Psalm West is already part of the Kardashian empire, because he's about to fire up his own business ... and he's just 14 days old.

Kim Kardashian filed for trademark protection under her company so Psalm's name can be used for hair accessories, including barrettes, bands, bows, clips, ties, ornaments, pins, scrunchies, chopsticks, twisters and wraps.

The legal docs also include hair extensions and ornamental novelty pins.

And, it goes on ... entertainment services, personal appearances, skin care, probiotic supplements, toy figures and doll accessories, computer software, clothing, baby bottles, furniture, strollers, beverageware, swaddling blankets ... and on and on.

As long as we're talking ... skin moisturizers, lotions, creams, bubble bath, fragrances, body powders, shower gels, body oils, skin serums, nail polish, nail polish remover, nail care preparations ... and on and on.

Okay ... there's more -- puppets, puzzles, toy jewelry, toy cameras, toy food, bath toys, baby gyms, playground balls, electronic action toys, baby bouncers, baby changing tables, baby walkers, pillows, mirrors, cushions, picture frames and playpens.

We forgot to mention baby carriers, cosmetic bags, toiletry cases, duffle bags, umbrellas, clocks, watches, key chains, calendars, books, photo albums, stationery, stickers, writing utensils and collectible trading cards.

Now, this is sort of interesting ... it seems every time a Kardashian/Jenner has a baby, they file the trademark protections for their newborns, yet rarely do they actually launch businesses with their names. Two possibilities -- one, that they are blocking others from using their kids' names, and 2 -- that at some point in the future the kids may start businesses and they don't want to be blocked out.

Mama June needs help -- and her family recognized as much when they confronted her in an intervention, which features MJ in a decrepit state ... busted teeth and all.

June was sat down by a roomful of family members earlier this month in a staged intervention that went down at her sister's home. With the help of Dr. Ish Major, her family pled with her to straighten out her life ... which appears to mostly be falling on deaf ears here.

One of the more heartbreaking moments ... June's youngest daughter, Alana -- aka Honey Boo Boo -- breaks down crying at one point, saying she wants to move back home.

Check it out ... Mama June has become a shell of herself since she got arrested for possession of crack cocaine in March with boyfriend Geno Doak. Her teeth -- which she'd recently gotten fixed up -- are literally falling apart. She also collapses on camera.

We've also obtained a clip -- that will air this week -- of June's daughter, Pumpkin, and her sister discussing June's arrest from earlier this year.

Rather than stay away from Geno -- like her family has suggested, and a judge ordered -- she's been shacking up with him since the arrest ... and has been hitting the slots on and off a lot as well. BTW ... we're told Geno wasn't present for the intervention.

As we've reported ... HBB has had to move in with her older sister, Pumpkin, while MJ has allegedly moved into a casino. The preview addresses that issue as well, and a suggestion that could affect June's child for years to come ... if her ma doesn't get it together.

"Little Women: LA" star Christy McGinity got a sad double whammy courtesy of her costar, Tonya Banks ... who metaphorically threw Christy under a bus, then literally into a swimming pool.

Christy and Tonya got into a heated argument after Tonya yapped to all their castmates that Christy was NOT gonna make it to Jasmine Sorge's vow renewal ceremony.

This, of course, pissed off Christy because she didn't get to break the news privately to Jasmine -- and instead was totally embarrassed in the middle of Jasmine's bachelorette party.

Check out the clip ... Tonya was NOT having it and you can pretty much guess what happens next. The scene will play out in Thursday's episode. We'll just say this ... doggy paddle + unicorn horn = hilarious. Every time.

It's been a tough year for Christy, who has also had to deal with drama from her estranged hubby. It was a simpler time in 2018 ... when Christy and Tonya went from upgrading their lady parts to getting in the middle of a massive fooooooood fiiiiiiiiight!!!

Kim Kardashian and North West are getting their party on before Memorial Day Weekend ... hitting up Disneyland for a best friend's birthday bash!!!

