Lil Uzi Vert and his City Girls girlfriend JT got into a heated argument during the BET Awards ... with many fans believing Ice Spice is to blame for the fight.

Video circulated of JT from the show Sunday night whacking Uzi Vert with her phone multiple times, accusing him of being a "groupie."

Fans speculated she was pissed about Uzi's performance during the BET Awards where he shouted out Ice Spice, rapping, "I got a nice wife/Wig came off twice/She got a little afro, she looks like Ice Spice."

Sources inside JT's camp tell TMZ Hip Hop her blowup with Uzi had nothing to do with Ice  ... she had become frustrated when she lost her seat after the audience shuffled around. We're told JT loves Ice and there's not even a shred of beef between them whatsoever.

A fan recount of the altercation appears to confirm the musical chair's confusion. Ice can also be seen explaining her side of the situation.

Uzi and JT left the building together without another scene ... seemingly confirming they're good.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are being put over a barrel at Netflix -- 'cause they're apparently on the verge of losing millions unless they pivot ... so says a new report.

According to The Sun, Netflix honchos have recently had a convo with the ex-Royal couple ... supposedly telling them to make better, must-see content -- or risk not getting the rest of their $100-million-plus contract ... which they've already gotten about half of at this point.

Indeed ... the reported conditions have been set -- namely, Meg and Harry must produce higher quality shows, docs, and/or movies to claim the rest of their bag ... and if they don't, Netflix is apparently prepared to cut their deal short and refuse to pay 'em out in full.

The Sun goes on to say -- citing an unnamed source claiming to be plugged in -- Netflix was happy with the results for their bombshell doc ... but have been disappointed about everything after that, which presumably includes PH's forthcoming Invictus docuseries (which is still happening and coming out around August). Anything else though is nowhere to be found.

The report notes Meghan pitched an idea for an animated series about a girl inspired by historical female figures -- but that got dropped by Netflix. It would seem they didn't think it was compelling ... a recurring theme we're now hearing about them as creatives.

Now, on the prospect of potentially cutting 'em loose unless they deliver ... The Sun's source says the streaming giant wouldn't do it as publicly/humiliatingly as Spotify did. However, they do concede it would grab big headlines in and of itself ... and probably be a bad look.

No word on a timetable for them to make good on their deal, but it sounds like the clock is ticking for them. Gotta say ... this is not great news for Harry and Meghan. It would seem that wherever they've inked big-time deals ... the companies have been unsatisfied.

They're already filthy rich as is -- but if their Hollywood prospects are cut short ... that could seriously impact their financial futures in the long run. So, they kinda gotta get with it on ideas.

Jon Hamm finally tied the knot -- and he did it with a former 'Mad Men' costar, no less ... with a lot of other nods to the show that made him super famous.

The actor married Anna Osceola Saturday after getting engaged last year ... and after dating for 2 years. They'd actually met on the set of 'Mad Men' in 2015 ... and apparently circled back with each other after Jon split with his longtime partner, Jennifer Westfeldt.

Now, as for the nuptials themselves ... absolutely stunning. Jon and Anna got hitched at beautiful Anderson Canyon in Big Sur -- so, yes, it was a seaside wedding of sorts.

The reason the Big Sur location is significant isn't lost on fans of 'MM' -- the series ended with Don Draper there having a rediscovery of himself ... and the final shot shows Jon's character stumbling across an epiphany for the iconic "Hilltop" Coke ad of 1970.

Nice little nod, obviously -- but the guest list was just the cherry on top for a "Mad Men" flashback. John Slattery showed up to congratulate his old costar, and there was even a hint of "Mad Men"-themed cocktails on hand as an homage. Lord knows those boys drank!

Other A-listers in attendance ... Billy Crudup -- who just recently got married himself -- plus Paul Rudd, Tina Fey, and others. Their walkup song was James Bond-linked too ... with a band playing the theme to "You Only Live Twice." Indeed, it was all 1960s fare here.

As for the bride and groom ... they looked great. Jon was incredibly dapper in his tux -- and Anna wowed with her flowing gown. Everyone else was dressed to the nines as well.

Chase Stokes and Kelsea Ballerini are clearly teenagers at heart, because they looked like 2 kids in Washington state Saturday ... gazing, smooching and pawing each other for all to see.

If you need any more evidence these two are madly in love, just check out the footage obtained by TMZ, showing the "Outer Banks" star and country singer staring deeply into each other's eyes.

At one point, Chase goes in for a kiss on the lips, but then changes course and nuzzles her cheek while cupping her face with his hand.

Chase and Kelsea ordered Mexican grub and some drinks while chillin' by the bay at El Encanto restaurant in Kirkland, WA. Our sources say the lovebirds were smiling, laughing and chatting up a storm. In other words, don't get married because that won't last!!!

No surprise there. TMZ previously filmed the pair getting really cozy at LAX airport, a Nashville bar and a hockey game in NYC.

Justin Bieber either needs a belt, or maybe he needs to go to the bathroom ... 'cause the dude couldn't stop grabbing his junk this weekend after a little morning breakfast.

The singer grabbed a meal Saturday in WeHo with the missus, Hailey, and on their way out ... Justin got a little handsy -- but, like, totally solo. Check it out -- the guy was straight up grabbing onto his crotch for several steps as they were cruising by some cars in the lot.

Like we said, this wasn't just a momentary adjustment or scratch -- which we all go through. On the contrary, JB was holding on tight for a little while it seems ... but no word on why.

His pants here do look baggy, so it's possible he was just trying to hold them up -- albeit, grabbing them in this specific area seems a little inefficient ... assuming that's what this is.

