Kyle Richards and the rest of her "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" castmates made it very clear ... Lisa Vanderpump skipping the reunion show was NOT gonna cramp their party mood.

We got some of the cast -- from Denise Richards to Lisa Rinna -- pouring outta Craig's Wednesday night and they all looked glammed up as hell while sporting huge grins. They had just finished dinner after taping the 'RHOBH' reunion show ... sans Lisa, as confirmed by Kyle. She was the highlight of our night, and not just because of her dress.

As you know by now ... Lisa had said she would not attend a reunion with women she claims have been harassing her for nearly a year now. She kept true to her word. But, check out the video ... pretty clear the cast couldn't care less about her absence.

There's been bad blood brewing between Lisa and the cast for some time now and all signs point to #PuppyGate as the root of the beef. Kyle's little misunderstanding also turned up the heat.

Then there's this ... Brandi Glanville -- who got props from her castmates for reportedly dating someone 10 years her junior -- took to Twitter Wednesday to fan the flames, calling Lisa "my own personal devil."

Jenelle Evans' 2nd baby daddy extended an olive branch to her 3rd baby daddy, David Eason, after the men got into a heated dispute outside court -- but they're nowhere near a peace treaty.

Sources connected to the exes tell TMZ ... Nathan Griffith actually reached out to Jenelle on Tuesday after she and David got pissed at him. You'll recall, they called him out for talking to our camera guy. David called Nathan a blabbermouth -- and flipped him off in the process.

We're told Nathan wasn't happy with how things were left as they drove away -- he does share 4-year-old Kaiser with Jenelle -- so he shot her a text to clarify he wasn't trying to do damage by talking to the media, he was just chit-chatting.

Our sources say Jenelle didn't buy it, and thinks Nathan was looking for dirt on her and David's child custody case. BTW, Jenelle got into it with her own mom after Tuesday's court hearing too. Tough family day, for sure.

Back to Nathan though ... we're told he thinks Jenelle and David need to drop their us versus the world attitude, and he told them so.

7:42 AM PT -- The hearing is over. Kelly entered a not guilty plea on the new charges and will be back in court at the end of the month.

7:13 AM PT -- Kelly has just arrived, flanked by his usual crew as he strutted into the Chi-town courthouse.

R. Kelly is back in a Chicago courthouse for a hearing on the new round of sexual assault and abuse charges he's facing ... and TMZ is streaming live.

The embattled musician will be present Thursday, along with his attorney, Steven Greenberg, for his arraignment. Greenberg, tells us his client plans to plead not guilty to all 11 charges.

As we reported ... Kelly was hit last week with 11 felonies related to sexual assault and various abuse in Illinois. The Cook County State's Attorney's Office charged him with 5 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, 4 counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault and 2 counts of criminal sexual assault.

In legal docs, Kelly is accused of forcing contact between his penis and the alleged victim's mouth and committing an act of sexual penetration on a victim listed only as "J.P." The alleged incident occurred in January 2010, when the victim was under the age of 18.

Kelly's crisis manager, Darrell Johnson, had already told us his client denies all accusations and maintains his innocence. Hence, the not guilty plea today.

Thursday's hearing, which is set to begin around 7:30 AM PT, is separate from the 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse Kelly is already facing in Cook County. There are also 3 federal probes underway -- 2 in New York's Eastern and Southern Districts and another in the Northern District of Illinois.

Sophie Turner's giving new meaning to the term "slapstick" ... at the expense of Conan O'Brien's face!

The "Dark Phoenix" star was on "Conan" Wednesday night, and told him and Andy Richter about a drinking "game" called Tequila Slaps she played with her fellow 'X-Men' stars. Pretty simple rules: take a shot of booze and someone slaps the crap outta you before you can even swallow.

Conan seemed game, but grew apprehensive as the shots were poured. Still, he knows a good bit when he sees one -- ratings, baby -- and stood up to face Sophie the Slapper.

