Kevin Costner's getting off easy paying $129k per month in child support ... according to Christine Baumgartner who wants that number increased to ensure their kids keep living large when they're with her.

Christine filed docs, obtained by TMZ, asking the court to reconsider the amount of child support Kevin pays due to 2 factors -- 1. making sure the kids enjoy the same lifestyle with both parents, and 2. what she's learned about how much money Kevin's been making.

She lays it out in the docs, explaining their 4 children live in a beach compound with their dad that's worth between $65 million and $95 mil ... and they also fly private on luxury vacations with Kevin.

You'll recall, Kevin took the kids to Aspen last month -- right after Christine had them in Hawaii. She says Kevin needs to pay sufficient child support "so that the children can go on comparable vacations when they are with her. This is true even if the child support payments also improve Christine's lifestyle."

Christine says that's simply the standard required by California family code. Based on that alone, she says the $129k/month won't cut it, and she's instead estimating $175,057/month.

And by the way, Christine says that's a deal because that higher amount "will not be sufficient to replicate Kevin's lifestyle, but it will be sufficient to allow her to provide a lifestyle for the children which is relatively comparable."

Now, as for Kevin's income ... she says his average cash flow for the last 2 years was $19,248,467 each year, or more than $1.6 million each month. Based on them having 50/50 custody of the kids, she claims California guidelines require Kevin to pay that $175k/mo. she's requesting.

And, she paints a very green picture of Kevin's career ... claiming he made $11 million for Season 4 of "Yellowstone," and $10 mil for Season 5. Plus, she says he's scheduled to make $12 million for his upcoming "Horizon" film, and another $12 mil for the sequel which has already been greenlit.

By the way, Christine's been house hunting -- she says she's currently living in a vacation rental, but in September she's moving into a month-to-month rental in Montecito for $40k/month.

Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Lori Harvey and Justine Skye rented out a beautiful yacht and hit the blue water in Cabo San Lucas Thursday. Plenty of smiles all around as the women got some sun and splashed around in the ocean before some serious girl time onboard.

There was plenty to drink too -- thanks to Kendall's 818 Tequila Brand -- with a few bottles on the yacht, and shots getting passed around.

No sign of any famous boyfriends or husbands in the area, like Justin Bieber or Bad Bunny, but that didn't seem to matter at all ... everyone was having a great time.

Remember, Kendall was recently spotted at the Drake show in Los Angeles with Bad Bunny and sister, Kim Kardashian.

Forget game-worn memorabilia ... how about a leather outfit rocked by an NBA legend?!

Wilt Chamberlain's two-piece disco suit, worn by oner of the coolest athletes of all time, is on the block at SCP Auctions ... and is expected to sell for a pretty penny (bids start at $20k)!

SCP described the suit as one of the "most unique" items from the Big Dipper ... a fit he not only wore on multiple occasions including during a visit to the Playboy Mansion, but he was also photographed in the threads over the years.

The blazer and pants are in "wearable condition" and come with horse hair and feather tassels attached. Instead of buttons, the designer used stones and leather.

"This suit certainly aligns with Chamberlain's larger-than-life attitude," SCP said, "and can be photo-matched to multiple images of Wilt enjoying the nightlife in the 70s."

SCP got its hands on the rare fit from a private owner who obtained it at auction in the early 2000s.

Of course, anything worn by Wilt is gonna cost you ... the Philadelphia-born baller, a 4x league MVP, is considered one of the greatest to ever play the game of basketball.

Wilt earned many accolades during his 14-year career. He made 13 All-Star teams, was a 7x scoring champion and 11x rebounding champion. He won 2 NBA titles and was the Rookie of the Year. Chamberlain could do whatever he wanted on the court.

Off the court, Wilt was known for his alleged exploits with the opposite sex ... claiming to have slept with over 20,000 women. With the disco suit, we're inclined to believe him.

More financial woes for Kim Zolciak, a credit card company is going after her for more than $150,000 ... filing a lawsuit the same day Kroy Biermann filed for divorce.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, SAKS/CAPITAL ONE claims Kim was issued a card with a $115,000 limit. The company says her last payment was back in September 2022 for $4,179.

The documents state Kim owes $156,080.64 in total on the card -- in both charges and credit that have all added up over the last several months.

Of course, Kim's facing a bunch of other money problems, including the more than $1 million the IRS claims she and estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, owe. The couple also had their Georgia home foreclosed on, though that issue seems to be resolved ... at least for now.

Kim was also sued back in June for a Target credit card she allegedly had with a $2,482.24 balance.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann seemed like a couple on the mend from the outside -- but were fighting nonstop behind closed doors -- before one fight sent Kroy over the edge, causing him to file for divorce once again.

Sources close to the estranged couple tell us ... Kim and Kroy had been arguing for several weeks about money before Thursday's filing ... and things had gotten "nasty." As for specifics ... we're told each has been on the other's case about not paying various bills. They blame each other for their serious financial mess. As one source said, "They've gotten ridiculously petty over who hasn't paid bills. They're counting down to pennies."

