Missy Elliott's helping dreams come true for a bride-to-be on a tight budget ... by covering the cost of the wedding dress she'd been eyeing.

Ireanna Bradshaw's getting married in March, but she and her fiance, Roderick Purdie, are also trying to move into their own place while planning the wedding, and long story short ... the costs were pilling up.

Ireanna shared that she found her dream dress -- a beautiful floral plus-size style from David's Bridal for $1,300 -- but didn't think she'd be able to afford it ... and that's when Missy stepped in.

The rapper congratulated Ireanna, but also followed up with a message saying "Your Dress is paid for now." Sure enough, Ireanna tells us she was in a restaurant with her mom when she saw Missy sent the money in full ... and broke down in tears.

Ireanna says Missy's been an inspiration for a long time -- one who helped her love herself and be open to love ... which brought her to Roderick.

She says without the financial gift she would have had to settle for a simple white dress or something much cheaper. Ireanna tells us Missy "literally made it possible for me to have my dream dress and be confident on the most precious day in my life."

Cori Bush got elected to represent Missouri's 1st congressional district ... but she's also reppin' working-class folks who can't afford a designer business wardrobe.

We got the Congresswoman-elect out in D.C. Tuesday and asked about the response she's received since revealing she's hitting up thrift shops to get the professional clothes needed for her new job.

Bush tells us her situation has resonated with people who come from regular means like her and helped them feel heard ... and she's happy it's also made them feel like thriftiness is nothing to be ashamed of.

More celebrity firepower is being added for the Mike Tyson-Roy Jones Jr. fight -- with Ne-Yo being tapped to perform the National Anthem before the main event, TMZ Sports has learned.

We told you at the beginning ... the people behind the event were laser-focused on bringing in top-level talent to up the entertainment value surrounding the fight, and they're delivering -- with Lil Wayne, French Montana, DaBaby, YG, Wiz Khalifa and more set to perform during the November 28 fight at Staples Center in L.A. (available on PPV via cable and satellite, and PPV streaming at Triller).

Now, Ne-Yo has signed on to perform the Anthem -- a lifelong dream for the performer who's been a hardcore Mike Tyson fan since he was a kid.

“Opening for a fight of this magnitude is an honor and I can’t wait to witness one of the most noteworthy nights of the decade," Ne-Yo says.

"I may be performing, but I am a fan at the end of the day and I look forward to witnessing this once in a lifetime lineup.”

In fact, Ne-Yo told ESPN back in 2012 Tyson was his favorite athlete growing up.

"The guy was unstoppable when he was on top of his game," Ne-Yo said in 2012 ... "Nobody could touch him."

Ne-Yo has also said he's a massive boxing fan ... and had long hoped to be apart of a major boxing super fight -- so, mission accomplished!!

There's more ... we're told legendary ring announcer, Michael Buffer -- the "Let's Get Ready To Rumble" guy -- has signed on to work the event, as well.

As for 54-year-old Mike and 51-year-old Roy ... they're both in incredible shape -- and have vowed to try and knock each other out when the bell rings.

TMZ Sports has obtained more video from the night Dallas Goedert was knocked out inside a South Dakota bar ... and the new footage shows the NFLer got in a patron's face before the attack.

In the clip, you can see Goedert -- wearing a black shirt and holding a drink -- puts his finger on a man's chest, walks him backward and then gets nose-to-nose with him.

Seconds later, Goedert puts his hand on the man again and appears to push him backward ... and that's when the 25-year-old tight end got violently rocked in the face by another man.

However, our Goedert sources are adamant the TE was simply trying to play peacemaker before he was KO'd.

As we previously reported, the whole scene went down on June 19 at Zoo Bar in Aberdeen, SD ... and Goedert had to go to the hospital due to injuries he suffered in the skirmish.

Fortunately for the Eagles tight end, he was NOT seriously hurt in the altercation.

But, 30-year-old Kyle Hadala was arrested and charged over the punch ... ultimately getting hit with a simple assault charge for throwing the haymaker.

Hadala has pled not guilty to the charge ... and has fought the case heavily in court -- arguing he only threw the punch because he was just trying to defend his friend.

"They picked out my smaller colleague from the group, got in his face, and made very threatening remarks toward his personal well-being," Hadala told TMZ Sports back in July.

"Then one of his crew told my other colleague, and I quote, 'You’re just a fat f**king pussy. I'll beat the s*** out of you.'"

Hadala is due in court Wednesday for a bench trial in the case ... and we're told he's hoping the video from the bar helps him beat the case.

Joe Exotic's team is so confident the 'Tiger King' star will be pardoned by President Trump, they've got a stretch limo waiting to scoop him up from prison!!!

The Tiger Team leader, Eric Love, tells TMZ ... Joe's legal team received several calls from Washington D.C. Tuesday regarding his pardon, and the team is feeling really good about Joe's chances of getting out from behind bars.

In fact, Eric tells us the Tiger Team already entered an agreement with a limo company out of Dallas, and they're keeping a Dodge Ram pickup truck stretch limo on standby 24/7 so it's ready just in case Joe gets sprung from prison.

Check out the gallery ... the stretch limo comes with all the bells and whistles, and it looks like it's ready for a massive celebration. Yeah, this would make for one helluva ride home from prison.

TMZ Sports has obtained AEW's explosive new trailer -- featuring Nyla Rose using a sledgehammer to smash the living hell out of a Jaguar ... and it's AWESOME!

Harvey Weinstein is in isolation with 101-degree temperature, and doctors believe he has COVID ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Weinstein is "doing poorly" with various health issues ... some of which point to a coronavirus infection.

Our sources say Weinstein was tested Tuesday morning and doctors are awaiting results, but they are confident enough he has COVID that they have placed him in isolation for 72 hours.

