Amanda Bynes will be spending an extended period of time getting psychiatric care ... and her loved ones are concerned about her repeated cycle of breakdowns.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... once Amanda completes the mandatory 72-hour psychiatric hold -- which started last weekend -- she will be committed for at least another week while doctors work to stabilize her with medications and therapy.

We're told Amanda does well when she takes her medication, but she's stuck in a cycle that many folks with mental illness go through ... where they stop taking their meds once they feel better, leading to the next incident.

It's unclear if Amanda stopped taking her medication before she called police on Saturday, which led to her latest psychiatric hold.

Our sources say when Amanda was under her conservatorship, her mother Lynn was responsible for making sure she took her meds ... and she was always compliant. We're told medication was never an issue during that period.

Of course, that conservatorship ended in March 2022 ... and Amanda is now on her second psychiatric hold in 3 months, which is concerning to those around her.

We're told there isn't much Amanda's family and friends can do for her now, however, because of the judge's decision to terminate the conservatorship.

Our sources say it would be incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to bring a whole new conservatorship petition ... which would be heard in front of the same judge that ended Amanda's conservatorship.

Gross moment at Pierce Brosnan's house ... police say a man urinated and defecated in his neighbor's yard ... then got on the actor's property and used the laundry room to wash up.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... L.A. County Sheriff's deputies rushed to Pierce's Malibu estate Monday afternoon after getting reports of a man on his and his neighbor's properties.

Deputies say the guy was seen using the neighbor's backyard as his own personal bathroom ... dropping a deuce and rocking a piss ... before rummaging around the garbage and then moving over to Pierce's place.

Cops say the man walked around Pierce's backyard before heading to the front ... and then he made his way inside a laundry room, apparently using the Brosnan's water to clean himself.

We're told the guy took off when cops rolled up, heading down toward the beach.

The guy didn't get far ... we're told a Sheriff's helicopter found the dude hiding in the rocks along the coast ... he was taken into custody and booked for burglary ... for stealing Pierce's water.

Cops say Pierce's wife, Keely, was home during all the commotion ... but it's unclear if the 'James Bond' star was there too.

Actor Ioan Gruffudd has put his ex-wife Alice Evans on blast in new legal documents ... claiming she set up fake Twitter accounts to bash his new relationship, and allegedly threatened him with a "Johnny Depp and Amber Heard" ending.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Ioan says his time with Alice was nothing short of a nightmare -- starting with the claim that "a number of anonymous social media accounts" on the bird app would label Ioan and his girlfriend Bianca Wallace as "child abusers."

Ioan says Alice has "slipped up a number of times on these accounts," allegedly making it clear she's the one behind the harsh tweets.

BTW, their 13-year-old daughter Ella filed for a restraining order against Bianca earlier this month ... claiming she slammed a car door on her head and arm -- something Ioan's denying.

It doesn't stop at social media taunts, though ... Alice allegedly would scream at the actor -- even in front of Ella -- calling him an "abusive c***" and a "f***ing abuser." He says she even dumped milk on his and Bianca's bed -- writing "f***" over it with mustard.

Ioan even claims she threatened him by saying, "I'm going to tell my lawyer that you punched me last week. It's going to be like Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It's not going to end well for you!"

For those unaware, Ioan filed for divorce from Alice in 2021 after the couple tied the knot back in 2007 ... although Alice later claimed he had a 3-year affair with Bianca while they were together.

Ioan went on to get a restraining order against Alice in 2022, claiming she was threatening to spread lies about him and destroy his career if he ever left her. The new docs say Alice has repeatedly broken the restraining order, however.

Queen Camilla might be shading Meghan Markle ... after word a potential Dior deal isn't happening for the Duchess, HRH just so happens to be proudly wearing that very brand. 🤔

The Queen was out and about Tuesday in Berkshire, England with King Charles for the opening of the Royal Ascot (a famed British horse race) ... which went down with a full-blown Royal procession -- complete with carriages and fancy outfits galore.

The King was suited and booted in a top hat, but all eyes were on wifey and her resplendent white coat, because it's a custom Dior design!

The timing's interesting ... coming one day after rumors were swirling that Meghan was on the verge of signing a mega-deal to become a new face of the design house.

However, on Tuesday, Dior distanced themselves from that report ... saying there was no truth to it. Meghan and her team, likewise, also stamped it out -- although it's unclear who denied it first.

