Tiffany Haddish has turned her misfortune into some more comedy gold ... 'cause she took time out of her latest set to talk all about the "beautiful" Beverly Hills jails, on the heels of her appearing in court for her DUI arrest.

Tiff was crackin' wise at The Laugh Factory's annual Christmas feast Monday night, held for families in need -- but with her arrest and DUI case on everyone's mind, she decided to address it ... and while dressed as Mrs. Claus, no less.

The comedian says the jails Beverly Hills has to offer are some of the most beautiful facilities -- getting a big laugh from the crowd, before joking about some of its many amenities.

While she didn't try the jail's food after taking multiple plates on Thanksgiving, Tiffany says the place was really clean, which ya wouldn't always expect from a jail ... and she even raves about the feminine products they had on deck for her.

As we reported, Tiffany pled not guilty last week to 2 counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a .08% BAC ... remember, she was arrested in Bev Hills last month when cops claimed she was asleep at the wheel.

Don't forget, Tiffany joked about her arrest less than a day after it went down ... saying her prayers for a guy in uniform certainly were answered, just not in the way she was hoping for.

An influencer was reportedly shot and killed by her own husband, disturbingly right in front of their young daughter in a shopping center ... before he killed himself.

33-year-old Theresa Cachuela was going to get breakfast with her daughter in Honolulu Friday when her estranged husband, 44-year-old Jason Cachuela, came up to them -- shooting and killing Theresa with their kid witnessing the graphic killing … according to multiple reports.

Local PD says Theresa, who had about 20,000 followers on Instagram, was pronounced dead at the scene.

After the morbid ordeal, Jason was also found dead at a residence, and cops are investigating what they believe to be a murder-suicide.

In the weeks before Theresa's fatal shooting, she reportedly filed and was granted a temporary restraining order against Jason ... after he allegedly threatened to kill himself with a knife while their daughter was present.

According to the reports, Jason and Theresa agreed on a 1-year protection order ... and as part of the agreement, Jason had to surrender his weapons.

Following Theresa's death, her family set up a GoFundMe to cover funeral expenses ... and Theresa's mother wrote in the post, "My daughter did not deserve this. She was trying so hard to get help, but the Justice system failed her."

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky were back to playing nice in front of their kids, posing for a family photo on top of the snow-covered slopes of Aspen.

In a video of images posted Tuesday on Instagram, Kyle, Mauricio and their daughters were bundled up in their winter gear with smiles on their faces. It looks like the fam is having a grand all time in famous ski resort town.

But, in the caption, Kyle left out Mauricio and focused on their 4 daughters, saying they "bring me happiness every day. Thank you for all the love & laughter and for loving each other the way you do."

As we reported, Kyle, Mauricio, and their daughters have been spending time together in Aspen, CO for the holidays after Kyle flew in from her Mexico getaway ... we even got photos of them all out to dinner Saturday night.

Remember, before the rest of the fam got there, Mauricio was living it up on the snowy mountain -- filming Anitta and Lele Pons skiing in just towels, and he even took his shirt off and was dancing at a bar.

4:58 PM PT -- Charlie Sheen's neighbor, Electra Schrock, pleaded not guilty in Tuesday's arraignment ... and the court issued a criminal protective order, which requires her to completely stay away from the actor and his residence.

Charlie Sheen's neighbor has officially been charged with a felony after the cops accused her of trying to strangle the actor.

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office charged Electra Schrock with one count of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury -- and she's now being held on $75,000 bail, pending her arraignment.

TMZ broke the story … cops were called to Charlie's L.A. apartment last Wednesday after he called 911 to report that Schrock barged into his home and attacked him when he answered her knock on his door.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Shrock ripped Charlie's shirt and attempted to strangle him before she returned to her own apartment on a higher floor.

Given the two are neighbors, police didn't have a tough time tracking down Shrock and arresting her. She was then booked into the L.A. County jail.

This may not have been the first time Shrock had a run-in with Charlie, who allegedly told officers the assault suspect recently squirted a sticky substance on his car.