We're told if the test comes back positive, which they expect, he'll be transferred to the prison hospital.

Our sources say Weinstein has various health problems which complicate his current illness. The sources are clear ... he has various symptoms that are very serious.

There were reports Weinstein had coronavirus back in March, but our sources say he was never officially diagnosed.

The sources say Weinstein's current battle is anything but a mild case ... we're told given his overall health, his age and current illness -- he is at extreme risk.

You'll recall ... Weinstein was rushed to the hospital shortly after his trial earlier this year, when he complained of chest pains. And, of course, he came to court each day with walker in hand because of chronic back issues he says he's suffered in recent years.

Long story short, the guy's in bad shape ... and a bad case of COVID could take its toll.

With the holidays fast approaching, many are wondering how to celebrate safely amid a pandemic -- and, luckily, we have some answers ... courtesy of a top doc in the field.

Dr. Abraar Karan joined us on 'TMZ Live' to ask him how to tackle Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's ... all while 'rona is still lurking. He gave us some great tips on flying, testing beforehand and gatherings in general.

Dr. Karan -- who works at the Harvard & Brigham Women's Hospital -- dropped much-needed knowledge about boarding commercial jets. He says improved air circulation has made air travel much safer, but there are still a few factors to keep in mind.

The most important one is ... how many other passengers are on board -- but he says the duration of the flight is also critical to reducing your COVID-19 risk. BTW, he also strongly suggests going windows down during Uber or taxi rides.

As for sitting around a dinner table ... Dr. Karan noted a few misconceptions about getting tested beforehand and thinking you're home-free for home gatherings. It's not quite that simple, and he explained why you could still unknowingly pass the virus ... along with the stuffing.

Lil Wayne's just been hit with a federal weapons charge and could face serious prison time if convicted.

The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida has charged the rapper with 1 count of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon. Weezy -- who was convicted of a felony gun charge in NY back in 2009 -- faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

The charge is for a December 2019 incident where federal agents searched Wayne's plane at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. He was a passenger on that plane, which made a stop in Florida on its way to California.

At the time ... Wayne's attorney, Howard Srebnick, had said his client was "cleared" to leave even though guns and drugs were reportedly found on the plane. It appears now the feds believe Wayne was wrongfully in possession of a weapon and ammunition.

Srebnick tells TMZ ... Carter was charged for possessing a gold-plated handgun in his luggage back in December. The lawyer says, "There is no allegation that he ever fired it, brandished it, used it or threatened to use it. There is no allegation that he is a dangerous person."

He added, "The charge is that because he was convicted of a felony in the past, he is prohibited from possessing a firearm."

Lori Loughlin's husband is about to head behind bars just like her -- and he's adopted the conventional Hollywood look of a prison inmate in preparation.

Mossimo Giannulli's just days away from reporting to federal prison on Nov. 19 to begin serving his 5-month sentence for his role in the college admissions scandal, but he looks less like a rich father who committed a white-collar crime ... and more like a character from "Oz."

Lori's hubby traded his trimmed facial hair and handsome hairstyle for a shaved head ... along with his grizzly, graying beard. He took his new look for a spin Monday in Bev Hills.

Mossimo's still rocking designer clothes and a fancy watch though. Baby steps ... he's not locked up yet.

As you know ... both he and his wife will be spending the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday incarcerated, as Lori's currently serving her 2-month sentence at FCI Dublin near San Francisco. If all goes well for her though ... she'll get out around Christmastime.

Scott Disick can't stay single for very long ... and his latest fling is with a 19-year-old with some very famous parents.

Disick and Amelia Hamlin -- daughter of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin -- were arm-on-shoulder Monday in Santa Barbara. The two recently hung out at a Halloween party ... so it appears things have gotten way past the friend zone.

As you know, 37-year-old Disick recently split with 22-year-old Sofia Richie after dating for 3 years. Sofia's dad, of course, is none other than Lionel Richie ... so, more famous parents.

Scott and Kourtney Kardashian -- with whom he shares 3 kids -- recently took a few trips together ... but we're told the two were strictly co-parenting and having fun together as friends.

Khaos Williams is BLOWING UP right now after that 30-second-knockout of Abdul Razak Alhassan over the weekend -- and he's giving some of the credit to his hip-hop idols.

"Those guys inspired me," 26-year-old Khaos tells TMZ Sports ... "Every morning I wake up before my fights, I start my day off listening to Jay-Z."

Dolly Parton's dream of being a 75-year-old woman gracing the cover of Playboy might soon become reality ... we've learned the ball's in her court.

Here's the deal ... Dolly's had her eye on posing for Playboy's January issue -- when she turns 75 -- and now the feelings are mutual.

A Playboy honcho tells TMZ ... the magazine would love to shoot Dolly again, and she knows all she has to do is say the word, and it's on!

Dolly first appeared on the cover of Playboy way back in October 1978, when she was 32, slipping into a Playboy bunny costume and showing off the big boobs that were part of the rich and famous package.

The country music legend told "60 Minutes Australia" back in March ... she hoped to grace the cover again when she turned 75, and even joked about wearing the same costume as before because her boobs are the same, but she didn't know if the mag would go for it.

TMZ has learned Angelina dropped $21,600 on a series of butt lift procedures from a go-to doc she and some of the other 'JS' cast members have used in recent years -- one Dr. Tutela, who tells us he's administered three "Bandaid" sessions thus far. That's a helluva lot of dough to spend sprucing up one's caboose, FWIW.

As you can see ... the treatments are working for Angie -- her rear is, indeed, shaping up quite nicely. BTW, Dr. Tutela says the vials he's been shooting her up with are pricey -- about $600-$700 each -- and Angelina has gotten 12 vials per session! Something's definitely afoot ... no ifs, ands or butts about it.
