Nelly and Ashanti appear to be putting a little salt in the wound that Irv Gotti is still dealing with upon learning they were dating way back when -- but it might just be a coincidence.

Here's the deal ... the Murder Inc honcho was N.O.R.E.'s latest guest on "Drink Champs," which just dropped. In preview clips of the episode, Irv could be heard recounting a lot of Ashanti stories -- including how he found out she had gotten involved with Nelly.

Unclear what year this was, but IG says he was watching an NBA game when he saw the two artists walk out and perform together -- which left him stunned at the time, as he himself was apparently romantically linked to her too around the same time. Sounds like he still has some sour grapes over it ... and about his complicated relationship with Ashanti in general.

More on that in a bit ... but first, fast-forward to Friday night -- where Nelly, Ja Rule, Ma$e, Ashanti, Lil Jon and others were headlining the "My 2000s Playlist" concert in Oakland.

Now, they were already on the bill, which was established well before the new "Drink Champs" episode -- but people still lost it on social media when they saw that Nelly actually brought out Ashanti during his set ... this after hers had concluded a few hours earlier.

Some are speculating this might've been a petty play at Irv's expense ... which may be true, especially when you hear Nelly's final joke about "floor seats" at the next NBA game.

Folks can make of this what they will, we suppose, but the timing of it is certainly not lost on people ... even though it may have just came together timing-wise by mere chance.

Barack and Michelle Obama made a surprise appearance at a film festival this week -- perhaps not too surprising though ... it was at Martha's Vineyard.

The former First Couple took the stage Friday at the Martha's Vineyard African-American Film Festival -- where they said a few words before a screening of their Netflix doc, "Descendant." As you can see, they were very warmly received ... the crowd seemed shocked they showed.

Eventually, they each delivered remarks ... BO talked about the power of telling stories -- Black stories, specifically -- and praised the festival organizers for allowing African-Americans to do just that through their event.

He said, "[I]t's one of the powers of this festival, and the work that the Rances have done is to lift up stories that too often have been lost in the flow of time. Because we believe that everybody's stories matter. Everybody's got a sacred story that motivates us, moves us. It's not just a matter of nostalgia, it powers us into the present and the future."

Michelle hit that point home by noting the older generation should be encouraging their youth to actually talk to their grandparents and great-grandparents -- and take in their history while they still can. She also took some playful shots at IG and TikTok trends in the process.

The audience was feeling what she was saying ... as they were audibly agreed throughout. Pretty cool to see 'em here -- even though they're low-key in MV quite a bit. Of course, they have a summer home there (a mansion actually), so they're no strangers to the area.

BTW, as for what their Netflix-backed doc is actually about ... "Descendant" covers a small Alabama community that has descendants from the Clotilda, one of the last slave ships to have sent over Africans to the States just as it was being outlawed nationally.

Travis Scott is just hours away from performing his first major solo show since Astroworld ... and he's got some important people there to support him as he takes the stage.

Kylie Jenner and the couple's daughter, Stormi, have been in London with TS all week -- doing some shopping, dining and spending some time together. The show is a big deal for Travis, so you gotta imagine he's enjoyed some family time leading up to it.

Unclear if Kylie and Travis' 6-month-old son made the trip, but he's old enough to fly ... so it's possible he's just been staying with nannies while mom, dad and big sister hit the town.

Travis is scheduled to perform two sold-out shows at London's O2 Arena Saturday and Sunday night ... a venue that holds about 20,000 people. A source close to Travis tells us he's, "excited to deliver for his fans in London by being back, thriving on stage."

We've seen Travis pop up at nightclubs and perform a song or two during other artists' sets, but the O2 shows will mark his first solo shows since November at Astroworld.

Travis has taken a lot of heat for the 10 deaths that occurred at the festival, and is fighting a mountain of litigation ... but has seemingly been greeted with open arms by music fans and those hoping to score some of his merch and collabs he's released since the tragedy.

Joe Giudice is happy his ex-wife, Teresa, is entering into a new marriage ... but he's sorry her new husband is going to have to put up with her family.

Joe tells TMZ ... he's glad Teresa found a special someone in Luis Ruelas, but he feels bad the new husband has to deal with Joe and Melissa Gorga as part of the package.

JG says of his former in-laws ... "I dealt with that thorn in my side for 20 years. Unfortunately, they always come around."

Joe says he doesn't miss dealing with the Gorgas ... and other than feeling sorry for what Luis is walking into with them, he wishes the newlyweds all the best.

Teresa and Luis, who have been engaged since October 2021, will walk down the aisle Saturday at Park Chateau Estate in East Brunswick, NJ, where production cameras will be rolling ... the wedding is being turned into a Bravo TV special.

Remember, Joe and Teresa officially divorced back in 2020 after two decades and four children together ... and he's since been released from prison and moved back to Italy.