Kim and her oldest daughter spent their Wednesday at the Happiest Place on Earth ... cutting loose on some rides, hanging out with Mickey Mouse and grubbing down on some Mexican food.

KK's pushing a stroller ... but newborn baby boy Psalm West isn't the one getting an assist from mama. Guess the latest addition to Kim and Kanye West's growing brood isn't quite ready for his first trip to the Magic Kingdom.

"Teen Mom 3" star Mackenzie McKee's neighbors have a grudge, and that's the only reason they called animal control claiming her dog was abandoned -- at least, according to Mackenzie's mom.

Angie Douthit tells TMZ ... the neighbors got pissed in the past about Mackenzie's Harlequin Great Dane, Hank, getting loose in their yard, which caused hard feelings between the households.

She says because of the past aggression they made sure Hank wouldn't get loose while Mackenzie was on a 6-day cruise in the Bahamas. Angie says she and her father were in charge of Hank and visited him every day to feed him and make sure he had plenty of water -- but insists the neighbors were just looking for any way to make Mackenzie look bad.

Angie says her dad covered the top of the pen with a huge tarp on the first day to make sure Hank wouldn't get wet in the rain. She says a few days later, they noticed someone had placed a wood pallet in the pen.

As we first reported ... the neighbors admit doing that so Hank wouldn't have to sit in mud. Angie, however, says the wood pallet might have done more harm because it was splintery.

She also says the neighbor's social media photo of all the poop in the pen is misleading ... because Great Dane's just poop a lot. Plus, she claims the mud made it look worse than it is.

As we reported ... animal control removed the dog Monday. Mackenzie told us that was only done due to tornado warnings in the area. Angie says she and her father were prepared to move Hank into the basement if a tornado had actually struck.

Witnesses claim Hank had been crying for 4 days, but Angie claims families in Miami, Oklahoma leave their dogs outside all the time and even in the rain.

Colin Kaepernick's girlfriend, Nessa, called out 'Teen Mom' star Jenelle Evans TO HER FACE -- and made her cry -- over an anti-Kaepernick post Evans put on social media.

... AND IT WAS AWESOME!!!

Nessa was hosting the "Teen Mom 2" reunion when she decided to put Evans on the hot seat about her Nike protest ... which Jenelle started last year after Nike used Kap in an ad campaign.

In the social media post, Jenelle wrote ... "I will not be buying Nike anymore. Chris Kyle’s wife wrote a huge letter about how she feels and I couldn’t agree more. HER husband actually DID sacrifice A LOT. Nike should change their 'motto' immediately. Nike needs a new PR person pronto."

Fast forward to the reunion ... when Nessa told Jenelle straight up:

"You posted hateful comments on social media about my family, about my man Colin Kaepernick."

Evans played dumb ... saying, "I posted them? When did I post it?"

Don't worry, Nessa had the receipts and read them out loud for Jenelle, who continued to play dumb.

"I’ve never seen that ... I honestly have no idea who your boyfriend is, or husband."

Nessa fired back again ...

"He’s been on set. This is an open, healthy conversation I would like to have with you," Nessa added.

"Please understand something. My man used his platform to peacefully protest systemic oppression in this country, specifically police brutality against black people. Men, women and children dying, wrongfully dying, and people who are doing this are not being held accountable."

"That is the issue. It has nothing to do with military men, military women, okay? Because they fought for our constitution to peacefully protest. I would have appreciated if you had contacted me. I would have been more than happy to have a healthy conversation."

Back to Jenelle ... who started to cry and stormed off the set.

"I don’t know anything about your husband, I swear to God."

Mama June's youngest daughter, 13-year-old Alana -- aka Honey Boo Boo -- has been forced to move in with her sister ... while June lives the casino life with her felon boyfriend.

