Keke Palmer's ex-boyfriend has now filed his own restraining order docs in their nasty split ... claiming she was physically and verbally abusive toward him during their relationship.

According to the new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Darius Jackson beelined it to court Tuesday to request a domestic violence temporary restraining order against Keke.

In the docs, Darius claims Keke frequently became agitated and aggressive during their relationship, usually after drinking alcohol, and abused him for years.

Darius claims Keke, who is the mother of his child, punched him in the face at a birthday party back in 2021 after she had been drinking. He says her friend, Lenoria Addison, tried to stop Keke from attacking him and says he has text messages from Keke apologizing for hitting him.

In the docs, Darius claims Keke also punched and hit him during his January 2022 birthday celebration in Cancún ... with the alleged attack leaving bruises on his body.

Darius says in February 2022 Keke attacked him again -- allegedly choking and hitting him inside her home after drinking booze.

Most recently, Darius claims Keke got mad at him in March 2023 about an overflowing shower, blamed him for the problem and called him a "bitch, a punk ass, and a loser."

Darius says Keke would often send him a barrage of emails after the alleged domestic violence incidents ... usually lashing out or apologizing.

As we've reported ... Darius and Keke are going through a contentious split, she's accused him of abuse -- he denied it -- and she got a temporary restraining order against him, plus temporary sole custody of their kid.

3:02 PM PT -- He has since expanded his statement, now saying, "Seriously, folks? This is my final comment on this. I neither said nor implied any such thing. Despite headlines claiming otherwise, in my post, I absolutely did not call for an act of violence or threaten a U.S. president as many other celebrities have done in the past. I suggest you re-read my actual post and pay attention to the words before believing this nonsense."

He continues, "It’s my position, which I am entitled to have, that some of our nations leaders in Washington have lost their way, and corruption runs rampant, both on our nation’s borders and abroad. Transparency and accountability must happen in order for our constitutional republic to survive. There is no threat implied or otherwise in that statement."

1:58 PM PT -- John tells us he meant no harm in the tweet, saying, "Seriously, folks? I said no such thing. Despite headlines claiming otherwise, I absolutely did not call for an act of violence or threaten a U.S. president."

"The Dukes of Hazzard" star John Schneider will likely have a visit from the Secret Service in the near future ... because he made a social media death threat against President Biden.

The actor, famous for playing Bo Duke on the iconic TV show, posted on Twitter Wednesday, stating both Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, "should be publicly hung." John's full tweet read, "Mr. President, I believe you are guilty of treason and should be publicly hung. Your son too. Your response is..? Sincerely, John Schneider."

John's threat has since been deleted ... and was a direct reply to Biden's post about Donald Trump, where POTUS took shots at the indicted former president.

Judging by his tweet, John thinks Biden is guilty of treason too.

Funny enough, Wednesday, the same day he sent the threat, was a pretty eventful day for John ... because he was also revealed as the secret celebrity hiding behind the donut costume on FOX's singing competition show, "The Masked Singer."

John's account also has other replies where he mentions Biden and treason ... and there's another recent post ripping Dr. Anthony Fauci as "Treasonous."

So, there seems to be a theme here ... but now, it's escalated to death threats.

We reached out to John's camp ... so far no word back.

4:58 PM PT -- Vin Diesel's attorney Bryan Freedman tells TMZ, "Let me be very clear, Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety. This is the first he has ever heard about this more than 13-year-old claim made by a purportedly 9-day employee. There is clear evidence which completely refutes these outlandish allegations.”

Vin Diesel is facing a lawsuit for allegedly forcing himself on an assistant working with him during production on one of the 'Fast and Furious' movies.

Asta Jonasson says she was hired by One Race Films, a production company, to be Vin's assistant while he filmed "Fast 5" in Georgia back in 2010. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Asta says she was at Vin's suite at the St. Regis in Atlanta while he was entertaining multiple women.