Look, we have no idea if Queen Camilla's wardrobe choice was intentional, but you can't overlook the timing.

We did some digging, and Camilla isn't known as a regular Dior consumer -- meaning, she doesn't tend to wear it all that often. Sooo ... subtle jab?

As you know, Meghan's relationship with the Royals has been rocky since she and Prince Harry left the institution and came to the U.S. ... eventually trashing Harry's fam over and over again.

One last thing ... we've spoken to some Dior sources on the ground, and they tell us what Camilla was sporting Tuesday is actually a custom suit, and won't be available to commoners, just in case you got it like that.

The clock's ticking for rescuers to find the 5 people missing on a sub aimed at exploring the Titanic wreckage ... but that's not stopping the stepson of one of the passengers from enjoying his favorite band, Blink-182.

British billionaire explorer, Hamish Harding, is among those onboard OceanGate Expeditions' Titan, a carbon-fiber submersible. Harding's stepson, Brian Szasz, posted about Harding's disappearance on Facebook Monday ... writing, "Hamish my stepdad is lost in a submarine thoughts and prayers that the rescue mission will be successful."

Just a few minutes after posting about the rescue mission, Brian revealed he was attending a Blink-182 show in San Diego, posting a pic of himself outside the venue.

Clearly recognizing some people might take it the wrong way, Brian writes, "It might be distasteful being here but my family would want me to be at the Blink-182 show as it’s my favorite band and music helps me in difficult times!♥️🙏🏽"

As we reported, OceanGate lost communication with Titan almost 2 hours into its journey down to the wreckage. The submersible has a 96-hour emergency supply of oxygen onboard -- which has likely dwindled to about 40 hours remaining.

It's not yet known where the Titan is, or whether the 5 on board are even alive.

Bam Margera's son Phoenix is inspiring him to detox and sober up following a psych hold ... and his estranged wife is allowing him to talk to their kid again.

Nikki Margera's attorney, David Glass, tells TMZ ... she's given the green light for Bam and Phoenix to start communicating, and they're talking over FaceTime while Bam's in rehab.

We're told Bam's FaceTime sessions with Phoenix are being modulated by one of Bam's therapists ... and, so far, things are going well.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Bam is still in treatment at one of Lamar Odom's rehab facilities, and Nikki is not talking to him on the FaceTime calls.

There's been a lot of bad blood between Bam and Nikki ever since she filed for legal separation, including a series of angry texts Bam recently sent her, so it's not a surprise she's staying off the calls.

Our sources say Bam usually dominates the FaceTime convos with 5-year-old Phoenix, with Dad typically going on for about 5 minutes.

TMZ has a new documentary probing the miracle in the Amazon that unfolded 2 weeks ago ... when 4 children survived a plane crash and fended for themselves for 40 terrifying days.

The special -- which airs Thursday on FOX at 8 PM -- "TMZ Investigates: The Miracle Children of the Amazon." We have boots on the ground in Colombia to not only chronicle the crash, the search and the rescue, but explore some very puzzling elements.

As you know ... four kids, ages 13, 9, 4 and 11 months, made it out alive after a fatal plane crash -- which killed 3 adults, including their mother -- and went on to fight for their lives for well over a month in the jungles of Colombia.

Some of the questions ... Why did the children hide from rescuers? Were they political pawns in a conflict between insurgent forces and the government of Colombia? Why did the President of Colombia announce the kids were found 2 weeks before the rescue, and then take it back? And why is there now a bitter custody war over the kids?

There's so much more here than meets the eye -- and TMZ has it all covered, with interviews with the father, grandparents, government officials and rescuers.

7:16 AM PT -- 6/20 -- KT Smith took to Instagram and shared that the dog, Legend, was dropped off to a new family that lives on a farm, where he will live out the rest of his life.

She wrote, "I couldn't have asked for a better family for him to be loved on by. and they're east Tennesseans so we can visit any time we need to. Thank you guys again, for helping but for also crying with me and lifting me up."

Morgan Wallen's son Indigo took a dog bite to the face ... and now the boy's mother is looking to rehome the pooch.

The country music star's baby mama, KT Smith, says her Great Pyrenees bit the two-year-old child she shares with Morgan, and the kid needed stitches.

Morgan's ex says the dog, Legend, is a rescue ... and she doesn't want to put the dog down, as some are suggesting.

