Angus Cloud died from a lethal combination of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and more in what's being ruled an accidental overdose ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Alameda County Coroner, the "Euphoria" star suffered acute intoxication from the combination of drugs which also included benzodiazepine.

TMZ broke the story, Angus died at his family home in Oakland July 31 -- police and the fire dept. responded after his mother, Lisa, reported a "possible overdose," saying he didn't have a pulse.

A source close to the family told us Angus had been battling severe suicidal thoughts after burying his father in Ireland the week before. Angus was staying with his family, trying to work through overcoming his grief ... though his mom denies her son was suicidal.

As we reported, Angus' father, Conor, passed away in May after a short battle with cancer, which Lisa said "moved quickly which was devastating to all who loved him."

Angus attended an album release party just a few days before his death ... appearing to be in good spirits at the time while partying it up with a bunch of people.

In the wake of his death, Angus' friends came together to paint a mural in Oakland ... which has since become a gathering place for people wanting to remember him.

The mural was even the site of a candlelight vigil ... and the artwork captured the attention of Angus' "Euphoria" costar Zendaya, who posted about it on social media.

Zendaya's also been among the celebs sharing tributes to Angus ... she says she will cherish every moment they shared.

Sophie Turner is at war with Joe Jonas over their 2 kids ... she says Joe is unlawfully keeping their children in New York City and she wants them "returned" to England with her.

Sophie says in April, 2023, the family made England their "permanent home," and regularly discussed their desire to raise the kids in the UK, and for the kids to attend school there.

She says they felt England was a safe place to raise kids, and they were both down with the plan. She had a lengthy passage in her legal docs, outlining all of the activities in which the kids have engaged in England.

She says "with some hesitation," she and Joe agreed the kids would stay with Joe while the Jonas Bros toured the U.S., because she was busy shooting a "very intense," time-consuming series.

Sophie says the agreement was that in September, when she finished filming, she would return to New York, to "collect the children and return home to England."

This past Sunday, Sophie and Joe met to talk about their separation, and she reiterated her desire to take the kids to England that week. Joe was in possession of the kids' passports, and "refused to return the passports to the Mother and refuses to send the children home to England with the Mother."

The Messenger was first to report the lawsuit.

Based on Joe's alleged refusal, she filed these legal docs in federal court, citing the Hague Convention -- an international treaty -- which deals with child abduction across country lines.

She's asking for a court order demanding that Joe produce the passports and return the kids to her.

Don't forget, we reported that the 2 sold their Miami home last month, BTW ... and were planning on moving to England, beginning their search for a spot overseas last December -- touring a couple of spots, too.

Sophie argues they've been living in the UK for 5 months now, and even sold the Miami home the month before he filed.

BTW ... Sophie gets into why they split. She says they had an argument on August 15 and Joe filed for divorce Sept. 1. She found out September 5 through the media. She adds they had both agreed the kids would follow her to England in Sept., but on Sept. 19 Joe's attorney contacted her people and said the kids would not be returning to England.

We reached out to Joe's camp ... so far, no word back.

Kim Kardashian had a lot of people doubting her acting skills leading up to the premiere of "American Horror Story: Delicate" ... but she proved them all wrong, with a performance that's getting a ton of positive feedback online.

The Ryan Murphy hit series premiered with a new season on FX Wednesday night with Kim, Emma Roberts, Cara Delevingne, Matt Czuchry and more.

Kim plays Siobhan Corbyn, a publicist for Emma Roberts' character, Anna Victoria Alcott.

Kim comes out swinging right out of the gate with her opening line, "Tell them to suck my c***." From there, she holds a steady and seemingly natural performance throughout the episode ... leaving fans excited for what more is to come this season.

Twitter's response was overwhelmingly positive for the mother of 4 and SKIMS honcho, one user wrote, "Kim Kardashian did her thing. She had the odds stacked against her, but she was really giving actress. Props to you." Another said, "Wait a minute ... Kim is actually eating on #AHS" and another wrote, "Kim K out acting everyone was the biggest shock so far."

Remember, Kim's been doubted before when it comes to being in front of the camera ... proving skeptics wrong when she nailed her monologue on "Saturday Night Live" and got a ton of praise for the sketches on her episode.

It remains to be seen just how involved Kim's character will be throughout the rest of the "AHS" season, but the fans have certainly spoken ... they're team Kim.

Timothée Chalamet is hinting things are going well with Kylie Jenner ... but he's not ready to talk about it, only flashing a smile when asked about his new boo.

We got the 27-year-old actor outside Cartier in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, and asked him a few Kylie-related Qs. TC stayed silent, but shot us a sign -- unsuccessfully hiding a smirk as he was walking the streets.