Sources close to June tell us 19-year-old Pumpkin (gov't name, Lauryn), is now serving as a de facto guardian to Honey Boo Boo. We're told HBB's been living with Pumpkin for several months and helps look after Lauryn's 1-year-old daughter, Ella.

Family sources tell us, Alana and June's other daughters understand their mom is going through a tough time ... and want to keep their distance from her and the "drama."

We're told June rarely sees her family these days.

TMZ broke the story ... cops were called to a gas station in Alabama back in March after a domestic dispute between June and her boyfriend Geno Doak. According to the report, Doak threatened to kill June during the argument.

When cops arrived they busted June for possession of crack cocaine.

June was ordered to stay away from Doak by a judge, but she's clearly ignoring that ... shacking up with him at an Alabama casino and routinely hitting the slots.

Blac Chyna insists she was the victim, not the aggressor, in an altercation with her hairdresser -- which means exactly what you think it does ... Chyna's gearing up to sue her ass.

Sources close to BC tell TMZ ... her team has spoken to detectives about last weekend's hairdresser brouhaha and told authorities the woman "pulled a Jussie Smollett" by filing a false police report.

We're told BC's adamant she was the victim of an attack and not the other way around. She claims she suffered damage to her home and her Rolls-Royce when the hairdresser hurled soda cans. The house damage is a window ledge, we're told -- and the car damage is a banged-up bumper.

Might sound like much, but remember ...we're talking about a Rolls.

Chyna also denies pulling a knife during the incident, and as we've told you ... there's no video evidence so far showing she wielded a weapon.

Our sources say once Chyna is back from NYC -- where she's been hanging out with Wendy Williams -- she plans on getting with her legal team and filing a lawsuit against the hairdresser. She also has an appointment to get an estimate on the damage to her car and home.

As we reported ... Chyna is listed as a suspect in the police report for assault with a deadly weapon, and because her 6-year-old son, King, was at the house during the fracas, the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services got involved.

Jenelle Evans was a huge draw for the 'Teen Mom' series, but the show can go without her and do just as well -- so says JE's former costar, Kailyn Lowry.

We got Kailyn at the Crosby Street Hotel Saturday in NYC, where she was hanging out with another reality TV star, Lindsie Chrisley. Our camera guy asked if Kailyn thought Jenelle being fired from 'Teen Mom' would hurt or help the show all things considered.

Check out Kailyn's answer -- she acknowledges Jenelle's value as a cast member, but also seems to be taking a slight shot by saying she was dragging the show's reputation down and that replacing her was the right move.

Lindsie chimes in on that sentiment too, saying there's a major difference between day-to-day drama that'd play well for TV ... and real-life criminal activity, which she seems to insinuate David Eason is guilty of by killing the family dog.

The aftermath of that decision has been devastating for Jenelle and her family -- not only was she booted from the show, but her kids have been removed from her custody under a judge's order.

She and David were just in court Thursday to fight to get the kids back, but it doesn't appear they've been returned at this point.

Jenelle Evans and her husband, David Eason, showed up to court for their child services case with what appears to be a gun in plain sight on the dashboard of their car.

As we reported ... Jenelle and David went to court Thursday to fight a judge's order that removed three children from their home over the course of a week -- this, of course, following news that David had brutally killed the family dog when it nipped 2-year-old Ensley.

The kids were not returned to the couple by the end of it, and on their way out of the courthouse ... they got back into their vehicle, which looks like it was housing a pistol on the dash. You can make out what greatly resembles a firearm as they're driving away.

We pulled screenshots of this clip and heightened the resolution a bit -- there's no question in our eyes, the black object seen through the windshield seriously looks like a gun.

Seen at a different angle, the object still appears very much so like a gun. It sure doesn't seem like they were trying to hide it either ... the gun's openly on display, as you can see.

As we've pointed out in the past ... David is REALLY into guns, even going so far as to post multiple videos showing off his firepower after getting a visit from the Secret Service.

