The Giudices are finally reunited.

Joe Giudice is hugging his daughters once again, as Teresa and the girls have arrived in Italy to see him. Their eldest daughter, Gia, just shared the family photo on Instagram with the simple caption ... "we're back."

As you know ... after Joe was released from prison, he was in ICE custody for months before going back to his native country, while waiting for his deportation case -- and he's not allowed back for the time being.

Though he's been celebrating with his Italian family since arriving last month, this is the first chance Teresa and the kids have had to come visit him.

All in all ... it's been 3-and-a-half years since their family has all been together on the outside.

As we reported ... Teresa is trying to help Joe obtain an Italian passport so he can travel closer to the U.S. to see them while he awaits the decision on his deportation appeal. Regardless of what happens, Teresa wants to make sure her kids have a relationship with their dad ... even if he can't come back to America.

Looks like this is a good start.

Kevin O'Leary insists his wife, Linda, was driving their boat when it slammed into another vessel on a Canadian lake, killing 2 people, but the family of one of the victims that is suing O'Leary isn't conceding Kevin wasn't behind the wheel.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the lawsuit filed by the family of Susanne Brito, listing Kevin, his wife, Linda, as well as the owner and operator of the boat Susanne was on.

The lawsuit claims both Kevin and Linda were driving the boat, although it never alleges who was behind the wheel at the time of the crash.

The claims against Kevin and Linda are mirror images. The lawsuit says both Kevin and Linda should have checked the other for driving too fast and that they both had a propensity for driving too fast. The lawsuit says the boat they were driving was deficient ... among other things, it didn't have a proper horn and it was not in good condition.

And, there's this ... the lawsuit claims both Kevin and Linda were incapable of safely operating their boat because their judgment was impaired by alcohol, drugs or fatigue.

The lawsuit goes on to claim both Kevin and Linda had poor vision and were prescribed glasses and they failed to wear them on the night in question.

The suit also says Kevin and Linda were texting and driving.

As we reported, Canadian authorities say Linda was driving and she was charged with operating the boat carelessly ... i.e., going too fast. The other driver was cited for operating his boat at 11:30 at night without navigation lights.

The lawsuit asks for $1 million in compensatory damages and $1 million in punitive damages. As for punitive damages, the lawsuit says Kevin and Linda "behaved with arrogance, high-handedness and have shown a callous disregard and complete lack of care."

TMZ Sports has learned ... the 38-year-old ex-Yankees stud and his actress wife, JoAnna Garcia, copped the super private Hidden Valley home recently ... and the "forest-like sanctuary" comes with everything you could ask for.

The 6,780-square-foot crib has 5 bedrooms and 7 baths, a media room, bar, library and office, gourmet chef's kitchen, master suite, walk-in closets and a dope pool/hot tub outside with a yard!!!

And, don't bother trying to visit Swisher's new palace unannounced -- the place has 24/7 guarded security. Yeah, dude ain't messing around.

Not only is the pad cool and private, it's also in a perfect location for hitting up all the Beverly Hills hot spots -- it's only about a 5-mile drive to Mastro's!!!

Final closing price -- $5.95 million (just a little bit of change for a guy who made over $94 million in his career).

Chris Brown got the kind of attention from L.A. cops and city officials that someone gets when they commit a really serious crime ... thing is, all he was doing was holding a yard sale.

TMZ has learned, a swarm of authorities visited Chris' San Fernando Valley property Tuesday ... the day before he held his yard sale at his home.

We're told at 9:30 PM Tuesday, a Code Enforcement officer from the L.A. Dept. of Building and Safety went to Chris' home to inform him someone had filed a complaint. We spoke with a Building and Safety official and asked what kind of complaint would someone make when the yard sale was hours away from even getting started.

We're told the person who filed the complaint claimed Chris was bringing stuff onto the property he was going to sell, but that just wasn't true. It was all his stuff ... stuff that was inside his home.