She claims when the last woman left, Asta was tasked with ushering Vin out of the hotel to avoid photographers. But, instead, she says Diesel forcibly grabbed her, groped her breast and kissed her -- all while still in the suite -- and, although she struggled to break free ... he allegedly continued forcing himself on her.

Jonasson alleges the assault escalated as Diesel lifted up her dress and tried to pull down her underwear ... before pinning her against the wall, grabbing her hand and placing it on his erect penis. She says Diesel was in his underwear after pulling down his cargo shorts.

She claims he then pulled down his underwear and started masturbating while still leaning against her -- at which point, Jonasson says she kept her eyes closed to "dissociate" and get through the alleged ordeal. She says when he finished he pulled up his shorts and said, "No one can say s**t about Asta" and left the room.

Hours later, Jonasson claims Samantha Vincent -- Diesel's sister and president of One Race -- called her and fired her, saying they no longer needed her help. In the suit, Jonasson says she believes she was fired because she resisted Diesel during the alleged assault.

According to the suit, Jonasson says she remained silent for so long out of fear of Diesel's power in Hollywood, and because of her immigration status as a green card holder -- but says she feels empowered by the #MeToo movement. She also cites California's Speak Out Act -- which allows victims to file sexual assault claims for alleged incidents dating back to 2009.

She's suing Vin, his sister and One Race Films for sexual battery, wrongful termination and hostile work environment.

We've reached out Diesel's reps, but no response yet.

Blueface and Chrisean Rock continue to put their infant son in danger ... going live on Instagram after a dispute where Chrisean claims BF ambushed her, and punched her in the face.

Both went live Thursday morning from BF's driveway -- according to Chrisean, Blueface asked her to come over -- and she listened, hoping to get some babysitting relief.

She then claims Blueface ambushed and assaulted her, striking her several times in the head. It appears he left bloody evidence all over her car and his knuckles. Chrisean refused to leave Blueface's driveway and told her followers that she was waiting for the cops to come to haul him away to jail.

However, as for Blueface, he claims Chrisean showed up unannounced, and claimed the baby, Chrisean Jr., was being transported without the safety of a car seat.

Chrisean fired back with receipts ... posting their recent text messages to prove he had asked her to come over.

Law enforcement sources tell us at this time, no calls to service have been made to the residence, but it's undeniable, the situation surrounding the child has been toxic for weeks.

12:08 PM PT -- The killer has reportedly been revealed as 24-year-old David Kozak. Kozak allegedly killed his father in the day before making his way to the city and shooting people from a balcony at Charles University Arts facility.

9:17 AM PT -- Reports now state the gunman has left at least 15 dead ... including his father, who was found dead earlier in the day.

An unbelievable scene in Prague, as students find safety on the ledge of a building, after a gunman opened fire inside a university building ... with multiple people reportedly dead.

The terrifying moment unfolded Thursday at Charles University in Jan Palach Square, the oldest and largest university in the Czech Republic. It's currently unclear how things started, but images from the scene show a group of students hanging off the building, trying to get out of the shooter's line of sight.

It appears at one point the gunman did get close to the students, because he was spotted on the roof, too ... with his rifle pointing down at the ground below.

Czech police say 10 people are dead, with dozens of others injured -- cops also say the shooter has been "eliminated." He has yet to be identified.

In the midst of the attack, the school's philosophy department was evacuated ... with several people spotted fleeing the scene. An email sent to staff told faculty, "Don’t go anywhere, if you’re in the offices, lock them and place furniture in front of the door, turn off the lights."

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's Georgia mansion is proving tricky to get rid of amid their nasty divorce ... which is a shame given the Southern estate looks like a dream pad.

It clearly looks like an ideal oasis, but 2 months after the estranged couple listed it, there haven't been any takers ... forcing Kim and Kroy to slash their asking price by $500k to attract prospective buyers.

Remember, the house was listed after Kroy begged a judge to let him put it on the market to assist with their mounting debt.

