Paris Jackson is in a much better head space since her suicide scare ... spending time with friends, family and taking advice from people who genuinely care about her.

TMZ broke the story ... Jackson was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital last week after she attempted suicide by cutting her wrists. She was released from the hospital a few hours later after allegedly telling doctors she'd seek treatment at another facility ... but that never happened.

Those close to Paris had originally pushed rehab on the 20-year-old -- but she refused -- and has taken her well-being into her own hands.

Family sources tell us Paris is trying to improve her mental and physical health, and open to listening to the folks she trusts. Our sources say Paris is eating better, exercising and working on psychological issues.

Paris will turn 21 in just over a week, and organizing the party has kept her busy. We're told Paris has also been in regular communication with her younger brothers ... and is proud Blanket is gearing up for college. Macaulay Culkin -- who had an unbreakable bond with Michael Jackson -- has also been a big support.

We got Paris out in L.A. Tuesday night with her boyfriend outside Largo comedy club ... and she assured us she was doing fine.

Danielle Bregoli just hit a milestone of wealth and success at a very young age -- she's now the proud owner of a Rolex watch ... the perfect way to ring in her 16th birthday.

Sources tell us Bhad Bhabie received her first Rolex ever Tuesday in NYC as an early birthday gift to celebrate her sweet 16, courtesy of her managers, Adam Kluger and Dan Roof. We're told Danielle has always wanted a Rolex but hasn't gotten around to snagging one.

The diamond-encrusted watch is a beaut, and it's custom too.

Our sources say this is a Mother of Pearl Rolex, and it comes fully loaded with 15.38 carats of VS diamonds around the band, and 1.5 carats of VS diamonds on the Roman numerals lining the face dial. All in all ... we're talking about a $42,000 value.

We're told the watch was commissioned by Joel the Jeweler in L.A.

We got Danielle out in NYC Tuesday and she was already sporting her new gift ... but she says there's still one more present that'll make her bday perfect.

Danielle certainly deserves it -- she's been riding a wave of success so high for so long now that it's somewhat surprising she hadn't copped one of these before. From smash hit songs to her own reality show on Snapchat, she's come a long way from her "Dr. Phil" days.

Kim Kardashian helped Paris Hilton celebrate the big 3-8 with an epic belated birthday bash that came just in time for St. Patrick's Day. Better late than never, right?

Paris hosted Kim, Kourtney, Larsa Pippen and tons of her other famous pals at an undisclosed location Saturday night that was decked out to the theme of "#ClubParis," which seems to be an homage to a famous cabaret/strip club in France.

Paris got tons of selfies with her girls as she shimmered in a silver jumpsuit, but the big highlight of the night was when Larsa filmed Paris hitting the stage for some pole dancing.

Check it out ... she's pretty good.

Paris turned 38 on February 17, so this get-together literally came one month after the fact. That didn't seem to bother PH though. As Kim says here, that's just how Paris gets down ... celebrating months and months at a time. Solid motto.

Mitt Romney's birthday got super freaky with lots of hot wax, Twinkies ... and his unique approach to blowing.

The Utah Senator turned 72 Tuesday, and his staff surprised him with a cake made of his "favorite snack," much to his delight. Check out the vid, though -- Mitt drops a quick dad joke ... then gets weird with it.

It's unclear why, but Romney takes his sweet time, removes each candle one by one ... and THEN blows it out.

Mitt's method doesn't seem very efficient, especially if anyone in his office has any place to be -- but he claims it rewards him with more than the customary single birthday wish.

On the upside ... less saliva to go around.

Khloe Kardashian might be looking past her Tristan Thompson drama ... but everyone else is looking directly at her rocking a very sheer outfit for her BFF's party.

Khloe was on the prowl Sunday night in Las Vegas, where she was celebrating 2 birthdays -- for her best GF, Malika Haqq, and her twin, Khadijah Haqq McCray. They're well into their dirty 30s at age 36 -- meanwhile, Khloe's a couple years younger at 34.

Either way, it looks like Khloe's ready to embrace single life again -- her wardrobe definitely is. Y'know what they say about fish in the sea, and nothing catches 'em like a see-through fishnet suit.

We haven't seen her with Tristan since his latest cheating scandal -- and there's no reason to think we will anytime soon. As you know, Khloe let Kylie's BFF, Jordyn Woods, off the hook and laid blame on Tristan.

He seems to be moving on, based on the company he's been keeping -- so, Khloe should too.

Kid Cudi turned 35 a little over a month ago but dude's still turning up in style ... with this INSANE custom diamond chain.

We're told the rapper commissioned celebrity jeweler Ben Baller to get it done as a birthday gift to himself. It cost Cudi a whopping $275k!!! The BAPE camo diamond chain carries a sick colorful pendant ... including black diamonds to make out Cudi's hair and white diamonds for Cudi's t-shirt.

The pendant's also littered with Cognac diamonds for Cudi's face, canary diamonds for Cudi's rings and blue diamonds for the pants. The "stoner" eyeballs are made up of rubies. The piece was designed by Japanese fashion designer Nigo, who used to own the popular BAPE clothing line. Kid Cudi has been featured in some of their collections over the years.