Here's the thing ... the officer was there for a full hour and a half. WHY? Well, the Building and Safety official told us they had to go over rules with Chris on how to throw a garage sale, and what he was and wasn't allowed to do. The official said the Code Enforcement officer had to wait a while until one of Chris' reps showed up, but he couldn't say what specifically was discussed and why it took so long. But, he denies it was harassment.

But, there's more. Sources connected to Chris tell TMZ, an LAPD officer went out during the day on Tuesday and told Chris' people they couldn't have a yard sale because he didn't have the proper permit. But, that's just dead wrong, because in the City of L.A. you don't need a permit to throw a yard sale.

An LAPD official tells us his officers did NOT tell Chris' people they needed a permit. They say it was someone from Building and Safety who said that. But, the Building and Safety official scoffed at this, telling us they were NOT the ones who mentioned a permit.

Dog the Bounty Hunter contemplated what would happen if he killed himself after his wife, Beth Chapman, died from cancer ... and it shows just how far he's come in dealing with his grief.

Dog talked about having suicidal thoughts on the season finale of "Dog's Most Wanted" Wednesday night -- which captured the raw moments after Beth passed -- saying ... "I just hope that I don't live very much longer without her."

Less than 12 hours after she died, Dog opened up to the cameras about how much he was hurting ... and wanting to take pain pills.

He said ... "I feel like if I did something to myself right now and passed away, suicidal, and I got to heaven, I'd go, 'Hi, honey!' and she'd be like, would she go, 'You dumb ass, why did you do that?' or would she go, 'Wow, you're here!'"

Dog then struggled to fight back tears.

Sources close to Dog tell TMZ ... he watched the emotional episode with some loved ones, including his son, Garry, and his personal adviser, Richard Moore, at his Colorado home. We're told they all cried together, but Dog was able to get a little closure and realized he's going to pull through.

Our sources say Dog watching himself contemplate suicide has inspired him to encourage people to seek help during their darkest moments and remember the pain becomes manageable over time ... especially with a support system.

Kanye West is touring to promote his new album -- sort of -- and his latest stop was a fancy clothing store in NYC ... to premiere a new music vid.

Kanye rented out the Burberry off 5th Ave Wednesday night for a special screening of his brand new vid for "Follow God" ... and it was a pretty star-studded affair. Kim Kardashian was there with him, of course ... but so were A$AP Rocky and Tyler, the Creator.

At one point, Kanye addressed the small crowd and talked about buying land in America as a black man. As you know, he dropped millions to buy a huge ranch in Wyoming in September ... the property is 4,500 acres!!!

He and Kim also joked about what to name some of the horses that come with the ranch ... Rocky and Tyler had suggestions.

Earlier in the evening, our photog got Kanye as he was leaving The Museum of Modern Art and asked if Sunday Service will ever be a televised broadcast ... and he gave an emphatic "yes."

He also shook some hands and signed some autographs after midnight as he and Kim left the Burberry event.

Kim also shared a longer clip of the "Follow God" music video on her Instagram ... as you can see, it looks like it was filmed on the ranch.

Kaia Gerber is now rocking a gold necklace with her new bae Pete Davidson's first initial ... or so it seems.

The 18-year-old model flashed her million-dollar smile Wednesday at the Women's Guild Cedars-Sinai Annual Luncheon at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. She was also flossing some new jewelry around her neck.

You'd be hard-pressed to say the "P" necklace has nothing to do with Pete ... unless you wanted to ignore the fact they've been on 2 dates -- that we've seen -- on 2 coasts in recent weeks.

As we first reported ... Kaia and Pete were spotted having dinner a couple of weeks ago at Sadelle's in NYC. If you look closely, she's wearing one necklace during that date. It's the same one she was wearing -- next to the "P" necklace -- at the Bev Hills event.

So, let's cover all bases here -- Kaia's brother is Presley, but wearing a "P" to honor her bro would be kinda weird. Kaia's middle name is Jordan, so that ain't it. Her mom Cindy Crawford's middle name is Ann, so no dice there. And, pops Rande doesn't have a middle name.

Jenelle Evans isn't the only one fearful for her children's well-being in the presence of David Eason ... her ex is too, and he's relieved she finally left him.