It's clearly in their best interest to bid farewell to the pad ... which cops have visited multiple times this year, most recently in November following an explosive argument between the pair.

The Denver Zoo had a serious paternity dispute on its hands, and turned to the expert, Maury Povich, to help settle things once and for all.

The TV icon who has gotten to the bottom of hundreds of paternity disputes on his talk show was called in for a case of a new baby orangutan ... zoo officials weren't sure whether 30-year-old Berani or 16-year-old Jaya was the baby daddy of 4-month-old Sumatran orangutan, Siska.

Always a showman, a suited and booted 84-year-old Povich recorded a video for the big reveal, pulling out a piece of paper from a brown envelope and delivering his iconic line: "Berani ... you ARE the father!"

Jaya's off the hook -- even though Siska's mother, Eirina, enjoyed "some courtship and mating activity" with him too.

Denver Zoo's website says that Berani lives with 3 other females and was approved for breeding through the Sumatran Orangutan Species Survival Plan -- which is a big deal cause Sumatran orangutans are a critically endangered species.

NBA YoungBoy's beaming with the holiday spirit ... the elusive rap star made a random couple's day by handing them a big wad of cash from his own pocket!!!

The random act of kindness went down Wednesday night outside a Target in Utah, where YoungBoy's security startled a man, woman and their young child while attempting to track them down.

YoungBoy's guard apologized for scaring them but quickly told 'em it was their lucky day ... NBA had free money for them, and slipped the guy a handful of bills as the woman filmed.

The gift almost caused a rift ... the man excitedly blurted out how NBA "gave me some cash" to which the woman replied, "It's our cash."

Luckily, YoungBoy arrived on the scene with impeccable timing and handed the woman her own Christmas cash ... likely preventing an argument on the ride home.

NBA dapped up the man, and told him seeing him grouped up with his family made him happy ... and he made their bank account a little bigger. They don't call him Never Broke Again for nothing!!!

It's safe to say YoungBoy's on a high this week ... court docs obtained by TMZ Hip Hop reveal a judge modified the conditions of his house arrest. He'll now be allowed to travel for medical appointments, court appearances and other pre-approved activities.

Forget Sicko Mode ... it was more like Slippo Mode for Travis Scott at the Knicks vs. Nets game Wednesday night -- 'cause a loose ball caused the rapper to spill his drink all over the Barclays Center floor!!!

The incident happened at the start of the fourth quarter of Brooklyn's tilt with NY ... when Immanuel Quickley lost control of a basketball on the court -- and it made a beeline for Scott's right hand.

Check out video from the game's broadcast ... once the rock made contact, you can see it caused his seltzer to explode everywhere!!

"Oh, wow," play-by-play man Ian Eagle said on the broadcast. "That's a geyser!"

Thankfully, the liquid didn't seem to get onto his pricey clothes too much ... and arena workers cleaned up the mess without causing a lengthy delay.

Also, in an even more fortuitous turn of events for Scott -- he had another drink already ready nearby ... obviously one of the perks of owning his own boozy "Cacti" beverage.

Scott, of course, had fun with it all ... he was seen smiling as he watched a replay on the jumbotron above his head.

It's the second close call Scott's had this week -- on Tuesday at his concert in NYC, he was nearly knocked to the floor by one of his props on stage.

The Coastal Carolina football team had second thoughts after sharing a pic of its head coach posing shirtless on the beach with a bunch of female students in bikinis ... 'cause the controversial post was promptly deleted.

The Chanticleers program -- which is in Honolulu for the EasyPost Hawai’i Bowl -- initially published an image of Tim Beck alongside the school's dance team and mascot earlier this week ... with everyone rocking their beach 'fits (even the bird).

Beck shared the pic on his personal Instagram story ... and the dance team's account commented on it, saying, "Glad we ran into you at the beach today. Thanks for the picture!"

