Sam Asghari is telling people he believes Britney Spears cheated on him with a staff member at her house, and engaged in other inappropriate sexual conduct as well ... sources tell TMZ.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Sam has claimed Britney asked at least one staffer to shoot video of her naked. Not only that, we're told Sam believes she hooked up with at least one of the male staff members working at her home.

As for how Sam supposedly knows -- our sources say he claims there's footage of Britney and the staffer together in a compromising position.

We're told Britney's in a fragile and hyper-sexualized state, and it's contributed to her dangerous decision-making ... making her a risk to her own safety.

Our sources say Sam acted as a crutch for Britney for a long time, but her recent conduct was too much. We've reported Sam has been over the marriage for a while now, and recent events were simply the last straw, leading him to file for divorce.

As we reported, Britney's now without a support system -- she's iced her family out, doesn't have real friends, and has now lost Sam. We're told there's serious concern from her loved ones, but at this point, there's not much they can do.

Sam Asghari has broken his silence on his split with Britney Spears, almost exactly 24 hours after he filed divorce docs against the pop star.

Sam posted a message to Instagram Thursday, writing, "After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together."

He continues, "We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always. Shit happens. Asking for privacy seems ridiculous so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful."

While his message is of love, we know the final weeks of the pair's relationship were anything but smooth ... Sam moved out after a blowup fight where he accused her of cheating. Sources close to the couple tell us he suspected she was having an affair with a worker at her home.

Not only that, Sam's told those close to him Britney has attacked him in his sleep. We got photos of him out back in January sporting a black eye and an apparent bite mark on his arm right around the time he said he was attacked.

The fact a handful of Britney Spears' supporters are blaming Plies for sabotaging Britney and Sam Asghari's marriage isn't lost on the "Bust It Baby" rapper ... and he's been trolling them all morning with plenty of glee!!!

A highly amused Plies hopped in his whip and took to IG on Thursday to troll the internet after we broke the story of their split and then covered Sam's divorce filing ... laughing manically while blasting Britney's iconic "...Baby One More Time" to the speaker's max volume!!!

Plies has made it a point to boost the buzz of several of Britney's bizarre dancing videos ... his IG is reminiscent of a mini BS shrine already after months of reacting ... and some passionate fans have already named him to be the scapegoat ... without any concrete evidence, of course.

Britney may be more concerned with buying herself a horse instead of her crumbling nuptials at the moment but as we reported, a pretty explosive argument and cheating allegations forced Sam to file for divorce ... and the situation could possibly take even more downturns.

Britney Spears isn't just losing her husband in the wake of Sam Asghari filing for divorce, she's also losing her strongest supporter ... and there's no family around her to pick up the pieces.

Sources close to Britney tell us ... Sam is fully out of her life. He had moved into his own place before he filed for divorce Wednesday.

Britney is again estranged from her entire family. As we reported, her mother, Lynne, visited in May and it looked like the 2 had patched things up. But sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, that relationship has soured again, and they are once again not on speaking terms.

She's not speaking with her siblings or her dad, and we're told there are no friends around to support her. Her children have moved to Hawaii, without saying goodbye. She hasn't spoken to them in a long, long time.

As one source put it, "She has one confidant, [her manager] Cade [Hudson]. Then there's her security team, and after that her support system falls off a cliff." We're told her mom and other family members are very worried.

As you know, her conservatorship had doctors, specialists and a team to make sure her day-to-day ran smoothly ... that's all gone now. She's alone in her house.

It's unclear who will step up and help Britney, as we're told she just isn't capable of handling things on her own, but it will need to happen soon.

As for her book -- set to drop in October -- Britney signed off on the final copy a few weeks ago, and it's still set to release ... but obviously, won't include the split drama.

The singer shared a pic Wednesday night of herself riding a horse, something she posted very shortly after the news of Sam's divorce filing -- but her caption's focusing entirely on the fact she wants to buy a horse for herself.

Of course, her silence on the divorce can't be an accident ... some fans think she's intentionally taking an unbothered approach to the whole thing.

BTW, the equestrian pic is still kinda relevant to the split -- it's from a trip she took with Sam last month, maybe their last together.

Sam cited the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for ending the marriage.

He is asking for spousal support and attorneys fees ... but on the issue of finances, there's something way more interesting.

Sam's lawyer, Neal Hersh, is making rumblings that Sam will contest the prenup. TMZ broke the story way back when ... Britney had him sign a prenup and it maintains her assets as separate property.

The docs say, "[Sam] has yet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party."

And there's more ... "There are various items of community and quasi-community assets and debts, the full nature and extent of which are unknown to [Sam] at this time."

It's highly unlikely the prenup would be declared invalid by a judge, but the reality is ... it's not about going to court.  As one source with direct knowledge told TMZ, Britney will write a check to Sam and that will be the end of it.

Sam lists the date of separation as July 28, 2023. ET first reported the divorce filing.

As we reported, Britney has a prenup which protects her assets, but one insider tells TMZ, the likely end to the marriage will be a check from Britney to Sam that will settle things, at least financially.