Patrick Schwarzenegger and Abby Champion are finally engaged after 7 years of dating.

The longtime lovebirds posted a joint Instagram sharing the big news one day after Christmas with a series of photos showing the happy couple together.

In one picture, Patrick plants a big kiss on Abby's cheek, while posing next to a large red heart covered in roses on the beach.

What's more, Patrick and Abby went on a Christmas morning stroll, jumping on the phone to seemingly tell friends and family about their engagement. Abby was beaming with joy as she rocked her sparkling new engagement ring.

After the phone conversation, the two continued their walk wearing matching pajamas and were later photographed with Abby's parents, who joined in all the happiness.

Patrick and Abby were first seen together in September 2015, making their relationship Instagram official the following year. At the time, Abby posted a photo of them posing with their arms wrapped around each other.

Timothée Chalamet headed up a celebrity cast attending a Christmas Day Lakers game in Los Angeles ... but his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, missed out on all the fun.

Last but definitely not least ... Kanye West popped up near the stadium and got hounded by fans wanting autographs and to take selfies with the rapper. But Kanye's security detail kept the people away from him.

Hugh Jackman got a bit too much in the Christmas spirit at NYC's Rockefeller Center ... because a security guard had to give him a warning for breaching a police barrier.

The actor was enjoying all the holiday festivities at the cultural landmark in Manhattan – while someone was shooting a video of him walking past all the high-end stores outside.

He continued, "It’s so beautiful and not crowded at all. I did get in trouble for going beyond the barrier but the security guard was nice and let me go with just a warning."

Despite their recent breakup, Cardi B and Offset were back together again with their kiddos for Christmas.

The former NYC mayor was photographed attending the Christmas midnight mass with other worshippers at St. Patrick's Cathedral in Manhattan. Strangely, Rudy was wearing a big grin on his face when he has very little to smile about lately. Case in point: Rudy just lost a massive legal battle in a Georgia civil court where a judge recently ordered him to pay the whopping sum of money to the two ex-election workers, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea "Shaye" Moss.

In their defamation suit, Freeman and Moss claimed Rudy had spread lies about them as he tried to overturn the 2020 Presidential election on behalf of Donald Trump, working as 45's personal attorney.

The women have filed a second defamation suit against Rudy for similar statements he made after the judge's first ruling.

As for Rudy, he has reportedly filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy to seek protection from creditors given the massive sum of money he owes them.

But Rudy seemed to have a few bucks still stashed away in his bank account. On Thursday, TMZ obtained photos of Rudy pulling out cash from an ATM inside a Citi Bank.

Kanye West is apologizing -- in Hebrew -- for his antisemitic rants and his support for Hitler, this after his name was scribbled on an apparent Israeli missile being used in the war against Hamas.

The rapper wrote a lengthy statement Tuesday in an effort to his reactivated Instagram account, showing contrition for his offensive remarks to the Jewish people over the past year. Interestingly, Kanye expressed his remorse in the language of Judaism: Hebrew.

This is the entire translation of Kanye's message, "I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions, it was not my intention to hurt or disrespect, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused."

Kanye continued, "I am committed to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding in the future. Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity."

The words ... well, they sound more corporate than Kanye.

His apology comes after Israeli MMA fighter Haim Gozali posted a photo on X, showing a missile with the following message written on it: "Kanye West Flying to Gaza Haim Gozali."

Of course, Gozali was referring to the current Israel-Hamas war in the Gaza Strip. He also wrote in the caption, "@kanyewest you don't like us jewish. So, we don't like you too."

Since 2022, Kanye has repeatedly ripped Jews in very public forums.

First, he went on social media and declared he was "going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE." Then Kanye sat for a TV interview with Piers Morgan, saying he wished harm on Jewish people for doing him wrong in their music deals.

But it didn't stop there ... Kanye appeared on "Infowars" hosted by far-right conspiracy nut Alex Jones, while proclaiming, "I see good things about Hitler." He then spoke highly of the Nazis, stating, "They did good things, too. We have to stop dissing the Nazis all the time."