Naturally, the pic rubbed some folks on social media the wrong way ... after all, a school staffer being nips out with a bunch of scantily-clad students might not be the most "professional" image for the university.

Others -- including some of Beck's players -- thought it was harmless ... with one athlete even joking his coach was a "ladies man."

After the mixed reviews, the post was deleted around three hours later.

Beck addressed the picture with reporters ... saying the photo op was a "spontaneous event."

"There was no intent to try to generate any particular kind of response one way or the other of how that was," he said. "So, I mean, that’s that’s kind of my statement really on it."

Coastal Carolina also commented on it, according to the Sun News ... saying, "The photo was taken as part of the football team’s documentation of its trip to Honolulu to participate in the Hawaii Bowl. The Chanticleers look forward to playing in the bowl game on Saturday."

A gardener may have just hit the lottery in a big, though unconventional way ... and he stands to inherit more than $6 BILLION!!!

80-year-old Nicolas Puech is a descendant of the Hermes founder. In case you didn't know, a Hermes scarf will set you back a bundle, and that's one of the cheaper items.

So follow along ... Puech, who lives in Europe and is worth $13 billion, made a contract with a charity called the Isocrates Foundation, which he founded, to leave his fortune to the org. Its mission is to support journalism and a "civil society." Fair enough.

But Puech has had a change of heart, and wants to give half his wealth to a male "servant, former gardener and handyman." The Foundation is apoplectic, and is making sounds like it'll challenge the change, saying a contract's a contract.

But here's the twist. The contract has a provision that says if Puech becomes a father, his child would be entitled to a portion of his fortune, and if it's a son he'd get at least half.

So how's this? Puech plans to adopt his gardener, which would make the guy his only son and qualify him for a $6+ billion inheritance!!

BTW ... according to Bloomberg, the Hermes fam is the world's third wealthiest.

Sydney Sweeney is back at it, addressing those rumors she's hooking up with her "Anyone But You" costar Glen Powell -- and doing her best to make you believe there might have been something there.

The actress says she's been A-OK with the swirling speculation despite being engaged to Jonathan Davino -- but as for Glen, he's had a rough time with it all ... especially following his split from GF Gigi Paris earlier this year (which only escalated the rumors).

Speaking to Glamour, Syd says their time filming in Australia was a beautiful experience for them, so Glen's distress over the situation dampened the overall mood ... but she still cares for him a lot.

When it comes to her IRL romance with fiancé Jonathan, she likes to keep it on the DL ... cause she's wary of people building celebs up to tear them down.

Jennifer Lopez says she and hubby Ben Affleck still suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder from the media frenzy during their first go around as a couple over 20 years ago.

J Lo sat down for an interview with Variety to promote her new album and film by the same name, "This Is Me ... Now," which documents her latest love affair with Ben and their marriage in 2022.

During the chat, J Lo started talking about her first relationship with Ben back in the early 2000s, revealing they both have PTSD to this day as a result of the media craziness.

The two were supposed to tie the knot in 2003, but they canceled their plans and eventually broke up.

Then, in 2021, they got back together and had a whirlwind romance before walking down the aisle together the following year.

J Lo now says they have a much better handle on all the scrutiny that comes with fame since "we're older" and "we're wiser."

She added, "We also know what’s important, what’s really important in life, and it’s not so much what other people think. It’s about being true to who you are."

J Lo admits some members of her team weren't so keen on her publicly sharing the intimate details of her relationship with Ben.

But she ignored them, saying, “As artists, we have to follow our heart and this is me following my heart and doing something that maybe everybody didn’t think was the best idea, but I had to do it."

Mauricio Umansky seems to be enjoying life as a single man ... 'cause he was having the time of his life on the ski slopes with singer Anitta and YouTuber Lele Pons.

Mauricio said, "Some fun [Shenanigans] about to occur," in a video uploaded on his social media Wednesday, showing off the ladies with big smiles in Aspen -- telling folks he's Anitta and Lele's videographer and to go to their socials to check out the fun.