We're told Kroy was regularly threatening to file for divorce. However, it was during a fight Thursday morning when Kroy threatened once again to file for divorce, Kim dared him ... so he did.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kroy filed separate divorce petitions back in May,but had a change of heart in July -- pulling their divorce filings.

At the time, we were told they still really loved each other and could work things out -- leaning on religion to help get them through -- but clearly, things soured.

Kroy's asking for sole legal and physical of their 4 minor children as well as child support, alimony and attorney's fees.

Safaree isn't here for Halle Berry writing fat child support checks to ex-husband Olivier Martinez ... in fact, he sees it as an inappropriate gender role reversal!!!

As we reported, Halle and Olivier's divorce settlement calls for her to pay him $8k per month ... plus, and additional 4.3 percent of any annual income she makes over $2 million.

Safaree, who has no connection to either party, decided to weigh in nonetheless ... saying, "A man getting child support is crazy he might as well put on a dress."

Welp, that sexist hot take drew plenty of fire online, but the "Love & Hip Hop" star says he's not about to argue with haters on social media -- not unless there's a paycheck involved.

As for why Safaree feels the need to voice his opinion at all ... we're guessing it has something to do with the fact, he's forking out a few thousand himself each month to his ex-wife Erica Mena.

TMZ Hip Hop broke the story ... Safaree agreed to pay $4,305 a month in child support after his divorce was finalized in September 2022.

Erica wasn't exactly thrilled with that figure, as she told us kids are expensive to raise in this day and age.

Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak just ain't meant to be -- after filing for and then calling off their divorce  -- Kroy has filed for divorce against Kim once again.

Kroy filed the divorce papers Thursday, obtained by TMZ, stating their marriage is "irretrievably broken." He wants sole legal and sole physical custody of their 4 kids moving forward, and is asking for child support as well as alimony.

What's more ... Kroy's asking for exclusive use of the marital residence, the same home he and Kim have shared through their ups and downs.

TMZ broke the story, Kim and Kroy filed separate divorce petitions back in May ... and it got nasty fast. Kim accused Kroy of smoking weed -- and being a potential danger to their kids -- and he said she had a serious gambling addiction. It was also discovered the couple owed more than $1 million to the IRS.

The two also had home visits from the police -- hurling accusations at each other while officers were on scene.

Kim and Kroy remained in the same home during their divorce proceedings, but had a change of heart in July when they decided to pull the divorce docs.

Leading up to the decision to pull back their divorce, we'd seen the family attend church together and other family events.

Kevin Costner's got a ton of money -- that's no secret --  but what's really insane is just how much his wealth expanded during his marriage to Christine Baumgartner, at least according to her.

Christine says in legal docs, obtained by TMZ, back in 2004 when the couple was hammering out their prenup, Kevin disclosed he had $102,716,000 in assets ... but she now says she doesn't know if that was full disclosure.

Fast forward to 2023, as the two are working to finalize their contentious divorce ... Christine says she believes Kevin's worth is close to $400 million ... with about $24 million in cash.

It's wild to think Kevin's grown his wealth 4x in less than 20 years -- obviously, he's been in some big projects -- but it's still super impressive ... if Christine's telling the truth.

As for what he's done in those years ... Kevin starred in "Yellowstone" from 2018 to 2023, acted in movies like "Let Him Go," "Hidden Figures," and "Draft Day."

He's also started the band "Kevin Costner & Modern West" -- they toured and put out 4 albums -- and he co-authored "The Explorer's Guild: A Passage to Shambhala."

So nothing THAT crazy, but Costner clearly gets good financial advice and has an impressive real estate portfolio ... including a beachfront estate as well as a separate plot of land worth a reported $145 million.

BTW ... he's also been involved in the oil industry.

Travis Scott's "Utopia" album is now eligible for a platinum plaque ... a speedy run through 1 million units as the album was just released last month.

The album crossed the threshold after getting a historic boost last week when Travis discounted vinyl copies of "Utopia" from $50 to $5 for the biggest vinyl sales week for a Hip Hop or R&B album since 1991.

"Utopia" is still on pace to sell around an additional 160k units this week and is currently in the running to top the Billboard 200 for the 4th straight week!!!

Travis will still have to submit the album to the RIAA for official certification, which will give him the honor of seeing all his albums to date go Platinum.

A$AP Rocky is ready to reveal the much-anticipated name of his new baby boy with Rihanna, but not at this very moment.

The father of 2 was in great spirits Wednesday night in West Hollywood -- showing off his kicks and his glistening pants while hopping into the back of his ride.

While all smiles, he's asked the million-dollar question: What's your new baby's name?? Check out his response ... sounds like the due date -- for the name -- is right around the corner.

As we reported, A$AP and Rihanna had their second kid on August 3 in L.A. -- while his name is under lock and key, we do know it starts with an "R." Remember, they named their first son RZA, so they've got a theme going.