Kim Zolciak showered her kids with gifts for Christmas despite her financial hardships.

Sources close to Kim tell TMZ ... she pulled together the dough she's made selling personal items online over the last few months ... ensuring the 4 kids she shares with Kroy Biermann didn't go without Xmas presents this year.

NFL announcer Tony Romo may need some cue cards to remember the relationship status of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce – 'cause he thinks they're married!!!

Here's what happened ... Romo was doing the play by play with fellow commentator, Jim Nantz, during the Kansas City Chiefs' 20-14 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders on Christmas Day. Taylor was back in her VIP suite for the game at Arrowhead Stadium cheering on Travis – her boyfriend, of course, and the Chief's tight end.

But, Romo got it all twisted when Taylor's image flashed on the TV screen, accidentally calling her Travis' WIFE!!

Check out the video posted on Instagram ... Taylor, wearing a Santa hat with Travis' number "87" on it, stands up to root for her beefy lover on the field.

Romo then blows it, but soon catches himself and corrects his mistake, saying, “And his wife loves it, I mean, girlfriend.”

Nantz doesn't let Romo off the hook, pointing out, “You’ve been down this road before."

Unfortunately, Romo has. While calling the Chiefs game against the Buffalo Bills last week -- Romo made the same boo-boo.

Once again, the camera panned on Taylor clapping in the audience when Romo said, "As you see, Kelce’s wife, Taylor Swift, in the audience." He caught his blunder there, too, quickly adding, "I'm sorry. Girlfriend!"

Another broadcaster quipped, "Not yet," while chuckling at Romo's gaffe.

Big Ang's famous Staten Island mural is no more, but the late "Mob Wives" star's sister is vowing to find a new place for a piece of art to honor Ang.

Janine Detore tells TMZ ... her landlord covered the larger-than-life tribute to Ang that had been on the side of her store -- Country Mouse Boutique -- following a dispute over some unpaid bills.

Janine says the turmoil started in September when she underwent tests for some health issues ... and doctors ended up telling her she has severe allergies to mold.

She says the docs suggested checking her store for mold to see if anything in the building was making her sick ... so, earlier this month, she paid someone to do just that.

Janine says she gave her landlord a heads up and got a text back, saying, "Just to let you know, this is coming down" -- referring to the mural.

We're told tensions escalated ... especially 'cause Janine admits she owes $27,000 in back rent. She's convinced the mural cover-up, which Janine says left her granddaughter in tears, was retaliation.

Janine tells us she's committed to finding a new location for the mural ... remaining adamant the city deserves another one, 'cause Ang did a lot for Staten Island.

We spoke to the landlord, who told TMZ a different story ... saying he tried to fix a broken boiler at the store last month, but she wouldn't let his contractors inside. He says when he told Janine she could fix it, and he'd reimburse her, she refused.

The landlord claims she's taking advantage of him and not paying her rent -- adding he thinks she's using the mural cover-up as a publicity stunt.

According to her minors contract, obtained by TMZ, the 13-year-old hauled in $65k, as a base salary, for her role as Dee Dee in the "loosely based on a true story" film -- which is all about a black bear wreaking havoc after it stumbles upon a smuggler's coke stash in the Chattahoochee National Forest.

And that's not all, as the contract states Brooklynn could've bagged additional box office bonuses totaling $500k more if the movie scored big at the worldwide box office.

Unfortunately, it only made a worldwide total of $89.7M following its release on Feb 24, 2023 ... so it doesn't look like any of the box office bonuses -- which only kick in once the movie hits $160 million worldwide -- were triggered.

Brooklynn starred in the goofy horror-comedy "Cocaine Bear" -- directed by Elizabeth Banks -- alongside Keri Russell, O'Shea Jackson Jr., Alden Ehrenreich and the late Ray Liotta.

She got the gig after winning critical acclaim in some impressive roles -- mainly 2017's drama "The Florida Project."