As we reported, Timothée and Kylie went public with their relationship earlier this month, smooching at Beyoncé's birthday concert in Los Angeles. The two had been linked for months after Kylie's car was parked at his place back in April, and they were also spotted on a taco date around that time, too.

They certainly haven't been trying to hide it since the concert -- sitting together courtside at the US Open last week with a bunch of other celebs in the building.

BTW, they were locking lips quite a bit at that event, too ... hey, maybe Timothée's smile in Bev Hills was from the PDA-filled flashbacks.

Kim Kardashian and Odell Beckham Jr. have recently linked up on a more personal level, but the two have actually run in the same circles for years.

As we reported, Kim and OBJ have some mutual friends who have helped to bring them together, but our sources say there's nothing romantic between the pair.

Truth is, Kim and Odell have been at some of the same parties -- including his own birthday -- within the last year ... further proving they've got a lot in common when it comes to their social lives.

Both Kim and OBJ attended Michael Rubin's July 4th White Party to celebrate America's Independence earlier this year. While they didn't appear to pose in any pics together, the two were certainly in good company ... with the likes of Tom Brady, Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, Jay-Z, Justin Bieber, Travis Scott, Kelly Rowland and a whole lot more.

Kim was also in attendance for Odell's 30th birthday party at Mother Wolf in Los Angeles back in November. Once again, they weren't photographed together ... but Kim was definitely there, leaving the bash solo later in the night.

Our sources say Kim's totally down to find love again if she finds the right match ... but she's having a ton of fun being a mom and continuing to grow her businesses.

Taylor Swift's latest girls' night out featured a very interesting addition to the posse -- now, she's hanging out with Sophie Turner ... with whom she shares an ex in Joe Jonas.

The British actress and American pop star broke bread in NYC Tuesday night -- grabbing dinner at yet another Italian joint, Via Carota, just one day after she chowed down with a separate female power crew ... which included Laura Dern, Zoë Kravitz and Greta Gerwig.

Here, Sophie is front and center as Taylor's big guest ... and while they hugged inside before sitting down for their meal -- their walkout together is even more telling.

Check it out ... ST and TS were literally linking arms like a couple of school girls as they strolled outside and faced a massive pap crush -- which was snapping away. Sophie's outfit here isn't lost on anyone either ... she's looking pretty hot.

Obviously, this is a big deal 'cause Sophie is in the middle of a divorce with Joe -- and Taylor, of course, used to date the Jo bro way back when too. So, they're both past loves.

It also appears Sophie's back in the States after recently filming her new show.

We know Joe and his brothers are on tour right now -- hitting up different venues all over the country -- and according to Joe ... he's been the primary caretaker for his and Sophie's 2 young children of late. Now that mom's back, though ... we'll see if that remains the case.

Shannon Beador was allegedly pretty boozed up ahead of her car crash and DUI arrest -- we're told she was at a nearby bar, complaining about a certain former 'RHOC' star.

A witness tells TMZ ... Shannon was with her pal and business partner, Steve Muller, at "A Restaurant" -- that's the real name -- in Newport Beach, CA on Saturday night. FYI, the spot is about half a mile from where she crashed her car later in the night.

We're told Shannon appeared tipsy while hanging at the bar the entire time, but it's unclear exactly what she was sippin' on. As one witness put it ... she was loud and boisterous through the night, with her arms flailing in the air.

A fan even snapped a pic with the reality star as the night went on.

We're told Shannon was overheard at one point complaining about former 'Housewives' star Alexis Bellino, who was also in the restaurant -- although, that allegedly didn't stop Shannon from bitching about her to other people nearby, with real animosity in the air.

When reached for comment, Alexis told TMZ ... "When my girlfriends and I arrived for a fun night out together, it was soon brought to my attention that Shannon was also at the same restaurant. Shannon and I did not interact that night, but it greatly saddens me to learn that she may harbor negative feelings or resentment toward me, as I was not involved in Jim Bellino's lawsuit against Shannon. From one single mother to another, I wish Shannon nothing but the best as I know she is facing trying times ahead."

In case you didn't know, Alexis is referring to her ex-husband, Jim, who filed a million-dollar defamation lawsuit against Shannon and Tamra Judge in 2018, claiming they talked smack about his business on a podcast.

Don't forget, Shannon's night at the bar came hours before video showed her car slamming into the side of a home ... leading up to her arrest for DUI and hit-and-run.

La diputada Lauren Boebert no tiene la culpa de su papelón en el teatro, su marido separado es en realidad responsable de hacerla una soltera cachonda... así lo dice el propio hombre.

Jayson Boebert  —que está en medio de un divorcio en este momento con la congresista de Colorado— usó Facebook el lunes para defender a su próxima ex esposa diciendo que la gente no debe atacar en Lauren por su comportamiento y que en realidad deberían culparlo a él.