Of course, he could also be doing that thing guys sometimes do when they gotta take a leak ... and bad. Might sound gross -- but when nature calls ... pulling a move like this certainly isn't out of the ordinary. Considering how long Justin was holding this pose, it's possible.

Whatever was causing him to touch cling to his manhood ... here's hoping the Biebs got it figured out in the end. As for Hailey -- well, keep on holding him down, we suppose.

Beyoncé nearly fell out of her top earlier this week during a live show in Germany -- but one of her backup dancers saw the issue before it became a disaster ... and played the hero.

The singer was putting on a concert Wednesday in Hamburg, and while she was in the middle of performing "Break My Soul," a wardrobe malfunction almost played out live in front of everyone -- namely, her left breast was about to pop out of her skintight outfit.

Bey was up there bouncing around -- giving it her all -- and several people noticed ... something was about to come undone, and soon. It doesn't seem like Beyoncé herself really noticed ... but, fortunately for her, somebody who was onstage with her did see it.

Turns out ... one of the brothers from the French dance group Les Twins -- both of whom were serving as backup dancers for this performance -- rushed over and provided cover.

Not only did the guy block what was inevitably going to be a straight-up nip slip ... but a closer look, shot from someone with front row seats -- shows he actually tugged on her top and put it back in place for her ... all in one fell swoop, going right back to dancing.

It all happened so fast ... and, ever the pro she is, Bey didn't miss a step. If you weren't paying attention, you might've not even noticed some miracle work was goin' down.

As you can imagine, the dude's being praised/patted on the back for springing into action the way he did ... because, frankly, the whole situation could've been very embarrassing.

It doesn't look like Les Twins or Bey have addressed this yet ... but, TBH, there's nothing really to say. Disaster was averted, and ya gotta figure Beyoncé is grateful for the save.

Maury Povich is taking his schtick to the next level ... launching a DNA paternity test company, offering at-home testing services for families in search of answers.

The TV host, famous for announcing the results of paternity tests on his show with his catchphrase "You are NOT the father" is now selling a DNA paternity test that can be done anywhere.

Maury is offering the at-home tests through his new company, which he's cleverly calling, "The Results are In."

The testing kits include materials and instructions for how to take a DNA sample, and then the samples are sent to a lab at DNA Diagnostics Center ... without the need for medical professionals or TV producers and their pesky cameras.

Maury's company promises results become available in 2-3 business days, with a 99.99% accuracy rate ... and they say it's all confidential.

In a statement, Maury tells TMZ ... "I've seen firsthand how DNA testing can change lives and bring families together. With 'The Results Are In,' we're making it easier and more affordable than ever before for people to get the answers they need."

The upcoming movie on Elvis and Priscilla has enraged some members of the Elvis Estate, who say the flick is a travesty.

Multiple officials connected to the estate tell TMZ, the film, "Priscilla," was produced without the Estate's knowledge or consent ... and they're ripping it as another Priscilla money grab.

The movie is written and directed by Sofia Coppola and its based on Priscilla's famous 1985 memoir, "Elvis and Me," telling the story of their early romance. Jacob Elordi plays Elvis opposite Cailee Spaeny as Priscilla.

One Estate official who saw the film describes Coppla's writing and directing as "horrible," adding "It feels like a college movie. The set designs are just horrific, it's not what Graceland looks like."

Priscilla has a very different take ... she tells TMZ, "I am very excited to see the interpretation of my book by the masterful Sofia Coppola. She has such an extraordinary perspective and I have always been such an admirer of her work. I'm certain this movie will take everyone on an emotional journey."

It sounds like the movie does take the Elvis officials on an emotional journey ... just not a good one.

Money has been a bone of contention with the Presley family lately ... as we reported, Priscilla settled her legal beef with her granddaughter Riley, who paid Priscilla a lot of money -- we're told millions of dollars -- to end her beef over who will control Lisa Marie's trust.

Barack Obama is taking in one of the most hallowed sites in ancient Greece ... but he's clearly more impressed with his wife Michelle's rear end! Smart man.

The former President apparently couldn't resist playfully giving Michelle a helping hand Wednesday during a stop at the famous Acropolis in Athens, palming her booty as they walked up a staircase together at the venue.

Sources close to Mod Sun tell TMZ … he's moved on from Avril and has no interest in getting back with her.

Remember ... Mod Sun and Avril got engaged last year, but she dumped him and went public with Tyga in March -- a move Mod called a full blindside -- but, as we first reported, that whirlwind romance has now run its course.

However, Avril certainly isn't looking for a reconciliation either, as a source close to the star tells us, "Avril has been extremely busy working on new music and is excited about the future.  She has no intention of looking back at things that didn’t work for her previously."

While Mod Sun was initially devastated by Avril calling off their engagement, our sources say he's now in a good place in his life and doesn't want to get back with her.

In fact, Mod Sun is on the European leg of his tour, where he's teasing some new songs inspired by his breakup with Avril.

We're told the rocker used his pain to create new music, and he refuses to let himself go down a road of hurt and lies again.

As for Avril ... TMZ broke the story, she and Tyga split after a few months together -- but our sources are adamant -- the two remain super close friends and both are working in the studio separately on new music.

Al Pacino's newborn son won't be pressured to follow in his famous father's footsteps ... the child's mother says the kid is free to pursue pretty much anything he wants.

We got Al's girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, Tuesday in Los Angeles and our photog asked if she's going to put their kid into acting.

Noor tells us her baby boy "can do anything he wants" ... so it sounds like he's going to have some say in his future, which is a good thing.

Al's much younger baby mama also told us she's excited for motherhood ... as we first reported, she recently gave birth to a boy they named Roman Pacino.

Of course, Al is 83 ... which means he will be 101 by the time Roman turns 18.