It went down exactly as she said it would, but the look on Conan's face at the moment of contact was priceless.

Sophie was immediately regretful -- seriously, it was an incredible slap. Conan's review? The most excitement he's felt in a long time.

Now ya know ... if you see Joe Jonas out in public with a bruised cheek, or handprint on his face -- he and wifey were probably just doing shots!

Of course, Sophie plays Jean Grey, aka Phoenix, in the next installment of the 'X-Men' franchise ... which hit theaters Friday.

Justin Bieber had a little chat with cops in Hollywood Wednesday afternoon, but it wasn't his driving that drew them out to an accident scene ... it was his hired driver.

Bieber's limo van was involved in a 2-vehicle accident that would normally be just a tiny fender bender -- if the freakin' van wasn't so huge! Looks like the back end of a Hyundai Sonata met the side panel of Justin's ride. Unclear who initiated the contact, but police were there to talk to all parties ... and possibly take down an accident report.

Officers spoke to Bieber, but again ... he was just a passenger. Law enforcement tells us both parties exchanged info and went on their way. No harm, no foul. In other words: this is why you pay insurance premiums.

Bieber's gotta know it coulda been way worse. It's a sweet van and all, but it ain't worth $2 million. Tracy Morgan knows what we're talking about!

Rob Kardashian's Instagram ban is still in full effect -- he has NOT returned to the social media platform, despite what some believed after Kris and Kourtney promoted an account bearing his name.

Peeps on IG went into a frenzy Tuesday when his mom and sister told people to follow @robkardashianofficial ... but we've learned Rob isn't allowed to be the person behind the account.

Honchos at Instagram tell TMZ ... @robkardashianofficial is an official fan account being run by "Jenner Communications," and there are certain rules and guidelines in place to ensure Rob can't turn it into his own account.

Here's how strict and specific those rules are -- the bio and captions can't be written in the first person, Rob can't upload posts himself, it must be managed by someone other than Rob and he can't create any of his own content for the account.

As you know ... Rob got booted from IG in 2017 after posting nudes of his ex, Blac Chyna, forcing him to take his social media game to Twitter and Snapchat.

The fan account's first post was on July 5, 2018, but it sat dormant until this past May ... and now it's getting more and more active.

Chris Jackson -- one of the actors in Ava DuVernay's new series about the Central Park 5 -- says it's up to viewers to decide how accurately they portrayed real people ... but most importantly, he wants viewers to be inspired.

Chris was out in NYC Wednesday when we asked him why he wanted to be a part of "When They See Us," and aside from the obvious -- working with Ava -- he says the story was too important not to tell.

As for the backlash against key figures in the case, specifically Linda Fairstein, he says it can't make up for the 5 boys being falsely convicted -- or the ordeal the Central park jogger, Trisha Meili, had to endure.

Chris played the attorney for Raymond Santana -- one of the 5 -- and says he doesn't believe filmmakers have to be married to ALL the facts when retelling real incidents. He says above all else, they're storytellers -- and viewers should do their own research to get ALL the details.

As we've reported, the Central Park jogger case has been a hot button issue this week due to "When They See Us," and Fairstein's taken the brunt of the backlash.

Many folks, including Santana and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, believe her reckoning is overdue.

Francois Clemmons was alongside other incredible counterparts like Betty Aberlin as Lady Aberlin, Joe Negri as Handyman Negri, David Newell as the delivery man Mr. McFeely and of course Fred Rogers as Mr. Rogers himself.

DJ Mustard treated himself on his birthday ... with some expensive condiments.

The famed producer behind some of hip-hop's sickest beats turned 29 on Wednesday and celebrated with new bling. DJ Mustard commissioned celebrity jeweler Eliantte, who came up with a clever pendant. Over 400 carats of VS diamonds and more than 2 kilos of gold make up a tiny ketchup figurine bottle chasing, naturally, a mustard one.