Joe met Luis at least once when Joe and Teresa took their daughters on vacation to the Bahamas in March 2021 ... but it's unclear if he warned Luis then about the Gorgas.

Gorga family rep Mike Martocci tells TMZ ... Joe and Melissa have no comment on Joe Giudice because "he ain't worth it."

There's obviously no love lost between Joe and the Gorgas ... but Joe also tells us Teresa is a good wife and he's grateful for their children.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are calling it quits on their relationship after 9 months together ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources close to the couple say the pair decided to end things, and according to E!, who first reported the split, the pair's constantly busy schedules and distance apart made it really hard to keep up their romance.

As we reported, Pete had recently been spending lots of time down in Australia, where he's filming a movie, and Kim's balancing traveling and working around the World all while raising her 4 kids in Los Angeles.

Kim recently flew Down Under to see Pete after some time apart, but it's not clear if that's when the two decided to pull the plug on their relationship or if it was more recent.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Pete were first spotted together back in October when they hit Knotts Berry Farm in L.A. with some pals. From there, Kim visited Pete in his hometown of Staten Island, where the two dined on pizza and pasta at one of Pete's local spots.

After that, the relationship seemed to take off ... the two took vacations together, and were constantly jetting coast to coast to spend weekends in NYC and in L.A.

It was in April when Kim and Pete made their red carpet debut together at The White House Correspondent's dinner.

While we hadn't seen them together as of late, Kim recently posted a set of flirty pics of her and Pete -- seemingly reminding the world they were still a thing.

Tom Brady turned 45 today ... and the star QB's wife, Gisele, made sure to shout out her man on his special day, reminding him he's loved as he celebrates another year of life!!

Gisele -- who's been married to Tom since 2009 -- took to Instagram to pen the romantic post to her 7x Super Bowl-winning hubby QB ... posting a photo of Brady in his Bucs uni with two of his three children.

Tom and Gisele have been one of the most powerful and well-known couples in sports and entertainment for quite some time now, and Bundchen has always made sure to support him.

Tyron Woodley was in Ireland last week -- but he wasn't hanging out with Conor McGregor at the Guinness factory -- the future UFC Hall of Famer asked for his girlfriend's hand in marriage, and she said YES!!

Woodley shared footage from the magical moment on his social media page Tuesday ... showing the former welterweight champion, down on one knee, in front of his GF, Kia, with the Dublin Castle -- which opened over 800 years ago in 1204 -- in the background.

"Kia, I love you," Woodley said while holding a beautiful (and very large) diamond ring, continuing, "I want to spend forever with you."

Kia became very emotional, replying, "Oh my god. Yes! Hell yes! Oh my God!"

The 40-year-old star also penned a sweet love note to his wife-to-be.

"I've met my match! Found my person❤️. Snatched this Gem off the market," Woodley said in the video caption.

"And put the 'Fight of the Night' on her finger💍!!!"

Jorge Nava doesn't need another "90 Day Fiancé" ... because the reality TV star is now a married man after getting hitched, Sin City style!

According to online records, Jorge got a marriage license and tied the knot with Rhoda Blua, and she's taking his last name.

We're told Jorge and Rhoda got married Sunday at a Las Vegas wedding chapel, and then spent part of their night gambling at The Cosmopolitan hotel and casino.

Folks who were there say another couple watched Jorge and Rhoda jump the broom, then that foursome went gambling together on the Vegas strip.

Jorge and Rhoa went Instagram official back in June 2020 ... a couple months before he filed for divorce from his first wife, Anfisa, who was featured with him on season 4 of "90 Day Fiance."

Remember ... Jorge and Anfisa got married on Aug 1, 2017 after being a big hit on the TLC show. They did not have any kids.

On the other hand, Jorge and Rhoa already have 2 kids together -- a son, George, and a daughter, Zara.

It took a couple decades, but Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez finally have a marriage certificate ... and TMZ has the first look.

We obtained the official document from Ben and Jen's surprise wedding in Sin City, and it shows the couple got married at the famous Little White Wedding Chapel on the Las Vegas strip.

Ben and J Lo's marriage was performed by Pastor Ryan Wolfe ... and they got hitched in front of a witness named Kenosha Booth.

The certificate also has Ben and Jen's legal names ... Benjamin Geza Affleck and Jennifer Lynn Lopez ... and shows J Lo wanting to take Ben's last name and be known as Jennifer Affleck after marriage.

TMZ broke the story ... Ben and Jen got their marriage license last month in Clark County, NV and tied the knot after flying into Sin City.

J Lo posted a ton of pics and videos from the surprise wedding, showing her in her wedding dress and Ben in his tux.

Jennifer says they made it to the chapel just before it closed, and that's reflected in the marriage certificate ... Ben and Jen got the marriage license July 16 and the certificate says they were married July 17, with Jen saying it went down a little after midnight.