You'll recall, Rihanna broke the pregnancy news to the world on one of the biggest stages in the world -- showing off her baby bump during her Super Bowl halftime performance, which dropped the jaws of millions of fans.

Roberto Clemente didn't only personify greatness off the field ... the Hall of Famer was a problem at the plate, winning countless awards throughout his Hall of Fame career, including the 1964 Silver Bat Award for leading the league in batting average!

Lucky for baseball fans, the award, which looks absolutely awesome, is now on the block at SCP Auctions.

FYI, the Silver Bat (different from today's Silver Slugger award) was given to the player with the highest batting average in both the National and American League during Roberto's era. Clemente won four NL batting titles with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The Silver Bat was modeled after Clemente's Louisville Slugger bat. The 34-inch long award is actually made of 55.6 Troy ounces of silver (that's worth over $1,300 in silver alone). Despite being almost 60 years old, SCP says the bat is still in excellent condition with only a few blemishes.

The award is inscribed with ... “BATTING CHAMPION 1964 NATIONAL LEAGUE B.A. .339.”

"Clemente is one of the most prolific hitters in major league history, batting .317 in his career and reaching the prestigious 3,000 career hit milestone," SCP said.

"This history trophy wonderfully commemorates the season in which Bob had a career-best 211 of those 3,000 hits."

The 211 hits were good enough the lead the league. Clemente was also named an All-Star in '64 (one of 15 All-Star appearances), and earned a Gold Glove (one of 12 he won) for his spectacular defense in the outfield.

As great as RC was on the diamond, he was known just as much for his charitable work away from the field.

Tragically, Roberto died in an airplane crash while trying to deliver aid packages to earthquake victims in Managua in 1972. He was only 38.

The Silver Bat Award auction ends Saturday, but it's not too late to bid, however, it won't come cheap. The bat already has a bid of over $97k.

SCP expects the SB Award, which comes with a letter of provenance from the Clemente family, to ultimately sell for around $350k.

Sam Asghari packed up his belongings and left Britney Spears, but that doesn't mean he has to foot his own bill for his new living quarters -- Britney's the one picking up the tab, TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the estranged pair tell us Britney's paying $10,000 a month for Sam's new pad in one of the most high-end apartment buildings in Los Angeles.

We're told $10k is the cost of a standard unit in the high-rise, but Sam was able to work out a deal for a better apartment at the base price.

Sam and Britney had an acrimonious breakup, so on the surface it seems surprising she'd foot the bill for his living quarters. But our sources say Britney's handlers thought it wise to make the gesture. As we reported, Sam's lawyer is making sounds he will challenge the prenup, and it will almost certainly end with Britney writing a check to Sam. Sources say the amount will be several hundreds of thousands of dollars in the end.

Our sources say Britney and Sam still aren't talking ... though as we first reported, they've at least come to an agreement on their dogs. Sam gets the Doberman, Porsha, and Britney gets their remaining 4 dogs -- including the Australian Shepherd, Sawyer, and new puppy, Snow.

Britney's system of support continues to dwindle, with only her attorney, Mat Rosengart, and manager, Cade Hudson, remaining ... but sources tell us she's recently expressed a desire to mend things with her dad, Jamie Spears.

The thought seems shocking, considering Britney's history with Jamie and the conservatorship, but our sources say Jamie's had serious health issues -- and Britney wants to make things right before it's too late.

R. Kelly is still on the hook for more than half a million bucks in restitution to his victims -- but they’ll be getting a big check soon thanks to his old hits.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, a judge signed an order garnishing the embattled singer's royalties ... as it was discovered Universal Music Group is holding a bunch of his royalties.

So, the company will now cut a check to cover Kelly’s restitution bill.

The order says Kelly's outstanding restitution balance is $506,950.26, and UMG just so happens to be sitting on 567,444.19 of his royalties -- more than enough to settle the debt.

As we previously reported, the singer is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for various sex crimes.

Although his back catalog apparently still generates plenty of money, Kelly hasn’t had as much success with music recently.

Rudy Giuliani's mug shot is in, and he certainly doesn't look like a happy camper after surrendering himself for Donald Trump's RICO case.

Giuliani gave the Fulton County camera the disapproving look Wednesday after he and fellow former election lawyer Sidney Powell walked into county jail for one of Trump's ongoing investigations.

RG agreed to a $150k bond, and Powell's was set at $100k. For those unaware, Giuliani's charged with things like engaging in criminal conspiracies and breaking Georgia's racketeering act -- Powell's facing similar charges.

He gave his thoughts about agreeing to work with Trump years ago, especially in hindsight ... but he seems to have no problems with the connection they share.

As we reported, Trump said on Truth Social he will be turning himself in to Fulton County officials on Thursday -- the day after Giuliani and Powell. The announcement follows last week's indictment on 13 counts of 2020 election subversion under GA's Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, or RICO.

Apart from Trump, 18 other defendants have been named in the latest case, with Giuliani and Powell being 2 of many ... also facing charges is the ex-president's former Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows.