Se dirige a los electores escribiendo: "Estoy escribiendo para hacer frente a las profundas preocupaciones que circulan. Viendo los ataques contra Lauren, siento que la gente debe saber la verdad de nuestro matrimonio roto y la carga que ha llevado durante demasiado tiempo."

Jayson continúa elogiando a Lauren como una madre excepcional, esposa y abuela añadiendo que ella era una maravillosa esposa y compañera en su matrimonio, es decir, antes de que él rompiera su confianza engañándola. Parece que está atribuyendo a que su decisión de presentar en mayo.

Él lo pone muy claramente, explicando: "Este ha sido un divorcio devastador en el que tengo toda la responsabilidad. Me molesta que todo el mundo cree que me dejó por la fama o un nuevo estilo de vida. Eso está muy lejos de la realidad. Por otra parte, la mayor parte de lo que se dice de nuestra familia es falso. Otra batalla a la que nos hemos enfrentado juntos durante demasiado tiempo. Gran parte de esto recae sobre mí porque el problema empieza por la raíz. Yo soy la raíz".

Jayson dice que ha hecho sufrir mucho a la diputada Boebert y cree que es debido a este dolor por lo que ella podría haber actuado de esta manera. A continuación, hace una propuesta personal a ella personalmente, diciendo que está detrás de ella y condena los ataques que viene su camino en las consecuencias.

Una última súplica al público de JB: "Les pido a todos que muestren gracia y misericordia hacia Lauren en esta temporada problemática. Rep. Lauren Boebert isn't to blame for her raunchy theater hookup -- her estranged husband is actually responsible for making her a horny single ... so says the man himself.

Jayson Boebert -- who's in the middle of a divorce right now with the Colorado congresswoman -- took to Facebook Monday to defend his soon-to-be ex-wife ... saying that people shouldn't pile on Lauren for her behavior, and instead come after him.

He addresses RLB's constituents, writing ... "I am writing to address the deep concerns circulating. Watching the attacks against Lauren, I feel the people should know the truth of our broken marriage and burden she has carried for too long."

Jayson goes on to praise Lauren as an exceptional mom, wife and grandmother -- adding that she was a wonderful spouse and partner in their marriage ... that is, before he shattered her trust by cheating. It seems he's attributing that to her decision to file in May.

He puts it quite plainly ... explaining, "This has been a devastating divorce that I hold all responsibility for. It upsets me that everyone believes she left me over fame or a new lifestyle. That is far from the truth. Then again, most of what’s said about our family is untrue. Another battle we have faced together for too long. Much of this is on me because the problem starts at the root. I am the root."

Jayson says he's put Rep. Boebert through the wringer, and believes it's because of this pain that she might've acted out this way. He then makes a personal overture to her personally, saying he stands behind her and condemns the attacks coming her way in the fallout.

One final plea to the public from JB ... "I am asking for you all to show grace and mercy towards Lauren in this troubling season. She deserves a chance to earn your forgiveness and regain trust. I have broke her down in so many ways, but she will come out stronger as she always does, and so will I."

As for Rep. Boebert herself -- she's reacted to Jayson's message, saying she appreciates his sentiments, but stops short of saying there's any sort of reconciliation on the horizon.

She's been handling this as well as she can -- taking responsibility and getting back to work in D.C. As she explained to us on camera yesterday ... no more dates for the time being.

It may be the most shocking turn of events this year ... the divorce war between Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner is now history, because they have SETTLED UP!!!

As improbable as a settlement seemed, there were signs it might happen. As we reported, Kevin's legal team, headed up by disso queen Laura Wasser, won a series of legal skirmishes, particularly in the child support department. Wasser submitted paperwork to the court saying Kevin's monthly obligation should be $63k a month. Christine wanted $248k a month, and after a 2-day evidentiary hearing in Santa Barbara earlier this month, Judge Thomas Anderle sided with Kevin.

The judge also made it pretty clear ... the prenup would be enforced, and if Christine challenged it she would have to repay Kevin more than $1 million and pay his attorney's fees for the prenup fight. Apparently, Christine saw the handwriting on the wall and agreed over the weekend to the terms of a 3-page settlement letter.

The 2 were married for 18 years and had 3 kids together. Christine filed for divorce back in May and asked for joint custody. Kevin also asked for joint custody. We don't know the details of the settlement, but it looks like Christine's $850,000 fee request is off the table.

Although the prenup is enforceable, our sources say Christine got more than what was prescribed in the doc ... for the sake of settlement.

Did not see this one coming.

Rep. Lauren Boebert says it's dunzo between her and the theater groping guy -- saying the one-time private moment came and went ... and it sounds like his politics might be at play.