Elizabeth Olsen may or may not be present in the MCU going forward, but she certainly was present this weekend when it came to catching some live tunes ... just take a look!

Here's the 'WandaVision' and 'Avengers' star rocking out Saturday at a Wild Hearts Tour stop in Berkeley, CA -- where she and her husband, and perhaps one friend, attended with some decent seats within the Greek Theatre.

Elizabeth and Robbie reportedly live in L.A., but it seems they might've wanted to escape the spotlight a bit to catch this music act -- which was just here a day prior -- up north.

Jennifer Lopez is in no rush to return from Europe after vacationing with Ben Affleck ... she's still overseas for work and some play while Ben's on daddy duty in Los Angeles.

Kevin Love's honeymoon in Africa just took a WILD turn -- the NBA star watched lions hunt down a wildebeest ... and then saw them completely devour it from limb to limb!

Love, who's with his model wife, Kate Bock, in Tanzania celebrating their recent nuptials, shared video of the scene on Friday morning ... and, warning, it's pretty graphic.

In the footage, you can see a group of lions snacking on their prey -- all while Love recorded just feet away in a vehicle.

"We were told it’s very rare (and lucky) to see a kill play out in front of your eyes from start to finish," Love said, before adding, "It’s an ugly and yet beautiful game out there."

Love and Bock have been in Africa for a few days now, and the two seem to be thrilled with their experience so far.

The couple has been spotted watching elephants, giraffes and other exotic animals, all while enjoying some food and drink.

It was nothing but fun and games for Shanna Moakler and her bf Matthew Rondeau hours after cops were called to their home for a domestic disturbance call.

The two were spotted at Dave & Buster's in L.A. Thursday night, and it was all smiles -- playing arcade games, shooting hoops and even sharing some PDA.

TMZ broke the story ... cops were called to the couple's home Thursday after Shanna's daughter called to report a domestic disturbance, telling officers Matthew was yelling at Shanna.

Our law enforcement sources say when cops arrived, Shanna and Matthew both answered the door wearing "skimpy clothes" ... but told officers they hadn't been in a fight -- despite what Shanna's daughter claimed.

Cops checked the house, didn't see any damage ... and Shanna's daughter wasn't present, either. We're told officers believe there could've been a miscommunication in Shanna's daughter making the domestic disturbance call.

Shanna and Matthew have had a rocky last few months, in February Rondeau was arrested for allegedly getting physical with Shanna -- after he accused her of cheating.

Shanna Moakler and her boyfriend Matthew Rondeau got a visit from cops Thursday afternoon, after someone called 911 to report a "domestic disturbance."

LAPD sources tell TMZ, Moakler's daughter called 911 to say a disturbance was going on and her mom's boyfriend was yelling at her.

Cops rushed to Shanna's San Fernando Valley house, knocked at the door and they both answered wearing "skimpy clothes." Cops separated them and they both told the same story -- that there was no fight, no disturbance. Cops looked around the house, no broken furniture, windows, etc. There were also no marks on either Shanna's or Matthew's body.

We're told the daughter who called 911 was not at the house, and cops believe this may be a bad game of telephone.

TMZ broke the story ... Rondeau was arrested in February for allegedly getting physical with Shanna.

As we reported, Shanna and Matthew got in a fight at their home ... a fight triggered by him accusing her of cheating. We're told Shanna left, returned the following morning, and the fight continued and allegedly became physical.

Cops were called and when they showed up, they say they saw visible marks on Shanna's body. Rondeau was arrested for felony domestic violence.

You may recall the video he posted on Shanna's social media, suggesting she cheated on him.

The L.A. City Attorney has charged Rondeau with misdemeanor domestic violence, battery and vandalism.

"Love and Marriage: Huntsville" star Melody Shari doesn't think her ex-husband's had enough time to become a better guy before jumping to his new boo, Sheree Whitfield -- and says the proof is online for all to see.

Melody told us, in her opinion, Martell Holt's really gotta work on himself, but she fears he's still the same untrustworthy guy she married back in 2008.

As we reported, a shirtless Martell and 'RHOA' star Sheree were spotted taking selfies together, and sources in the know tell us they've been dating for a few months.

Melody says she found out about their relationship the same way everyone else did ... the Internet, and that's also how she found out her kids already met Sheree.

She's not shocked, though, as she reminded us about how her kids were slyly introduced to a child Martell previously had with another woman.

Martell has been very vocal about boundaries with their kids after they split last year -- but Melody says it's the same old, same old with him and adds, she'd handle this totally differently ... especially with her kids involved.

Melody's been working on herself since the split, learning she's OK healing alone while focusing on her kids and businesses.

Meanwhile, we got Sheree in Sandy Springs, GA and she told us she met Martell through mutual friends, and is already introducing him to some of her pals and family members.