There's even been an alleged incident in which David was accused of chasing a woman down who drove by his house and brandishing a pistol at her. She claimed he told her, "That's right. I got a gun, I will shoot you." David denied the woman's version of events.

Tyga was once married to Tristan Thompson's baby mama ... and that creates a crazy, tangled web!!!

We found court records showing Tyga and Jordan Craig -- who has a 2-year-old son, Prince with TT -- got hitched on September 06, 2010 and they filed divorce docs exactly one month later. Interesting ... Tyga recently started liking Jordan's pics on Instagram, a clear sign he's trying to grab her attention.

The brief marriage certainly adds an interesting layer to the Kardashian dating tree. Tyga has a kid with Blac Chyna who also has a child with Rob Kardashian. Tyga, of course, also dated Rob's sister, Kylie.

As for the Tristan side of things ... he went on to have a daughter, True, with Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe Kardashian will not leave baby True alone with Kris Jenner ... because she fears Grandma will give the kid a sugar high!!!

True Thompson's momma dished with Disso Queen Laura Wasser on her hit podcast, 'Divorce Sucks!' which drops Monday ... and Khloe says Kris is like your typical grandma ... always fretting about extra layers and bribing the little ones with sugary treats.

Khloe reveals True's yet to taste any kind of unnatural sugars ... but she's got to watch her back around Kris because granny wants to fatten up the 1-year-old with all sorts of sweets.

Khloe believes Kris' tasty bribes are her way of getting Kim's and Kourtney's kids begging to go over the river and through the woods.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian thought long and hard on a name for their fourth child together ... and the proud parents are going with Psalm !!!

It makes a lot of sense ... Kanye's Sunday Service -- where he performs gospel and his own hits with a live band and choir -- has become a massive success, and his Coachella performance was one for the ages. And what do they sing at church services ... psalms!

Kim tweeted a text exchange from Kanye which read, "Beautiful Mother's Day. With the arrival of our fourth child. We are blessed beyond measure."

As for Mother's Day ... Kanye played a special Sunday Service show which included his and Kim's kids along with other members of the family and the children of family friends.

Kim says Psalm looks like Chicago's twin brother. He joins older sister North and big bro Saint as the sixth member of Kim and Kanye's growing family.

As you know ... KK and KW welcomed their new kid into the world last week, and he weighed in at 6 lb and 9 oz.

As we first told you... Kim and Kanye hired a new surrogate to carry their 4th kid to term -- but not because they were unhappy with the last one -- she was simply unavailable this time. The woman, who was in her early 20s, had a kid of her own back in December ... less than a year after popping out baby Chicago. So, the couple had to find another surrogate, whose profile still remains a mystery.

The surrogate went into labor while Kourtney and Kris Jenner were taping an episode of 'Ellen' with all the Kardashian kids. Kim was supposed to be there, but she obviously skipped the taping to attend a more pressing matter. It's pretty crazy, even Kris didn't know she was about to have another grandchild!!!

Kim's got a ton on her plate with the newest addition. She's actively studying to become a lawyer and recently helped with the release of 17 prisoners in the last 90 days. Not to mention she's a social media mogul, runs a cosmetics line and stars on "Keeping Up with The Kardashians."

Kim and Kanye used a leftover embryo they created to bring Psalm into the world.

MTV is moving quickly as it seeks a fresh start on its "Teen Mom" franchise ... the network is already filming with Jenelle Evans' replacement, Jade Cline.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... 'Teen Mom' producers will be filming Kailyn Lowry's podcast in New York this weekend, where special guest Jade will officially announce a pretty poorly kept secret ... that she's stepping in for Jenelle.

The podcast is called, "Coffee Convos with Kail Lowry & Lindsie Chrisley" ... and MTV cameras will be rolling as the hosts sit down for an interview with Jade.

Our 'Teen Mom' sources tell us, show producers felt the podcast was the perfect way to announce Jenelle's replacement ... because Kailyn will also be costarring alongside Jade!!!