KT, who lives in the Nashville area, says she is instead looking to rehome Legend with a family that has a lot of land and no small children.

The dog-biting incident happened Sunday and KT says her pup had never shown aggression before. Still, she says she just can't keep the dog in the house knowing her and Morgan's son may be traumatized.

As for Morgan's kid, Indigo's mom says he will be OK ... though he may come out of this with a scar.

"Good Times" star and "America's Dad" John Amos doesn't want any of the money his daughter crowdfunded on his behalf ... and now her GoFundMe has been taken down.

John's daughter, Shannon Amos, had been seeking donations for medical bills and attorney fees in the name of her famous father, who she claims is fighting for his life in a hospital after falling victim to elder abuse and possible financial crimes ... all of which John has called total BS.

As we reported, Shannon started a GoFundMe with a $500,000 goal earlier this month, but it's now been wiped from the internet ... and a spokesperson for GoFundMe tells us it's because John declined the funds.

A rep for GoFundMe tells TMZ ... "Ensuring that donors’ intentions are honored is our top priority. However, upon being informed that Mr. Amos wished to decline the funds raised on his behalf, the GoFundMe was put under review by our Trust & Safety team and then removed from our platform."

Shannon's GoFundMe reportedly brought in $13,000 from 300 people before being shuttered ... and the rep says the money is being refunded to donors.

Russell Simmons had a Father’s Day worth forgetting … as his estranged family is accusing the music mogul of being a gaslighting expert who’s rattled their last nerves.

The day took a sour start when Russ' oldest daughter Ming effectively burned her dad and wished her MOTHER, Kimora Lee Simmons, a Happy Father’s Day.

Russ was apparently feeling left out from the Father’s Day love … and shared a not-so-cryptic post on IG blaming his estranged wife Kimora for making him jump through hoops to be a father to his kids.

Unfortunately for the Def Jam Records co-founder, his kids didn't see it that way and continued to drag him.

On Monday, Kimora went live and explained the issues with Russ run deep, she says she's had Russ blocked on social media for a long time, yet he still continues to post like they’re good friends.

His daughter, Aoki, also shared a ton of rancid text messages between her and Russ — and a muted video of him raging manically on FaceTime. She told her followers she also is at her last resort with mending the relationship.

The family seems to think he’s suffering from some sort of mental issue … and refuses to get checked out.

We reached out to a rep for Russ ... so far, no word back.

Nick Cannon had a busy Father's Day weekend, which kicked off with him celebrating the birthday of his second pair of twins ... and ended with seeing some of his other children too.

Every year, folks wanna know what Nick's up to mid-June ... and every year, he rises to the occasion -- making pit stops all over town like Santa Claus on Christmas Eve. This year proved no different, Saturday was dedicated to his toddler twins Zion and Zillion ... whom he shares with Abby De La Rosa, and who turned 2 before the holiday.

BTW ... their third baby together, Beautiful, was living it up next to her older siblings too.

Seeing how it was their special day, Nick hung out with them and their mom at Sesame Place in San Diego ... and the photos of them at the park are awesome!

Nick documented the trip on social media -- with a great highlight video showing off their visit -- but eyewitnesses tell us it was even more special behind the scenes ... with a whole crew of friends and family tagging along, all of whom enjoyed SP's many attractions.

For example ... we're told Nick and co. took everything in -- from the daily parade to the Sesame Street stage show, as well as the wave pool and Elmo's Silly Sand Slides.

There were also meet-and-greets carried out for his kids with Sesame Street characters, and carousel rides too. In other words, the parents went all out for Zillion and Zion here.

Nick was clearly stoked about ringing in the twins' birthday alongside Father's Day in a little two-for-one bash. He took to social media and wrote, "My little guys turned the BIG 2 this week! Thanks to our friends and family who came together to help us celebrate Zilly & Zion!

Now, as for Sunday itself -- the almighty Dad Day -- it appears Nick split his time with a handful of his other kids. And, like he's done before, NC made the rounds for some face time.

From what we can see on his social media ... Nick went to visit -- or at the very least, received gifts -- from four other children of his, and they were all giving it up for Papa Bear in their own unique way.

Remember, Nick's got 12 children total ... it's unclear if he went to see each and every one of them. In any case, he was certainly on a kid sprint -- only lord knows how he does it all.