The Colorado congresswoman touched down in D.C. Monday to get back to work -- and she chatted it up with a photog at the airport who asked all about her busy past few days outside of Capitol Hill. Of course, we're referring to her wild night out in Denver last week.

For starters, Boebert again takes accountability ... saying she regrets how everything played out, especially in public. She somewhat defends her fooling around as a little bit of "me time," and she was just cutting loose and enjoying herself on a romantic date.

Speaking of that date -- bar owner Quinn Gallagher -- it sounds like he might be out of luck for a second meetup ... at least based on what she says here. The reason she's cutting him loose ... he's a freaking Dem! Apparently, she didn't know that before going out with him. Nonetheless, she says he's a great guy.

What we can glean from her remarks ... this seems to have been a first date. If true, that's certainly fascinating -- especially considering how handsy they were with each other. Here's hoping he enjoyed it, 'cause RLB probably ain't calling him again ... nice as he was.

Rep. Lauren Boebert isn't holy anymore in the eyes of an organization focused on conservative youths -- 'cause she's been booted from their official speakers list.

The Colorado congresswoman was initially part of the guest lineup that was set to appear and speak later this month at the Texas Youth Summit just outside of Houston -- where people between the ages of 12 and 26 are invited to lean into their right-wing views.

Boebert was supposed to appear alongside Donald Trump Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, Charlie Kirk and others. Now, however, it appears there's been a change of plans ... 'cause she's been scrubbed from all the marketing material that originally featured her -- pre-groping video going public.

There's been no official explanation from the org itself on why they nixed her -- but it seems pretty obvious after Boebert was found to be in a mutual fondling sesh last week.

What's also interesting is how they described when they first booked/publicized her gig with them. They said RLB was a "devout Christian who seeks to honor God in all that she does."

In light of everything that's come out since, though ... maybe not as godly as they thought.

Rep. Boebert has since apologized for the whole thing -- saying it was an error of judgment on her end, on pretty much all fronts. Congress hasn't formally reprimanded her just yet.

Cover your eyes, children!

Bill Maher has pulled the plug on his decision to bring "Real Time" back without writers ... he says there's now hope both sides may reach an agreement so he's putting his show on ice until that happens.

Bill says, "My decision to return to work was made when it seemed nothing was happening and there was no end in sight to this strike. Now that both sides have agreed to go back to the negotiating table I'm going to delay the return of Real Time, for now, and hope they can finally get this done."

The words, "for now," are important ... if there's an impasse after the WGA and studios meet this week, Bill might go back to his OG plan.

Maher's decision comes after Drew Barrymore also reversed course herself after getting scorched by other celebs and folks on social media. Jennifer Hudson's show and "The Talk" also pulled the plug on coming back during the strike.

Bill announced last week he wanted to do something for the staff of his show that was struggling during the 5-month-long strike. He was planning on eliminating the writer-based segments and just having a spontaneous panel show, but now everything's on hold.

The big question ... will writers feel pressure to settle, knowing there are producers and hosts chomping at the bit to return to work if talks collapse?

Drew Barrymore will not cross the picket line, after all ... she now says she is NOT going back into production on her talk show while the Writer's Guild strike continues.

Drew completed a massive flip-flop Sunday morning when she announced, "I have listened to everyone, and I am making the decision to pause the show’s premiere until the strike is over. I have no words to express my deepest apologies to anyone I have hurt and, of course, to our incredible team who works on the show and has made it what it is today."

The turnaround comes exactly one week after she first said she would start shooting new episodes -- and since then she's faced a wave of backlash and criticism that nearly brought her to tears in a video apology for coming back, but oddly said was still going to return to production.

Perhaps not coincidentally, her change of heart -- to pull the plug on a comeback -- comes hours after Rosie O'Donnell ripped into her.

As we reported, Rosie O’Donnell excoriated Drew on Saturday, posting simple instructions on how she can save face with the union and the public. She wrote, “Stop taping the show. Stop asking audiences to cross the picket line, Then ask someone to help you craft three declarative sentences. They should follow along these lines: I made an error. I apologize to the WGA for disrespecting the work of professional writers. I apologize to all union members who are withstanding real hardship as I live a life of luxury.”

Well, Drew didn't say that word-for-word, but, in essence, it is what she ended up saying.

BTW, the video apology has been deleted, and Drew now seems resolute in not coming back until the strike ends. She says, "We really tried to find our way forward. And I truly hope for a resolution for the entire industry very soon."

It will be interesting to see if other shows or hosts bow to pressure to honor the strike -- "Real Time With Bill Maher," "The Talk" and Jennifer Hudson's talk show are also returning without their striking writers.
