of animals taking a knee. It says the spot was pitched last month to FOX ... which is airing Super Bowl LIV.

PETA says things seemed promising -- a FOX commercial clearance rep replied on December 30 saying the network received the spot and was reviewing it. Again on January 3, PETA says it was told the ad was still being discussed internally, and FOX would have an answer ASAP.

However, despite multiple follow-ups ... PETA says it hasn't heard a peep since then. As for why? PETA claims its ad agency told them the NFL was pressuring FOX to reject the spot.

PETA also claims multiple requests to run the ad in local FOX markets -- either before or after the Super Bowl -- have also gone unanswered.

We've reached out to FOX, no word back so far ... and no comment from the NFL. However, a source close to the league says it's ultimately up to the network carrying the game, not the NFL, to approve or reject all ads.

Lizzo teaming up with Harry Styles is the collab that had to happen in 2020, and when it finally did -- to exactly NO ONE's surprise -- everyone went berserk!!!

The awesome tag team went down Thursday night for SiriusXM and Pandora's Opening Drive Super Concert Series at South Beach. Lizzo was billed as the headliner, and there had been zero mention of Harry ... until Lizzo dropped the announcement on stage.

And, out came Harry ... rocking a 70s look while fanning out and belting Lizzo's hit track, "Juice." He's been a huge fan of hers. So much so, Harry's sampled the track at his own concerts. He also covered the track back in December during a BBC Radio appearance.

His rendition alone's racked up nearly 10 million views.

Beth Chapman would be heartbroken and angry had she watched Dog The Bounty Hunter propose to her former maid of honor on TV ... at least according to their children.

Sources close to Dog and Beth's kids tell TMZ ... they've seen the clips of their father proposing to one of his late wife's friends, Moon Angell on "The Dr. Oz Show" ... and it's a total gut-punch!!!

Our sources say the Chapman kids are convinced Beth would NOT support the proposal ... and they feel Beth would be incensed if she saw it go down.

The reason -- we're told Beth and Moon had a chat before she passed and Moon allegedly told Beth she would take care of Dog after Beth died. Our sources say Beth told her kids about the convo, and no one was happy.

As we reported ... Dog and Moon are not actually engaged, despite the TV proposal, but he's grown close to Moon and she's helping him through the grieving process.

Sources close to the kids tell us they were also extremely hurt when Dog confessed Moon was the reason he decided against taking his own life ... we're told the kids felt their father should want to stay alive for his own kids' sake.

However, sources close to Dog tell us he has NO intention of replacing Beth with Moon. He's just trying to navigate life without his wife, and Moon helps with the day-to-day grind.

Our Dog sources add ... he definitely cares about his kids and wants to be there for them, and he's still got Beth's ashes in his bedroom.

You can see Jason brushing his hair, practicing his baritone movie trailer voice, and talking to his dog in a baby voice -- all while wearing, for some reason, TWO bathrobes or just bubbles.

The 60-second ad will reportedly air during the first half of the game. The theme is something about feeling comfortable in your own home, but do you really give a crap?

Elon Musk really can do it all -- he'll be the first to tell you -- including write and perform his very own EDM song ... that's fittingly all about self-confidence.

The Tesla CEO -- who's going by E "D" M on Twitter these days -- has apparently been working hard in the studio on his new track, which is titled "Don't Doubt ur Vibe."

Musk dropped it on Soundcloud late Thursday night on his Emo G Records stream, saying ... "I wrote the lyrics & performed the vocals!!" Those lyrics consist of the title followed by "because it's true" ... which is alternated with, "because it's you," and repeated.

Genius.

The making of Elon's 4-minute EDM song must have been quite the journey, because when he first mentioned it on Twitter Thursday he said, "Just wrote a song called “Don’t doubt yer vibe" ... with a different spelling of "ur." He also stated, "this song is hard."

Finally, to make things as Musky as possible ... the Soundcloud artwork features his Cybertruck.

As you may recall ... the tech honcho also released a rap song on Soundcloud back in March -- a goofy autotune track about Harambe and Bombay gin.

Clearly, he's kicking things up a notch higher.

Jake Paul was VIOLENT on Thursday -- mauling AnEsonGib in their big boxing match in Miami ... followed by an intense face-off with KSI.

23-year-old Jake only needed 2 minutes and 18 seconds to destroy his 23-year-old opponent at Island Gardens in Miami, in a fight that was streamed on DAZN.

After the fight, KSI -- who recently defeated Jake's older bro, Logan Paul -- entered the ring and the two men got right in each other's faces.

The two cussed each other out and talked a LOT of trash -- with Jake telling KSI, "You had to beat my bro by a bad call."

Remember, when Logan and KSI fought back in November, KSI won by decision after the judges took two points away from Logan for a controversial punch while KSI was down.

"Let's make it happen," Jake told KSI ... and KSI seemed to be pretty receptive!

Jake has fighting experience -- he beat up KSI's younger bro, Deji, back in 2018 in an amateur bout in England.

KSI and Logan Paul had fought on the same card -- but later agreed to a sanctioned rematch in the United States that counted as a pro fight ... making KSI 1-0 as a pro.

Thursday night's fight was also sanctioned as a pro bout and promoted by boxing honcho Eddie Hearn.