Sean McVay had an extra special Father's Day ... 'cause the L.A. Rams head coach and his wife, Veronika Khomyn, just announced he's going to be a daddy later this year -- and it's a boy!!

The couple shared the big news on Sunday ... showing off Veronika's growing baby bump and pictures of her sonogram.

The Super Bowl-winning coach will have his hands full this season ... as the new arrival is slated to come during the start of the 2023-24 campaign.

"Guess who’s becoming a dad this football season! 🥰,"  Veronika said on Instagram. "Baby boy McVay is coming this fall and we’re so excited to meet him and love on him."

"I can’t believe he’s been growing in my belly for 5 months already."

Sean and Veronika's adorable pup even got in on the photo shoot... wearing a bandana that read, "I thought I was the baby!"

The longtime couple first met in Washington, D.C. when McVay was working with the now-Commanders ... and they went public with their relationship in 2016.

They got hitched at a star-studded wedding in 2022.

Jennifer Lopez is kinda flexing on everyone by making sure we all know she's got a serious hunk o' man in Ben Affleck ... by posting a thirst trap to honor his daddy status.

BA was front and center on J Lo's Instagram Sunday as she dropped a sweet Father's Day tribute gallery. Her first slide is a bathroom mirror pic of Ben shirtless ... which shows that he's in great shape, and maybe even pantless.

There's another couple of photos with more clothing ... shots of the 2 of them snuggling together.

Her caption reads, "Daddy Appreciation Post Happy Father’s Day Papa." She adds, "And Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing Papas out there!! We love you and appreciate you more than you will ever know."

Ben and Jen don't share any children together, but he's got kids of his own -- and ditto for her, obviously. They've done well at blending their families, as the brood always seems to be hanging out together in just about every setting. Makes sense, they are married now.

Quavo and Offset have managed to push past whatever wedge came between them following Takeoff's death to celebrate their fallen comrade's birthday, which would have been his 29th.

On Sunday, the 2 remaining Migos were both chatting it up in Atlanta while wearing Takeoff memorial shirts.

The 2 rap stars nearly came to blows -- only to be separated by Cardi B -- back in February, but time has apparently healed their wounds.

Both men also dropped solo tributes to Takeoff on their IGs.

Takeoff was killed last November ... and his mother is currently seeking justice in the form of a lawsuit aimed at the venue where the shooting took place.

Dee Devlin is making it clear she's standing by Conor McGregor despite recent rape allegations ... jetting out to NYC this past weekend to spend a loving Father's Day with the UFC star.

McGregor shared photos of the couple's holiday celebration on his Instagram page Sunday evening ... and in the pics, you can see Devlin looked as in love with the 34-year-old as ever -- even though he was just accused of sexually assaulting a woman a week prior.

Wearing her engagement ring, Devlin was seen in the pics embracing McGregor ... and at one point, rubbing one of his feet. The two were also seen smiling ear-to-ear as they were surrounded by their three children.

"The Best Fathers Day yet!" McGregor wrote in a caption on the pics. "Happy Fathers Day, gents. God bless."

Devlin, who's yet to publicly comment on the accusations, has been dating McGregor for over a decade ... getting engaged to the fighting star back in 2020. McGregor just revealed last week they're expecting to have their fourth child later this year.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... McGregor was accused of kissing a woman without her consent, forcing her to perform oral sex, and then attempting to sodomize her during a violent attack inside of a restroom following Game 4 of the NBA Finals back on June 9 at the Kaseya Center in Miami.

But, Conor, through his attorney, has vehemently denied all of the allegations ... calling the woman's claims "a shakedown" attempt.

Tom Petty's family has cops taking a closer look at his wardrobe, at least the items that ended up on an auction block ... and we've learned it's a grand theft investigation.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the late singer's family members filed the report last week after discovering Tom's belongings were up for auction. They're pissed because, according to them, the items were last seen getting loaded into an L.A. storage unit.

We're told LAPD took a grand theft report and will now investigate the matter.

TMZ broke the story ... Tom's jackets, shoes, hats and clothes showed up in an RR Auction lot last month ... but then the family called foul, claiming Tom's gear was actually stolen.

The auction house says Tom's stuff was consigned by a third party to be auctioned starting June 22 ... and they say the gear is from Tom's former home in Encino, CA.

After Tom's family raised concerns, RR Auction pulled the items and told us they were "aggressively investigating the situation."

We reached out to the auction house regarding the new police report ... so far no word back.