Sources close to Nathan Griffith -- the father of Jenelle's 5-year-old son, Kaiser -- tell TMZ ... he's happy if Jenelle's happy ... and if that takes no longer being under the same roof as David, then he's all for it.

We're told Nathan was constantly worried about Kaiser's safety due to Eason's track record of violent and disturbing behavior. That's why Nathan attempted to get primary custody from Jenelle ... although, she ultimately retained it.

Our sources say Nathan thinks Jenelle is a good mom, and now that he has some peace of mind ... he's perfectly fine with her having Kaiser. We're told he also hopes co-parenting with her will be easier with David out of the picture.

Giancarlo Stanton is ready for two more superstar teammates ... the Yankees outfielder tells TMZ Sports he wants NYY to sign BOTH Gerrit Cole AND Stephen Strasburg!!

"You can never go wrong with Cole and Strasburg!" Stanton says.

The two stud pitchers are set to be free agents this offseason after epic playoff runs for the Astros and Nats respectively ... and when we got Stanton outside of Il Pastaio, he made his Pinstripes pitch to both guys.

"I'm pretty sure Gerrit grew up a Yankees fan, so he'd always like to do that," Stanton tells us. "And, Stras, we debuted together, so he'd like that!"

As for if there'd be any jealousy in a clubhouse full of superstars adding TWO MORE to the mix ... Stanton says hell no, telling us, "You can never have too many!"

So, could it actually happen? Maybe. Both guys are reportedly in line for some MASSIVE contracts, and everyone knows the Yankees have the cash to bring in big free agents.

By the way, Stanton -- who only played in 18 of 162 regular season games -- also tells us he's ALREADY working to make sure a repeat of his injury-shortened 2019 season doesn't happen again next year.

The 29-year-old slugger says he's trying to start his workouts WAY earlier this offseason ... and showed us he's serious about it -- already decked out in gym attire!

Ever seen a Beluga whale play fetch in the open seas before???

Now ya have ... 'cause the Seattle Seawolves just posted video of the adorable mammal retrieving a rugby ball from deep in the ocean -- and it's incredible!!

The 74 seconds of awesome begins with some people on a boat pulling a ball out of the Beluga's mouth ... and then they hurl the sphere about 20 yards away.

That's when the whale swims out and grabs it ... AND THEN BRINGS IT BACK TO THE BOAT!!! It's seriously amazing.

Unclear why the guys decided to have the impromptu game of catch ... but the Seawolves were stoked to post the footage Thursday.

"Great to see a fellow marine mammal enjoying a bit of catch-pass with one of the @RugbyWorldCup balls!" the team wrote. "The #Beluga seems to prefer the offload instead of the spin pass."

FYI, the Seawolves' season starts in a few months -- which means there's definitely enough time to make a nickname change to the Belugas ...

Gucci Mane's convinced the nightclub where he performed screwed him over and indirectly got his supercar towed, but the club's calling BS ... and laying the blame squarely on a drug store.

A rep for Mr Jones Miami -- the club where Gucci performed last week -- tells TMZ the rapper's sadly mistaken by pointing a finger at them because they say it's his own security that screwed up parking the Ferrari Superfast.

Here's the deal ... we're being told someone on Gucci's security team parked the $600k ride in a lot behind the club -- a lot that technically belongs to the CVS next door. Gucci's team allegedly even talked to the CVS manager and got the okay to park there.

It seems everything would've been fine, except that manager's shift ended. The folks at Mr Jones tell us a NEW manager came on duty and called for the tow because he had no clue about Gucci's deal with his predecessor.

Classic communication breakdown.

Of course, that's not how Gucci feels about it. In his Instagram video documenting the whole ordeal, he insinuates the club owes him as much as $40k -- to cover damage to his car -- since he thinks their valets misled him.

Mr. Jones denies their valets ever gave Gucci's team the go-ahead to park in CVS' lot ... because their peeps strictly handle parking in front of the club, not in the back.