Punxsutawney Phil isn't going anywhere, except maybe back in his hole on Groundhog Day to signal 6 more weeks of winter ... so says the congressman representing the city of Punxsutawney.

Rep. Glenn Thompson tells TMZ ... PETA calling for the famous Pennsylvania groundhog to be retired and replaced by an AI robot is crazy and goes against something he strives for -- job creation.

Thompson's half-joking about supporting Phil's right to work like any other resident of Punxsutawney, but he's serious about what the groundhog means to the city and its economy ... and calls PETA's suggestion "crazy" and misguided.

The animal rights organization argues groundhogs -- which are mostly solitary animals -- are subjected to "great stress" during the February 2 tradition and claims an artificially intelligent robot that could actually predict the weather would be better for all parties.

Jeff Bezos just added BILLIONS to his massive fortune -- which is nothing new for him, but what's new this time ... it only took a few strokes of the clock to make that increase.

Stock for the Amazon honcho's company surged 12 percent in a matter of 15 minutes Thursday afternoon, which equaled an astounding 11-digit increase to his bottom line.

The astronomical math? Bloomberg says Jeff added $13.2 BILLION just from the surge, which raises his net worth to about $129.5 billion. Forbes was a wee bit more modest, reporting Bezos added $12.8 billion to his portfolio, with a new net worth of $128.9 billion.

Either way ... ya get the point. Bill Gates feels like a panhandler right now.

On an even grander scale -- the stock boost pushed Amazon's market cap north of $1 TRILLION!!! That's a lot of zeroes.

Oh, and Bill ... JK, buddy. The world's second-richest man is still worth about $110.8 billion. Said another way ... about one Laurene Powell Jobs (Steve's widow) less than Bezos.

Damn, these people are rich!!!

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have listed their massively expensive home, TMZ has learned, but our sources say it has NOTHING to do with the college admissions scandal or their upcoming trial.

Lori and Mossimo have quietly put their Bel-Air estate on the market for $28,650,000. It's in one of the best areas of L.A.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, they're doing what they always do ... following Mossimo's passion for architecture. He's super talented at redoing homes, and this one's no exception. They bought the house in 2015 for $13.9 million and listed it 2 years later for $35 million but took it off the market in July 2018.

The house is pretty great ... 12,000-square-feet, 6 bedrooms, 9 baths and on and on.

So Mossimo did his thing, and now they're ready for another home challenge. They've done this for years, selling the family home every 3 to 5 years.

And, check this out. Realtors at this price point typically get 5% of the purchase price -- which they split if there's a separate agent for the seller and the buyer. If someone offers full price that would mean the commission would be $1.43 million. The deal is ... the commission will be maxed out at $1 mil -- take it or leave it.

Tom Brady made people lose their damn minds on Thursday ... by posting a possibly ominous message for New England Patriots fans.

The foreboding photo shows a shadowy figure (we're assuming it's TB12, but who knows at this point) walking in the tunnel at a stadium. It's dramatic as hell.

But the big mystery -- is Brady walking IN to the tunnel, or is he walking OUT to the field??

Depending on the direction, it could be bad news for the Pats -- there have been rumors Brady is ready to move on to another franchise ... and this may be a way for him to soften the blow for New England.

Remember, we spoke with Pats owner Robert Kraft last week ... and he said "the plan" was to bring Brady back next season.

Rob Kardashian hasn't moved on from Blac Chyna with Tommie Lee ... despite heavy spec from Wendy Williams.

Sources close to Rob tell TMZ ... recent reports claiming he's been dating the 'Love & Hip Hop' star are 100 percent untrue. We're told Rob and Tommie know each other, but they aren't close and don't even talk regularly.

Tommie's got her own show coming in the next few months ... so any shot of Rob being on that is gone too.

Williams slammed Rob on her show Thursday for allegedly dating Tommie, someone she says has a worse track record than his ex, Blac Chyna.

While it's true Tommie does have quite the rap sheet -- especially after multiple arrests and a child abuse case in the past 2 years -- we're told it's all irrelevant ... at least when it comes to Rob's dating life.

For the record ... Tommie's clearly not happy with Wendy's comments either and has sounded off on the talk show host in her Instagram stories.

As for Rob and Chyna ... they have their own issues to sort out. We broke the story ... he wants joint custody of their daughter, Dream, revoked for Chyna, but she's not having it.

Barstool Sports honcho Dave Portnoy feels like a million bucks (way more, actually) ... which explains why he's dishing free advice on prop bets for Super Bowl LIV.

Portnoy joined "TMZ Live" Thursday from Miami -- site of Sunday's Super Bowl -- and dude had a million reasons to smile -- more like 450 million reasons, actually, after selling a 36% stake of his media company worth $163 million in stock and cash. The sale bumped the valuation of Barstool's digital media brand to a whopping $450 million.

El Presidente -- as he's referred to by Stoolies -- tells us how he's gloating in South Beach, and ya can't blame him. He also gave us quick advice on this year's prop bets ... such as, the over/under on how long Demi Lovato's national anthem song will last and whether J Lo or Shakira -- co-headliners of the halftime show -- will have a wardrobe malfunction.

TBH, Portnoy's answers make a ton of sense.

As for whether he'll be at the big game, that's unclear -- seems Dave is still on the NFL's bad side after he used a fake mustache to sneak by NFL security at last year's Super Bowl.