Well, Anitta shared some BTS clips of her and Lele stripping off their snow gear and donning a towel instead ... with Mauricio filming the whole thing.

Looks like the girls decided to head down the mountain while rocking just a towel and sipping on champagne, with Mauricio capturing it -- Anitta called him "the best videomaker."

Of course, Mauricio's snow fun comes as his ex, Kyle Richards, appears to be relaxing in Punta Mita, Mexico ... sharing a snap of her on the beach with the caption, "Sometimes we just need to escape reality for a bit."

Typically, Kyle and Mauricio do Aspen together, and the fact they're not this year seems like a significant event in their nearly 6-months of separation.

Now, Mauricio's hijinks with influencers might be just that -- Lele is married, and Anitta's been linked to music producer Murda Beatz.

A Vermont State Trooper arrested a motorist for flipping him the bird and calling him an a**hole five years ago -- but the insane encounter was all caught on video and recently uploaded to YouTube.

It all began on February 8, 2019, when state trooper Jay Riggen was driving in his patrol car and saw Gregory Bombard seemingly give him the middle finger while cruising by in another vehicle.

Pissed, Riggen pulled Bombard over on a residential street and stepped up to his driver's side window, sparking the ensuing confrontation.

In the newly released dash cam video on YouTube, Riggen immediately accuses Bombard of flipping him off -- but Bombard denies it, saying the trooper must be "sensitive."

Riggen gets even more annoyed at the sensitivity remark, explaining that he hasn't stopped anyone in 12 years for giving him the finger.

He also called it "unusual behavior," suggesting that Bombard was looking to get the attention of a trooper by giving off that "negative signal."

The two keep arguing about it with Bombard, at one point, asking what crime was committed if he had extended his middle finger. Riggen doesn't exactly say, leading Bombard to threaten to file a complaint against him.

Riggen eventually climbs back into his patrol car and follows Bombard's vehicle down the street, while still steaming from their squabble.

Inside the patrol car, Riggen can be heard saying Bombard called him an "a**hole" and told him "f**k you" as he walked away. The trooper then turns on his lights and sirens, announcing that he's arresting Bombard for disorderly conduct.

The rest of the video goes down exactly as you might imagine with Bombard taken away in handcuffs and thrown in jail. But the charges were later dropped against Bombard and the case was closed.

Jason Oppenheim, president and founder of the famed Oppenheim Group, is now representing Kanye West in the sale of his Malibu beachfront estate, and there's been some criticism Oppenheim should not represent an antisemite, but we've contacted some high-end realtors who feel it's absurd to have a litmus test on which clients they will represent.

The L.A. realtors we've spoken with say there is no way in this divided social and political climate anyone can do business by excluding clients whose views they find offensive. The example that repeatedly comes up is the war in the Middle East. As one high-end realtor put it, "What are we supposed to do, ask a potential client if they side with Israel or Palestine?"

An extremely successful L.A. realtor begged to differ, saying, "Wait a minute. Kanye is one of the biggest antisemites in the world. I would never represent him, ever."

But another realtor said, "Are we supposed to see if a client is a registered Republican and say screw you, I'm not representing you?"

It goes beyond religion and politics ... one realtor said, "What if a client has an offensive post on Instagram? Or what if a client's in the middle of nasty divorce and I side with their spouse?"

Several realtors said it's ridiculous to think they would Google every prospective client to look for a reason not to represent that person.

And one realtor, who was at one time a practicing lawyer, said it's absurd to think an attorney would judge a client before taking a case, adding, "It's just not reality."

And a realtor we spoke with said what if a client had a different view on gay marriage? He said, "At some point it just becomes impossible to do business."

That same realtor asked, "What about the buyer who pays Kanye $53 million for the Malibu property?" before adding, "What if Kanye goes to a Mercedes dealership. Should they not sell him a car?"