We're told the reveal will air next week ... which lines up with the "Teen Mom 2" reunion.

As you know ... MTV severed all ties with Jenelle in the wake of husband David Eason killing the family dog as punishment for nipping at their 2-year-old daughter. The dog's brutal death was the last straw in MTV's often tumultuous relationship with the couple.

Jenelle has been an empty nester as of late ... now that authorities have removed all her kids from her and David's home in the fallout from the dog murder. Jenelle and David were in court Thursday, fighting to get her children back.

As for Jade ... the 21-year-old is a mother of one, and she recently split with her baby daddy, Sean Austin.

Former WWE superstar Ashley Massaro -- who later competed on 'Survivor' -- has died, TMZ Sports has learned. She was only 39.

Officials tell us ... Massaro was transported from her home in Suffolk County, NY to a nearby hospital where she died early Thursday morning.

Officials would not reveal the cause of death at this point, but we're told it's being classified as "non-criminal."

Massaro famously won the WWE's "2005 Raw Diva Search" -- which included a $250,000 1-year contract.

She went on to become a valet for WWE tag team champions Paul London and Brian Kendrick.

Her most high-profile matches including a WWE Women's Championship against Melina at Wrestlemania 23 in 2007 ... and a Playboy BunnyMania LumberJill match at Wrestlemania 24 the following year.

Massaro appeared on "Survivor: China" in 2007 -- but she was voted off on the second episode of that series.

She also appeared on the April 2007 cover of Playboy Magazine, which she revealed on an episode of "Smackdown."

She later cut ties with WWE in 2008. She later returned for a stint with a lesser known pro wrestling company in 2017.

"We are saddened to learn of the tragic death of former WWE Superstar Ashley Massaro," WWE said in a statement.

"She performed in WWE from 2005-2008 and was beloved by her fellow Superstars and fans around the world. WWE offers its condolences to Ashley’s family and friends."

WWE stars from all generations have reached out to share their heartbroken feelings on Massaro's death, with Torrie Wilson saying, "I can’t even begin to explain how devastated I am to hear about @ashleymassaro11 - legit one of the sweetest people I’ve ever known."

Melina Perez added, "I am gutted by the news of Ashley’s passing and my brain doesn’t want to believe it. How can this be real? It’s difficult and awful news to take in."

Trish Stratus, who says she was Ashley's first-ever suplex in the ring, said, "I’m having a hard time processing this news of my friend, a fellow worker, a fellow mom. I’m both sad and mad ... Rest In Peace baby girl,take in."

The Bella Twins, Nikki and Brie, wrote on their Twitter page, "We are so saddened to hear the news of Ashley Massaro. She had such a tender heart and sweet soul. We will always remember her of that. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family. RIP Ashley"

Even legendary wrestler Mick Foley offered his condolences, saying, "She lived in the same town as me...I loved seeing her around. She was always so nice...and now she’s gone."

A ton of other stars -- including Rikishi, The Iron Sheik, Bayley and TAZ -- also shared their thoughts and prayers for Ashley and her family on social media.

Colton Underwood thinks Kelly Ripa is too far removed from modern-day dating to understand "The Bachelor" ... and her criticism proves just how out of touch she really is.

We got this year's Bachelor couple, Colton and Cassie Randolph, Thursday at LAX and got their response to Kelly's comments from earlier this week, when she ripped the show as creepy and insisted the idea of dozens of women fighting over one guy is disgusting.

As 2 people with a unique perspective, Colton and Cassie tell us Kelly's critique is way off ... and they feel she just doesn't understand how dating works for younger generations growing up with Tinder and other dating apps.

Colton says the 'Bachelor' is just like Tinder, only it's on national TV ... and he thinks Kelly just doesn't know what it's like to have countless dating options.

Kelly's been married to Mark Consuelos since 1996 ... so she ain't swiping left or right.