A bunch of diamonds also make out "10 Summers" on the center of the pendant ... in homage to Mustard's first studio album. Two brand new links designed by Eliantte complete the shiny birthday gift he received last night. The gift wasn't cheap either ... a cool $650k!!!

DJ Mustard -- who earned the stage name because his first name is Dijon (as in Dijon mustard, get it?) -- said the new pendant gives his stage name a whole new meaning. He wrote on Instagram, "Always be mustard, never have to Ketchup."

The hitmaker listed some proud accomplishments ... from winning a Grammy this year to moving "my sister and mom out of the hood" and putting countless of his friends in better positions to take care of their families.

Jussie Smollett did not want to call police immediately after he was allegedly attacked ... at least according to a friend who did make a 911 call.

On the January 29 phone call, which Chicago PD just released, the friend says Jussie's "attackers" wrapped a noose around his neck, after getting jumped as he left a Subway restaurant.

The caller says Jussie didn't want to file a report, but he was going to force him to do so. The male friend sounded panicked as he said, "They put a noose around his neck" and added ... "this is really f**ked up."

Police had said the 911 call was made 40 minutes after Jussie got back to his Chicago apartment.

We broke the story ... Jussie claims he was jumped by 2 men who not only put the rope around his neck, but doused him in liquid he thought was bleach and yelled, "This is MAGA country!"

Police say Jussie staged the "attack" and charged him with filing a false police report ... but the charges were eventually dropped by the Cook County State's Attorney's Office.

Federal marijuana legalization is just around the corner, and the trail to legal weed will be blazed by President Trump ... so says former U.S. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher.

The longtime Republican Congressman from SoCal was on "TMZ Live" Wednesday to talk cannabis, because Rohrabacher -- who's now invested in the weed industry -- says his former cohorts on Capitol Hill are already working on legislation to allow all Americans toke legally.

Rohrabacher told us why 2022 is going to be the magic year for chronic lovers -- and remember, he served 30 years on the Hill ... so, he knows what he's talking about when it comes to the inner workings of Congress.

Sources close to the show tell us ... during Carlile and Tucker's performance of the latter's 1972 hit, "Delta Dawn," the ladies will be joined on stage one-by-one by 6 more popular female artists -- a mix of country legends and rising stars.

We're told it's CMT's tribute to the power of women in country music, and the special guest performers will include Martina McBride, Trisha Yearwood, Lauren Alaina, Deana Carter, Rae Lynn and Carly Pearce.

Our sources say the ladies will join in on "Delta Dawn," but we imagine they'll put their own spin on it ... and it's certain to be a showstopper.

The saying "silence speaks volumes" couldn't be more true for Linda Fairstein and her book publishers, who've signaled where they stand on the uproar against her ... by remaining silent and doing nothing.

Despite a massive amount of backlash and scrutiny that's forced the D.A.'s former lead investigator on the Central Park Five case to resign from boards of directors -- there have been no consequences for her in the publishing world, where she's made a killing.

TMZ has reached out to multiple people at both Penguin Random House and its subsidiary, Dutton -- two publishing companies that have peddled her 14 novels -- but we haven't heard a peep.

An online push to boycott her publishers and distributors erupted when the Netflix series, "When They See Us" -- about the CP5 case -- premiered last Friday.

We've reached out to 6 different people at both PRH and Dutton, including reps from Linda's literary agency, ICM Partners -- but still ... radio silence.

It's interesting ... Fairstein resigned from her leadership positions at nonprofit Safe Horizon as well as from Vassar College after immense outrage over her role in wrongfully prosecuting and securing convictions against the then-teenagers ... which is captured in Netflix's new "When They See Us."

She was even publicly rebuked by Glamour Magazine, which said it was a mistake to give her the Woman of the Year Award in '93 ... adding they wouldn't do it again.

Still, despite all that ... nothing seems to have changed on the book front, which is where the initial outcry began this weekend. You'll recall ... many, many people called for retailers to yank Fairstein's novels from their shelves, which CP5 exoneree Raymond Santana was down with.