If you've been following Britney's journey post-conservatorship, the writing's been on the wall. At times, Britney's behavior has been erratic, and we're told Sam was over it.

Sam has publicly defended Britney from critics, but privately we're told he was frustrated ... at wits' end.

Sam and Britney started dating back in 2016, when he got a gig in one of her music videos. Since then, they've been practically inseparable.

Amid the #FreeBritney movement, Sam often expressed support for Brit's fans ... she shared plans of marrying him and starting a family. He even posed in a Free Britney t-shirt, which he posted to his Instagram.

Britney was ecstatic when Sam popped the question in September 2021 ... sharing pics and video of her ring and happiness with her fans on social media.

Eventually, Sam and Britney said their "I Dos" and tied the knot in a small private ceremony at their Thousand Oaks home -- not without drama, courtesy of one of her exes. Still, the ceremony itself seemed to go off without a hitch ... and they appeared happy.

While divorce docs haven't been filed yet, we're told that should happen sooner rather than later.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Bam's estranged wife Nikki is getting sole legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old boy for the time being, while Bam's being limited to FaceTime visits.

The judge's ruling came down Tuesday ... Nikki was physically in court and Bam appeared via video conference, a foreshadowing of his upcoming interactions with Phoenix.

Remember ... Bam was requesting joint legal and physical custody of Phoenix, asking for overnight stays with his son every other weekend and accusing Nikki of doing everything she can to keep the boy away from him.

For now, Bam's only being allowed to see Phoenix over FaceTime via 20-minute calls on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, plus 30-minute calls on Sundays. Nikki's not allowed to monitor the calls.

Bam and Nikki are due back in court in a few months, so it seems this will be the status quo until then. As we reported, Bam was taken into custody Wednesday morning in a suburb just outside of Philly, being cited for public intoxication.

Sources told us officers saw him arguing loudly with a woman outside a hotel, and claimed he smelled like booze and was slurring his speech.

Trippie Redd is owning up to a HUGE mistake ... the Diamond-selling rapper might specialize in "Love Letter" albums, but he's writing a breakup note to now ex-girlfriend Skye Morales for cheating on her!!!

On Wednesday, Trippie came forward, claiming Skye had been giving him the cold shoulder so he decided to find a warm bed elsewhere.

But, he says it's now eating him up inside that he cheated, and he's advising his fans to keep any love they find close so they don't end up like him -- spilling his personal tea all over social media.

Kevin and 13-year-old daughter Grace Avery were in a luxury suite as Taylor sang one of her most famous breakup songs -- Grace Avery was jamming to the song, singing along and dancing, while her more subdued dad took in the lyrics with an ever-so-slight grin.

Kevin just got Christine out of the house after a legal battle, but there's still a huge conflict over how much money she'll get in child support, not to mention that it seems she's going to challenge the prenup.

"The Bachelorette" alum Kaitlyn Bristowe is opening up about her split from Jason Tartick ... and she's hinting at the possibility of a second chance between them.

Kaitlyn shared her post-breakup thoughts Monday at LAX, admitting she's holding up alright in the days following their called-off engagement ... and says it's been easier because they have so much respect for each other.

She was asked who made the call to split up, and says it was a mutual decision ... but then quickly raises this interesting possibility -- she says all hope for reconciliation isn't lost, and the door "isn't permanently closed."

As for their 2 dogs, Ramen and Pinot, Kaitlyn says she'd take full ownership if it was up to her ... but admits she and Jason are happily co-parenting the pups, for now.

You'll recall, Kaitlyn and Jason announced their breakup Sunday on social media, saying they'd called off their engagement after 4 years together.

"The Bachelorette" alums Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick have said their goodbyes ... calling it quits on their engagement after 4 years together.

They announced the split in a joint statement, posted on Instagram Sunday ... saying they're "saddened with heavy hearts to share that we have decided to end our engagement," breaking the news after filling in family and close friends.

Kaitlyn and Jason say they're thankful for those that gave them "time and space to process the life-altering decision as there are many emotions and changes to navigate."

They add they'll be co-parenting their 2 dogs, Ramen and Pinot ... and say they'll be remaining friends despite the breakup -- writing, "We feel grateful to be ending our engagement with love and respect for each other," adding it's "heartbreaking" to say goodbye.

Fans of the show remember Kaitlyn first appeared on Chris Soules' season of "The Bachelor," then returned to "The Bachelorette" the same year as the season's lead. As for Jason, he was on Becca Kufrin's season in 2018.

Kaitlyn and Jason met in 2019 when he jumped on an episode of her "Off the Vine" podcast -- they started dating that same year and announced their engagement in May of 2021.

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix are avoiding making any eye contact these days, according to him ... which is obviously a challenge considering they're still living together.

TS was leaving the Ziggy Hotel in West Hollywood Thursday night, and pressed on the rumors he and Ariana can barely stomach to look at each other anymore ... and the guy ain't denying it.

The photog brings up a good point -- how the hell is that possible when they're still living under the same roof? Tom's response is sure to drop a few jaws.
