Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have said they're separating, and we've learned they're doing pretty much everything separately, including therapy.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the estranged couple is not in marriage counseling or couple's therapy. We're told they're both in individual therapy, but nothing together at the same time.

It seems strange on the surface ... that they're not working on the issues that have driven them to separate, but we're told they are not. Multiple sources tell us ... they just want space -- to explore individually.

Our sources also tell us there are still no talks whatsoever of divorcing ... even though Kyle recently referenced their separation as a straight-up divorce, which was an apparent slip of the tongue.

One source in the know tells TMZ ... "Look, they may get back together, but they may not. They just don't know right now. They will decide at some point whether they stay married, but not now."

Kmart Australia stepped on a bag of s**t, after touting a bag used to keep Christmas ham fresh in the fridge -- a bag with the inscription, "Merry Ham-Mas."

Pretty obvious ... after the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel, the colorful bag which once was just a trapping of XMAS now has another meaning ... one that has enraged some Jewish groups.

The Australian Jewish Association made its feelings clear, posting a pic of the bag with the caption, "K-MART STUFF-UP! Check out the special Christmas bag currently available via K-Mart online. Yes, it's real!!  Although this is potentially funny (the AJA committee has tossed around some non-PC jokes) it's really not a good look.  We suspect some product manager may cause the company some embarrassment.  So we've politely written to Wesfarmers corporate suggesting the product be pulled."

Well, Kmart heard them loud and clear, because an hour later Kmart yanked the item from its site.

Two deputies are lucky to be alive after a Florida man intentionally accelerated his car and plowed into them while they were responding to a distress call from his mother.

The horrifically violent scene played out Thursday morning in suburban Tampa ... where the mother of the suspect, Ralph Bouzy, called cops to say her son was "behaving violently" at their home. Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies arrived and saw Bouzy sitting behind the wheel of car in his driveway.

Cops say Bouzy drove off, but returned 15 minutes later ... as 2 deputies were still there, standing near the foot of the driveway. A deputy's body cam captured the moment Bouzy stepped on the gas, sped up and smashed into the lawmen ... pinning one of them up against a patrol car.

After the impact, Bouzy got out of his car and walked toward other cops on the scene, refusing to surrender. He finally went down once they tasered him, and he was arrested.

It's a miracle the deputies -- Carlos Brito and Manuel Santos -- even survived the crash. Both sustained critical injuries that required surgery, and remain hospitalized.

Sheriff Chad Chronister said, "There is no other way to describe this other than an ambush. Our deputies put their lives on the line every day to protect this community and what happened today makes me absolutely sick."

Scientists are celebrating a remarkable discovery -- the Attenborough Echidna can't be extinct, as they thought it was, because it was caught on freakin' camera!!!

Check out the extremely rare find, captured on a remote camera placed by Oxford University researchers on an expedition to Indonesia. The footage shows the long-beaked creature just strolling in the woods.

Dr. James Kempton told BBC News he and his whole team got the impressive footage on "the very last SD card that we looked at, from the very last camera that we collected, on the very last day of our expedition." Point being ... the critter made one hell of an entrance.

He says his whole team was "euphoric" when they found the old timer, and rightfully so ... the Echidna -- scientific name Zaglossus attenboroughi, named after famed biologist Sir David Attenborough -- was thought to have evolved in the time of dinosaurs, about 200 million years ago.

A McDonald's customer completely lost his s**t and went on a wild rampage, trashing one of the chain restaurants in Maryland from a drive-thru window.

The bizarre incident was captured on video and posted to TikTok, showing the furious man standing outside his vehicle at the fast food joint in White Marsh, which is about 16 miles south of Baltimore. The patron is clearly hungry and unhappy with the service he's getting.

Check out the clip ... the man reaches in through the drive-up window and grabs several drink cups and tosses them while screaming, "Shut it down right now" and "Give me some food!"

He starts pointing at the employees -- who are off-screen but shrieking in terror. Then he pushes a metal storage shelf lined with electronics and other items, watching it all come crashing down.

But he doesn't stop there ... the maniac continues to yell that he wants food, violently shaking the fallen shelf while demanding two bags of French fries in his view.

One of the workers hands him the bags of food, but the guy is still not satisfied and shouts some more until he finally slams the drive-through window shut and walks off.