Solid way to celebrate turning 35. Remember ... Cudi broke bread with Kanye West, Pete Davidson and Oscar-nominated actor Timothee Chalamet back in January in Malibu to ring in 35.

Daniel Cormier wasn't interested in watching Jon Jones fight Anthony Smith in person on Saturday ... he had other things on his mind -- like taking his family to Disneyland!!!

Despite the crazy feud between the two, DC tells us he wasn't going to let Jones dictate his weekend -- and instead opted to take his wife and kids to the Magic Kingdom in Anaheim, CA -- 260 miles from the Jones fight in Vegas.

There was a good reason for the trip ... DC's daughter, Marquita, turned 7 years old and the UFC champ wanted to do something special for her birthday.

Of course, while Cormier was enjoying the Happiest Place on Earth, Jones put a beating on Anthony Smith at UFC 235 ... boosting his official record to an impressive 24-1-1.

Jones doesn't acknowledge his 1 loss -- because it was due to a disqualification from an illegal elbow in a fight he was otherwise dominating.

It was almost deja vu for Jones this weekend -- he hit Smith with an illegal knee and was THIIIS close to being DQ'd again ... but Smith took the honorable path out and opted to continue the fight.

Jones won in a unanimous decision.

Cormier -- the reigning UFC heavyweight champ -- and Dana White say he's gunning to set up a 3rd fight with Jones before he hangs it up for good.

DC lost the first time he fought Jones and was KO'd in the rematch -- but that 2nd loss was later ruled a "no contest" because Jones tested positive for a banned substance.

So, will DC agree to one last brawl with his arch enemy?

Chris Martin is consciously celebrating his birthday with his ex-wife and a ton of their famous friends.

The Coldplay frontman hit 42 on Saturday and marked the occasion with a huge bash at his Malibu crib. Of course, Gwyneth was there ... along with Julia Roberts and Sean Penn, who arrived at the same time.

"Shameless" star Jeremy Allen White also showed up for his buddy's Earthday bash. Now, far as we know, Chris didn't have to sing for his cake -- instead, they had a mariachi band to handle the entertainment.

Chris' potential future mother-in-law Melanie Griffith was there too, but interestingly ... no shots of GF Dakota Johnson. Maybe she was somewhere getting ready to jump out of the cake.

Jeremy Meeks has gone from the big house to the dog house -- if you believe reports he and fiancee Chloe Green are on the outs -- which might explain his gushingly loving birthday message to her.

Chloe, who's celebrating her 28th, and Jeremy got into a tearful argument last week while in Dubai ... according to Daily Mail, and she flew back to their home in Monaco ... without him. Chloe's posted pics since then without her engagement ring.

Jeremy and Chloe, who have a 10-month-old son, Jayden, have refused to comment about their relationship since the reported split -- but it sure sounds like he's doing his best to make amends.

Floyd Mayweather says he ain't mad at Tyga for trying to pull a gun at his birthday party over the weekend -- in fact, Floyd says the rapper will still be invited to the next big bash.

We broke the story ... Tyga was physically removed from Floyd's 42nd birthday party at the Sunset Room on Saturday night after getting into a heated altercation with another man inside the event.

Our cameras captured a FIRED UP Tyga as he reached into his security guard's gun holster and tried to grab the pistol. Fortunately, the quick-thinking guard snatched the gun from Tyga, preventing what could have been a deadly situation.

Our sources tell us ... Tyga was furious after being accused of missing payments on a fancy Maybach car. He flipped out. Tyga says the two sides later talked things out and everything is cool now.

So, when we saw Mayweather at Ace of Diamonds in L.A. on Monday night, we asked if Tyga will be blacklisted from future Floyd events.

"I don't care that Tyga got in a fight in my party ... guess what?! It was good publicity for my party!"

Floyd also says he'll be invited back for the next shindig -- and doesn't really seem too worried about possible gun violence.

After all ... it's not the first time Floyd's been close to a situation involving firearms. Remember, last year someone opened fire on Floyd's entourage in Atlanta, striking his bodyguard, Greg La Rosa.

The good news, Todd says the knee is "fantastic."

The bad news, there were so many drunk people around Todd, that's really the only update we could get.

And, how did we know? Well, she kept telling us ... over and over again.

It went down at Friday at 1818 Club Ballroom in Duluth, Georgia and huge stars like Todd Gurley, Charles Barkley, Jeff Hardy, Triple H, Evander Holyfield and Dennis Rodman were all there to wish Naich well.

CEO Custom Cakes provided the confectionery delight in the form of a gigantic custom cake shaped like a wrestling belt, while super fancy petal pushers Venus ET Fleur provided the flowers.

Wendy also had a sick robe designed modeled after Flair's favorite from back in the day.

Fantastic job, Wendy ... we're sure your birthday will be even better now, complete with a free ride on your favorite theme park attraction.

Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are living proof persistence pays off, because they finally made it to Cabo San Lucas after a failed first attempt.

Courteney, Molly Kimmel, Amanda Anka (Jason Bateman's wife) and 8 other women surprised Jen Friday with a trip to Mexico to celebrate her big 5-0. The party came to a grinding halt when their private jet lost a tire and had to circle for several hours to burn fuel before making an emergency landing in Ontario, CA.

The women stayed in the plane for almost an hour while another private jet was rounded up, and the ladies tried again and succeeded.