UFC star Francis Ngannou is finally responding to Tyson Fury -- telling TMZ Sports if Fury is serious about competing in MMA, Francis is "200% down!"

Remember, Fury -- one of the top heavyweight boxers on the planet -- says he's dead serious about trying his luck in the Octagon ... and plans to train with Conor McGregor.

Fury also said he's eyeing Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou and possible opponents.

So, we reached out to Francis to see if he was game -- and man, HE'S ALL IN!!!

In fact, the 6'4", 258-pound heavyweight says he'll make a 2-fight deal with Tyson -- if Fury agrees to meet him in the Octagon, he'll do a SECOND match in the boxing ring.

Ngannou tells us ... long before he became an MMA fighter, he had dreams of becoming a boxing champ -- and he believes he has the skill set to compete with a champ like Fury.

Ngannou says he's already instructed his management team to reach out to Fury to see if there's a way to make it happen ... and thinks the UFC would be on board.

We recently spoke to UFC honcho Dana White who told us he's a huge Fury fan and would love to get in business with him ... but advised Tyson to focus on boxing instead of trying to transition to MMA.

But, if there was a 2-fight deal including a boxing match, you gotta wonder if White -- who's launching a boxing promotion in 2020 -- would be more open to getting a deal done.

Ngannou has already gotten some pointers on how to fight Fury from Mike Tyson -- and Francis says Iron Mike has offered to train him if Fury accepts the fight.

Aleisha Allen was only 14 years old when she was cast as the mischievous and clever daughter, Lindsey Kingston -- who snapped a flash photo that caused a deer to go wild -- in the 2005 family comedy movie, "Are We There Yet?"

Allen starred in this hilarious adventure film alongside Ice Cube, as the determined romantic trying to win over her mother's heart, and makes their journey across the country much more difficult for him than he could have anticipated. Kevin O'Leary and his wife are being sued by the family of one of the victims in the deadly boat crash.

Rosa and Antonio Ragone are suing on behalf of their deceased daughter, Susanne Brito ... with their attorney, Patrick Brown, saying, "For this grieving family, it is about obtaining civil justice so as to prevent these types of deaths and curtailing reckless and dangerous behavior from continuing on our lakes."

We broke the story ... Kevin's wife, Linda, was driving their boat on a lake in Ontario, Canada back in August around 11:30 PM, when it rammed into another boat, killing 2 onboard that boat. Canadian authorities have charged Linda with careless operation of a vessel -- we're told they felt she was going too fast -- something her lawyer strongly denies. The driver of the other boat was charged with driving a boat without navigation lights.

The driver of the other boat is also being sued.

Whitney Houston's longtime pal, Robyn Crawford, is now saying what everyone in Whitney's world knew ... she had a physical relationship with the singer.

Robyn -- who made the revelation in her new book, "A Song for You: My Life with Whitney Houston" -- says she met a then 16-year-old Houston in 1980 at a summer camp, and that their friendship quickly turned physical and romantic.

Robyn told NBC News in a new interview ... it started with a kiss, and then eventually went on to sleeping together. Robyn says it wasn't planned -- it's just something that happened.

Over the next 2 years ... Robyn explains Whitney told her they had to stop seeing each other, as she felt it would sink her music career. On top of that, Robyn says there was family pressure.

Here's what's crazy ... Robyn says Whitney wanted to keep things on the down-low, yet people we've spoken with who were close to the singer say she often flaunted her relationship with Robyn in public. One source says he saw them at the Crillon Hotel in Paris, and they were full-on making out in the lobby, with numerous people watching.

Robyn goes on to say, in the interview airing Saturday on Dateline, Whitney told her that her own mother -- a gospel singer -- had issues with them being together, saying it wasn't natural.

Whitney married Bobby Brown and had one child with him -- Bobbi Kristina Brown. Whitney died in 2012, and her daughter passed a few years later. As you know, they both eerily died in a bathtub and drugs were involved.

With her book, Robyn says she hopes to shed more light on who Whitney truly was. She'll be live on 'Today' November 11 ... the day before her book comes out.