During his tirade, the man also used some foul language, calling the staff a "b***h" and other names.

We've reached out to the Baltimore County Police Department to see if they're investigating ... so far no word back.

French Montana kicked off his 39th birthday in exotic fashion ... with a Moroccan-themed soiree in the L.A., where several of his fellow hip hop stars helped him celebrate.

As we reported, Kourtney and Travis left Cedars-Sinai on Tuesday after spending multiple days at the hospital ... although it's still unclear exactly what day their baby, Rocky, was actually born.

6:48 PM PT -- To add another complicated layer to this custody filing, Keke has also reportedly filed for a temporary restraining order against Darius, according to Us Weekly.

In the docs, Keke alleges there have been "many instances of physical violence" with Jackson, including one on November 5 Keke says she has on video.

Keke Palmer is gunning for full legal and physical custody of her 8-month-old child … another development in the apparent relationship breakdown with Darius Jackson.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the actress is asking a judge to give her full custody of her baby son Leodis Andrellton Jackson. Keke does not get into details as to why she's decided to file.

The petition states that Keke is willing to pay the reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth -- but she's also asking the court order Darius to assist with attorney fees and expert fees.

As we reported, the fallout between the couple seemingly started when Darius publicly insinuated Keke's choice of attire at an Usher concert in Vegas was inappropriate for a mom.

Tucker Carlson is open to playing GOP candidate wrangler for a debate, but the Republicans would have to be down with the parameters he'd demand ... TMZ has learned.

In case you missed this week's debate, Vivek Ramaswamy gave a full-throated endorsement for Tucker to moderate a future Republican debate, predicting it would spark a major ratings boost.

Well, sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Vivek has personally verbalized this wish to Tucker himself, and while the former Fox News firebrand likes the idea of doing it -- he's not keen about doing it on a traditional TV network.

We're told Tucker actually spoke to GOP officials about the role back in the summer, after Fox News let him go ... but he didn't want to fall back in with corporate media, which he thinks is all buddy-buddy with the RNC.

So, the only way Vivek's dream will come true is if the party approves the debate airing exclusively on X. Obviously, Elon Musk would love that, but our source adds the real benefit for the RNC could be finally landing Donald Trump ... who's been absent from previous debates.

The feeling is Tucker's involvement might prompt Trump to participate.

Tucker's potential involvement came about after GOP candidate Vivek took aim at NBC's Lester Holt, Hugh Hewitt, and Kristen Welker during Wednesday night's third battle of Republican candidates.

As it turns out, the journalists got off easy ... relative to Ramaswamy's attack on Nikki Haley, who he called "Dick Cheney in 3-inch heels."

Chet Hanks must defend his house, and he'll do it with his bare fists, as a man who was allegedly trying to get into Chet's place found out the hard way ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... before authorities arrived early Monday morning, Tom Hanks' son punched the 42-year-old suspect after finding him attempting to break in around 3:00 AM. When L.A. County Sheriff's deputies got on scene they tried to slap cuffs on the man, but he kept fighting.

Eventually, they subdued him enough to get cuffs on him ... but while leading him to the car, the guy fell backward onto one of the deputies, who ended up with a broken leg!!!

Both men had to be taken to a hospital for treatment. Once he was medically cleared, the suspect was booked for burglary. As for Chet ... at least physically, he was unscathed.

Yankees shortstop Anthony Volpe is hoping to share a dugout with Shohei Ohtani next season ... telling TMZ Sports he believes New York should go after the former MVP in free agency.

"Yeah!" he said emphatically while out at the MLB Flagship Store in NYC on Thursday. "Of course!"

Ohtani is eligible to leave the Angels this year ... after he spent the last six seasons with the team turning himself into one of the biggest superstars the sport's ever seen.

Lynne Spears defended herself Thursday on Instagram, shooting down Britney's claim -- showing what she says are current pics of Brit's old journals and Madame Alexander dolls. Lynne says, "I'm not sure who told you I got rid of your dolls and journals but I would never do that!"

She says she knows how important they are to her daughter, adding, "They are special to me too because of the years we spent collecting them. Of course I still have your things, and I am happy to send them to you if you'd like me to."

Britney wrote in "The Woman in Me" about storing some of her personal belongings at Lynne's place in 2019, while she was at a mental health facility -- including the dolls and journals.
